Abstract
Objective: To examine the clinical outcomes of patients undergoing total thoracoscopic aortic-mitral double-valve replacement. Methods: This is a retrospective case series study. The clinical data of 50 patients who underwent double-valve replacement under a total thoracoscopic two-port approach from November 2021 to August 2022 in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, Fujian Medical University Union Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. There were 32 males and 18 females, with an age of (55.3±8.8) years (range: 21 to 62 years). Among them, 36 cases had rheumatic heart disease and 14 cases had infective endocarditis. The 3rd intercostal space between the right anterior axillary line and the midclavicular line was selected as the main operating hole, the total thoracoscopic double-valve replacement were successfully carried out. Baseline data, intraoperative information, surgical outcomes, and postoperative complications were collected for all patients. Results: The cardiopulmonary bypass time was (168.2±30.9) minutes (range: 125 to 187 minutes), the aortic cross-clamping time was (118.8±16.5) minutes (range: 96 to 147 minutes). Five patients received bioprosthetic valves, and 45 received mechanical prosthetic valves. Postoperative mechanical ventilation lasted (9.6±3.4) hours (range: 5.1 to 14.2 hours), the ICU stay was (24.8±7.3) hours (range: 16.3 to 30.1 hours), and the postoperative hospital stay was (6.5±1.2) days (range: 5.0 to 8.0 days). Four patients received red blood cell transfusions of (2.7±0.9) units (range: 2 to 4 units), and the postoperative chest drainage volume was (222.1±56.3) ml (range: 175 to 289 ml). No deaths occurred intraoperatively or in the early postoperative period. One patient required reoperation due to bleeding in the aortic incision. Three patients had mild to moderate paravalvular leakage around the prosthetic aortic valve, with no cases of third-degree atrioventricular block or conversions to median sternotomy. Conclusions: The early outcomes of total thoracoscopic double valve replacement surgery are satisfactory, demonstrating safety and efficacy. This surgical approach expands the scope of total thoracoscopic cardiac surgery, which warrants further investigation and research.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To construct a nonparametric proportional hazards (PH) model for mixed informative interval-censored failure time data for predicting the risks in heart transplantation surgeries. METHODS Based on the complexity of mixed informative interval-censored failure time data, we considered the interdependent relationship between failure time process and observation time process, constructed a nonparametric proportional hazards (PH) model to describe the nonlinear relationship between the risk factors and heart transplant surgery risks and proposed a two-step sieve estimation maximum likelihood algorithm. An estimation equation was established to estimate frailty variables using the observation process model. Ⅰ-spline and B-spline were used to approximate the unknown baseline hazard function and nonparametric function, respectively, to obtain the working likelihood function in the sieve space. The partial derivative of the model parameters was used to obtain the scoring equation. The maximum likelihood estimation of the parameters was obtained by solving the scoring equation, and a function curve of the impact of risk factors on the risk of heart transplantation surgery was drawn. RESULTS Simulation experiment suggested that the estimated values obtained by the proposed method were consistent and asymptotically effective under various settings with good fitting effects. Analysis of heart transplant surgery data showed that the donor's age had a positive linear relationship with the surgical risk. The impact of the recipient's age at disease onset increased at first and then stabilized, but increased against at an older age. The donor-recipient age difference had a positive linear relationship with the surgical risk of heart transplantation. CONCLUSION The nonparametric PH model established in this study can be used for predicting the risks in heart transplantation surgery and exploring the functional relationship between the surgery risks and the risk factors.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To construct a mutant strain of Klebsiella pneumoniae NTUH- K2044 with modA gene deletion and its complementary strain and explore the role of modA gene in modulating anaerobic nitrate respiratory growth and phenotypes of K. pneumoniae. METHODS The modA deletion mutant K. pneumoniae strain was constructed by homologous recombination using the suicide vector pKO3-Km. To obtain the complementary strain C-modA, the whole sequence fragment containing the promoter, open reading frame and terminator regions of modA was cloned into pGEM-T-easy and electrically transformed into the modA deletion mutant. The NTUH-K2044 wild-type strain, modA gene deletion mutant and complementary strain were compared by measuring in vitro anaerobic nitrate respiration growth, competitiveness index, biofilm quantification, mucoviscosity assay and morphological measurement using Image J. RESULTS The modA deletion mutant strain ΔmodA and the complementary strain C-modA were successfully constructed. The modA gene knockout strain showed inhibited anaerobic nitrate respiratory growth compared with the wild- type and C-modA strains with significantly weakened competitiveness, reduced capacity of biofilm synthesis during anaerobiosis, and lowered mucoviscosity under anaerobic conditions. The ΔmodA strain showed a spherical morphology in anaerobic conditions as compared with the normal short rod-like morphology of K. pneumoniae, with also distinctly shorter length than the wild-type and C-modA strains. CONCLUSION The molybdate transport system encoding gene modA is associated with the pathogenic capacity of K. pneumoniae by modulating its anaerobic nitrate respiration, competitiveness, biofilm formation, hypermucoviscous phenotype and morphology.

Abstract
An amplitude analysis of the B^{0}→K^{*0}μ^{+}μ^{-} decay is presented using a dataset corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.7 fb^{-1} of pp collision data collected with the LHCb experiment. For the first time, the coefficients associated to short-distance physics effects, sensitive to processes beyond the standard model, are extracted directly from the data through a q^{2}-unbinned amplitude analysis, where q^{2} is the μ^{+}μ^{-} invariant mass squared. Long-distance contributions, which originate from nonfactorizable QCD processes, are systematically investigated, and the most accurate assessment to date of their impact on the physical observables is obtained. The pattern of measured corrections to the short-distance couplings is found to be consistent with previous analyses of b- to s-quark transitions, with the largest discrepancy from the standard model predictions found to be at the level of 1.8 standard deviations. The global significance of the observed differences in the decay is 1.4 standard deviations.

Abstract
In the weaning period, piglets often face oxidative stress, which will cause increased diarrhea and mortality. Genistein, a flavonoid, which is extracted from leguminous plants, possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidative bioactivities. However, little is known about whether genistein could attenuate the oxidative stress that occurs in porcine intestinal epithelial cells (IPEC-J2). Herein, this experiment was carried out to investigate the protective effects of genistein in the IPEC-J2 cells oxidative stress model. Our results disclosed that H2O2 stimulation brought about a significant diminution in catalase (CAT) activity and cell viability, as well as an increase in the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in IPEC-J2 cells (p < 0.05), whereas pretreating cells with genistein before H2O2 exposure helped to alleviate the reduction in CAT activity and cell viability (p < 0.05) and the raise in the levels of ROS (p = 0.061) caused by H2O2. Furthermore, H2O2 stimulation of IPEC-J2 cells remarkably suppressed gene level Nrf2 and CAT expression, in addition to protein level Nrf2 expression, but pretreating cells with genistein reversed this change (p < 0.05). Moreover, genistein pretreatment prevented the downregulation of occludin expression at the gene and protein level, and ZO-1 expression at gene level (p < 0.05). In summary, our findings indicate that genistein possesses an antioxidant capacity in IPEC-J2 cells which is effective against oxidative stress; the potential mechanism may involve the Nrf2 signaling pathway. Our findings could offer a novel nutritional intervention strategy to enhance the intestinal health of piglets during the weaning process.

