Abstract
Introduction: Fibromyalgia (FM) is a common condition in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). This meta-analysis aimed to evaluate differences in sleep monitoring indicators between patients with OSAHS and positive FM and patients with OSAHS and negative FM and to determine the incidence of FM in patients with OSAHS. Methods: An exhaustive literature review was conducted to analyze the incidence of FM in patients with OSAHS, using online databases, including PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, CNKI, and Wanfang, both in English and Chinese. The quality of the included studies was assessed by two researchers using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale scores. The acquired data were analyzed using Stata 11.0 software. Continuous variables were combined and analyzed using the weighted mean difference as the effect size. Conjoint analyses were performed using random-effects (I2 > 50%) or fixed-effect (I2 ≤ 50%) models based on I2 values. Results: Fourteen studies met the inclusion criteria. This study showed that 21% of patients with OSAHS experienced FM. Subgroup analyses were performed based on race, age, sex, body mass index, and diagnostic criteria for patients with OSAHS. These findings indicate that obese patients with OSAHS have a higher risk of FM, similar to females with OSAHS. Regarding most sleep monitoring indicators, there were no discernible differences between patients with OSAHS with positive FM and those with negative FM. However, patients with positive FM had marginally lower minimum arterial oxygen saturation levels than those with negative FM. The current literature suggests that patients with OSAHS have a high incidence of FM (21%), and FM has little effect on polysomnographic indicators of OSAHS. Abstract
Sleep apnea is a public health concern around the world, but little research has been dedicated to examining this issue in low- and middle-income countries, including Samoa. Using data collected through the Soifua Manuia ("Good Health") study, which aimed to investigate the impact of the body mass index (BMI)-associated genetic variant rs373863828 in CREB3 Regulatory Factor ( CREBRF ) on metabolic traits in Samoan adults, we examined the sample prevalence and characteristics of sleep apnea using data collected with a validated home sleep apnea device (WatchPAT, Itamar). A total of 330 participants (sampled to overrepresent the obesity-risk allele of interest) had sleep data available. Participants (53.3% female) had a mean (SD) age of 52.0 (9.9) years and BMI of 35.5 (7.5) kg/m 2 and 36.3% of the sample had type 2 diabetes. Based on the 3% and 4% apnea hypopnea indices (AHI) and the 4% oxygen desaturation index (ODI), descriptive analyses revealed that many participants had potentially actionable sleep apnea defined as >5 events/hr (87.9%, 68.5%, and 71.2%, respectively) or clinically actionable sleep apnea defined as ≥15 events/hr (54.9%, 31.5%, and 34.5%, respectively). Sleep apnea was more severe in men; for example, clinically actionable sleep apnea (≥15) based on the AHI 3% definition was observed in 61.7% of men and 48.9% of women. Correction for non-representational sampling related to the CREBRF obesity-risk allele resulted in only slightly lower estimates. Across the AHI 3%, AHI 4%, and ODI 4%, multiple linear regression revealed associations between a greater number of events/hr and higher age, male sex, higher body mass index, higher abdominal-hip circumference ratio, and geographic region of residence. Our study identified a much higher frequency of sleep apnea in Samoa compared with published data from other studies, but similar predictors. Continued research addressing generalizability of these findings, as well as a specific focus on diagnosis and affordable and equitable access to treatment, is needed to alleviate the burden of sleep apnea in Samoa and around the world.

Abstract
A Particulate Matter (PM) inhalation model considering exercise load is established to evaluate the impact of PM on residents' travel health. The study chooses PM detectors to collect PM concentrations at the various transportation space, including walking, bicycle, bus, taxi, and subway. A multiple linear regression model revised by road greening is utilized to study the influence factors that have a potential impact on the PM concentration. The air inhalation model with the consideration of exercise load can be acquired by connecting the heart rate (HR) and individual characteristics. The PM2.5 and PM10 inhalation for a complete trip of traveler can be estimated using the proposed model based on air inhalation per time unit, travel time, and PM concentration. The analysis results using the experimental data in Xi'an indicate that PM concentrations in taxi carriage, bus carriage, and subway carriage are significantly different from those obtained from environmental monitoring stations. However, the difference is not significant in the locations of sidewalk, non-motorized lane, taxi station, bus station, subway concourse, and subway platform. PM concentration and humidity in background environment have a positive influence on the increase of PM concentration in transportation environment, while temperature and wind speed are negative. The mean values of air inhalation per time unit for male and female using each mode are in the range of 9.6-26.8 L/min and 9.8-27.8 L/min, respectively. Exposure time in non-motorized transportation has a large effect on PM inhalation of travelers, walking connections and waiting in motorized transportation are the main contributing states to PM inhalation of travelers. The results of the study can be used to predict travelers' PM inhalation in completed trips, and provide recommendations for travelers to choose a healthier mode.

Abstract
PM2.5 has an impact on residents' physical health during travelling, especially walking completely exposed to the environment. In order to obtain the specific impact of PM2.5 on walking, 368 healthy volunteers were selected and they were grouped according to gender and age. In the experiment, the heart rate change rate (HR%) is taken as test variable. According to receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, the travel is divided into two states: safety and risk. Based on this, a binary logit model considering Body Mass Index (BMI) is established to determine the contribution of PM2.5 concentration and body characteristics to travel risk. The experiment was conducted on Chang'an Middle Road in Xi'an City. The analysis results show that the threshold of HR% for safety and risk ranges from 31.1 to 40.1%, and that of PM2.5 concentration ranges from 81 to 168 μg/m3. The probability of risk rises 5.8% and 11.4%, respectively, for every unit increase in PM2.5 concentration and HR%. Under same conditions, the probability of risk for male is 76.8% of that for female. The probability of risk for youth is 67.5% of that for middle-aged people, and the probability of risk for people with BMI in healthy range is 72.1% of that for non-healthy range. The research evaluates risk characteristics of walking in particular polluted weather, which can improve residents' health level and provide suggestions for travel decision while walking.
