Abstract
Background Simultaneous dislocation of the elbow, radioulnar joint and proximal radius fracture with rotary noose injury to the medial ulna tubercle is extremely rare. An emergency surgery was performed to reduce it. The radial head with the backbone was reset after two hammers were fixed, then the radial capitulum safety was fixed with a locking plate. After the ulnar instability was examined, two Kirschner wires were drilled percutaneously to fix the elbow flexion at 100° under closed reduction, and two Kirschner wires were drilled percutaneously to fix the ulnar joint. Good follow‐up results were achieved. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on this particular type of injury and on this approach to treating this type of injury. Case presentation We report the case of a 36‐year‐old male, who extended and landed on his left hand to protect his child in right arm before felling, resulting in severe pain and deformity of his left elbow and wrist and loss of movement in these joints. X‐ray examination found proximal distal radioulnar joints, a proximal radial fracture and a dislocation bowstring in the ulna nodule. For a timely diagnosis in an emergency open reduction situation, accurate judgment of this injury is highly important. After 12 months of postoperative follow‐up, the patient was symptom‐free, and radiographs showed fracture healing. Conclusion We performed emergency reduction and internal fixation of the elbow and successfully saved elbow function, no stability decrease and movement restriction. This case also provides a new reference for the treatment of this type of elbow fracture dislocation.

Abstract
This article reported the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of two cases of fetal goiter in Graves' disease (GD) complicated with pregnancy. Two GD patients took antithyroid drugs regularly during pregnancy and their thyroid functions were well controlled, but the levels of thyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAb) of the two cases were still above the upper limit in the second and third trimester. Two fetuses had fetal goiter in the middle and late stages of pregnancy. After continuously controlling maternal thyroid function and closely monitoring fetal ultrasound, there was no aggravation of the fetal goiter, and the delivery went smoothly. One case had neonatal hyperthyroidism. It is suggested that although the thyroid function was well controlled during pregnancy in patients with GD, the high level of serum TRAb still needs to be alert to the occurrence of fetal goiter, and fetal ultrasound is the most direct non-invasive monitoring method.

Abstract
Extracellular matrix (ECM) material with good biological activity is essential to simulate cell growth microenvironment, induce cell infiltration and angiogenesis, and promote the repair of large area acute skin wound. In this study, tilapia skin acellular dermal matrix (TADM) was prepared to simulate ECM microenvironment, which can promote substantial area acute wound healing in rats. The main component of TADM is type I collagen, which has good physical and chemical properties, biological activity and cell adhesion. TADM is a form of biomaterial with low immunogenicity, low risk of prion infection and lower economic cost than other related materials such as mammalian collagen biomaterials. Our results show that TADM can guide cell infiltration, angiogenesis, regulate the expression and secretion of inflammatory and skin repair correlated factors to promote tissue healing.

Abstract
In the ocean, seaweed and microorganisms have coexisted since the earliest stages of evolution and formed an inextricable relationship. Recently, seaweed has attracted extensive attention worldwide for ecological and industrial purposes, but the function of its closely related microbes is often ignored. Microbes play an indispensable role in different stages of seaweed growth, development and maturity. A very diverse group of seaweed‐associated microbes have important functions and are dynamically reconstructed as the marine environment fluctuates, forming an inseparable ‘holobiont’ with their host. To further understand the function and significance of holobionts, this review first reports on recent advances in revealing seaweed‐associated microbe spatial and temporal distribution. Then, this review discusses the microbe and seaweed interactions and their ecological significance, and summarizes the current applications of the seaweed–microbe relationship in various environmental and biological technologies. Sustainable industries based on seaweed holobionts could become an integral part of the future bioeconomy because they can provide more resource‐efficient food, high‐value chemicals and medical materials. Moreover, holobionts may provide a new approach to marine environment restoration.

Abstract
Ulva prolifera, a common species of green macroalgae, is often harmful-algal-bloom causative and significantly impacts local marine ecosystems. Previous studies on the physiological characteristics of U. prolifera have been conducted under constant light (CL). However, light in the natural environment continually changes, and little is known about fluctuating light (FL). Ocean acidification (OA) has been proposed to interact with dynamic surrounding environments to affect the physiological performance of macroalgae. Therefore, we investigated the combined effects of FL (80/300, alternating between 80 μmol photons m-2 s-1 for 2.5 h and 300 μmol photons m-2 s-1 for 1.5 h, with an average light intensity of 160 μmol photons m-2 s-1 and OA (1000 ppm CO2) on U. prolifera. The results clearly showed that FL had no significant effect on the relative growth rate (RGR), whereas OA obviously improved RGR. However, under FL-OA combination conditions, RGR was inhibited significantly, accompanied by a concomitant downgraded photosynthetic performance, while the photoprotective abilities were enhanced. The results would help us accurately predict the primary productivity of macroalgae in coastal waters under future OA conditions with irradiance fluctuations.