Abstract
Fucoidan (FC) is known for its antioxidant properties, but it has unclear effects and mechanisms on weaned piglets. Two experiments were conducted to determine the optimal FC dosage in piglet diets and its protective effect against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced oxidative stress. In experiment one, 24 low weight weaned piglets were randomly assigned to four dietary treatments: a basal diet (FC 0), or a diet supplemented with 150 (FC 150), 300 (FC 300), or 600 mg/kg FC (FC 600). In experiment two, 72 low-weaning weight piglets were randomly allocated into four treatments: a basal diet (CON), or 300 mg/kg of fucoidan added to a basal diet challenged with LPS (100 µg LPS/kg body weight) or not. The results showed that FC treatments increased the G:F ratio, and dietary FC 300 reduced the diarrhea incidence and increased the plasma IGF-1 concentrations. In addition, FC 300 and FC 600 supplementation increased the plasma SOD activity and reduced the plasma MDA concentration. LPS challenge triggered a strong systemic redox imbalance and mitochondrial dysfunction. However, dietary FC (300 mg/kg) supplementation increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes, including SOD, decreased the MDA concentration in the plasma and liver, down-regulated Keap1 gene expression, and up-regulated Nrf2, CAT, MFN2, SDHA, and UQCRB gene expression in the liver. These results indicated that dietary fucoidan (300 mg/kg) supplementation improved the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of low-weaning weight piglets, which might be attributed to the modulation of the Keap1/Nrf2 signaling pathway and the mitochondrial function in the liver.

Abstract
Fibrolamellar carcinoma (FLC) is a rare liver tumor driven by the DNAJ-PKAc fusion protein that affects healthy young patients. Little is known about the immune response to FLC, limiting rational design of immunotherapy. Multiplex immunohistochemistry and gene expression profiling were performed to characterize the FLC tumor immune microenvironment and adjacent non-tumor liver (NTL). Flow cytometry and T cell receptor (TCR) sequencing were performed to determine the phenotype of tumor-infiltrating immune cells and the extent of T cell clonal expansion. Fresh human FLC tumor slice cultures (TSCs) were treated with antibodies blocking programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) and interleukin-10 (IL-10), with results measured by cleaved caspase-3 immunohistochemistry. Immune cells were concentrated in fibrous stromal bands, rather than in the carcinoma cell compartment. In FLC, T cells demonstrated decreased activation and regulatory T cells in FLC had more frequent expression of PD-1 and CTLA-4 than in NTL. Furthermore, T cells had relatively low levels of clonal expansion despite high TCR conservation across individuals. Combination PD-1 and IL-10 blockade signficantly increased cell death in human FLC TSCs. Immunosuppresion in the FLC tumor microenvironment is characterized by T cell exclusion and exhaustion, which may be reversible with combination immunotherapy.

Abstract
The first observation of the singly Cabibbo-suppressed Ω_{c}^{0}→Ω^{-}K^{+} and Ω_{c}^{0}→Ξ^{-}π^{+} decays is reported, using proton-proton collision data at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb^{-1}, collected with the LHCb detector between 2016 and 2018. The branching fraction ratios are measured to be B(Ω_{c}^{0}→Ω^{-}K^{+})/B(Ω_{c}^{0}→Ω^{-}π^{+})=[6.08±0.51(stat)±0.40(syst)]%,B(Ω_{c}^{0}→Ξ^{-}π^{+})/B(Ω_{c}^{0}→Ω^{-}π^{+})=[15.81±0.87(stat)±0.44(syst)±0.16(ext)]%. In addition, using the Ω_{c}^{0}→Ω^{-}π^{+} decay channel, the Ω_{c}^{0} baryon mass is measured to be M(Ω_{c}^{0})=2695.28±0.07(stat)±0.27(syst)±0.30(ext) MeV, improving the precision of the previous world average by a factor of 4.

Abstract
The production rate of Λ_{b}^{0} baryons relative to B^{0} mesons in pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy sqrt[s]=13 TeV is measured by the LHCb experiment. The ratio of Λ_{b}^{0} to B^{0} production cross sections shows a significant dependence on both the transverse momentum and the measured charged-particle multiplicity. At low multiplicity, the ratio measured at LHCb is consistent with the value measured in e^{+}e^{-} collisions, and increases by a factor of ∼2 with increasing multiplicity. At relatively low transverse momentum, the ratio of Λ_{b}^{0} to B^{0} cross sections is higher than what is measured in e^{+}e^{-} collisions, but converges with the e^{+}e^{-} ratio as the momentum increases. These results imply that the evolution of heavy b quarks into final-state hadrons is influenced by the density of the hadronic environment produced in the collision. Comparisons with several models and implications for the mechanisms enforcing quark confinement are discussed.

Abstract
Platelets are important cells in hemostatic and coagulative reactions. Interestingly, platelets-related immunopathological mechanism and clinical research have become one of the hot research topics in tuberculosis at home and abroad in recent years. Platelets get involved in host chronic inflammation and pulmonary immune response, thus playing a negative regulatory role in tuberculosis. This is achieved through direct internalization of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and indirect interaction with immune cells. In addition, patients with tuberculosis often have thrombocytosis, and there is increasing evidence that anti-platelet therapy as a host-directed therapy has demonstrable clinical benefit in tuberculosis control. Platelet inhibition may be an emerging therapeutic strategy for tuberculosis. This review aims to highlight the research progress in platelets and tuberculosis.

Abstract
The aim of this experiment is to evaluate the effects of adding porous zinc oxide, plant polyphenols, and their combination to diets without antibiotics and high-dose zinc oxide on the growth performance, diarrhea incidence, intestinal morphology, and microbial diversity of weaned piglets. A total of 150 Duroc × Landrace × Large White weaned piglets were allocated to one of five diets in a randomized complete block design with six replicates and five piglets per replicate. The experimental period was 42 d, divided into two feeding stages: pre-starter (0-14 d) and starter (14-42 d). In the pre-starter stage, the negative control group (NC) was fed a basal diet, the positive control group (PC) was fed a basal diet with 2000 mg/kg of zinc oxide, the porous zinc oxide group (PZ) was fed a basal diet with 500 mg/kg of porous zinc oxide, the plant polyphenol group (PP) was fed a basal diet with 1500 mg/kg of plant polyphenols, and the combination group (PZ + PP) was fed a basal diet with 500 mg/kg of porous zinc oxide and 1500 mg/kg of plant polyphenols. In the starter stage, the NC, PC, and PZ groups were fed a basal diet, while the PP and PZ + PP groups were fed a basal diet with 1000 mg/kg of plant polyphenols. The results showed that, (1) compared with the PZ group, adding plant polyphenols to the diet showed a trend of increasing the ADFI of weaned piglets from 14 to 28 d (p = 0.099). From days 28 to 42 and days 0 to 42, porous zinc oxide and the combination of porous zinc oxide and plant polyphenols added to the control diet improved the FCR to the level observed in pigs fed the PC diet. (2) Dietary PZ + PP tended to increase the jejunal villus height (VH) of weaned piglets (p = 0.055), and significantly increased the villus-height-to-crypt-depth ratio compared to the NC group (p < 0.05). (3) Compared with the NC group, PZ supplementation decreased the relative abundance of Firmicutes and increased the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes, and the relative abundance of Lactobacillus in the PZ and PZ + PP groups were both increased. In conclusion, porous zinc oxide and plant polyphenols may have synergistic effects in modulating intestinal health in weaned piglets and be a potential alternative to high-dose zinc oxide.

