Abstract
INTRODUCTION
Synovial sheath involvement of the foot is a rare location of tuberculosis. Its diagnosis is often delayed because of the indolent and chronicity of the clinical features.
OBSERVATION
We report a case of bilateral tuberculous tenosynovitis of the anterior tibial and the common extensor of the toes, with uneventful outcome with antituberculous therapy.
CONCLUSION
Tuberculous tenosynovitis is uncommon but should be kept in mind in chronic tenosynovitis.
