A Novel 3-D Jerk System, Its Bifurcation Analysis, Electronic Circuit Design and a Cryptographic Application

This paper introduces a new chaotic jerk system with three cubic nonlinear terms. The stability properties of the three equilibrium points of the proposed jerk system are analyzed in detail. We show that the three equilibrium points of the new chaotic jerk system are unstable and deduce that the jerk system exhibits self-excited chaotic attractors. The bifurcation structures of the proposed jerk system are investigated numerically, showing period-doubling, periodic windows and coexisting bifurcations. An electronic circuit design of the proposed jerk system is designed using PSPICE. As an engineering application, a new image-encryption approach based on the new chaotic jerk system is presented in this research work. Experimental results demonstrate that the suggested encryption mechanism is effective with high plain-image sensitivity and the reliability of the proposed chaotic jerk system for various cryptographic purposes.

Performance Metrics on Hyperspectral Images in Fuzzy Contextual Convolutional Neural Network for Food Quality Analyzer

The quality of food and the safety of consumer is one of the major essential things in our day-to-day life. To ensure the quality of foods through their various attributes, different types of methods have been introduced. In this proposed method, three underlying blocks namely Hyperspectral Food Image Context Extractor (HFICE), Hyperspectral Context Fuzzy Classifier (HCFC) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for Food Quality Analyzer (CFQA). Hyperspectral Food Image Context Extractor module is used as the preprocess to get food attributes such as texture, color, size, shape and molecular particulars. Hyperspectral Context Fuzzy Classifier module identifies a particular part of the food (zone entity) is whether carbohydrate, fat, protein, water or unusable core. CNN for Food Quality Analyzer module uses a Tuned Convolutional Layer, Heuristic Activation Operation, Parallel Element Merge Layer and a regular fully connected layer. Indian Pines, Salinas and Pavia are the benchmark dataset to evaluate hyperspectral image-based machine learning procedures. These datasets are used along with a dedicated chicken meat Hyper Spectral Imaging dataset is used in the training and testing process. Results are obtained that about 7.86% of average values in various essential evaluation metrics such as performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, sensitivity and specificity have improved when compared to existing state of the art results.

Hyper Spectral Fruit Image Classification for Deep Learning Approaches and Neural Network Techniques

In the field of agro-business technology, computerization contributes to productivity, monetary turnover of events along local viability. The interest in tariffs in addition to the consistency analysis is influenced by the mix of leafy foods. The most tangible aspect of the food derived from the earth is the implementation that influences the need for, the customer’s desires as well as the judgment of the market. Although people may plan and assess, time-concentrated, complex, subjective, costly, and handily influenced by environmental variables is problematic. Subsequently, a shrewd natural product evaluation system is needed. Deep learning has achieved remarkable milestones in the field of conventional computers. In this article, we use deep learning techniques on the topic of hyperspectral image exploration. Unlike traditional machine vision exercises, the only thing to do with a gander is the spatial setting; our proposed solution would use both the spatial setting and the phantom relationship to enhance the hyperspectral image grouping. In clear words, we endorse four new deep learning models, in particular the 3D Convolutionary Neural Network (3D-CNN) and the Repetitive 3D Convolutionary Neural Network (R-3D-CNN) for hyperspectral image recognition.

Breast Carcinoma- A Review

Breast malignancy has fast overtaken ovarian malignancy as the leading cause of death in women. A number of factors attribute to the rise in breast cancer, including obesity, food habits and carcinogen exposure. This article is a review of breast malignancy, and its pathological nature, and highlights the significance of axillary staging as a prognostic factor, and hence the importance of axillary investigation.

Postoperative endoscopic retrograde high dose-rate brachytherapy for cholangiocarcinoma

Cholangiocarcinoma typically presents with disease unlikely to be completely resected, and prognosis remains poor. Improvements in imaging, endoscopy, and stenting have given rise to renewed interest in brachytherapy. Several recent retrospective series suggest a benefit to intraluminal brachytherapy, most commonly delivered by the transhepatic route. We describe a case in which brachytherapy was delivered via the nasobiliary route to address positive margins at the common bile duct stump. A custom catheter was manufactured to make the procedure feasible. Pertinent literature is reviewed, which supports the view that these malignancies benefit from high doses of radiation, if this can be achieved respecting normal tissue tolerance.

Unsedated esophagoscopy for the diagnosis of esophageal varices in patients with cirrhosis

BACKGROUND AND STUDY AIMS

Unsedated endoscopy with ultrathin endoscopes has been shown to be an alternative to conventional endoscopy. This technique would appear to be an ideal way to screen for varices, but there is scant data for unsedated endoscopy in patients with cirrhosis. The aims of this pilot study were to evaluate whether unsedated endoscopy can be used to screen for varices and to determine how well it is tolerated in patients with hepatic dysfunction.

PATIENTS AND METHODS

We prospectively evaluated unsedated esophagoscopy in 15 patients with cirrhosis who were candidates for beta-adrenergic-antagonist therapy. Patients with cirrhosis without gastrointestinal bleeding or contraindications to beta-adrenergic-antagonist therapy gave consent to the procedure. The presence and size of varices and the procedure time were recorded. After the procedure, patient tolerance, as gauged by questionnaire and willingness to repeat, was assessed.

RESULTS

All patients tolerated the procedure without significant discomfort. The mean time of the procedure was 2 minutes. Esophageal varices were found in nine of 15 patients. Of these, one patient with Child-Pugh class C cirrhosis had large varices and was started on propranolol.

CONCLUSIONS

Unsedated esophagoscopy in patients with cirrhosis appears to be well tolerated. Given both potential safety and cost benefits over conventional endoscopy, this could be a useful method for screening for varices. A randomized trial comparing this method with standard endoscopy is warranted.

Torulopsis glabrata fungemia as a complication of a clotted transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt

Torulopsis glabrata fungemia developed in a patient with a clotted transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) 11 months after placement. Fungemia persisted despite treatment with amphotericin B. On autopsy, T. glabrata was found in the thrombus occluding the TIPS and extending into the splenic and portal vein. TIPS infections may be considered in patients with fungemia.
