Abstract
Cutaneous manifestations associated with Kartagener syndrome (KS) are exceptional and only two cases of recurrent furunculosis and pyoderma gangrenosum have been described, one of them in your journal. We report a patient with KS presenting recurrent sterile exudative nodules and erythematous plaques mimicking an infectious disorder and showing histologically an abscessified granulomatous tissue reaction.
