Abstract
BACKGROUND Advancements in diagnostic and therapeutic modalities for giant cell tumors of bone (GCTB) have introduced molecular and radiological tools that refine clinical decision-making. H3.3 G34W immunohistochemical staining has become a routine diagnostic marker, while H3F3A mutational analysis enhances prognostic insights. Treatment primarily involves surgical methods such as curettage or en bloc resection, with denosumab serving as an adjunct in high-risk or inoperable cases. METHODS We retrospectively analyzed 55 patients with GCTB, focusing on clinicopathologic and radiological findings. Tumors were evaluated using the Campanacci grading system. Immunohistochemical analysis with H3.3 G34W antibody and next-generation sequencing (NGS) were performed to detect H3F3A mutations. A subgroup of nine patients treated with denosumab was further analyzed for clinical outcomes and histological changes. RESULTS The cohort had a mean age of 37.7 years, with tumors most commonly affecting the knee joint (55%). All tested tumors demonstrated positive H3.3 G34W staining, with eight exhibiting H3F3A G34W mutations. Recurrence rates were 32% following curettage and 18% after en bloc resection. Denosumab treatment, administered for an average of 14.6 months, facilitated tumor downsizing and new bone formation without major side effects. Histologically, treated tumors showed a depletion of giant cells and increased bone matrix deposition. CONCLUSIONS Surgery remains the cornerstone of GCTB treatment, with curettage or resection tailored to tumor characteristics. Denosumab offers a valuable adjunct in high-risk cases, enhancing surgical feasibility and promoting joint preservation. The Campanacci grading system continues to be a crucial tool for prognostication and treatment planning, particularly when complemented by molecular and radiological diagnostics. Future research should focus on integrating advanced imaging and artificial intelligence for personalized GCTB management. LEVEL OF EVIDENCE Level 4.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This systematic review and bibliometric analysis investigated the keywords appearing most in the pregnancy-related eye disease field to elucidate the current state and trends of pregnancy-related eye disease research. METHODS A systematic literature analysis of pregnancy-related eye disease was performed using the Web of Science Core Collection (WOS) databases. We used the keywords "ocular" OR "eye*" and "pregnancy" OR "pregnant" OR "gestation" to search for articles published from 1999 to 2022. Study data were analyzed and visualized using VOSviewer and CiteSpace. RESULTS We analyzed 929 articles published from 1999 to 2022. From 1999 to 2012, the article number increased slowly, with a marked acceleration in publication frequency after 2013, original papers accounted for 780 (84%) of the total number of articles published. David A. Mackey was the most prolific writer, and Margaret A. Honein contributed the most citations. The American Journal of Ophthalmology, PLOS One, and the European Journal of Ophthalmology published the most articles. The American Journal of Ophthalmology, Ophthalmology, British Journal of Ophthalmology, Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Science were the four most commonly cited journals. The University of Western Australia, the University of Sao Paulo, and the University of Melbourne were highly prolific institutions. Five co-cited references had a citation burst up to 2022, analyzed by CiteSpace. Keyword analysis (VOSviewer) yielded recent key themes (pregnancy, women, eye, risks and diagnosis) and suggested future research directions. CONCLUSIONS The current results laid the foundation of bibliometrics for scholars and identified researchers, scientific journals, countries, keyword clustering, hot topics, and trends in the literature. High-impact-factor journals contain the most keyword-clustering research and open new horizons for research in the pregnancy-related eye disease nursing field, providing research inspiration for investigators in this field.

Abstract
This study aims to meticulously map the bibliometric landscape of drug-drug interactions (DDIs) in clinical research. This represents the first use of bibliometric analysis to comprehensively highlight the evolutionary trends and core themes in this critical field of pharmacology. An exhaustive bibliometric search was performed within the Web of Science Core Collection, aiming to comprehensively gather literature on DDIs in clinical settings. A combination of sophisticated analytical tools including DIKW, VOSviewer, and Citespace was utilized for an in-depth exploration of bibliometric patterns and trends. Of the 3421 initially identified articles, 2622 were considered relevant. The analysis revealed a marked escalation in DDIs publications, with a peak observed in 2020. Five principal thematic clusters emerged: Safety and Adverse Reactions, Drug Metabolism and Efficacy, Disease and Drug Treatment, Research Methods and Practices, and Special Populations and Combined Medication. Key insights included the escalating significance of drug metabolism in pharmacokinetics, heightened focus on cardiovascular and antiviral therapeutics, and the advancing frontier of personalized medicine. Additionally, the analysis underscored the necessity for strategic attention to vulnerable populations and innovative methodological approaches. This study calls for the global harmonization of research methods in DDIs clinical investigations, advocating for the integration of personalized medicine paradigms and the implementation of cutting-edge computational analytics. It highlights the imperative for inclusive and collaborative research approaches to adeptly address the intricate challenges of contemporary pharmacotherapy.

Abstract
Background Chondrosarcomas are common primary malignant bone tumors; however, comprehensive bibliometric analysis in this field has not yet been conducted. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the research hotspots and trends in the field of chondrosarcoma through bibliometric analysis to help researchers understand the current status and direction of research in the field. Methods Articles and reviews related to chondrosarcoma published between 2003 and 2022 were retrieved from the Web of Science. Countries, institutions, authors, journals, references, and keywords in this field were visualized and analyzed using CtieSpace and VOSviewer software. Results Between 2003 and 2022, 4,149 relevant articles were found. The number of articles published on chondrosarcoma has increased significantly annually, mainly from 569 institutions in China and the United States, and 81 in other countries. In total, 904 authors participated in the publication of studies related to chondrosarcomas. Over the past 20 years, articles on chondrosarcoma have been published in 958 academic journals, with Skeletal Radiology having the highest number of publications. Furthermore, keywords such as "gene expression," "radiotherapy," "experience," and "apoptosis" have been popular in recent years. Conclusion Over the past 20 years, the global trend in chondrosarcoma research has primarily been clinical research, with basic research as a supplement. In the future, communication and exchange between countries and institutions should be strengthened. Further, the future main research hotspots in the field of chondrosarcoma include mutated genes and signaling pathways, precision surgical treatment, proton therapy, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other aspects.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is an exceedingly prevalent malignancy with an exceptionally poor prognosis. Targeted therapy is an effective treatment option for patients with advanced HCC. However, there have been no bibliometric analyses of targeted therapies for HCC. METHODS This study aimed to assess the current status and future directions of targeted therapy for HCC to provide future scholars with clearer research contents and popular themes. Methods: Literature on targeted therapy for HCC from 2008 to 2022 was obtained from the Web of Science (WoS) and assessed using bibliometric methodology. Additionally, the VOS viewer was applied in the visualization study to conduct bibliographic coupling, co-authorship, co-citation, and co-occurrence analyses of publications. RESULTS A total of 10,779 papers were subsequently selected. Over the past 15 years, there has been a progressive increase in the number of publications on an annualized basis. China released the most publications in the field, whereas the United States had the highest H-index. Cancers published the most papers. Fudan University had the greatest sway in this area. Studies could be divided into 5 clusters: "Gene and expression research," "Mechanism study," "Nanoparticle study," "Targeted drug research," and "Clinical study." CONCLUSIONS In the upcoming years, more papers on targeted therapy for HCC are expected to be released, demonstrating the potential for this topic to flourish. Particularly, "Clinical study" is the following trendy topic in this field. Other research subfields may likewise exhibit a continuous tendency towards balanced development.
