Abstract
Classical swine fever (CSF) and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) are responsible for major economic losses and represent a threat to the swine industry worldwide. Routine surveillance serology for CSF and PRRS viruses is critical to maintaining the health status of sow farms in Hunan Province, which is one of the top pig production provinces in China. The aim of our study was to investigate the serological statistics of CSF virus (CSFV) and PRRS virus (PRRSV) in Hunan Province. The cohort serum samples were collected from vaccinated and unvaccinated pigs. Our findings showed that the average rates of CSFV and PRRSV antibody seropositivity were 82.2% (95% CI: 80.1-84.3) and 84.8% (95% CI: 82.5-87.1), respectively, in the immunized group and that these rates were higher than those in the unvaccinated group (58.6% for CSFV and 47.8% for PRRSV). Additionally, the level of CSFV antibody in piglet serum declined gradually with age, whereas PRRSV-specific antibody level increased initially (1 to 2 weeks old) and then declined with age (2 to 4 weeks old). In summary, we investigated the difference in CSFV/PRRSV antibody levels among piglets at various weeks old (1 to 4 weeks) to further establish the duration of maternal immunity in piglets. In addition, routine monitoring of CSFV/PRRSV antibodies in immunized pigs was carried out to evaluate the efficacy of vaccination.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Woven EndoBridge (WEB) in the treatment of wide-neck bifurcation aneurysms. Methods: The clinical and imaging data of 11 patients with intracranial wide-neck bifurcation aneurysms treated by WEB alone at Department of Neurosurgery of the Northern Theater General Hospital from September 2017 to May 2018, were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were 7 males and 4 females, aged (54±11) years (ranged from 31 to 66 years). The aneurysms of 5 patients were located in the anterior communicating artery, 3 in the top of the basilar artery, and 3 in the bifurcation of the middle cerebral artery. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions of the patients were recorded, and the degree of aneurysm embolization was evaluated by WEB embolization aneurysm occlusion scale (WOS). Results: The intraoperative WEB release of all the 11 patients was good, with 3 cases of WOS grade A, 1 of grade B and 7 of grade C, with no intraoperative acute complications occurring. The imaging follow-up was not carried out in 1 patient due to economic reason, and the clinical follow-up was good until 3 years after the operation; 10 patients were followed up by imaging for 6 months to 3 years, and no postoperative complications occurred in the target treatment area. Among the 2 patients with WOS grade A and 1 patient with grade B during operation, according to the postoperative follow-up, all were WOS grade A; among the 7 patients with WOS grade C during operation, 4 were still of grade C and 3 were of grade D according to the follow-up. Among the 3 patients with WOS grade D, 1 patient received secondary embolization due to poor recurrence morphology, unstable hemodynamics and high possibility of rupture of aneurysm, stent assisted coil embolization was adopted, with good immediate effect; the other 2 cases had recurrent aneurysms, but the aneurysms had good morphology and stable hemodynamics, therefore, clinical follow-up was continued and no secondary surgery was performed. No complications occurred in all these 11 patients. Conclusions: The operation of treating unruptured intracranial wide-neck bifurcation aneurysms with WEB device alone is simple, and there is no need for anticoagulation and antiplatelet treatment before and after the operation, the clinical effect is being good. WEB device provides a new treatment option for intracranial wide-neck bifurcation aneurysms.

