Abstract
Background: Ossifying fibromyxoid tumors (OFMTs) are rare mesenchymal neoplasms with behaviors ranging from benign to malignant. Although most occur in the extremities and trunk, 9-13% are found in the head and neck, such as the oral cavity, scalp, and calvarium. Diagnosis is challenging due to their rarity and histological similarity to other neoplasms. This review synthesizes evidence on the clinical presentation, diagnostic features, and treatment outcomes of OFMTs in the head and neck, focusing on surgical management and adjuvant therapies. Methods: A systematic review was conducted according to PRISMA guidelines, with searches in PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science. Studies from 1989 to 2024 reporting OFMTs in the head and neck with clinical, histopathological, and treatment data were included. Extracted data encompassed demographics, tumor features, surgical margins, adjuvant therapy, and outcomes. Results: Forty studies with 99 patients were included. Patient ages ranged from 3 weeks to 88 years (median 47), with a male predominance (63.64%). The most common presentation was a slow-growing, painless mass. Tumors were most often found in the neck, oral cavity, scalp, and calvarium. Histopathology revealed encapsulated tumors with fibromyxoid stroma, spindle-shaped cells, and a peripheral rim of metaplastic bone in 70% of cases. Immunohistochemistry showed positivity for S-100, vimentin, and SOX10. Surgical excision was the main treatment, used in 28.28% of cases, with recurrence in 9.09% and no metastases. Adjuvant therapies, mainly radiotherapy, were employed in 15.15% of cases. Conclusions: OFMTs of the head and neck are rare neoplasms requiring multidisciplinary care. Imaging, histopathology, and immunohistochemistry are key to diagnosis. Surgical excision with clear margins remains the primary treatment, with a low recurrence rate. Adjuvant therapy may be needed for malignant or incompletely excised cases. Further research is needed to optimize follow-up protocols and assess molecular profiling for risk stratification.

Abstract
Introduction: Granular cell tumours are rare benign tumours. In the oral cavity, these tumours are predominantly found on the tongue. This report describes a rare case of a granular cell tumour arising on the gingiva. Case Presentation: A 75-year-old man was referred to the department with a mandibular gingival mass. Intraoral examination revealed a relatively firm mass in the lingual gingiva around the left mandibular premolar. Biopsy results led to a diagnosis of granular cell tumour. Conclusion: Oral granular cell tumours can, in rare cases, occur in areas other than the tongue, such as the gingiva.

Abstract
Contemporary literature lacks examples of intradural, extramedullary spinal glomangiomas. Moreover, glomus tumors in general are exceedingly rare among benign spinal tumors and are mostly located within epidural space or within intervertebral foramen, and only a few cases have been documented to date. This report provides a detailed analysis of the clinical presentation, imaging characteristics, surgical intervention, and pathological findings of a 45-year-old patient experiencing progressive locomotor deterioration. The tumor was surgically excised, and subsequent histological examination identified it as a representative of glomus tumors-a glomangioma. Notably, this represents a unique case as it was the first example of such a tumor being discovered intradurally. Radical surgical excision remains the modality of choice in most benign spinal tumors of this localization. Although the malignant transformation of glomus tumors within the spine has not been documented thus far, cases have arisen in other areas. Consequently, we will investigate potential oncological treatments for cases with malignant potential and highlight advancements in surgical techniques for benign intradural spinal tumors.

Abstract
Perivascular epithelioid cell tumours (PEComas) are a growing family of tumours composed of histologically and immunohistochemically distinctive perivascular epithelioid cells. Cutaneous primitive PEComas (cPEComas) are very rare, with 65 cases described in the English literature, and occur as a painless lesion predominantly in female patients, with a wide age range. We present a new case of cPEComa found on the left thigh of a 53-year-old patient with histopathological, immunohistochemical, and molecular information. The lesion was positive for HMB-45 and focal for smooth muscle actin and desmin but negative for melan-A, S-100 protein, CD31, and CD34. Next generation sequencing (NGS) analysis demonstrated the presence of genomic aberration for baculoviral IAP repeats containing BIRC3 splice site 1622-27_1631del37. Although there are little molecular data regarding this entity, our case adds to this knowledge, considering the importance of detecting genomic aberrations in the context of specific therapies such as mTOR inhibitors.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Epithelioid fibrous histiocytoma (EFH) is an uncommon benign skin lesion. It is distinct from FH by virtue of its recurrent anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene rearrangements and immunohistochemical expression of ALK protein. It often poses a challenge in interpretation. Clinically, it is characterized by a flesh-colored papule/nodule on an extremity of a young to middle-aged individual. Microscopically, it is represented by a circumscribed dermal papule/nodule composed of sheets of plump epithelioid cells, forming whorled aggregates around numerous intralesional vessels. Immunohistochemistry, notably ALK positivity and relevant negative stains, serves to distinguish EFH from its morphological mimics. Rare examples of chondroblastoma-like EFH and EFH with osseous metaplasia are recorded in the literature. Our case is of a 58-year-old man who attended an oculoplastic surgeon because of an exophytic cutaneous nodule on the right upper eyelid. The lesion was excised. Microscopically, it displayed morphological and immunohistochemical features of EFH. Of interest, discrete foci of chondro-osseous change, including chondroblastoma-like pericellular calcification, osteoid formation, and osteoclast-like giant cells, were noted throughout the lesion. A diagnosis of EFH with chondroblastoma-like features was made. Of interest, the changes observed in this EFH serve to link the previously reported examples of pure chondroblastoma-like EFH and EFH with osseous metaplasia. This morphological variant of EFH adds to the existing diagnostic challenge presented by these lesions, particularly in the distinction from other calcifying tumors of the skin.

Abstract
Meningioma-like dermal tumor with diffuse coexpression of CD34 and hcaldesmon is rarely reported. Herein, we report a case of a 58-years-old woman who complained of a solitary dome-shaped papule on the left hand. An ellipse of skin measuring 1 x 0.5 x 0.5 cm was excised and sent for histopathological evaluation. Upon sectioning, the specimen showed a whitish firm dermal nodule measuring 3 mm in its greatest dimension. Microscopic examination revealed a well-circumscribed barely encapsulated dermal lesion showing compact round whorled sheets formed of round to ovoid uniform cells with abundant pink cytoplasm. Occasional intranuclear vacuoles were seen. A minor capillary-sized vascular component was seen in the background. Immunohistochemical (IHC) study revealed a diffuse positivity of tumor cells to CD34 and h-caldesmon along with faint reaction to Smooth Muscle Actin (SMA) and ER. However, Desmin, S100, HMB45, EMA, Pan Cytokeratin, and Chromogranin were all negative. Ki67 was very low (1%). The main differential diagnoses of the current lesion are meningioma and glomus family tumors. While the current lesion is morphologically reminiscent of cutaneous meningioma; neither the location nor the IHC stains support that diagnosis. The glomus family is highly suggestive. However, the location, the compact nature of the proliferation, and the positivity of CD34, all are unusual in such entities.
