Abstract
The global rise in the age of childbirth, influenced by changing sociodemographic patterns, has had a notable impact on fertility rates. Simultaneously, assisted reproductive techniques (ARTs) have become increasingly prevalent due to advancements in reproductive medicine. The paper explores the intersection between the surge in ARTs and the rising number of iatrogenic autoimmune progesterone dermatitis (APD). Autoimmune progesterone dermatitis, commonly known as progesterone hypersensitivity, manifests itself as a mucocutaneous hypersensitivity syndrome. It is characterized by a wide range of dermatological symptoms, with urticaria and maculopapular rashes being the most prominent signs. Concurrently, systemic symptoms, such as fever, angioedema, and, in severe instances, anaphylaxis, may ensue. This dermatologic condition poses a significant challenge to women of childbearing age. This intricate syndrome frequently manifests itself in conjunction with menstruation or pregnancy as a reaction to physiological fluctuations in endogenous progesterone. However, given that exposure to exogenous progesterone is an integral component of various modern therapies, secondary APD has also been described. Our findings unveil a heightened likelihood of developing secondary progesterone hypersensitivity in ART patients that is attributed to the administration of exogenous progesterone through intramuscular, intravaginal, and oral routes. The study also explores available therapeutic interventions for facilitating viable pregnancies in individuals grappling with autoimmune progesterone dermatitis within the context of ARTs. This comprehensive analysis contributes valuable insights into the intricate relationship between reproductive technologies, dermatological challenges, and successful pregnancy outcomes.

Abstract
Anaphylaxis due to autoimmune progesterone dermatitis is a rare but severe allergic disease in women. The clinical manifestations of APD are diverse, and a proper understanding of the disease can help even diagnose and treat it. A case of autoimmune progesterone dermatitis related in our department is reported as follows. She developed a rash with severe pruritus that was highly consistent with her menstrual cycle without any trigger 10 years ago. Laboratory tests were unremarkable. But all the symptoms disappeared during her pregnancy and resurfaced after the miscarriage. Two years ago, after a positive progesterone intradermal test confirmed the diagnosis of PH, she was given mifepristone, contraceptives(OCPs), and skin embedding treatment, and her symptoms improved.

Abstract
Background Hypersensitivity to one's own sex hormones is not a new concept but it is an underappreciated one. Such a phenomenon may explain a large proportion of symptoms related to the menstrual cycle (such as premenstrual syndrome, PMS), cyclic pain syndromes or unexplained infertility. In this study we propose a novel diagnostic tool of hormonal skin testing which reveals sex hormones sensitivity with high clinical correlation, and a subsequent successful desensitization technique. Methods A group of 35 women with confirmed diagnosis of PMS were enrolled in the study in which they underwent a hormonal skin diagnostic skin testing procedure by intradermal injections of Progesterone (P), Estradiol (E2), Estrone (E1) and Estriol (E3). Skin reaction was monitored, and according to the reaction the patients were treated by serial desensitization by similar serial injections or placebo solvent. Response to treatment was monitored by assessing the change in the severity of PMS related symptoms. Results We show a positive correlation between PMS severity and skin sensitivity to sex hormones. Subsequent desensitization procedure led to a significant improvement in the severity of PMS related symptoms. Conclusions The testing and desensitization procedure is safe, sensitive and bares a high therapeutic potential in approach to resistant hormonal cycle related syndromes. Abstract
Progesterone hypersensitivity or autoimmune progesterone dermatitis is characterized by heterogeneous skin eruptions that cyclically aggravate during the second half of the menstrual cycle, corresponding to a rise in the progesterone level. Clinical presentation is highly variable and includes all urticaria manifestations with or without angioedema, vesiculobullous, eczematous, purpuric or target-like lesions on the skin and mucous membrane. Both endogenous progesterone as well as exogenous progestogens may represent an initial trigger. We report a case of progesterone hypersensitivity in a 27-year old woman with favorable evolution only on topical therapy, the positive clinical outcome being maintained during a subsequent pregnancy and postpartum period.

Abstract
Sex hormone allergy as a clinical syndrome has been known for almost a century. Due to the diversity of clinical presentation regarding symptoms and disease patterns, the optimal patient care represents an enormous interdisciplinary challenge. Frequently, hypersensitivity reactions affect more than one sex hormone and double positive tests for estrogen and progesterone have been described. Since the menstrual cycle dependent symptoms range from skin afflictions, gynecological problems to non-specific reactions, different pathophysiological mechanisms seem likely. Various desensitization protocols are described as causal treatment options, but are rarely applied in clinical routine. Consequently, major research efforts with a quick translation of therapeutic interventions into clinical practice will be crucial to help affected patients in the future.

Abstract
The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on premenstrual symptoms, haematological and hormonal parameters in young women. A total of 30 participants aged 16-20 years and complaining of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) were randomly assigned into two groups: a control group received vitamin B6 and Ca supplements once daily and a study group received the same medical treatment and participated in treadmill training three times per week for 3 months. A premenstrual syndrome questionnaire (MSQ), complete blood picture and hormone assays were performed for the assessment of all participants at the start and after the end of the treatment course. The study group showed a significant decrease in all post-treatment subscale symptoms, scores and total score. Haemoglobin, haematocrit, red cell count and platelet count were significantly increased, while mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular haemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration (MCHC) and white blood cell count showed no significant differences. There was also a significant decrease in prolactin, oestradiol and progesterone levels. In conclusion, aerobic exercise increases haemoglobin, haematocrit, red cell count and platelet count, and decreases levels of prolactin, oestradiol and progesterone, resulting in improvement of fatigue, impaired concentration, confusion and most premenstrual symptoms.
