Abstract
AbstractA hesitant fuzzy (HF) set is an extension of the fuzzy sets and a T-spherical fuzzy set (T-SFS) is a generalization of the spherical fuzzy set (SFS). HF set has a significant role for modelling disagreements of the decision-makers over membership degree of an element. Also, T-SFS is quite effective in the modelling of the uncertainty for decision-making (DM) problems. In this paper, we define the concept of hesitant T-spherical fuzzy (HT-SF) set (HT-SFS) by combining concepts of HF set and T-SFS, and present some set-theoretical operations of HT-SFSs. We also develop the Dombi operations on HT-SFSs. We present some aggregation operators based on Dombi operators, including hesitant T-spherical Dombi fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging operator, hesitant T-spherical Dombi fuzzy weighted geometric averaging operator, hesitant T-spherical Dombi fuzzy ordered weighted arithmetic averaging operator, and hesitant T-spherical Dombi fuzzy ordered weighted geometric averaging operator, and investigate some properties of them. In addition, we give a multi-criteria group decision-making method and algorithm of the proposed method under the hesitant T-spherical fuzzy environment. To show the process of proposed method, we present an example related to the selection of the most suitable person for the assistant professorship position in a university. Besides this, we present a comparative analysis with existing operators to reveal the advantages and authenticity of our technique.

Abstract
As a generalization of linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (Lq-ROFS), linguistic interval valued q-Rung orthopair fuzzy set (LIVq-ROFS) is a new concept to deal with complex and uncertain decision making problems which Lq-ROFS cannot handle. Due to the lack of information in decision making process, decision makers mostly prefer to give their preferences in interval form rather than a crisp number. In this situations, LIVq-ROFS appears up as a useful tool. In this work, we define operational laws of LIVq-ROFS and prove some properties. Furthermore, we propose the conception of the LIVq-ROF weighted averaging operator and give its formula by mathematical induction. To compare two or more linguistic interval valued q-Rung orthopair fuzzy numbers (LIVq-ROFNs), the improved form of score function is also given. Considering the powerfulness of LIVq-ROFSs handling ambiguity and complex uncertainty in practical problems, the key innovation of this paper is to develop the linguistic interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy VIKOR model that is significantly different from the existing VIKOR methodology. The computing steps of this newly created model are briefly presented. Finally, the effectiveness of model is verified by an example and through comparative analysis, the superiority of VIKOR method is further illustrated.

Abstract
In textile machines, the stability of warp tension is one of the decisive factors for the reliability, stability and product quality of weaving process. In order to meet the improving requirement for weaving efficiency and fabric quality, it is proposed that a fuzzy optimization integral separation PID warp tension control scheme based on process sampling to improve the warp tension control level of loom. Aiming at the problems of time-varying, nonlinear and variable coupling in the warp tension control system of loom, the forming mechanism of warp tension is modeled and analyzed, and the sampling scheme of warp tension based on process is proposed. Based on the periodic change of warp tension at macro level and continuous fluctuation at micro level, the integral separation control and fuzzy optimization theory are introduced to optimize the control effect of the control system on the basis of classical PID control algorithm. Finally, the simulation and experiment show that the scheme can improve the tension controls performance and effectively reduce the tension error fluctuation.

Abstract
The present study aims to introduce the notion of bipolar neutrosophic Hamacher aggregation operators and to also provide its application in real life. Then neutrosophic set (NS) can elaborate the incomplete, inconsistent, and indeterminate information, Hamacher aggregation operators, and extended Einstein aggregation operators to the arithmetic and geometric aggregation operators. First, we give the fundamental definition and operations of the neutrosophic set and the bipolar neutrosophic set. Our main focus is on the Hamacher aggregation operators of bipolar neutrosophic, namely, bipolar neutrosophic Hamacher weighted averaging (BNHWA), bipolar neutrosophic Hamacher ordered weighted averaging (BNHOWA), and bipolar neutrosophic Hamacher hybrid averaging (BNHHA) along with their desirable properties. The prime gain of utilizing the suggested methods is that these operators progressively provide total perspective on the issue necessary for the decision makers. These tools provide generalized, increasingly exact, and precise outcomes when compared to the current methods. Finally, as an application, we propose new methods for the multi-criteria group decision-making issues by using the various kinds of bipolar neutrosophic operators with a numerical model. This demonstrates the usefulness and practicality of this proposed approach in real life.
