Abstract
OBJECTIVE to interpret the meanings attributed to the health-related quality of life by caregivers of adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus. METHODS qualitative, descriptive-exploratory study of 14 caregivers of adolescents with diabetes developed at the reference outpatient clinic for endocrine diseases in a city in the state of Paraíba. Interviews were performed between May and September 2021. Inductive thematic analysis of the empirical material, and its interpretation in light of the concepts of health-related quality of life and family functioning were performed. RESULTS the meanings attributed by caregivers to the health-related quality of life of adolescents converged on the feeling of being healthy, healthy eating, satisfactory family income, family involvement in care and effective access to the care network. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS knowledge of these meanings enables health professionals to develop strategies that meet the unique demands of caregivers experiencing this diagnosis.

Abstract
An integrated intersectoral care model promises to meet complex needs to promote early child development and address health determinants and inequities. Nevertheless, there is a lack of understanding of actors' interactions in producing intersectoral collaboration networks. The present study aimed to analyze the intersectoral collaboration in the social protection network involved in promoting early child growth and development in Brazilian municipalities. Underpinned by the tenets of actor-network theory, a case study was conducted with data produced from an educational intervention, entitled "Projeto Nascente." Through document analysis (ecomaps), participant observation (in Projeto Nascente seminars), and interviews (with municipal management representatives), our study explored and captured links among actors; controversies and resolution mechanisms; the presence of mediators and intermediaries; and an alignment of actors, resources, and support. The qualitative analysis of these materials identified three main themes: (1) agency fragility for intersectoral collaboration, (2) attempt to form networks, and (3) incorporation of fields of possibilities. Our findings revealed that intersectoral collaboration for promoting child growth and development is virtually non-existent or fragile, and local potential is missed or underused. These results emphasized the scarcity of action by mediators and intermediaries to promote enrollment processes to intersectoral collaboration. Likewise, existing controversies were not used as a mechanism for triggering changes. Our research supports the need to mobilize actors, resources, management, and communication tools that promote processes of interessement and enrollment in favor of intersectoral collaboration policies and practices for child development.

Abstract
The aim of the current scoping review was to explore the associations between religious and spiritual factors and the health-related outcomes of adolescents with chronic illnesses, as well as to investigate possible mechanisms accounting for these relationships. In total, 20 studies meeting the eligibility criteria were reviewed after performing a search of the Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed databases. The results suggested that religious and spiritual beliefs, thoughts, and practices (e.g., spiritual coping activities) might have both beneficial and deleterious effects on the way adolescents deal with their medical condition, on their psychosocial adjustment, on their mental and physical health, and on their adherence to treatments. Mediating and moderating mechanisms explaining these relations were also evidenced. Suggestions for future research and practical implications for healthcare professionals are provided in the concluding section of this work.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES to describe the development and modeling of a line of care for the prevention and attention of morbimortality from external causes in adolescents and young people within the scope of the municipal management of the Unified Health System. METHODS methodological study operationalized in three stages: situational analysis; literature review; development, and modeling. Descriptive statistical analysis and content analysis of the thematic type were used to produce evidence and support the development of the line of care. RESULTS by upholding the evidence of the study, it was elaborated a line of care, whose theoretical and methodological proposal included: 1) conceptual matrix, 2) educative matrix, 3) assistance matrix, and 4) operative matrix. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS the lines of care are strong tools for articulating the levels of health care, being a resolute and feasible proposal given its cost-effectiveness for complex health demands such as the morbimortality of adolescents and young people from external causes.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Objectives: to identify aspects that can influence the types of bonds developed in the social support network of family members of children with special health care needs. Methods: qualitative research conducted through interviews with 15 family members/guardians in the city of Rio de Janeiro, from January to February 2020. Sanicola’s theoretical-methodological framework and Bardin’s thematic analysis technique were used. Results: social distancing, lack of responsibility for coordinating care, lack of supplies and lack of individualized care were weaknesses found in the families’ social relationships. However, the bonds were strengthened by the relationship of familiarity and availability of professionals in the care of children with special health needs. Final Considerations: understanding the configuration of primary and secondary social networks and the types of support offered can improve the care of children and strengthen bonds that provide security for families.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES to analyze school (re)inclusion of an adolescent cancer survivor before/after participatory health education with adolescents. METHODS qualitative and participatory research that included data from the medical record of an adolescent rhabdomyosarcoma survivor and Talking Map dynamics (to diagnose the demand for learning and assess changes). The body-knowledge dynamics were applied in the educational intervention. In a public school in Rio de Janeiro, the adolescent (reference case) and nine people (four teachers and five teenagers) generated empirical materials, which became the content analysis objects. RESULTS strangeness to changes in an adolescent cancer survivor's body image, bullying, and acceptance were problematized in educational body-knowledge dynamics through relationships between changes and barriers to welcoming. The participatory educational process was essential in raising awareness by promoting re-inclusive actions. CONCLUSIONS participatory-problematizing education contributed to constructing a new collective identity and improvement in school interaction among peers.
