Abstract
Objective: The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is transforming healthcare systems, but concerns about device integrity and sensitive data are growing. The study aims to develop a framework for evaluating and prioritizing integrity schemes in healthcare for IoT-based medical sensor devices, addressing the challenges of selecting the right authentication solution due to its complexity and intricacy. Methods: A unified health-hesitant fuzzy expert system for IoMT sensor integrity assessment in Saudi Arabia is described in this paper. Medical sensor integrity literature and professionals are contacted first. Delphi is used to gather attributes of integrity approaches while an Internet of Things medical sensor integrity specialist supervises the operation. After collecting characteristics, good assessment criteria are created and the hesitant fuzzy analytic network procedure is used to assess integrity. Results: Functional integrity and measurement accuracy are the biggest factors in IoMT sensor security and integrity, according to assessment. The framework achieves 93%, 94%, and 95% precision, accuracy, and recall compared to current approaches. The framework helps healthcare integrity security professionals and stakeholders assess and resolve IoT medical sensor authentication issues. Conclusion: This health-hesitant fuzzy expert system will let Saudi Arabian and international healthcare stakeholders safely deploy IoMT sensors in the changing healthcare landscape.

Abstract
The implementation of competency-based medical education (CBME) focuses on learners' competency outcomes and performance during their training. Competencies should meet the local demands of the healthcare system and achieve the desired patient-centered outcomes. Continuous professional education for all physicians also emphasizes competency-based training to provide high-quality patient care. In the CBME assessment, trainees are evaluated on applying their knowledge and skills to unpredictable clinical situations. A priority of the training program is essential in building competency development. However, no research has focused on exploring strategies for physician competency development. In this study, we investigate the professional competency state, determine the driving force, and provide emergency physicians' competency development strategies. We use the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method to identify the professional competency state and investigate the relationship among the aspects and criteria. Furthermore, the study uses the PCA (principal component analysis) method to reduce the number of components and then identify the weights of the aspects and components using the ANP (analytic network process) approach. Therefore, we can establish the prioritization of competency development of emergency physicians (EPs) with the VIKOR (Vlse kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) approach. Our research demonstrates the priority of competency development of EPs is PL (professional literacy), CS (care services), PK (personal knowledge), and PS (professional skills). The dominant aspect is PL, and the aspect being dominated is PS. The PL affects CS, PK, and PS. Then, the CS affects PK and PS. Ultimately, the PK affects the PS. In conclusion, the strategies to improve the professional competency development of EPs should begin with the improvement from the aspect of PL. After PL, the following aspects that should be improved are CS, PK, and PS. Therefore, this study can help establish competency development strategies for different stakeholders and redefine emergency physicians' competency to reach the desired CBME outcomes by improving advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract
The small scale of Taiwan’s domestic market due to its land area requires businesses in the corrugated box precision printing machine (CBPPM) industry to formulate developmental strategies to compete on the global market. This study uses the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory-based analytic network process, an evaluation based on distance from the average solution, and Strengths–Weaknesses–Opportunities–Threats analysis to construct and evaluate a model for the Taiwanese CBPPM industry’s developmental strategies. A hierarchy of five strategies with 16 criteria is established. The results indicate the most critical dimension is Strengths, followed by Threats, Weaknesses, and Opportunities, and that the optimal developmental strategy is a strategic alliance. The findings can provide the CBPPM industry with insights for developing developmental strategies.

Abstract
Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP) are increasingly popular planning tools in cities with environmental issues where numerous actions are usually proposed to reduce pollution from urban transport. However, the diagnosis and implementation of these processes requires broad consensus from all stakeholders and the ability to fit them into urban planning in such a way that it allows the proposals to become realistic actions. In this study, a review of the sustainable urban mobility plans of 47 cities in Spain during the last 15 years has been carried out, analyzing both the diagnosis and proposal of solutions and their subsequent implementation. From the results obtained, a new framework based on a structured hybrid methodology is proposed to aid decision-making for the evaluation of alternatives in the implementation of proposals in SUMP. This hybrid methodology considers experts’ and stakeholders’ opinion and applies two different multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods in different phases to present two rankings of best alternatives. From that experience, an analysis based on the MCDM methods called ‘Sequential Interactive Modelling for Urban Systems (SIMUS)’ and weighted sum method (WSM) was applied to a case study of the city of Cartagena, a southeastern middle-size city in Spain. This analytic proposal has been transferred to the practical field in the SUMP of Cartagena, the first instrument of this nature developed after COVID-19 in Spain for a relevant city. The results show how this framework, based on a hybrid methodology, allows the development of complex decision mapping processes using these instruments without obviating the need to generate planning tools that can be transferred from the theoretical framework of urban reality.

Abstract
The industry–academic collaboration (IAC) in developed and developing countries enables these economies to gain momentum in continuous innovation and, thus, economic growth. Patent commercialization is one major channel of knowledge flow in IAC. However, very few studies consider the flow of knowledge between industrial firms and universities. Moreover, ways that the patent commercialization performance of IACs can be evaluated are rarely discussed. Therefore, defining an analytic framework to evaluate the performance of IAC from the aspect of patent commercialization is critical. Traditionally, data envelopment analysis (DEA) models have widely been adopted in performance evaluation. However, traditional DEA models cannot accurately evaluate the performance of IACs with complex university–industry interconnections, the internal linkages, or linking activities of knowledge-flow within the decision-making units (DMUs), i.e., the IACs. In order to solve the abovementioned problems, this study defines a multiple objective programming (MOP)-based network DEA (NDEA), with weighting derived from the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL)-based analytic network process (ANP), or the DANP. The proposed analytic framework can evaluate the efficiency of decision-making units (DMUs) with a network structure (e.g., supply chains, strategic alliances, etc.) based on the weights that have been derived, based on experts’ opinions. An empirical study based on the performance of the patent commercialization of Taiwanese IACs was used to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed framework. The results of the empirical research can serve as a basis for improving the performance of IAC.

Abstract
This Special Issue covers symmetric and asymmetric data that occur in real-life problems. We invited authors to submit their theoretical or experimental research to present engineering and economic problem solution models that deal with symmetry or asymmetry of different data types. The Special Issue gained interest in the research community and received many submissions. After rigorous scientific evaluation by editors and reviewers, seventeen papers were accepted and published. The authors proposed different solution models, mainly covering uncertain data in multi-criteria decision-making problems as complex tools to balance the symmetry between goals, risks, and constraints to cope with the complicated problems in engineering or management. Therefore, we invite researchers interested in the topics to read the papers provided in the Special Issue.

Abstract
While the importance of Corporate Sociable Responsibility (CSR) has been widely acknowledged, research on how to guide a company in evaluating and improving its CSR performance is relatively under-explored. This paper adopts the predominant framework from the United Nations (UN) and proposes a refined CSR model by using a hybrid multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach. The proposed approach is expected to mitigate the potential information asymmetry issue that might deteriorate the CSR performance of a company. To illustrate the hybrid approach, this study analyzes the CSR performance of four publicly listed information technology (IT) manufacturing companies with the participation of senior domain experts, by using the proposed approach. The CSR performance ranking results are consistent by using various experiments, which is similar to the annual CSR contest held by a prominent organization from Taiwan in 2019. In addition, we illustrate how to apply this refined model to gain managerial insights and pursue sustainable CSR improvement with a priority.