Abstract
The STAR Collaboration reports measurements of back-to-back azimuthal correlations of di-π^{0}s produced at forward pseudorapidities (2.6<η<4.0) in p+p, p+Al, and p+Au collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 200 GeV. We observe a clear suppression of the correlated yields of back-to-back π^{0} pairs in p+Al and p+Au collisions compared to the p+p data. The observed suppression of back-to-back pairs as a function of transverse momentum suggests nonlinear gluon dynamics arising at high parton densities. The larger suppression found in p+Au relative to p+Al collisions exhibits a dependence of the saturation scale Q_{s}^{2} on the mass number A. A linear scaling of the suppression with A^{1/3} is observed with a slope of -0.09±0.01.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is the most common autoimmune subepidermal blistering disease of the skin and mucous membranes. This disease typically affects the elderly and presents with itch and localized or, most frequently, generalized bullous lesions. A subset of patients only develops excoriations, prurigo-like lesions, and eczematous and/or urticarial erythematous lesions. The disease, which is significantly associated with neurological disorders, has high morbidity and severely impacts the quality of life. OBJECTIVES AND METHODOLOGY The Autoimmune blistering diseases Task Force of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology sought to update the guidelines for the management of BP based on new clinical information, and new evidence on diagnostic tools and interventions. The recommendations are either evidence-based or rely on expert opinion. The degree of consent among all task force members was included. RESULTS Treatment depends on the severity of BP and patients' comorbidities. High-potency topical corticosteroids are recommended as the mainstay of treatment whenever possible. Oral prednisone at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg/day is a recommended alternative. In case of contraindications or resistance to corticosteroids, immunosuppressive therapies, such as methotrexate, azathioprine, mycophenolate mofetil or mycophenolate acid, may be recommended. The use of doxycycline and dapsone is controversial. They may be recommended, in particular, in patients with contraindications to oral corticosteroids. B-cell-depleting therapy and intravenous immunoglobulins may be considered in treatment-resistant cases. Omalizumab and dupilumab have recently shown promising results. The final version of the guideline was consented to by several patient organizations. CONCLUSIONS The guidelines for the management of BP were updated. They summarize evidence- and expert-based recommendations useful in clinical practice.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To develop a nomogram to predict the long-term survival of patients with esophageal cancer following esophagectomy. METHODS We collected the data of 7215 patients with esophageal carcinoma from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database during the period from 2004 and 2016. Of these patients, 5052 were allocated to the training cohort and the remaining 2163 patients to the internal validation cohort using bootstrap resampling, with another 435 patients treated in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of Jinling Hospital between 2014 and 2016 serving as the external validation cohort. RESULTS In the overall cohort, the 1-, 3-, and 5-year cancer-specific mortality rates were 14.6%, 35.7% and 41.6%, respectively. Age (≥80 years vs < 50 years, P < 0.001), gender (male vs female, P < 0.001), tumor site (lower vs middle segment, P=0.013), histology (EAC vs ESCC, P=0.012), tumor grade (poorly vs well differentiated, P < 0.001), TNM stage (Ⅳ vs Ⅰ, P < 0.001), tumor size (> 50 mm vs 0-20 mm, P < 0.001), chemotherapy (yes vs no, P < 0.001), and LNR (> 0.25 vs 0, P < 0.001) were identified as independent risk factors affecting long-term survival of the patients. The nomograms established based on the model for predicting the survival probability of the patients at 1, 3 and 5 years after operation showed a C-index of 0.726 (95% CI: 0.714-0.738) for predicting the overall survival (OS) and of 0.735 (95% CI: 0.727-0.743) for cancer-specific survival (CSS) in the training cohort. In the internal validation cohort, the C-index of the nomograms was 0.752 (95% CI: 0.738-0.76) for OS and 0.804 (95% CI: 0.790-0.817) for CSS, as compared with 0.749 (95% CI: 0.736-0.767) and 0.788 (95%CI: 0.751-0.808), respectively, in the external validation cohort. The nomograms also showed a higher sensitivity than the TNM staging system for predicting long-term prognosis. CONCLUSION This prognostic model has a high prediction efficiency and can help to identify the high-risk patients with esophageal carcinoma after surgery and serve as a supplement for the current TNM staging system.