Abstract
The risk of plague epidemics and relapse of various types of plague foci persists in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. For Marmota sibirica plague foci, the animal plague has not been found but antibody has been detected positive. Nowadays, Marmota sibirica has been increasing in population and distribution in China. In bordering countries Mongolia and Russia, the animal plague has been continuously prevalent. For Spermophilus dauricus plague foci, the animal plague has been taken place now and then. Compared to the above foci, the animal plague is most prevalent in Meriones unguiculatus plague foci and frequently spread to humans. Due to higher strain virulence and historical disaster in Marmota sibirica plague foci and Spermophilus dauricus plague foci, plague prevention and control should be strengthened on these foci. In addition to routine surveillance, epidemic dynamics need to be further monitored in these two foci, in order to prevent their relapse and spread to humans.

Abstract
BACKGROUND In the randomized phase III KEYNOTE-181 study, pembrolizumab prolonged overall survival (OS) compared with chemotherapy as second-line therapy in patients with advanced esophageal cancer and programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) combined positive score (CPS) ≥10. We report a post hoc subgroup analysis of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) enrolled in KEYNOTE-181 in Asia, including patients from the KEYNOTE-181 China extension study. PATIENTS AND METHODS Three hundred and forty Asian patients with advanced/metastatic ESCC were enrolled in KEYNOTE-181, including the China cohort. Patients were randomly assigned 1 : 1 to receive pembrolizumab 200 mg every 3 weeks for ≤2 years or investigator's choice of paclitaxel, docetaxel, or irinotecan. OS, progression-free survival, response, and safety were analyzed without formal comparisons. OS was evaluated based on PD-L1 CPS expression level. RESULTS In Asian patients with ESCC, median OS was 10.0 months with pembrolizumab and 6.5 months with chemotherapy [hazard ratio (HR), 0.63; 95% CI 0.50-0.80; nominal P < 0.0001]. Median progression-free survival was 2.3 months with pembrolizumab and 3.1 months with chemotherapy (HR, 0.79; 95% CI 0.63-0.99; nominal P = 0.020). Objective response rate was 17.1% with pembrolizumab and 7.1% with chemotherapy; median duration of response was 10.5 months and 7.7 months, respectively. In patients with PD-L1 CPS <1 tumors (pembrolizumab versus chemotherapy), the HR was 0.99 (95% CI 0.56-1.72); the HR (95% CI) for death was better for patients with PD-L1 CPS cut-offs >1 [CPS ≥1, 0.57 (0.44-0.75); CPS ≥5, 0.56 (0.41-0.76); CPS ≥10, 0.53 (0.37-0.75)]. Treatment-related adverse events were reported in 71.8% of patients in the pembrolizumab group and 89.8% in the chemotherapy group; grade 3-5 events were reported in 20.0% and 44.6%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS Pembrolizumab monotherapy demonstrated promising efficacy in Asian patients with ESCC, with fewer treatment-related adverse events than chemotherapy. PD-L1 CPS ≥1 is an appropriate cut-off and a predictive marker of pembrolizumab efficacy in Asian patients with ESCC.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Study TR03 evaluated the safety and efficacy of nalbuphine ER for prurigo nodularis (PN) (NCT02174419). OBJECTIVE We conducted supplementary analyses to assess the psychometric properties of the Worst Itch Numeric Rating Scale (WI-NRS), the TR03 primary endpoint. METHODS Study TR03 was a double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 2 trial in PN patients with documented scores ≥5 on the WI-NRS (0 [no itch]-10 [worst itch imaginable]) on ≥5 of 7 days before baseline. Using TR03 data, the WI-NRS's psychometric properties, including reliability, validity, and ability to detect change, were evaluated. A responder threshold was estimated to facilitate interpretation of WI-NRS score changes. RESULTS Among 62 treated patients, improvements in mean [SD] (median) WI-NRS scores were observed between baseline (8.2 [1.21] (8.1)) and Week 10 (5.8 [2.43] (6.0)). The WI-NRS had an intraclass correlation coefficient of 0.96 (95% confidence interval, 0.93-0.98) in 42 patients who had stable Itch verbal rating scale (VRS) scores from Week 9-10, supporting strong test-retest reliability. Construct validity was supported, with strong correlations at Week 10 with Average Itch NRS (r=0.87) and Itch VRS single-day/weekly mean scores (r=0.81/0.89) and moderate correlations with ItchyQoLTM total/domain scores (r=0.41-0.43). The WI-NRS discriminated between predefined severity subgroups based on the Itch VRS and detected changes in itching severity (effect-size estimate: -2.05; standardized response mean: -1.21). An anchor-based threshold based on a two-category improvement in the single-day Itch VRS suggests a responder threshold of ≥3.8 points (~40% improvement). CONCLUSIONS The WI-NRS demonstrates good measurement properties, supporting its use in evaluating treatment change in PN.