Abstract
The decay-time-dependent CP asymmetry in B_{s}^{0}→J/ψ(→μ^{+}μ^{-})K^{+}K^{-} decays is measured using proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb^{-1}, collected with the LHCb detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. Using a sample of approximately 349 000 B_{s}^{0} signal decays with an invariant K^{+}K^{-} mass in the vicinity of the ϕ(1020) resonance, the CP-violating phase ϕ_{s} is measured, along with the difference in decay widths of the light and heavy mass eigenstates of the B_{s}^{0}-B[over ¯]_{s}^{0} system, ΔΓ_{s}, and the difference of the average B_{s}^{0} and B^{0} meson decay widths, Γ_{s}-Γ_{d}. The values obtained are ϕ_{s}=-0.039±0.022±0.006 rad, ΔΓ_{s}=0.0845±0.0044±0.0024 ps^{-1}, and Γ_{s}-Γ_{d}=-0.0056_{-0.0015}^{+0.0013}±0.0014 ps^{-1}, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. These are the most precise single measurements to date and are consistent with expectations based on the Standard Model and with the previous LHCb analyses of this decay. These results are combined with previous independent LHCb measurements. The phase ϕ_{s} is also measured independently for each polarization state of the K^{+}K^{-} system and shows no evidence for polarization dependence.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Checkpoint inhibitors have shown improvement in recurrence-free survival in the post-operative setting for node-positive melanoma and were first approved in late 2015. However, single-agent checkpoint therapies have yet to show benefit to overall survival (OS) for lower-risk stage III cancers. We evaluated the OS benefit of post-operative immunotherapy in the National Cancer Database (NCDB). PATIENTS AND METHODS Patient cases were selected from the NCDB 2020 Participant Use File. Patients diagnosed with stage III cutaneous melanoma between 2016 and 2019 who underwent definitive resection for their melanoma were included. OS between those who received post-operative immunotherapy within 84 days of surgery and those who did not was analyzed by the Kaplan-Meier method. Demographic and clinical characteristics between the two groups were compared via Cox proportional hazard models. RESULTS 14 978 patients with stage III melanoma were included. Of those, 34.9% (n = 5234) received post-operative immunotherapy and 65.1% (n = 9744) did not. Using the American Joint Committee on Cancer version 8 (AJCCv8) staging, 36-month survival was significantly higher in patients who received post-operative immunotherapy compared to no post-operative systemic therapy in those diagnosed with stage IIIB (88.0% versus 84.7%, P = 0.011), IIIC (75.6% versus 68.1%, P < 0.001), or IIID (59.2% versus 48.4%, P = 0.002). No significant improvement in 36-month survival was seen in patients who received post-operative immunotherapy in patients with stage IIIA disease (93.0% versus 92.2%, P = 0.218). CONCLUSIONS Post-operative immunotherapy had an OS benefit in patients with AJCCv8 stage IIIB, IIIC, and IIID disease, but had no significant survival benefit for patients with stage IIIA melanomas.

Abstract
In the USA it is estimated that more than one million women become menopausal each year. Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the leading cause of mortality in menopausal woman globally. The majority of perimenopausal to postmenopausal women experience bothersome symptoms including hot flashes, night sweats, mood liability, sleep disturbances, irregular bleeding and sexual dysfunction. While menopausal hormone therapy (HT) effectively treats most of these symptoms, use of HT has become confusing, especially related to CHD risk. Despite years of observational and retrospective studies supporting a CHD benefit and improved survival among HT users, the Heart and Estrogen/Progestin Replacement Study (HERS) and the Women's Health Initiative (WHI) raised doubts about this long-held premise. The timing hypothesis has since emerged and states that when HT is initiated in younger women, soon after menopause onset, there may be cardiovascular benefit. The following review discusses the roller-coaster history of HT use as it pertains to CHD in postmenopausal women. Studies that highlight HT's CHD benefit are reviewed and provide reassurance that HT utilized in appropriately selected younger postmenopausal women close to the onset of menopause is safe from a cardiovascular perspective, in line with consensus recommendations.

Abstract
A measurement of time-dependent CP violation in the decays of B^{0} and B[over ¯]^{0} mesons to the final states J/ψ(→μ^{+}μ^{-})K_{S}^{0}, ψ(2S)(→μ^{+}μ^{-})K_{S}^{0} and J/ψ(→e^{+}e^{-})K_{S}^{0} with K_{S}^{0}→π^{+}π^{-} is presented. The data correspond to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb^{-1} collected at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV with the LHCb detector. The CP-violation parameters are measured to be S_{ψK_{S}^{0}}=0.717±0.013(stat)±0.008(syst) and C_{ψK_{S}^{0}}=0.008±0.012(stat)±0.003(syst). This measurement of S_{ψK_{S}^{0}} represents the most precise single measurement of the CKM angle β to date and is more precise than the current world average. In addition, measurements of the CP-violation parameters of the individual channels are reported and a combination with the LHCb Run 1 measurements is performed.

Abstract
Flaxseed meal (FSM) is a byproduct of flaxseed oil extraction which has rich nutritional value and can be used as a high-quality new protein ingredient. However, the anti-nutrient factor (ANF) in FSM restricts its potential application in feed. The strategy of microbial fermentation is a highly effective approach to reducing ANF in FSM and enhancing its feeding value. However, evaluation of the nutritional value of fermented flaxseed meal (FFSM) in growing pigs has not yet been conducted. Thus, the purpose of this study was to investigate the nutritional value of FFSM in growing pigs and comparison of the effect of fermentation treatment on improving the nutritional value of FSM. Two experiments were conducted to determine the available energy value, apparent digestibility of nutrients, and standard ileal digestibility of amino acids of FSM and FFSM in growing pigs. The results showed as follows: (1) Fermentation treatment increased the levels of crude protein (CP), Ca and P in FSM by 2.86%, 9.54% and 4.56%, while decreasing the concentration of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) by 34.09% and 12.71%, respectively (p < 0.05); The degradation rate of CGs in FSM was 54.09% (p < 0.05); (2) The digestible energy (DE) and metabolic energy (ME) of FSM and FFSM were 14.54 MJ/kg, 16.68 MJ/kg and 12.85 MJ/kg, 15.24 MJ/kg, respectively; (3) Compared with FSM, dietary FFSM supplementation significantly increased the apparent digestibility of CP, NDF, ADF, Ca, and P of growing pigs (p < 0.05) and significantly increased the standard ileal digestibility of methionine (p < 0.05). These results indicate that fermentation treatment could effectively enhance the nutritional value of FSM and provide basic theoretical data for the application of FFSM in pig production.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The aim of the study was to analyze the apoptosis of neurons and the differences in expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in the neurons in the corresponding spinal cord segment after the repair of the tibial nerve (TN) and common peroneal nerve (CPN) in rats. MATERIALS AND METHODS 126 healthy male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats aged 7-8 weeks were randomly divided into group A (control group), group B (TN was cut and sutured), and group C (CPN was cut and sutured), with 42 rats in each group. The spinal cord tissues of rats in different groups were stained with hematoxylin-eosin (HE) on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th day after surgery; the number of neurons in anterior horn of spinal cord, axon density (AD), axon passage rate (APR), and recovery rate (RR) of muscle cell cross-sectional area (MCCA) were calculated; and differences in the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins in the three groups of rats were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the muscle wet weight (MWW) RR of the three groups of rats on the 14th day after the surgery (p>0.05), and the MWW RRs of rats in groups B and C were higher at the 28th day after surgery in contrast to group A (p<0.05). The number of motor neurons in the anterior horn of spinal cord in group B was higher than that in group C at the 3rd, 7th, 14th, and 21st day after surgery (p<0.05); the MWW RR, MCCA, and CSARR of rats in group B were lower than those in group C (p<0.05); the proximal AD, distal AD, and APR in group B were higher than those of group C on the 14th and 28th day after the surgery (p<0.05); and there were no positive staining results in the spinal cord tissue of rats in group A after staining. The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in group B were higher observably than the expressions in group C (p<0.05), which indicated that the recovery ability of TN was stronger than that of the CPN; the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in TN was notably higher than that of the CPN. CONCLUSIONS The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was related to cell apoptosis and nerve regeneration after nerve injury. It provided a reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of peripheral nerves.

Abstract
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of Laminaria japonica polysaccharide (LJP) supplementation at levels of 100, 200, or 400 mg/kg on the growth performance, faecal digestive enzyme activity, and serum biochemistry and amino acids of weaned piglets. One hundred and twenty weaned piglets (Barkshire × Licha Black, 21 days old, 6.13 ± 0.16 kg) were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates of six piglets in each group based on body weight. Piglets were fed with different levels (0, 100, 200, and 400 mg/kg) of LJP for a 21-day trial. On day 21, faecal and blood samples were collected from one piglet per pen. The results showed that the supplementation of the 200 and 400 mg/kg LJP significantly increased average daily gain (ADG) and average daily feed intake (ADFI) compared to the control group (p = 0.007; p = 0.002), and dietary LJP linearly increased ADG and ADFI (p = 0.002; p < 0.001). In addition, the supplementation of the 200 and 400 mg/kg LJP significantly increased faecal amylase activity (p < 0.001) compared to the control group, and dietary LJP linearly increased faecal amylase and lipase activities (p = 0.001; p = 0.037). Moreover, dietary LJP at 400 mg/kg increased serum histidine content compared to the other groups (p = 0.002), and dietary LJP linearly increased the contents of serum histidine and asparagine in piglets (p < 0.001; p = 0.046). In conclusion, supplementation of 200 and 400 mg/kg LJP could enhance growth performance and faecal digestive enzyme activity and modulate the serum amino acid content of weaned piglets, potentially contributing to the health of weaned piglets.

