Abstract
Fibro-epithelial polyps (FEPs), also referred to as acrochordons or skin tags, are benign tumours that generally occur in women of reproductive age. They are uncommonly found in the vulva and vary in clinical appearances from small papillomatous growths to large pedunculated tumours. Typically, they are less than 5 cm. The wide range of morphological appearances of these tumours, especially when they are large, can be misinterpreted as malignant. This case involved a 30-year old multipara, 14-month post-partum who presented with a huge, irregular, firm, pedunculated mass on the right labium majus. The mass had patchy areas of skin ulceration and measured 25 cm × 15 cm × 10 cm on a 4-cm × 2-cm long stalk. It started as a 3-cm long finger-like projection with globular distal end that progressively increased in size over 7-month period. There were no swellings in other body parts. She had excisional biopsy of the mass which weighed 588 grams with histological diagnosis of inflamed FEP and had no recurrence at follow-up. This case illustrates an uncommon presentation of the second largest FEP of the vulva reported, which could be misinterpreted as malignant. Clinical, and pathological expertise with complete surgical excision are paramount for effective management to exclude atypia or malignancy and prevent recurrence.

Abstract
Endotracheal fibroepithelial polyp is a rare disease in the airways. This report describes a rare case of a tracheal giant fibroepithelial polyp. A 17-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with severe acute respiratory failure. Chest computed tomography revealed a tumor located below the epiglottis. Endotracheal bronchoscopic examination showed a giant polyp. This endotracheal polyp was removed with ablation, by using high-frequency electricity through flexible bronchoscopy under intravenous anesthesia. The patient has had a good recovery after the intervention and at long-term follow-up. We herein describe and discuss the appropriate therapeutic approach and also review the pertinent literature.

Abstract
Background: Fibroepithelial polyps of the anus have been described as mucosal hypertrophy in response to chronic irritation or tissue damage. Lesions usually remain small and mostly present in elderly adults with local disease. Case Report: An otherwise healthy 15-year-old male presented with a giant pedunculated mass projecting out of the anal verge that enlarged over 2 years, causing discomfort. Results: Upon surgical excision and histologic examination, the mass resembled a fibroepithelial polyp with numerous dilated lymphatics. Conclusions: While literature describes the spectrum of pathology possible in such lesions, often consisting of a mixture of stromal and epithelial components, dilated lymphatics are less common. This giant anal fibroepithelial polyp characterized by edematous stroma and numerous dilated lymphatics is consistent with lymphangioma. To our knowledge, this presentation is novel in this age group with no underlying risk factors.

Abstract
Fibroepithelial polyps or acrochordons are benign skin tumors of mesenchymal and ectodermal origin. They are seen in 25% of the population, and their frequency increases with age. They are often found in areas with skin folds, such as the neck, axilla, submandibular, or inguinal region. However, they can also be located in the genital tract. Hormone imbalances may facilitate the development of fibroepithelial polyp s (e.g., high levels of estrogen and progesterone during pregnancy). Larger lesions are likely to arise from the proliferation of mesenchymal cells within the hormonally sensitive subepithelial stromal layer of the lower. Generally, their size does not exceed 5 millimeters. We present a 28-year-old patient with multiple giant fibroepithelial polyps with size of
and
, located on both sides of her vulva. Herein, we presented our patient along with the review of current literature pertaining to the diagnosis and the treatment of fibroepithelial polyps (FEPs) and the factors leading to excessive growth.

Abstract
BACKGROUND: Acrochordons are pedunculated papules or nodules with a soft consistency and smooth contour, sometimes apparently growths often hang on thin stalk, with the most acrochordons size was 2–5 mm. Occasionally, due to frictions of the pedicle, acrochordon can become inflamed, tender, and even gangrenous.
CASE PRESENTATION: We report a case series of three giant acrochordons, first case, 19-year-old female come to my OPD clinic with a big mass on her left vagina, with pain and hot while being touched, and fever. On examination big nodule on the right labia mayor was found, with diameter 20 × 20 cm, short stalk, firm, warmed, and pain sensation while touched, with several excoriated skin surface. Second case, 23-year-old female presented in my OPD with a mass in her left vagina, associated with pain and several bleeding spots while being touched, with diameter of 5 × 5 cm. Third case, 31-year-old female consulted to OPD clinic with a year of history having a mass on her right buttock, which gradually increases in size and causing a light pain. On examination, short pedunculated nodule was found at the right buttock, diameter 10 × 6 cm, oval shape, firm, and several excoriated plaques. All cases were diagnosed as giant acrochordons and were performed excision. The previous studies state that the larger lesions of acrochordons in the groin or upper thighs maybe associated with diabetes mellitus and obese individuals. Due to the twisting or strangulated of the pedicle, all three cases of giant acrochordons become inflamed, tender, irritated, infarction, and even gangrenous. In general, it was advised to have the acrochordons removed, particularly in the skin fold of axillae, groin, or vagina, since they will gradually develop in size.
CONCLUSION: Giant acrochordons usually relate to the growth hormone like activity. Hence, they may associate with endocrine disorder. It may occasionally become inflamed, tender, and even gangrenous due to frictions. General principle is to have the acrochordons removed, particularly in skin fold area.