Abstract
Gut microorganisms not only participate in the metabolism of carbohydrate, lipids, protein, and polypeptides in the intestine but also directly affect the metabolic phenotypes of the host. Although many studies have described the apparent effects of gut microbiota on human health, the development of metagenomics and culturomics in the past decade has generated a large amount of evidence suggesting a causal relationship between gut microbiota and obesity. The interaction between the gut microbiota and host is realized by microbial metabolites with multiple biological functions. We concentrated here on several representative beneficial species connected with obesity as well as the mechanisms, with particular emphasis on microbiota-dependent metabolites. Finally, we consider the potential clinical significance of these relationships to fuel the conception and realization of novel therapeutic and preventive strategies.

Abstract
Nitrogen reduction combined with organic materials is an important measure to achieve or even increase crop yield retention at the background of fertilizer reduction. We conducted a pot experiment to explore the effects of nitrogen reduction combined with organic materials on yield, photosynthetic characteristics, and product quality of agricultural products of maize-cabbage rotation system in yellow soil area of Guizhou. There were five treatments, including no fertilizer (CK), conventional fertilizer (CF), nitrogen reduction (20%, the same below) combined with biochar (RF+B), nitrogen reduction combined with rapeseed cake (RF+O), and nitrogen reduction combined with both biochar and rapeseed cake (RF+BO). Leaf photosynthetic characteristics were measured in maize (seedling stage, jointing stage, heading stage, and mature stage) and cabbage (seedling stage, growing stage and harvest stage). The biological characters, yield and quality indices were investigated in the harvest period. Compared with CF, RF+BO significantly enhanced the yield of corn and cabbage by 9.7% and 39.2%, respectively, while RF+O had no effect, and RF+B did not affet maize yield. RF+BO improved the biological properties of maize and cabbage, including the 100-kernel weight of maize, and plant height, maximum leaf length and total biomass of cabbage. Furthermore, the green holding period and high photosynthetic duration of maize and cabbage were prolonged, among which, maize leaf SPAD was increased respectively by 42.7%, 11.0%, 12.8%, and 30.3% at seedling, jointing, heading, and mature stages, the cabbage leaf SPAD was increased by 13.5%, 9.2%, and 30.3% in seedling, growing and harvest stages, respectively. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of maize was increased by 11.1%, 10.9%, and 119.8% in seedling, jointing, and mature stages, while that of cabbage was increased by 12.7% and 14.6% in growing and harvest stages, respectively. The stomatal conductance (gs) of maize was increased by 58.3% and 41.7% in jointing and harvest stages, while that of cabbage was increased by 10%, 64.7%, and 19.2% in seedling, growing, and harvest stages, respectively. The transpiration rate (Tr) of maize was increased by 55.0%, 10.6%, 14.0%, and 143.9% in seedling, jointing, heading, and mature stages, respectively, while that of cabbage was increased by 26.1% in growing stage. The nutritional quality of maize and cabbage was significantly improved. The contents of reducing sugar, starch, and crude protein in maize were increased by 16.2%, 3.5% and 20.3%. The contents of Vc, amino acid, and reducing sugar in cabbage were increased by 26.3%, 21.0% and 27.8%, separately. In conclusion, 20% nitrogen reduction combined with biochar and rapeseed cake had positive effects on crop growth, yield increase, green retention period, high photosynthetic duration, and agricultural product quality improvement in Guizhou yellow soil maize-cabbage rotation system, the overall effect of which was the best. Nitrogen reduction combined with single organic material overally did not affect crop yield, photosynthetic characteristics, and quality.