Abstract
Gastric cancer (GC) is among the top five malignant tumors worldwide in terms of morbidity and death. Chemotherapy is the primary treatment for unresectable or advanced postoperative GC. Chemotherapy resistance developed against cisplatin-fluorouracil (CF) combined chemotherapy is one of the most common clinical issues in patients with GC, leading to poor prognosis. Two different methods were used to analyze GSE14210, and two gene sets were obtained. The first method involved performing the traditional difference analysis (adjusted p<0.05, |log2FC|>=1) by Network Analyst to obtain gene set 1, followed by conducting gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis on the obtained gene set. The second method involved using iDEP to make the weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) and performing GO and KEGG enrichment analysis, to obtain gene set 2. Thereafter, the STRING database and Cytoscape were used to construct Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) networks, screen core clusters, and hub genes of the two gene sets. Furthermore, the hub genes were verified in GSE14210 by the survival analysis method of the Kaplan-Meier plotter database. Finally, we analyzed the mRNA expression of the hub genes by UALCAN and the protein expression of the same by Human Protein Atlas (HPA). Three real hub genes with the same mRNA expression as that of protein were identified, including CENPB, MTA1, and GCNT3. Finally, we performed single gene GO and KEGG enrichment analyses to explore the possible mechanisms of action of these three genes. The mRNA and protein expressions of CENPB, MTA1, and GCNT3 were upregulated in CF-resistant GC patients, and they were significantly associated with bad overall survival (OS). CENPB, MTA1 and GCNT3 are expected to be biomarkers with promising clinical applications as potential therapeutic targets for patients with refractory GC treated with CF combined chemotherapy.

Abstract
Oxidative stress is the major incentive for intestinal dysfunction in weaned piglets, which usually leads to growth retardation or even death. Silybin has caught extensive attention due to its antioxidant properties. Herein, we investigated the effect of dietary silybin supplementation on growth performance and determined its protective effect on paraquat (PQ)-induced intestinal oxidative damage and microflora dysbiosis in weaned piglets. In trial 1, a total of one hundred twenty healthy weaned piglets were randomly assigned into five treatments with six replicate pens per treatment and four piglets per pen, where they were fed basal diets supplemented with silybin at 0, 50, 100, 200, or 400 mg/kg for 42 days. In trial 2, a total of 24 piglets were randomly allocated to two dietary treatments with 12 replicates per treatment and 1 piglet per pen: a basal diet or adding 400 mg/kg silybin to a basal diet. One-half piglets in each treatment were given an intraperitoneal injection of paraquat (4 mg/kg of body weight) or sterile saline on day 18. All piglets were euthanized on day 21 for sample collection. The results showed that dietary supplementation with 400 mg/kg silybin resulted in a lower feed conversion ratio, diarrhea incidence, and greater antioxidant capacity in weaned piglets. Dietary silybin enhanced intestinal antioxidant capacity and mitochondrial function in oxidative stress piglets induced by PQ. Silybin inhibited mitochondria-associated endogenous apoptotic procedures and then improved the intestinal barrier function and morphology of PQ-challenged piglets. Moreover, silybin improved intestinal microbiota dysbiosis induced by the PQ challenge by enriching short-chain fatty-acid-producing bacteria, which augmented the production of acetate and propionate. Collectively, these findings indicated that dietary silybin supplementation linearly decreased feed conversion ratio and reduced diarrhea incidence in normal conditions, and effectively alleviated oxidative stress-induced mitochondrial dysfunction, intestinal damage, and microflora dysbiosis in weaned piglets.

Abstract
The first observation and study of two new baryonic structures in the final state Ξ_{b}^{0}π^{+}π^{-} and the confirmation of the Ξ_{b}(6100)^{-} state in the Ξ_{b}^{-}π^{+}π^{-} decay mode are reported using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. In addition, the properties of the known Ξ_{b}^{*0}, Ξ_{b}^{'-} and Ξ_{b}^{*-} resonances are measured with improved precision. The new decay mode of the Ξ_{b}^{0} baryon to the Ξ_{c}^{+} π^{-} π^{+} π^{-} final state is observed and exploited for the first time in these measurements.

Abstract
A flavor-tagged time-dependent angular analysis of the decay B_{s}^{0}→ϕϕ is performed using pp collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at the center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb^{-1}. The CP-violating phase and direct CP-violation parameter are measured to be ϕ_{s}^{ss[over ¯]s}=-0.042±0.075±0.009 rad and |λ|=1.004±0.030±0.009, respectively, assuming the same values for all polarization states of the ϕϕ system. In these results, the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. These parameters are also determined separately for each polarization state, showing no evidence for polarization dependence. The results are combined with previous LHCb measurements using pp collisions at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, yielding ϕ_{s}^{ss[over ¯]s}=-0.074±0.069 rad and |λ|=1.009±0.030. This is the most precise study of time-dependent CP violation in a penguin-dominated B meson decay. The results are consistent with CP symmetry and with the standard model predictions.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the difference of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) transcripts between atopic dermatitis (AD) and healthy controls, and to screen and preliminarily validate potential biomarkers of AD. Methods: From January 2021 to May 2022, blood samples from 9 AD patients and 10 healthy controls were collected from the Dermatology and Cosmetic Center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, ribonucleic acid-sequencing (RNA-seq) was used to determine the transcriptome and relative expression of PBMC, the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were analyzed by gene ontology (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) and protein-protein interaction networks (PPI) analysis, and the potential biomarkers were identified by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). Results: The age of patients in the AD group [M (Q1, Q3)] was 26.50 (22.75, 30.50) years old, and the course of disease [M (Q1, Q3)] was 15 (10, 20) years,and the age of the healthy control group [M (Q1, Q3)] was 37.00 (27.75, 40.25) years old. Compared with healthy controls, 1 044 DEGs were detected in PBMC samples in AD group, including 668 up-regulated genes and 376 down-regulated genes. Differential variable splicing (AS) showed that mutually exclusive exons (46.74%) and skipped exon (31.01%) accounted for a large proportion. GO and KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that AD is closely linked to DEGs implicated in the inflammatory response and cytokine interaction and signal pathway. Comprehensive enrichment analysis and PPI analysis selected the expression of 8 candidate genes (CCL4, CCR3, CXCR5, NFKBIA, CXCL1, IL-1B, CCL20, LY96), which was confirmed by qRT-PCR and were consistent with that of RNA-seq. Conclusions: CCL4, CCR3, CXCR5, NFKBIA, CXCL1, IL-1B, CCL20 and LY96 might be potential biomarkers of AD, participating in the occurrence and development of AD.

Abstract
The branching fraction of the rare decay Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ(1520)μ^{+}μ^{-} is measured for the first time, in the squared dimuon mass intervals q^{2}, excluding the J/ψ and ψ(2S) regions. The data sample analyzed was collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. The result in the highest q^{2} interval, q^{2}>15.0 GeV^{2}/c^{4}, where theoretical predictions have the smallest model dependence, agrees with the predictions.

