Abstract
The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic had a tremendous impact on diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung diseases (ILD). Especially in the early phase of the pandemic, when the delta variant was prevailling, a huge number of viral pneumonias were observed, which worsened pre-existing, triggered de novo occurence or discovery of previously subclincal interstitial lung diseases. The effect of SARS-CoV-2 infection - without or with accompanying viral pneumonia - on the further development of pre-existing ILD as well of new pulmonary inflitrates and consolidiations is difficult to predict and poses a daily challenge to interdisciplinary ILD boards. This position paper of the German Respiratory Society (DGP e.V.) provides answers to the most pressing questions based on current knowledge.

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has opened several new disease scenarios, yielding novel syndromes that have never been seen before and resurrecting old inflammatory phenomena that are no longer recorded, such as radiation recall (RR) syndromes. Radiation recall syndrome is a limited field inflammatory reaction that occurs in a volume that was irradiated several months or years previously before being induced by a triggering factor. The most frequently reported phenomena are skin reactions; however, other organs could be involved, such as the lungs in radiation recall pneumonitis (RRP). It is a well-described inflammatory reaction that occurs within a pulmonary volume that was irradiated several months or years previously via radiotherapy (RT), triggered by factors such as drugs, including chemotherapy agents, immunotherapy, or vaccination. Indeed, during the COVID-19 pandemic, RRP following anti-COVID-19 vaccination or SARS-CoV2 infection was recently reported. ACE receptor-rich tissues such as lung or skin tissues were mainly involved. Herein, we present a case of RRP triggered by COVID-19 pulmonary infection in a woman who previously underwent adjuvant breast cancer radiotherapy. Although symptoms were typical, pulmonary CT findings depicted a unique distribution of ground-glass opacities (GGOs) throughout the previous radiation portals and mirror-like the radiation fields. Anamnesis and radiation plan evaluation were crucial in the diagnosis of RRP.

Abstract
Introduction Following the Covid-19 pandemic spread, changes in clinical practice were necessary to limit the pandemic diffusion. Also, oncological practice has undergone changes with radiotherapy (RT) treatments playing a key role.Although several experiences have been published, the aim of this review is to summarize the current evidence after 2 years of pandemic to provide useful conclusions for clinicians. Methods A Pubmed/MEDLINE and Embase systematic review was conducted. The search strategy was "Covid AND Radiotherapy" and only original articles in the English language were considered. Results A total of 2.733 papers were obtained using the mentioned search strategy. After the complete selection process, a total of 281 papers were considered eligible for the analysis of the results. Discussion RT has played a key role in Covid-19 pandemic as it has proved more resilient than surgery and chemotherapy. The impact of the accelerated use of hypofractionated RT and telemedicine will make these strategies central also in the post-pandemic period.

Abstract
Clinical methods are used for diagnosing COVID-19 infected patients, but reports posit that, several people who were initially tested positive of COVID-19, and who had some underlying diseases, turned out having negative results after further tests. Therefore, the performance of clinical methods is not always guaranteed. Moreover, chest X-ray image data of COVID-19 infected patients are mostly used in the computational models for COVID-19 diagnosis, while the use of common symptoms, such as fever, cough, fatigue, muscle aches, headache, etc. in computational models is not yet reported. In this study, we employed seven classification algorithms to empirically test and verify their efficacy when applied to diagnose COVID-19 using the aforementioned symptoms. We experimented with Logistic Regression (LR), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Byes (NB), Decision Tree (DT), Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), Fuzzy Cognitive Map (FCM) and Deep Neural Network (DNN) algorithms. The techniques were subjected to random undersampling and oversampling. Our results showed that with class imbalance, MLP and DNN outperform others. However, without class imbalance, MLP, FCM and DNN outperform others with the use of random undersampling, but DNN has the best performance by utilizing random oversampling. This study identified MLP, FCM and DNN as better classifiers over LR, NB, DT and SVM, so that healthcare software system developers can adopt them to develop intelligence-based expert systems which both medical personnel and patients can use for differential diagnosis of COVID-19 based on the aforementioned symptoms. However, the test of performance must not be limited to the traditional performance metrics.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Given the several radiological features shared by coronavirus disease 2019 pneumonia and other infective or non-infective diseases with lung involvement, the differential diagnosis is often tricky, and no unequivocal tool exists to help the radiologist in the proper diagnosis. Computed tomography is considered the gold standard in detecting pulmonary illness caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.
AIM To conduct a systematic review including the available studies evaluating computed tomography similarities and discrepancies between coronavirus disease 2019 pneumonia and other pulmonary illness, then providing a discussion focus on cancer patients.
METHODS Using pertinent keywords, we performed a systematic review using PubMed to select relevant studies published until October 30, 2020.
RESULTS Of the identified 133 studies, 18 were eligible and included in this review.
CONCLUSION Ground-glass opacity and consolidations are the most common computed tomography lesions in coronavirus disease 2019 pneumonia and other respiratory diseases. Only two studies included cancer patients, and the differential diagnosis with early lung cancer and radiation pneumonitis was performed. A single lesion associated with pleural effusion and lymphadenopathies in lung cancer and the onset of the lesions in the radiation field in the case of radiation pneumonitis allowed the differential diagnosis. Nevertheless, the studies were heterogeneous, and the type and prevalence of lesions, distributions, morphology, evolution, and additional signs, together with epidemiological, clinical, and laboratory findings, are crucial to help in the differential diagnosis.

Abstract
We present the case of a 78-year-old woman who received definitive radiation therapy for small cell lung cancer three and a half years ago. She was asymptomatic when she tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). She then developed a rapid decline in respiratory status on day seven. Chest radiograph revealed a strong shadow at the prior irradiation site. Radiation recall reactions are usually caused by drug administration, but in this case, it was suspected to be caused by COVID-19.