Abstract
Algae based wastewater treatment has been considered as the most promising win-win strategy for nutrients removal and biomass accumulation. However, the poor linking between traditional wastewater treatment and algal cultivation limits the achievement of this goal. In this study, a novel combination of Fenton oxidation and algal cultivation (CFOAC) system was investigated for the treatment of chicken farm flushing wastewater (CFFW). Fenton oxidation (FO) was adopted to reduce the excessive ammonia nitrogen, which might inhibit the algal growth. The results showed that single FO pretreatment removed 70.5 %, 96.7 %, 86.1 %, and 96.2 % of TN, TAN, TP, and COD, respectively. The highest biomass (235.8 mg/L/d) and lipid (77.3 mg/L/d) productivities were achieved on optimized CFOAC system after 7 days batch cultivation. Accordingly, the nutrients removal efficiencies increased to almost 100 %. Further fatty acid profile analysis showed that algae grown on optimal CFOAC system accumulated a high level of total lipids (32.8 %) with C16-C18 fatty acid as the most abundant compositions (accounting for over 60.6 %), which were propitious to biodiesel production. In addition, this CFOAC system was magnified from 1 L flask to 50 L horizontal pipe photobioreactor (HPPB) in semi-continuously culture under optimal conditions. The average biomass and lipid productivities were 995.7 mg/L/d and 320.6 mg/L/d, respectively, when cultured at 6 days hydraulic retention time with 1/3 substitution every two days. These findings proved that the novel CFOAC system is efficient in nutrients removal, algal cultivation, and biomass production for advanced treatment of CFFW.

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of percutaneous minimally invasive reduction combined with external fixation and a tarsal sinus approach to treat Sanders type II and III intra‐articular calcaneal fractures. Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with Sanders type II and III calcaneal fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed; data includedage, sex, body mass index. According to the surgical method, they were divided into the percutaneous minimally invasive reduction with internal and external fixation group (30 cases) and the tarsal sinus approach group (34 cases). The two groups of patients were compared in terms of the time tosurgery, length of hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss, operative duration, complications, radiographic features, including the heel bone length, width, height, Bohlerangle, Gissane angle, and calcaneal varus angle, and clinical efficacy indicators, including the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score, the visual analog scale (VAS) pain score, health survey profile (SF‐36) score and Maryland ankle function score. Results Patients in both groups were followed up for 12 to 50 months, with an average of 24.8 months.Bony union was achieved in all cases. The time to surgery, length of hospitalstay, intraoperative blood loss and incidence of incision‐related complications were significantly lower in the percutaneous minimally invasive medial external fixation group than in the tarsal sinus group (P < 0.01). At the last follow‐up, the calcaneal length, width, and height, Bohler angle, Gissane angle, and varus angle were significantly increased in both groups (P < 0.01), the calcaneal width was significantly lower after than before surgery (P < 0.01), and there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P > 0.05). As measures of clinical efficacy, the AOFAS, VAS, SF‐36 and Maryland scores were 85.28 ± 8.21, 0.84 ± 1.21, 82.95 ± 3.25 and 83.56 ± 3.32, respectively, at the last follow‐up in the percutaneous minimally invasive medial external fixation group and 83.32 ± 7.69, 1.85 ± 1.32, 80.71 ± 5.42, and 81.85 ± 2.41 in the tarsal sinus group, respectively, with no significant differences between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Under the condition of a good command of surgical indications and surgical skills, the use of plastic calcaneal forceps for percutaneous minimally invasive reduction combined with medial external fixation for the treatment of Sanders type II and III intra‐articular calcaneal fractures can achieve similar clinical effects as the tarsal sinus approach. However, the use of plastic calcaneal forceps for percutaneous minimally invasive reduction combined with internal and external fixation has advantages, such as fewer complications, less bloodloss, and a shorter operation, and thus has good safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.

