Abstract
During the treatment the objective therapeutical effect was found in 227 (58.8%) patients, of which the complete effect was reached in 23,6%, partial - in 35.2% of cases. In 20 (21.9%) of the 91 patients who completed treatment with complete remission, during the period of observation, recurrences in the irradiated zones were observed. It was found that according to all the studied indexes, result of the treatment of patients that received radiation therapy in the mode of accelerated hyperfractionation proved to be statistically better than after the classic course of radiotherapy.