Abstract
Externally applied forces, such as those generated through skeletal muscle contraction, are important to embryonic joint formation, and their loss can result in gross morphologic defects including joint fusion. While the absence of muscle contraction in the developing chick embryo leads to dissociation of dense connective tissue structures of the knee and ultimately joint fusion, the central knee joint cavitates whereas the patellofemoral joint does not in murine models lacking skeletal muscle contraction, suggesting a milder phenotype. These differential results suggest that muscle contraction may not have as prominent of a role in the growth and development of dense connective tissues of the knee. To explore this question, we investigated the formation of the menisci, tendon, and ligaments of the developing knee in two murine models that lack muscle contraction. We found that while the knee joint does cavitate, there were multiple abnormalities in the menisci, patellar tendon, and cruciate ligaments. The initial cellular condensation of the menisci was disrupted and dissociation was observed at later embryonic stages. The initial cell condensation of the tendon and ligaments were less affected than the meniscus, but these tissues contained cells with hyper-elongated nuclei and displayed diminished growth. Interestingly, lack of muscle contraction led to the formation of an ectopic ligamentous structure in the anterior region of the joint as well. These results indicate that muscle forces are essential for the continued growth and maturation of these structures during this embryonic period.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) The positioning accuracy of rectal radiotherapy patients was greatly affected by the immobilization gadget, breathing motion, bladder volume etc. Prone is one of the common treatment positions for rectum radiotherapy patients as it can displace the small bowels to reduce side effects. Our team would like to further enhance positioning accuracy by evaluating different positioning approaches. MATERIALS/METHODS A total of 16 patients from each group were selected retrospectively. All patients fulfilled the bladder (±20% of CT-sim bladder volume) and bowel (empty bowel before the treatment) protocol before entering the treatment unit. Group A patients were positioned using commercial prone pelvic board (Orfit, Belgium) combined with thermoplastic membrane and skin markings; Group B patients were fixed with innovative prone pelvic board and vac-bag which positioned using skin markings. First three fractions and once weekly CBCT images were retrieved for data analysis. Group C patients were fixed the same as Group B and positioned using skin markings during the first fraction. New reference surface for the SGRT system (Vision RT Ltd, UK) was captured after CBCT shifts applied. The subsequent treatment, patient was aligned to ±0.1 cm and ±1.5° according to the new reference surface. CBCT shifts that were taken at fraction 2, 3, 4 and once weekly were recorded in 6 degrees of freedom. RESULTS A total of 112 sets of data were retrieved from each groups respectively. The results were compared using nonparametric tests based on the normal distribution of the data. PTV margins (M) were calculated using the formula M = 2.5Σ+0.7σ. Positioning errors were shown in Table 1. The median positioning errors was statistically significant in lateral, vertical, roll and yaw for Group A and B. Whereas, Group C positioning errors was superior to Group B in all axes (p<0.05) except roll and yaw directions. The margins of Group A, B and C were 0.68cm, 1.17cm and 0.62cm; 0.56cm, 0.99cm and 0.75cm; 0.39cm, 0.36cm and 0.34cm in lateral, longitudinal and vertical directions. The results shown that Group B margins was smaller than Group A in lateral and longitudinal directions. Group C required the least margins. CONCLUSION Positioning prone rectum patients using innovative pelvic board with the aid of surface guidance resulted in higher accuracy and smaller margins especially in longitudinal direction. Accurate positioning and good reproducibility could potentially reduce the margins from 6mm to 4mm for our prone rectum radiotherapy patients.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) To assess the feasibility of adding bevacizumab consolidation into hypo-fractionated concurrent chemoradiotherapy (hypo-CCRT) in patients with unresectable locally advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (LA-NS-NSCLC). MATERIALS/METHODS Eligible patients were treated with hypo-RT (40 Gy in 10 fractions) followed by hypo-boost (24-28 Gy in 6-7 fractions) combined with concurrent weekly chemotherapy. Patients completed the hypo-CCRT without≥G2 toxicities then received consolidation bevacizumab every 3 weeks for up to 1 year, or disease progression or unacceptable treatment related toxicities. The primary endpoint was the risk of G4 or higher hemorrhage. The secondary endpoint was progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), locoregional failure-free survival (LRFS), distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS) and objective response rate (ORR). All time-to-event endpoints (OS, PFS, LRFS and DMFS) were measured from the start of radiotherapy. RESULTS From December 2017 to July 2020, a total of 27 patients were analyzed with a median follow-up duration of 28.0 months. One patient (3.7%) developed G5 hemorrhage during bevacizumab consolidation. Besides, there were 7 patients (25.9%) had G3 cough and 3 patients (11.1%) had G3 pneumonitis. The ORR was 92.6% of the whole cohort. The median OS was 37.0 months (95% confidence interval, 8.9-65.1 months), the median PFS was 16.0 months (95% confidence interval, 14.0-18.0 months), the median LRFS was not reached and the median DMFS was 18.0 months. CONCLUSION This pilot study met its goal of demonstrating the tolerability of consolidation bevacizumab after hypo-CCRT. Further investigation of antiangiogenic and immunotherapy combinations in LA-NSCLC is warranted while G3 respiratory toxicities is worth considering.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) To explore the feasibility of Fan-beam CT (FBCT)-based all in one (AIO) online workflow for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) in radical radiotherapy setting, and to preliminarily describe the timing of different steps in the process, contouring accuracy of regions of interest (ROIs), target coverage, organs at risk (OARs) dose and patient compliance. MATERIALS/METHODS From March 16, 2022 to January 04, 2023, 25 NPC patients (22/25 diagnosed as phase III/IV disease according to 8th edition of the AJCC/UICC staging system) consecutively treated with AIO radiotherapy were prospectively enrolled. All patients received mask fixation and MRI simulation scan in advance. Primary gross tumor volume (GTVp) of nasopharynx was automatically delineated by AI and edited manually on MRI images. AIO online workflow started with an integrated KV-level CT in a CT-integrated linear accelerator. After that GTVp was registrated to CT images and other ROIs was contoured automatically and then modified manually as needed. Subsequently automatic treatment plan was calculated and optimized until the dose of target and OARs was evaluated satisfactory by physicians and physicists. Finally, treatment was delivered using volumetric modulated arc treatment (VMAT), with prescribed dose of 6996 cGy/ 33 fractions to the GTVp. RESULTS Twenty-four patients (24/25, 96%) completed the AIO radiotherapy workflow successfully, with average treatment time of 28.3 min (range: 19.9-42.4 min). the AI-assisted ROIs automatically contouring took 1.55 min in average (range: 1.32-1.77 min), with an average DICE of 97.7% compared with modified contouring, and the average DICE was 95.7% for clinical tumor volume 1 (CTV1), 88.6% for CTV2, 73.6% for GTVn (cervical lymph node), 99.3% for 30 OARs. The automatic treatment plan averagely needed 3.5 min, and the pass rate of radiotherapy planning was 91.7% (22/24). The target coverage for PTVs for GTVp, CTV1, and CTV2 was 99.3%, 99.8%, 98.0% respectively. As for the dose of OARs, the average Dmax of brainstem was 5,583cGy; the Dmax of spinal cord was 3,467cGy; the Dmean of parotid was 3,285 cGy. The average monitor units of all patients was 643 MU and the delivery took 2.93 min. Patient compliance with respect to AIO workflow and total treatment time was excellent. CONCLUSION The AIO online radiotherapy was promising for NPC patients, with clinically acceptable AI assisted ROIs contouring and treatment planning, as well as favorable patient compliance to the AIO online workflow.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) The aim of this work is to established the technical characteristics and implementation procedures of an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered radiotherapy workflow that enables full-process automation for online adaptive radiotherapy (ART); and evaluate its feasibility and performance implemented for ART of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). MATERIALS/METHODS This single center, prospective study has been approved by the ethical committee of the institution. The online ART workflow was developed based on a CT-integrated linear accelerator. During the course of radiotherapy, the patient underwent daily pre-treatment fan-beam CT (FBCT) scan. Then the FBCT was automatically registered to the original planning CT and used to assess the need for the patient to implement ART according to radiation oncologist's discretionary. The online ART workflow incorporates critical radiotherapy procedures from re-simulation, auto-segmentation by integrating image fusion and deep learning method, auto-replanning, beam delivery, and in vivo quality assurance (QA) into one scheme, while the patient is on the treatment couch during the whole process. RESULTS From 2th April 2022 to 5th January 2023, 20 patients with newly-diagnosed, non-metastatic NPC were enrolled in this study. Only one-time online ART was performed for each patient, because that the appropriate timing for triggering online ART was explored in parallel with this study. According to radiation oncologists' discretionary, the median fraction for performing online ART was at 21 fractions (interquartile range, 19-24 fractions). All patients were well tolerated and successfully completed the treatment. For tumor targets contouring, minor revisions were required for automated contours of the primary gross tumor volume (GTVp) and clinical target volumes (CTVs, including CTV1 and CTV2), with the mean DSC between before and after revision of 0.91±0.042, 0.94 ± 0.042 and 0.91 ± 0.061, respectively; and much more revisions for the automated contours of cervical lymph nodes GTV (GTVn), with the mean DSC of 0.74 ± 0.28. The automated contours of normal tissues were clinically acceptable with little modifications. Median time consuming for auto-segmentation and revision was 9.5 minutes (min). For treatment planning, 18 automated plans (90%) were passed at their first auto-optimization and two plans (10%) were passed after further optimization of the dose coverage of CTVs by physicist; and the median time consuming for auto-planning was 6.2 min. Time consuming for other procedures were as follows: re-simulation, 2.3 min; plan evaluation, 3.3 min; beam delivery, 4.6 min; and the duration of the entire process was 25.9 min, range from 19.4 min to 32.5 min. CONCLUSION We successfully established an AI-powered online ART workflow for adaptive radiotherapy of NPC, and confirmed that current auto-segmentation and auto-replanning methods are powered enough to support the clinical application of its online ART.