Abstract
Ni/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared with Ni(NO3)2·6H2O, NiSO4·6H2O, NiCl2·6H2O, and NiC4H6O4·4H2O as nickel sources by the solution combustion method. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction, H2 temperature-programmed hydrogenation, TG-DTG, TPH, and transmission electron microscopy methods, and the effect of the nickel source on performance of the Ni/Al2O3 catalyst was investigated via the CO2-CH4 reforming experiment. Results showed that Ni dispersion, Ni size, and the metal-support interaction between active component Ni and the support were influenced significantly by anion in nickel sources, resulting in that the performance of each catalyst was different. Highly dispersed Ni species, small Ni crystallite size, and strong metal-support interaction were presented in the Ni/Al2O3 catalysts with Ni(NO3)2·6H2O and NiSO4·6H2O as nickel sources. Evaluation results showed that the catalyst prepared with Ni(NO3)2·6H2O exhibited higher activity and stability, with CH4 and CO2 conversions of 31.21 and 48.97%. Carbon deposition analysis demonstrated that the catalyst prepared with NiSO4·6H2O contained more graphite carbon.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the prognosis-related factors and its predictive value in patients with hepatitis B virus-related acute-on-chronic liver failure (HBV-ACLF). Methods: Sixty-three cases with HBV-ACLF were enrolled. According to the prognosis of 4-weeks, patients were divided into survival and death group. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed on the clinical data of the two groups of patients to screen the risk factors affecting prognosis, evaluate its predictive value, and compare them with the MELD score, CTP score, and CLIFACLF score. The data were analyzed using t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, χ (2) test. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used for multiple risk factors. Results: There were 63 cases with HBV-ACLF, with 16 cases (25.40%) in the 4-week survival group, and 47 cases (74.60%) in the death group. The survival group age was 38.38 ± 14.50 years, which was significantly lower than the age of the death group 52.28 ± 12.51 years (P < 0.001). The survival group alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) level was 91.21 (8.38 ~ 154.10)μg/L, which was significantly higher than the level of the death group [12.60 (5.70 ~ 33.80) μg/L, P = 0.039]. The survival group alanine aminotransferase (ALT) level was 925.65 (523.43 ~ 1 364.80) U/L, which was much higher than that of the death group [371.60 (117.30 ~ 895.30) U/L, P = 0.040]. The survival group serum sodium level was (136.59 ± 4.03) mmol /L, which was significantly higher than the level of the death group [(132.22 ± 6.37) mmol/L, P = 0.013]. The survival group ascites severity level was much lower than that of the death group (P = 0.008). The survival group creatinine level was 56.50(49.43 ~ 86.25) μmol/L, which was much lower than the level of the death group [86.20 (68.00 ~ 143.00) μmol/L, P = 0.003]. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that ascites (OR = 0.470, 95% CI: 0.226 ~ 0.977) and age (OR = 0.941, 95% CI: 0.888 ~ 0.996) were risk factors affecting the HBV-ACLF prognosis. The area under the curve predicted liver failure prognostic score for ascites and age was 0.821, and the sensitivity and specificity were 68.8% and 87.2%, which was higher than the area under the curve predicted by the MELD score, CTP score, and CLIFACLF score, respectively. Conclusion: Age and ascites can be used to predict the clinical outcome in patients with HBV-ACLF. Younger patients without ascites have a higher survival rate at 4-weeks, but older patients with ascites are more likely to have a lower survival rate.

Abstract
Thermal/ultrasonic pre-treatment of sludge has been proven to break the hydrolysis barriers of sewage sludge (SS) and improve the performance of anaerobic digestion (AD). In this study, the objective was to investigate whether the combination of two pre-treatment methods can achieve better results on the AD of SS. The results indicated that, compared with the control group and separate pre-treatment groups, the thermal combined ultrasonic pre-treatment presented more obvious solubilization of soluble proteins, polysaccharides, and other organic matters in SS. The combined method promoted the dissolution of protein-like substances more effectively, with biogas production increased by 19% and the volatile solid (VS) removal rate improved to above 50% compared with the control group. The capillary suction time is reduced by about 85%, which greatly improved the dewatering performance of SS. In addition, the combined method has advantages in degrading sulfonamide antibiotics, roxithromycin and tetracycline. Particularly, by analyzing the interaction between the degradation of different antibiotics and the composition of dissolved organic matters (DOMs), it was found that the composition of DOMs could affect the degradability of different antibiotics. Among them, the high content of tyrosine-like and tryptophan-like was conducive to the degradation of sulfamethoxazole, and the high content of fulvic acid-like and humic acid-like was conducive to the degradation of roxithromycin and tetracycline. This work evaluated the comprehensive effect of thermal combined ultrasonic pre-treatment on SS disposal and provided useful information for its engineering.

