Abstract
INTRODUCTION Turner Syndrome is a rare condition secondary to a complete or partial loss of one X chromosome, leading to a wide spectrum of clinical manifestations. Short stature, gonadal dysgenesis, cardiovascular malformations, and dysmorphic features characterize its common clinical picture. AREAS COVERED The main endocrine challenges in adolescent girls with Turner Syndrome are puberty induction (closely intertwined with growth) and fertility preservation. We discuss the most important clinical aspects that should be faced when planning an appropriate and seamless transition for girls with Turner Syndrome. EXPERT OPINION Adolescence is a complex time for girls and boys: the passage to young adulthood is characterized by changes in the social, emotional, and educational environment. Adolescence is the ideal time to encourage the development of independent self-care behaviors and to make the growing girl aware of her health, thus promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors. During adulthood, diet and exercise are of utmost importance to manage some of the common complications that can emerge with aging. All clinicians involved in the multidisciplinary team must consider that transition is more than hormone replacement therapy: transition in a modern Healthcare Provider is a proactive process, shared between pediatric and adult endocrinologists.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION This systematic review aims to elucidate the intricate correlation between celiac disease (CD) and dental enamel defects (DED), exploring pathophysiological mechanisms, oral health implications, and a dentist's role in early diagnosis. MATERIALS AND METHODS Following PRISMA guidelines, a comprehensive search from 1 January 2013 to 1 January 2024 across PubMed, Cochrane Library, Scopus, and Web of Science identified 153 publications. After exclusions, 18 studies met the inclusion criteria for qualitative analysis. Inclusion criteria involved study types (RCTs, RCCTs, case series), human participants, English language, and full-text available. RESULTS The search yielded 153 publications, with 18 studies meeting the inclusion criteria for qualitative analysis. Notable findings include a high prevalence of DED in CD patients, ranging from 50 to 94.1%. Symmetrical and chronological defects, according to Aine's classification, were predominant, and significant associations were observed between CD severity and enamel defect extent. CONCLUSIONS The early recognition of oral lesions, particularly through Aine's classification, may signal potential CD even in the absence of gastrointestinal symptoms. Correlations between CD and dental health conditions like molar incisor hypomineralization (MIH) emphasize the dentist's crucial role in early diagnosis. Collaboration between dentists and gastroenterologists is essential for effective monitoring and management. This review consolidates current knowledge, laying the groundwork for future research and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration for improved CD-related oral health outcomes. Further large-scale prospective research is recommended to deepen our understanding of these issues.

Abstract
PURPOSE Turner syndrome (TS) is the most common sex chromosomal abnormality found in female subjects. It is a result of a partial or complete loss of one of the X chromosomes. Short stature is a hallmark of TS. Attainment of adult height (AH) within the normal range for height within the general female population represents the usual long-term goal of growth hormone (GH) treatment. The aim of this systematic review was to understand the efficacy of GH therapy on AH of patients with TS. METHODS The literature review yielded for analysis 9 articles published from 2010 to 2021. Using the data from this literature search, the goal was to answer 5 questions: (1) What is the efficacy of GH on AH of girls with TS?; (2) Is AH influenced by the age at initiation of GH treatment?; (3) What is the optimal dose of GH to improve AH?; (4) Can the timing of either spontaneous or induced puberty influence AH?; and (5) Can the karyotype influence AH in patients with TS? FINDINGS GH therapy and adequate dose could enable patients with TS to achieve appropriate AH compared with the possible final height without therapy. The greatest increase in height during GH therapy occurs in the prepubertal years, and if therapy is continued to AH, there is no further increase. Furthermore, karyotype did not show a predictive value on height prognosis and did not affect the outcome of GH administration or the height gain in girls with TS. IMPLICATIONS Even if GH therapy is safe, close monitoring is indicated and recommended. Further evidence is needed to understand what other parameters may influence AH in patients undergoing GH therapy.
