Abstract
This study aims to create a strategy for reducing energy costs in hospitals to ensure the sustainability of health services. In this framework, a novel hybrid decision making approach is generated based on golden cut-oriented bipolar and q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (q-ROFs). Firstly, balanced scorecard (BSC)-based criteria are evaluated by using multi stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis (M-SWARA) approach. Secondly, alternatives are examined with the help of technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) technique. The novelty of this study is to find critical factors that affect the energy costs of health institutions with an original fuzzy decision-making model. This proposed model has also some superiorities by comparing with previous models in the literature. First, SWARA method is improved, and this technique is generated with the name of M-SWARA. Hence, the relationship between the criteria can be examined owing to this issue. Additionally, golden cut is taken into consideration to compute the degrees in bipolar q-ROFSs to achieve more accurate results. These two issues have an important impact on the originality of the proposed model. The findings demonstrate that consciousness level of employees has the highest weight with respect to the energy costs in hospitals. Additionally, the type of energy used also plays a significant role for this issue. Thus, renewable energy sources should be considered in meeting the energy needs of hospitals. Although the installation costs of these energy types are higher, it will be possible to significantly reduce energy costs in the long run.

Abstract
Pharmaceutical logistics are primarily concerned with handling transportation and supply chain management of numerous complex goods most of which need particular requirements for their logistical care. To find the high level of specialization, suppliers of pharmaceutical logistics must be selected under a mathematical model that can treat vague and uncertain real-life circumstances. The notion of bipolarity is a key factor to address such uncertainties. A bipolar fuzzy soft set (BFSS) is a strong mathematical tool to cope with uncertainty and unreliability in various real-life problems including logistics and supply chain management. In this paper, we introduce new similarity measures (SMs) based on certain properties of bipolar fuzzy soft sets (BFSSs). The proposed SMs are the extensions of Frobenius inner product, cosine similarity measure, and weighted similarity measure for BFSSs. The proposed SMs are also illustrated with respective numerical examples. An innovative multi-attribute decision-making algorithm (MADM) and its flow chart are being developed for pharmaceutical logistics and supply chain management in COVID-19. Furthermore, the application of the suggested MADM method is presented for the selection of the best pharmaceutical logistic company and a comparative analysis of the suggested SMs with some of the existing SMs is also demonstrated.

Abstract
In this work, bipolar fuzzy parameterized sets in conjunction with soft sets are studied. This research focuses on the application of bipolar fuzzy parameterized soft sets (BFPSS), arising from association of bipolar fuzzy parameterized sets with soft sets. Some useful operations and fundamental properties of BFPSS are presented. Mainly, we aim to design a novel and comparatively labour-saving algorithm to see the efficacy of BFPSS. We discuss an application of our algorithm in pharmaceutical decision making problem based on effectiveness and harmfulness of certain drugs. However, the algorithm is equally applicable in other decision making environments as well where BFPSS arise. By preserving the structural implication of BFPSS, we compare our technique with a most recent algorithm to prove the significance of our method.

Abstract
AbstractNeutrosophic set can deal with the uncertainties related to the information of any decision making problem in real life scenarios, where fuzzy set may fail to handle those uncertainties properly. In this study, we present the perception of trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic numbers and its classification in different frame. We introduce the idea of disjunctive structures of trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic numbers namely type-1 trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number, type-2 trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic numbers, and type-3 trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number based on the perception of dependency among membership functions in neutrosophic set. In any neutrosophic decision-making problem, the decision maker uses the comparison of neutrosophic numbers to choose among alternatives solutions. Here, we introduce a ranking method, i.e., De-bipolarization scheme for trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number (TrBNN) using removal area technique. We also describe the utility of trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number and its appliance in a multi criteria group decision making problem (MCGDM) for distinct users in trapezoidal bipolar arena which is more ethical, precise and reliable in neutrosophic field.

Abstract
This research paper adds to the theory of the generalized neutrosophic number from a distinctive frame of reference. It is universally known that the concept of a neutrosophic number is generally associated with and strongly related to the concept of positive, indeterminacy and non-belongingness membership functions. Currently, all membership functions always lie within the range of 0 to 1. However, we have generated bipolar concept in this paper where the membership contains both positive and negative parts within the range −1 to 0 and 0 to 1. We describe different structures of generalized triangular bipolar neutrosophic numbers, such as category-1, category-2, and category-3, in relation to the membership functions containing dependency or independency with each other. Researchers from different fields always want to observe the co-relationship and interdependence between fuzzy numbers and crisp numbers. In this platform, we also created the perception of de-bipolarization for a triangular bipolar rneutrosophic number with the help of well-known techniques so that any bipolar neutrosophic fuzzy number of any type can be smoothly converted into a real number instantly. Creating a problem using bipolar neutrosophic perception is a more reliable, accurate, and trustworthy method than others. In this paper, we have also taken into account a multi-criteria decision-making problem (MCDM) for different users in the bipolar neutrosophic domain.

Abstract
Viable collection is one of the imperative instruments of decision-making hypothesis. Collection operators are not simply the operators that normalize the value; theyrepresent progressively broad values that can underline the entire information. Geometric weighted operators weight the values only, andthe ordered weighted geometric operators weight the ordering position only. Both of these operators tend to the value that relates to the biggest weight segment. Hybrid collection operators beat these impediments of weighted total and request total operators. Hybrid collection operators weight the incentive as well as the requesting position. Neutrosophic cubic sets (NCs) are a classification of interim neutrosophic set and neutrosophic set. This distinguishing of neutrosophic cubic set empowers the decision-maker to manage ambiguous and conflicting data even more productively. In this paper, we characterized neutrosophic cubic hybrid geometric accumulation operator (NCHG) and neutrosophic cubic Einstein hybrid geometric collection operator (NCEHG). At that point, we outfitted these operators upon an everyday life issue which empoweredus to organize the key objective to develop the industry.

Neutrosophy (1995) is a new branch of philosophy that studies triads of the form (<A>, <neutA>, <antiA>), where <A> is an entity (i.e. element, concept, idea, theory, logical proposition, etc.), <antiA> is the opposite of <A>, while <neutA> is the neutral (or indeterminate) between them, i.e., neither <A> nor <antiA> [...]

Abstract
In this paper, we combined entropy with linguisti neutrosophic cubic numbers and used it in daily life problems related to a corporation that is going to choose an area supervisor, which is the main target of our proposed model. For this, we first develop the theory of linguistic neutrosophic cubic numbers, which explains the indeterminate and incomplete information by truth, indeterminacy and falsity linguistic variables (LVs) for the past, present, as well as for the future time very effectively. After giving the definitions, we initiate some basic operations and properties of linguistic neutrosophic cubic numbers. We also define the linguistic neutrosophic cubic Hamy mean operator and weighted linguistic neutrosophic cubic Hamy mean (WLNCHM) operator with some properties, which can handle multi-input agents with respect to the different time frame. Finally, as an application, we give a numerical example in order to test the applicability of our proposed model.