Abstract
BackgroundPrimary Sjögren’s syndrome (pSS) is a heterogeneous, chronic, complex systemic autoimmune disease. The hallmark symptom of the disease is exocrinopathy, chiefly salivary and lachrymal glands, which often results in dryness of the mouth and eyes. As of today, although a lot of genetic and epigenetic studies have reveal the complexity of pSS to a certain extent, but the knowledge of existing pSS disease heterogeneity is still limited and the immune mechanisms of salivary glands (SG) injury have been challenging to clarify.ObjectivesSingle-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) is a powerful tool capable of defining cell types and states on the basis of their individual transcriptome in a given sample from health and disease. To characterize the salivary glands immune microenvironment of patients with pSS, we performed droplet-based single cell mRNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) (10X Genomics) to provide a deeper insight into the cellular and molecular characteristics of salivary glands from pSS patients.Methods11 patients and 5 non-pSS controls were recruited from the The First Affiliated Hospital of USTC. The non-pSS were subjects who had experienced subjective symptoms of dryness, but no not meet any of the classification criteria of pSS. The clinical characteristics and laboratory findings of enrolled patients were also collected. After resection, salivary glands tissue samples were obtained after labial gland biopsy, rapidly digested to a single-cell suspension and subjected to scRNA-seq using the 10X platform. After rigorous quality control (QC) definition, low-quality cells were filtered. Following gene expression normalization for read depth and mitochondrial read count, we applied principle component analysis on genes variably expressed across all 72,853 cell.ResultsA total of 72,853 cells were obtained from all salivary glands samples. Our results revealed 12 major unique cell populations of salivary glands cell, including T cells, B cells, plasma cells, epithelial cells, myoepithelial cells, endothelial cells, myofibroblast, pericytes, melanocytes, fibroblast, myeloid cells and a cluster of unknown cells. As expected, lymphocytes (T and B cell populations) were significant increase in the salivary glands of patients with pSS. For further subsets analysis, we identify 41 subsets, including novel subpopulations in cell types hitherto considered to be homogeneous, as well as transcription factors underlying their heterogeneity. Strikingly, we found that differentially expressed genes (DEGs) that myoepithelial cells uniquely downregulated in pSS patients were involved in regeneration, stem cell population maintenance, cell division, and epithelial cell proliferation. This indicated an impaired stem cell property and regeneration capacity of myoepithelial cells in the SG of pSS patients which may result in the reduction of normal epithelial cells differentiation and proliferation. Our results identified three distinct endothelial subtypes according to the differentially expressed cell markers. ACKR1+ endothelial cells were expanded in the SG of pSS patients which may enhance Leukocyte transendothelial migration. A clear interferon response was observed in most celltypes. We also found a significantly expand PD-1hiCXCR5–CD4+T peripheral helper (Tph), GZMK+CD8+ T cells and a patient-specific fibroblasts in pSS patients. Cellular interaction analysis of SG revealed a strong interaction between epithelial cells and immune cells from pSS patients through CD74-MIF, MIF-TNFRSF14 and HLA-C-FAM3C receptor/ ligand pairs. Chemokine receptors CXCR4 were broadly expressed in SG immune cells implying a potentially central role in cell trafficking.ConclusionThis resource provides deeper insights into pSS salivary glands immune microenvironment that will be helpful in understanding of the disease heterogeneity and advancing pSS therapy.Disclosure of InterestsNone declared

Measurements of Proton High-Order Cumulants in sqrt[s_{NN}]=3 GeV Au+Au Collisions and Implications for the QCD Critical Point. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2022; 128:202303. Abstract
We report cumulants of the proton multiplicity distribution from dedicated fixed-target Au+Au collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=3.0 GeV, measured by the STAR experiment in the kinematic acceptance of rapidity (y) and transverse momentum (p_{T}) within -0.5<y<0 and 0.4<p_{T}<2.0 GeV/c. In the most central 0%-5% collisions, a proton cumulant ratio is measured to be C_{4}/C_{2}=-0.85±0.09 (stat)±0.82 (syst), which is 2σ below the Poisson baseline with respect to both the statistical and systematic uncertainties. The hadronic transport UrQMD model reproduces our C_{4}/C_{2} in the measured acceptance. Compared to higher energy results and the transport model calculations, the suppression in C_{4}/C_{2} is consistent with fluctuations driven by baryon number conservation and indicates an energy regime dominated by hadronic interactions. These data imply that the QCD critical region, if created in heavy-ion collisions, could only exist at energies higher than 3 GeV.

Abstract
We report precision measurements of hypernuclei _{Λ}^{3}H and _{Λ}^{4}H lifetimes obtained from Au+Au collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=3.0 GeV and 7.2 GeV collected by the STAR experiment at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider, and the first measurement of _{Λ}^{3}H and _{Λ}^{4}H midrapidity yields in Au+Au collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=3.0 GeV. _{Λ}^{3}H and _{Λ}^{4}H, being the two simplest bound states composed of hyperons and nucleons, are cornerstones in the field of hypernuclear physics. Their lifetimes are measured to be 221±15(stat)±19(syst) ps for _{Λ}^{3}H and 218±6(stat)±13(syst) ps for _{Λ}^{4}H. The p_{T}-integrated yields of _{Λ}^{3}H and _{Λ}^{4}H are presented in different centrality and rapidity intervals. It is observed that the shape of the rapidity distribution of _{Λ}^{4}H is different for 0%-10% and 10%-50% centrality collisions. Thermal model calculations, using the canonical ensemble for strangeness, describes the _{Λ}^{3}H yield well, while underestimating the _{Λ}^{4}H yield. Transport models, combining baryonic mean-field and coalescence (jam) or utilizing dynamical cluster formation via baryonic interactions (phqmd) for light nuclei and hypernuclei production, approximately describe the measured _{Λ}^{3}H and _{Λ}^{4}H yields. Our measurements provide means to precisely assess our understanding of the fundamental baryonic interactions with strange quarks, which can impact our understanding of more complicated systems involving hyperons, such as the interior of neutron stars or exotic hypernuclei.

