Abstract
Ewing sarcoma/primitive neuroectodermal tumor (ES/PNET) is a type of malignancy that usually appears as a tumor in the bone. However, in a few patients with ES/PNET, it can occur outside of the bone. Although extraosseous ES/PNET can appear in various parts of the body, involvement of small bowel is rare. If it does, it can present with vague abdominal pain and gastrointestinal bleeding. This case report presents a 28-year-old gentleman with extraosseous ES/PNET in the duodenum who experienced gastrointestinal bleeding as a presenting symptom.

Abstract
Introduction Malignant gastrointestinal neuroectodermal tumor (GNET), previously known as clear cell sarcoma-like tumor of the gastrointestinal tract, is an extremely rare and aggressive mesenchymal neoplasm characterized by high rates of recurrence, metastases, and mortality. Currently, there are no standardized guidelines for therapy. Case Presentation We present a case of GNET in a 32-year-old male with a history of lymphoma and ulcerative colitis (UC), who also had synchronous multiple liver metastasis. To our knowledge, this is the first documented case of GNET in a patient with inflammatory bowel disease. Conclusion The narrow time frame in which UC and GNET were diagnosed warrants further investigation into their potential relationship.

Abstract
A man in his 40s with no medical history presented with right-sided abdominal and chest pain. A CT scan of the abdomen demonstrated a 7.7 cm heterogeneous mass arising from the second part of the duodenum. Oesophagogastroduodenoscopy confirmed a malignant-appearing duodenal lesion, with biopsy showing features consistent with small cell carcinoma. The patient underwent three cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, followed by elective Kausch-Whipple pancreaticoduodenectomy. A combination of immunohistochemistry and molecular studies confirmed the diagnosis of a rare Ewing's sarcoma tumour originating from the duodenum with invasion into the duodenal lumen. The patient recovered well from surgery and remains disease-free 18 months following resection.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Ewing sarcoma (ES) is an aggressive small round cell tumor that usually occurs in younger children and young adults but rarely in older patients. Its occurrence in elderly individuals is rare. ES of the ileum with wide multiorgan metastases is rarely reported and difficult to distinguish radiologically from other gastrointestinal tract tumors.
CASE SUMMARY A 53-year-old man presented with right lower quadrant pain for 2 wk. Computed tomography results showed a heterogeneous mass within the ileum and widespread multiorgan metastases. This mass was biopsied, and pathological examination of the resected specimen revealed features consistent with an extraskeletal ES.
CONCLUSION This case emphasizes the importance of recognizing this rare presentation in the small intestine to broaden the differential diagnosis of adult intraabdominal tumors.

Abstract
The transcription factor Friend leukemia virus integration 1 (Fli-1) belonging to the E26 Transformation-Specific (ETS) transcription factor family is not only expressed in normal cells such as hematopoietic stem cells and vascular endothelial cells, but also abnormally expressed in various malignant tumors including Ewing sarcoma, Merkel cell sarcoma, small cell lung carcinoma, benign or malignant hemangioma, squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, bladder cancer, leukemia, and lymphoma. Fli-1 binds to the promoter or enhancer of the target genes and participates in a variety of physiological and pathological processes of tumor cells, including cell growth, proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The expression of Fli-1 gene is related to the specific biological functions and characteristics of the tissue in which it is located. In tumor research, Fli-1 gene is used as a specific marker for the occurrence, metastasis, efficacy, and prognosis of tumors, thus, a potential new target for tumor diagnosis and treatment. These studies indicated that Fli-1 may be a specific candidate for antitumor drug development. Recent studies identified small molecules regulating Fli-1 thanks to our screened strategy of natural products and their derivatives. Therefore, in this review, the advanced research on Fli-1 as a target for antitumor drug development is analyzed in different cancers. The inhibitors and agonists of Fli-1 that regulate its expression are introduced and their clinical applications in the treatment of cancer, thus providing new therapeutic strategies.

Abstract
Ewing Sarcoma is a malignant small round blue cell tumor most commonly found in bones and soft tissues of the axial skeleton and extremities. The Ewing family of tumors, including peripheral neuroectodermal tumor, represent the second most common malignancy in the pediatric population and second most common primary bone tumor after osteosarcoma. In a majority of Ewing Sarcoma cases, there is a translocation between chromosomes 11 and 22. Extraskeletal Ewing Sarcoma of the stomach is exceptionally rare, with only a handful of case reports. Here we report a case of primary Ewing Sarcoma of the stomach found initially as a filling defect in the stomach on technetium-99m pertechnetate scintigraphy to evaluate for gastrointestinal bleeding.

Abstract
Background Ewing’s sarcoma usually presents in paediatric patients with its primary location being bone tissue. Nevertheless, we present such an adult case which arises from the small intestine. We registered thirty one cases of such origin published so far excluding ours. Case presentation We report a case of 30 year old female who was admitted due to the persistent anaemia. Whole body computed tomography scan revealed abdominal mass in her left upper abdominal compartment. Surgery on the mass originating from jejunum was performed, although due to extremely complicated postoperative period and rapid dissemination no additional therapy had been performed. The tumour was positive for CD99, ERG, CD56, Synaptophysin, PanCK, Cam5.2. Conclusion Extraosseus Ewing’s sarcoma is extremely rare entity, with poor prognosis.