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Online adaptive radiotherapy (ART) has the advantage of compensating for potential underdosing to targets and overdosing to organs-at-risk (OARs) caused by variations in patient anatomy and tumor geometry. Artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted rapid generation of new plans makes online ART possible. We aimed to evaluate the dosimetric benefits of online ART on tumor coverage and OARs sparing in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). MATERIALS/METHODS Twenty patients diagnosed with NPC (19 with stage III and 1 with stage II according to the 8th edition of the AJCC/UICC staging system) who underwent definitive radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy and received online ART on CT-Linac between April 2022 and December 2022 were included in this study, consisting of 14 males and 6 females with a median age of 48 years (range: 29-68 years). The prescription dose was 6996 cGy/33 fractions for primary gross tumor volume (GTVp), 6600-6996 cGy/33 fractions for gross tumor volume of nodes (GTVn), 6006 cGy/33 fractions for high-risk clinical tumor volume (CTV1), 5412 cGy/33 fractions for low-risk clinical tumor volume (CTV2). The majority of the patients (15/20) received online ART during the fourth to fifth week of their radiotherapy treatment The auto-segmented contours and auto-plan generated by AI were manually reviewed and edited by radiotherapists and physicists. The paired samples t-test was used to compare the dose and volumes metrics of targets and OARs between scheduled plan and online ART plan. RESULTS The results of this study showed that compared to the scheduled plan, the online ART plan resulted in significant reductions in the volumes of all targets and 8/12 OARs (temporal lobes, optic nerves, lenses, eyes, parotids, submandibulars, mandibles, and thyroid) (P<0.05). The online ART plan also improved target coverage, with D98% for GTVp in the scheduled plan compared to the online ART plan being 7063.4 ± 76.1 cGy and 7096.1 ± 53.9 cGy (P = 0.1), CTV1 being 6266.7 ± 114.9 cGy and 6208.7 ± 54.7 cGy (P<0.05), and CTV2 being 4142.5 ± 1700.9 cGy and 5416.4 ± 23.8 cGy (P<0.01), respectively. The dose to all 12 OARs was reduced with the use of online ART, with 5/12 OARs showing statistical significance. The D0.03cm3 for the spinal cord in the scheduled plan and online ART plan were 3630.9 ± 197.6 and 3454.1 ± 132.0 cGy; for the temporal lobes were 7075.2 ± 303.0 and 6994.2 ± 345.1 cGy; and 4396.0 ± 2575.0 and for the pituitary were 4214.5 ± 2499.2 cGy. Meanwhile the Dmean for the eyes in the scheduled plan and online ART plan was 769.0 ± 232.0 and 714.8 ± 200.1 cGy; and for the mandibles were 3187.7 ± 211.5 and 3066.0 ± 152.1 cGy. CONCLUSION Online ART was effective in protecting most of the OARs in NPC patients, while simultaneously indicating a trend towards enhancing target coverage. This study demonstrated the promising potential of online ART for patients with NPC. This approach will be tested in an upcoming phase III trial.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Trigeminal neuralgia is a chronic pain condition of the trigeminal nerve affecting 12 per 100,000 people. Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) delivered by both a non-invasive stereotactic radiosurgery instrument and linear accelerators (LINAC) is a non-invasive alternative to surgical approaches. Although SRS in this setting is commonly performed, there lacks a consensus and comparative data on the optimal anatomical target with the two most common targets being the dorsal root entry zone (proximal) and retrogasserian zone (distal). This study aims to evaluate treatment outcomes in patients based on these two target locations. MATERIALS/METHODS This multi-center, retrospective analysis included patients treated for trigeminal neuralgia between 2017 and 2021 with GK and LINAC-based SRS who were followed for at least 1 year. All patients received a dose of 85 Gy prescribed to the isocenter, set at the dorsal root entry zone (proximal) or the retrogasserian zone (distal). Isocenter location was based on the preference of the radiation oncologist and neurosurgeon. Patient reported clinical pain relief was recorded as full, partial, or no pain relief after SRS. Among patients with full and partial pain relief duration of pain relief was recorded. Ability to achieve full or partial medication de-escalation was also recorded. Outcomes of patients in the proximal and distal target cohort were compared using time based univariate analyses using log rank hazards model. RESULTS We identified 86 eligible patients, of whom 54 patients (63%; median age 63, 72% female) were treated using a proximal target, and 32 (37%; median age 66, 71% female) were prescribed to a distal target. In the proximal and distal cohorts, patients experienced pain relief (either partial or full relief) at a rate of 74% and 90% and full pain relief at a rate of 46% and 31%, respectively (p = 0.011). The duration of pain relief was not significantly different amongst the two groups (p = 0.18). Partial medication de-escalation was more frequent in the distal target (75%) vs proximal (33%), while full medication de-escalation was more frequent with proximal (39%) vs distal (13%), p = 0.001. CONCLUSION This study contributes to the limited data evaluating the differences in outcomes between proximal and distal targeting for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with stereotactic radiosurgery. Overall, this study confirms that both approaches achieve a high rate of response in a difficult to control disease process. Our study suggests that a distal isocenter may be associated with higher rates of any type of pain improvement while a proximal isocenter may be associated with higher rates of complete pain relief. This data is hypothesis-generating and warrants further investigation into the effectiveness/toxicity differences of two approaches.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) To explore the necessity of Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) adaptive radiation therapy (ART), and evaluate the consistency and robustness of auto re-planning during ART. MATERIALS/METHODS Eleven NPC patients were enrolled in this study at one institution. We used a CT-integrated linear accelerator, which integrates a 16-slice helical CT to acquire diagnostic-grade fan-beam CT (FBCT) for IGRT. Electron density accuracy from FBCT provides a solid foundation for accurate radiation dose calculation. PGTVp, PTV1 and PTV2 prescription dose are 69.96 Gy, 60.06 Gy and 54.12 Gy with 33 fractions. All ROIs, including Targets and OARs, were auto delineated via a treatment planning system (TPS), and modified by a senior physician with more than 15-year experience to confirm that they follow the clinical requirement. An initial plan (Plan A) was automatically generated based on the first CT-Sim images on the TPS. Another adjusted re-plan (Plan B) was also automatically generated based on the second CT-Sim images after 20 fractions of treatment for ART implementation. During the whole course of the 33 fractions delivery, there are 20 fractions Plan A (with 4 weekly IGRTi, i = 1∼4) and 13 fractions Plan B (with 3 weekly IGRTj, j = 5∼7). After carefully rigid registration between the CT-Sim images and their following weekly FBCT images, we copied Plan A and Plan B to IGRTi and IGRTj, respectively. Plan_IGRT would be re-calculated for dose evaluation. In addition, the Plan A was copied to the second CT-Sim (Plan A_2nd CT-Sim) after first CT-Sim and second CT-Sim rigid images registration. RESULTS There is a significant target volume change of -5%±4%, -3%±3%, and -5%±3% from Plan A to Plan B, for PGTVp, PTV1 and PTV2 (p<0.05), respectively. All the Plan A and Plan B could be generated within 210.2s±1.4s, which is more time-saving than manual planning greatly, and there is no statistical difference between Plan A and Plan B of the plan quality index (p>0.05). The plans for IGRT7 are inferior to the plans for IGRT5 with higher V110% for PGTVp (4.40%±8.60% for Plan A, 2.37%±8.91% for Plan B). PlanA_2nd CT-Sim for each patient is inferior to Plan B, with higher V110% for PGTVp (19.12%±18.91%), lower V100% for PTV2 (-2.84%±2.89%) and higher Dmax for Brainstem (315.88 cGy ± 190.39 cGy) statistically. Furthermore, all the Plan B_IGRTj are superior to Plan A_IGRTj, with the dose index difference of -17.50% ± 23.15%/-15.47% ± 14.85%, 2.45% ± 3.23%/2.31% ± 3.09% and -194.03 cGy ± 221.91 cGy/-170.07 cGy ± 168.41 cGy for V110% of PGTVp, V100% for PTV2 and Dmax of Brainstem for j = 5/7 (p<0.05), respectively. CONCLUSION The world's first integrated CT-Linac platform, equipped with FBCT, can provide a diagnostic-quality FBCT for achieve offline ART. It is necessary for NPC patients to have the IGRT, ART and re-planning after 20 fractions treatment, for the target volumes change sharply. Auto planning and auto re-planning for NPC ART are able to maintain the plan consistency and robustness while shorten the planning time.