Abstract
Understanding gluon density distributions and how they are modified in nuclei are among the most important goals in nuclear physics. In recent years, diffractive vector meson production measured in ultraperipheral collisions (UPCs) at heavy-ion colliders has provided a new tool for probing the gluon density. In this Letter, we report the first measurement of J/ψ photoproduction off the deuteron in UPCs at the center-of-mass energy sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV in d+Au collisions. The differential cross section as a function of momentum transfer -t is measured. In addition, data with a neutron tagged in the deuteron-going zero-degree calorimeter is investigated for the first time, which is found to be consistent with the expectation of incoherent diffractive scattering at low momentum transfer. Theoretical predictions based on the color glass condensate saturation model and the leading twist approximation nuclear shadowing model are compared with the data quantitatively. A better agreement with the saturation model has been observed. With the current measurement, the results are found to be directly sensitive to the gluon density distribution of the deuteron and the deuteron breakup process, which provides insights into the nuclear gluonic structure.

Search for the Chiral Magnetic Effect via Charge-Dependent Azimuthal Correlations Relative to Spectator and Participant Planes in Au+Au Collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV. Abstract
The chiral magnetic effect (CME) refers to charge separation along a strong magnetic field due to imbalanced chirality of quarks in local parity and charge-parity violating domains in quantum chromodynamics. The experimental measurement of the charge separation is made difficult by the presence of a major background from elliptic azimuthal anisotropy. This background and the CME signal have different sensitivities to the spectator and participant planes, and could thus be determined by measurements with respect to these planes. We report such measurements in Au+Au collisions at a nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass energy of 200 GeV at the Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collider. It is found that the charge separation, with the flow background removed, is consistent with zero in peripheral (large impact parameter) collisions. Some indication of finite CME signals is seen in midcentral (intermediate impact parameter) collisions. Significant residual background effects may, however, still be present.

[One-year follow-up results of atrial fibrillation patients who undergoing transcatheter aortic valve implantation]. ZHONGHUA XIN XUE GUAN BING ZA ZHI 2022; 50:132-136. Abstract
Objective: To investigate whether atrial fibrillation (AF) before transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) will affect the prognosis of patients post TAVI. Methods: This is a single center retrospective study. A total of 115 patients with severe aortic stenosis (AS) who were admitted to General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from May 2016 to November 2020 and successfully received TAVI treatment were included. According to absence or accompaniment of AF pre-TAVI, they were divided into AF group (21 cases) and non-AF group (94 cases). The patients were followed up for postoperative antithrombotic treatment and the occurrence of the net adverse clinical and cerebrovascular events (NACCE) at 12 months post TAVI, including cardiogenic death, readmission to hospital for heart failure, nonfatal myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke and severe bleeding (BARC levels 3-5). Univariate logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors of NACCE. Results: Among the 115 selected patients, age was (73.8±6.9) years, there were 63 males. And 21 cases (18.2%) were diagnosed as AFbefore TAVI. In terms of postoperative antithrombotic therapy, 48.9% (46/94) of the patients in the non-AF group received monotherapy and 47.9% (45/94) received dual antiplatelet therapy. In the AF group, 47.6% (10/21) received anticoagulants and 33.3% (7/21) received dual antiplatelet therapy. The proportion of patients in the AF group taking non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants (NOAC) was higher than that in the non-AF group (38.1% (8/21) vs. 2.1% (2/94), P<0.001). Patients in both groups were followed up to 12 months after TAVI. During the 12 months follow-up, the incidence of NACCE after TAVI was 14.3% (3/21) in the AF group, which was numerically higher than that in the non-AF group (6.4% (6/94)), but the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.441). The incidence of severe bleeding was significantly higher in the AF group than in the non-AF group (9.5% (2/21) vs. 0, P=0.032). Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension was associated with the risk of NACCE (OR=8.308, P=0.050), while AF was not associated with the risk of NACCE (P=0.235). Conclusion: The incidence of severe bleeding after TAVI is higher in patients with AF than in patients without AF prior TAVI, and there is a trend of increased risk of NACCE post TAVI in AF patients.
