Abstract
Tears of the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) are rare, and avulsion fracture of the tibial attachment of the posterior cruciate ligament is even rarer. These injuries usually occur in accidents such as car crashes, causing acute pain, swelling as well as total functional impotence of the knee. Studies on the incidence of these injuries show variable results, but there appears to be an upward trend. The surgical management of PCL avulsion fracture is not clearly established, although arthroscopic techniques are becoming more popular due to their potential benefits. However, some medical centers may have limited access to these methods, thus preferring open surgery options. A case of LCP avulsion fracture in a 36-year-old female patient was reported, and surgery was successfully performed, leading to full recovery after six months with full knee mobility and posterior stability.

Abstract
We present the case of a 24-year-old male who sustained a fall from a motorcycle resulting in a rare combination of injuries, including avulsion fractures of the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) and femoral lateral collateral ligament (LCL), along with an ipsilateral diaphyseal tibia fracture. This case report aims to highlight the importance of early diagnosis, appropriate management, and comprehensive rehabilitation for such complex knee injuries. We discuss the patient's presentation, radiographic findings, surgical intervention, postoperative care and long-term outcomes. To our knowledge this kind of injury has never been documented in the literature.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to provide information on cysts of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) of the knee. This included an anatomical and radio-anatomical reminder of the cruciate ligaments of the knee, along with details of the epidemiology, etiopathogenesis, anatomical risk factors, clinical presentation, differential diagnosis, and treatment of ACL cysts. A retrospective analysis was conducted, involving the review of 7 radioclinical records from the medical imaging department of Ibn Sina University Hospital in Rabat, covering a period of 3 years (2018-2020), during which 7 cases of ACL cysts were diagnosed. The results revealed that ACL cysts are a rare condition, frequently detected incidentally during the assessment of meniscal lesions. Symptoms commonly include knee pain and limited mobility, and MRI is considered the diagnostic modality of for distinguishing between simple fluid-filled cysts and infiltrative cysts, as well as for ruling out other differential diagnoses. Treatment options include radio-guided infiltration puncture and arthroscopic resection.

Abstract
Clavicle fractures are among the most common fractures in adults. Nevertheless, bilateral fractures are rarely reported in the literature. We present the case of a 35-year-old male patient who was admitted with a bilateral clavicle fracture following a motorcycle accident. The patient underwent open reduction and bilateral intramedullary fixation with Kirschner wires. After six months of follow-up, the functional result was satisfactory; the patient achieved full range of motion in both shoulders and was free from pain. X-rays showed a complete fusion of the fracture on both sides.

Abstract
Background Comminuted tibial pilon fractures are induced by high-energy mechanisms and are often associated with soft tissue injuries. Their surgical approach is problematic due to postoperative complications. Minimally invasive management of these fractures has a considerable advantage in preserving the soft tissue and the fracture hematoma. Materials and Methods We conducted a retrospective study of a series of 28 cases treated at the Orthopedic and Traumatological Surgery Department of the CHU Ibn Sina in Rabat over a period of 3 years and 9 months, from January 2018 to September 2022. Results After a mean follow-up of 16 months, 26 cases had good clinical results according to the Biga SOFCOT criteria and 24 cases had good radiological results according to the Ovadia and Beals criteria. No cases of osteoarthritis were observed. No skin complications were reported. Conclusion This study highlights a new approach that deserves to be considered for this type of fracture as long as no consensus has been given.

Abstract
Isolated distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) dislocation is a rare injury. Reports of isolated DRUJ luxations, volar or dorsal, are often case reports and rarely a series of cases. We present a case of an isolated acute dorsal dislocation of the distal radioulnar joint in a 25-year-old man. The patient underwent closed reduction and a transcutaneous radioulnar pinning was done followed by cast immobilization in neutral rotation during 6 weeks. After six months follow -up, the functional result was satisfactory, patient experienced no pain and had no restrictions in work or sports-related activities.

Abstract

Abstract
Myositis ossificans circumscripta (MOC) is a benign condition of non-neoplastic heterotopic bone formation in the muscle or soft tissue. Trauma plays a role in the development of MOC, thus, non-traumatic MOC is very rare. Although MOC may occur anywhere in the body, the lesions are localized predominantly in the high-risk sites of injury, such as the thigh, buttock, and elbow. MOC can easily be mistaken for osteomyelitis or a malignant tumor, specifically osteosarcoma or soft-tissue sarcoma. We report a rare case of non-traumatic myositis ossificans circumscripta of thigh which appear clinically and radiologically as a malignant neoplasm. Despite its rarity, MOC should be contemplated in the differential diagnosis of malignant tumors.

Abstract
Schwannoma is a tumor that develops from nerve sheath. The authors report an unusual case of schwannoma of the median nerve (MN) that remained asymptomatic for four years. The diagnosis was based on MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) and histopathological examination. Surgical removal is usually curative. The asymptomatic character of the tumor and its slow evolution remain an essential factor in diagnosis delays. This tumor has a good prognosis with a low recurrence rate and potential for malignant transformation.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract
Osteoid osteomas are small-sized benign painful bony tumors. The authors report the case of an osteoid osteoma located in the distal third of the tibia, treated by the surgical excision of the nidus using the intraoperatively isotopic marking which allows reducing the incision size and the bony resection.