Abstract
Two new excited states, Ω_{c}(3185)^{0} and Ω_{c}(3327)^{0}, are observed in the Ξ_{c}^{+}K^{-} invariant-mass spectrum using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. Five previously observed excited Ω_{c}^{0} states are confirmed, namely Ω_{c}(3000)^{0}, Ω_{c}(3050)^{0}, Ω_{c}(3065)^{0}, Ω_{c}(3090)^{0}, and Ω_{c}(3119)^{0}. The masses and widths of these seven states are measured with the highest precision to date.

Abstract
An amplitude analysis of B^{0}→J/ψϕK_{S}^{0} decays is performed using proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}, collected with the LHCb detector at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. Evidence with a significance of 4.0 standard deviations of a structure in the J/ψK_{S}^{0} system, named T_{ψs1}^{θ}(4000)^{0}, is seen, with its mass and width measured to be 3991_{-10}^{+12} _{-17}^{+9} MeV/c^{2} and 105_{-25}^{+29} _{-23}^{+17} MeV, respectively, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The T_{ψs1}^{θ}(4000)^{0} state is likely to be the isospin partner of the T_{ψs1}^{θ}(4000)^{+} state, previously observed in the J/ψK^{+} system of the B^{+}→J/ψϕK^{+} decay. When isospin symmetry for the charged and neutral T_{ψs1}^{θ}(4000) states is assumed, the signal significance increases to 5.4 standard deviations.

Abstract
The ratios of branching fractions R(D^{*})≡B(B[over ¯]→D^{*}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ})/B(B[over ¯]→D^{*}μ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ}) and R(D^{0})≡B(B^{-}→D^{0}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ})/B(B^{-}→D^{0}μ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ}) are measured, assuming isospin symmetry, using a sample of proton-proton collision data corresponding to 3.0 fb^{-1} of integrated luminosity recorded by the LHCb experiment during 2011 and 2012. The tau lepton is identified in the decay mode τ^{-}→μ^{-}ν_{τ}ν[over ¯]_{μ}. The measured values are R(D^{*})=0.281±0.018±0.024 and R(D^{0})=0.441±0.060±0.066, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. The correlation between these measurements is ρ=-0.43. The results are consistent with the current average of these quantities and are at a combined 1.9 standard deviations from the predictions based on lepton flavor universality in the standard model.

Abstract
The production of prompt D^{0} mesons in proton-lead collisions in both the forward and backward rapidity regions at a center-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of sqrt[s_{NN}]=8.16 TeV is measured by the LHCb experiment. The nuclear modification factor of prompt D^{0} mesons is determined as a function of the transverse momentum p_{T}, and the rapidity in the nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass frame y^{*}. In the forward rapidity region, significantly suppressed production with respect to pp collisions is measured, which provides significant constraints on models of nuclear parton distributions and hadron production down to the very low Bjorken-x region of ∼10^{-5}. In the backward rapidity region, a suppression with a significance of 2.0-3.8 standard deviations compared to parton distribution functions in a nuclear environment expectations is found in the kinematic region of p_{T}>6 GeV/c and -3.25

Abstract
The time-integrated CP asymmetry in the Cabibbo-suppressed decay D^{0}→K^{-}K^{+} is measured using proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.7 fb^{-1} collected at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with the LHCb detector. The D^{0} mesons are required to originate from promptly produced D^{*+}→D^{0}π^{+} decays, and the charge of the companion pion is used to determine the flavor of the charm meson at production. The time-integrated CP asymmetry is measured to be A_{CP}(K^{-}K^{+})=[6.8±5.4±1.6]×10^{-4} where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The direct CP asymmetries in D^{0}→K^{-}K^{+} and D^{0}→π^{-}π^{+} decays, a_{K^{-}K^{+}}^{d} and a_{π^{-}π^{+}}^{d}, are derived by combining A_{CP}(K^{-}K^{+}) with the time-integrated CP asymmetry difference, ΔA_{CP}=A_{CP}(K^{-}K^{+})-A_{CP}(π^{-}π^{+}), and other inputs, giving a_{K^{-}K^{+}}^{d}=(7.7±5.7)×10^{-4},a_{π^{-}π^{+}}^{d}=(23.2±6.1)×10^{-4},with a correlation coefficient corresponding to ρ=0.88. The compatibility of these results with CP symmetry is 1.4 and 3.8 standard deviations for D^{0}→K^{-}K^{+} and D^{0}→π^{-}π^{+} decays, respectively. This is the first evidence for direct CP violation in a specific D^{0} decay.

Abstract
Searches for the rare hadronic decays B^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯] and B_{s}^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯] are performed using proton-proton collision data recorded by the LHCb experiment and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. Significances of 9.3σ and 4.0σ, including statistical and systematic uncertainties, are obtained for the B^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯] and B_{s}^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯] signals, respectively. The branching fractions are measured relative to the topologically similar normalization decays B^{0}→J/ψ(→pp[over ¯])K^{*0}(→K^{+}π^{-}) and B_{s}^{0}→J/ψ(→pp[over ¯])ϕ(→K^{+}K^{-}). The branching fractions are measured to be B(B^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯])=(2.2±0.4±0.1±0.1)×10^{-8} and B(B_{s}^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯])=(2.3±1.0±0.2±0.1)×10^{-8}. In these measurements, the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third one is due to the external branching fraction of the normalization channel.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate and analyze the clinical features of elderly atopic dermatitis (AD) in China. Methods: Based on the National Clinical Research and Homogeneous Diagnosis and Treatment Project for Type 2 Inflammation Dermatosis, a total of 2 281 patients aged 65 years or older were enrolled from 172 grade A tertiary hospitals who were diagnosed as atopic dermatitis from June 2021 to February 2023, and their demographics, clinical feature, and disease severity, etc. were collected. Elderly AD patients were divided into groups based on gender, history of allergic diseases (with or without a personal or family history of allergic diseases), and clinical features (site of onset, AD signs) and scales were compared within the groups. Median (Q1, Q3) was used for quantitative data. Results: The age of 2 281 elderly AD patients was 73.02 (68.83, 79.62) years old, among whom there were 1 649 males (72.29%) and 632 females (27.71%). A total of 2 244 cases were recorded with the information of the onset stage, of whom 1 713 cases (76.34%) occurred in the elderly stage. A total of 2 136 cases were recorded with the information of personal or family history of allergic diseases, of which 1 076 cases (50.37%) had a personal or family history of allergic diseases, and 1 060 (49.63%) had no history of allergic diseases. Skin lesions were predominantly involved in the waist, back, buttocks, and AD signs were mainly eczema-like skin lesions on the cheek and/or scalp and/or limb extension. Patients with moderate to severe AD accounted for 60.58% (1 327 cases), moderate to severe itching accounted for 81.32% (1 781 cases). Patients with anxiety and depression accounted for 46.14% (1 011 cases) and 39.27% (860 cases), respectively. Men had a higher EASI score than women [9.67 (4.77, 19.28) vs 8.45 (3.98, 17.11), P=0.040]. EASI, HADS-anxiety and WI-NRS scores were higher in patients with history of allergic diseases than those without allergy history [ (9.79 (4.84, 19.96) vs 8.96 (4.05, 18.31), P=0.015; 7.22 (3.49, 10.00) vs 6.81 (3.12, 9.33), P=0.012; 7.64 (5.62, 9.07) vs 7.38 (5.35, 8.91), P=0.036]. Conclusion: Elderly AD patients have their own exclusive clinical manifestations, and the understanding of these characteristics is beneficial for guiding clinical development of targeted management plans. Elderly AD patients are mostly senile onset, and male patients are more than female patients, skin lesions are mainly distributed on the extended side, and the disease burden is heavy.

