Skills in recruiting and retaining a diversified staff, along with a broad perspective of health care and political savvy, are essential in implementing changes, negotiating, collaborating, conducting meetings, and managing workloads. Demystifying the myths related to management is a crucial step when the paradigm shifts and requires changing roles.