Abstract
An amplitude analysis of the B^{+}→D_{s}^{+}D_{s}^{-}K^{+} decay is carried out to study for the first time its intermediate resonant contributions, using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. A near-threshold peaking structure, referred to as X(3960), is observed in the D_{s}^{+}D_{s}^{-} invariant-mass spectrum with significance greater than 12 standard deviations. The mass, width, and the quantum numbers of the structure are measured to be 3956±5±10 MeV, 43±13±8 MeV, and J^{PC}=0^{++}, respectively, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The properties of the new structure are consistent with recent theoretical predictions for a state composed of cc[over ¯]ss[over ¯] quarks. Evidence for an additional structure is found around 4140 MeV in the D_{s}^{+}D_{s}^{-} invariant mass, which might be caused either by a new resonance with the 0^{++} assignment or by a J/ψϕ↔D_{s}^{+}D_{s}^{-} coupled-channel effect.

Abstract
The first simultaneous test of muon-electron universality using B^{+}→K^{+}ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-} and B^{0}→K^{*0}ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-} decays is performed, in two ranges of the dilepton invariant-mass squared, q^{2}. The analysis uses beauty mesons produced in proton-proton collisions collected with the LHCb detector between 2011 and 2018, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. Each of the four lepton universality measurements reported is either the first in the given q^{2} interval or supersedes previous LHCb measurements. The results are compatible with the predictions of the Standard Model.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Limosilactobacillus johnsoni (L. j) and Limosilactobacillus mucosae (L. m) can alleviate the inflammatory response. OBJECTIVES This study aimed to elucidate the underlying mechanisms by which L. j- and L. m-derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) mitigate lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced intestinal injury. METHODS Piglets were assigned to 4 groups: oral phosphate-buffered saline inoculation for 2 wk prior to intraperitoneal injection of physiological saline or LPS, and oral L. j/L. m inoculation for 2 wk prior to intraperitoneal injection of LPS. The intestinal integrity, macrophage markers, cytokine levels, and microbiota were determined. The cytokine levels and macrophage phenotype were detected after L. j/L. m and their EVs were coincubated with macrophages. The levels of cytokines, tight junction proteins, and apoptosis were measured after intestinal epithelial cells were cocultured with macrophages. RESULTS LPS challenge decreased jejunal villus length; expression levels of zonula occludens-1 (ZO-1), occludin, arginase-1 (Arg1), and interleukin (IL)-10; and number of CD163+ cells and increased the expression levels of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), IL-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α compared with that in the control. L. j and L. m pretreatment rescued the aforementioned indicators compared with LPS challenge. Pretreatment of L. j and L. m and their EVs reversed the levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-10 and the gene expression of iNOS and Arg1 in the LPS group in macrophages. Pretreatment with L. j and L. m-derived EVs increased ZO-1 and occludin mRNA expression and reduced IL-1β, caspase-3, and bax gene expression in intestinal epithelial cells of the coculture system. Enzyme-treated EVs were less effective than native EVs. CONCLUSIONS This study suggests that EVs secreted by L. j and L. m control inflammation by modulating macrophage polarization, thereby improving intestinal barrier function.

Abstract
A combined amplitude analysis is performed for the decays B^{0}→D[over ¯]^{0}D_{s}^{+}π^{-} and B^{+}→D^{-}D_{s}^{+}π^{+}, which are related by isospin symmetry. The analysis is based on data collected by the LHCb detector in proton-proton collisions at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. The full data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. Two new resonant states with masses of 2.908±0.011±0.020 GeV and widths of 0.136±0.023±0.013 GeV are observed, which decay to D_{s}^{+}π^{+} and D_{s}^{+}π^{-} respectively. The former state indicates the first observation of a doubly charged open-charm tetraquark state with minimal quark content [cs[over ¯]ud[over ¯]], and the latter state is a neutral tetraquark composed of [cs[over ¯]u[over ¯]d] quarks. Both states are found to have spin-parity of 0^{+}, and their resonant parameters are consistent with each other, which suggests that they belong to an isospin triplet.

Abstract
A search for the very rare D^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} decay is performed using data collected by the LHCb experiment in proton-proton collisions at sqrt[s]=7, 8, and 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. The search is optimized for D^{0} mesons from D^{*+}→D^{0}π^{+} decays but is also sensitive to D^{0} mesons from other sources. No evidence for an excess of events over the expected background is observed. An upper limit on the branching fraction of this decay is set at B(D^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-})<3.1×10^{-9} at a 90% C.L. This represents the world's most stringent limit, constraining models of physics beyond the standard model.

Abstract
An amplitude analysis of B^{-}→J/ψΛp[over ¯] decays is performed using 4400 signal candidates selected on a data sample of pp collisions recorded at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV with the LHCb detector, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. A narrow resonance in the J/ψΛ system, consistent with a pentaquark candidate with strangeness, is observed with high significance. The mass and the width of this new state are measured to be 4338.2±0.7±0.4 MeV and 7.0±1.2±1.3 MeV, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The spin is determined to be 1/2 and negative parity is preferred. Because of the small Q-value of the reaction, the most precise single measurement of the B^{-} mass to date, 5279.44±0.05±0.07 MeV, is obtained.

Abstract
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with different types of potassium and magnesium on the reproductive performance, antioxidant capacity, and immunity of sows. Forty-five Landrace × Yorkshire sows at the late gestation stage (85 d) were randomly assigned to three groups (n = 15). Sows in the control group (CON), potassium chloride and magnesium sulfate group (PM), and potassium-magnesium sulfate group (PMS) were fed with a basal diet, a basal diet supplemented with magnesium sulfate (0.20%) and potassium chloride (0.15%), or a basal diet supplemented with potassium-magnesium sulfate (0.45%), respectively. The results showed that dietary supplementation with PMS did not yield significant effects on the reproductive performance compared with the CON group (p > 0.05). However, it significantly elevated the level of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) in plasma and immunoglobulin A (IgA) in colostrum (p < 0.05). Furthermore, PMS significantly augmented the activities of catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) while reducing the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) in comparison to the CON group (p < 0.05). Compared with the PM group, the PMS group significantly reduced the incidence rate of intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) (p < 0.05) and significantly decreased the concentration of the proinflammatory cytokine (TNF-α) level in plasma (p < 0.05). These results indicated that dietary supplementation with PMS during late gestation could enhance sows' antioxidant capacity and the IgA level in colostrum. These findings will provide a theoretical reference for the use of magnesium and potassium in sow production to improve sows' health.