Abstract
Polydatin, resveratrol-3-O-β-glucoside, possesses various biological activities. However, the regioselective glucosylation of resveratrol by UDP-glycosyltransferases (UGTs) constitutes a persistent problem. In this study, semi-rational design and iterative combinatorial mutagenesis were carried out to screen the mutants of UGTBL1 and the high specificity with the glycosylation of the 3-OH group of resveratrol was explored. The triple mutant I62G/M112D/K143G exhibited near-perfect control of polydatin synthesis (regioselectivity ∼ 99%), and the ratio of polydatin to resveratrol-4'-O-β-glucoside was finally enhanced by 786-fold. Molecular docking revealed that the mutant could form three H-bonds between 3-, 5-, and 4'-OH groups of resveratrol and the residues around the active center, resulting in the oriented-binding of resveratrol. Furthermore, UGTBL1 mutant coupling sucrose synthase AtSuSy can synthesize polydatin at an unprecedented high titer of 10.33 g/L, together with efficient UDPG regeneration (RCmax = 54). This study provides an efficient approach for the regioselective biosynthesis of polydatin.

Abstract
BACKGROUND In the randomised phase III KEYNOTE-062 study, pembrolizumab was non-inferior to chemotherapy for overall survival in patients with programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)-positive [combined positive score (CPS) ≥1] advanced gastric/gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer. We present findings of prespecified health-related quality-of-life (HRQOL) analyses for pembrolizumab versus chemotherapy in this population. MATERIALS AND METHODS HRQOL, a secondary endpoint, was measured in patients who received ≥1 dose of study treatment and completed ≥1 HRQOL questionnaire [European Organisation for the Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) 30-question quality-of-life (QLQ-C30), EORTC 22-question quality-of-life gastric-cancer-specific module (QLQ-STO22)]. Least squares mean (LSM) change (baseline to week 18) in global health status/quality of life (GHS/QOL; EORTC QLQ-C30) and time to deterioration (TTD) in GHS/QOL, nausea/vomiting and appetite loss scores (EORTC QLQ-C30) and abdominal pain/discomfort scores (EORTC QLQ-STO22) were evaluated. RESULTS The HRQOL population comprised 495 patients with CPS ≥1 (pembrolizumab, 252; chemotherapy, 243). Compliance rates at week 18 were similar for pembrolizumab and chemotherapy (EORTC QLQ-C30, 87.9% and 81.9%; EORTC QLQ-STO22, 87.9% and 81.3%, respectively). There was no between-arm difference in LSM score change in GHS/QOL [-0.16; 95% confidence interval (CI) -5.01 to 4.69; P = 0.948]. The LSM score change for most subscales showed comparable worsening in both arms. TTD for GHS/QOL [hazard ratio (HR), 0.96; 95% CI, 0.67-1.38; P = 0.826], appetite loss (HR, 0.83; 95% CI, 0.58-1.20; P = 0.314) and pain (HR, 1.22; 95% CI, 0.78-1.91; P = 0.381) were similar between arms. Longer TTD was observed for pembrolizumab versus chemotherapy for nausea/vomiting (HR, 0.61; 95% CI, 0.44-0.85; P = 0.003). CONCLUSIONS HRQOL was maintained with first-line treatment with pembrolizumab in patients with PD-L1-positive advanced gastric/GEJ cancer and was similar between pembrolizumab and chemotherapy in this population.

Abstract
Coastal tourist and industrial cities are most likely to have differential effects on the distance dilution of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in an estuary system. This study used high-throughput fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction to identify sediment ARGs in two typical estuaries of coastal tourist and industrial cities (Xiamen and Taizhou) in China. The distance dilution of ARGs and its relationship with key environmental factors were analysed. The results indicated that along the river inlet towards the sea, the distance dilution effect on ARG abundance in estuary sediments of Taizhou was approximately double that in Xiamen, and the macrolide, lincosamide, and streptogramin B (MLSB) and vancomycin genes were replaced by the fluoroquinolone, quinolone, florfenicol, chloramphenicol, and amphenicol (FCA) and β-lactam genes in Taizhou, whereas β-lactam genes succeeded the MLSB and sul genes in Xiamen. The abundance and number of ARGs and mobile genetic elements (MGEs) were positively correlated with the particle size and total organic carbon (TOC) contents of sediments, whereas they were negatively associated with the oxidation and reduction potential (Eh) and pH of sediments, as well as the seawater salinity. The sediment particle size (SPZ) was the dominant physicochemical factor affecting the abundance of ARGs (r = 0.826, p < 0.05) and MGEs (r = 0.850, p < 0.01). These findings suggest that although the distance dilution effect on the ARG abundance of estuary sediments of the industrial city is greater than that of the tourist city, the larger SPZ, higher TOC content, and lower salinity, pH, and Eh in estuary regions adjacent to the industrial city can more significantly facilitate the proliferation and propagation of ARGs in the sediments.

Abstract
Phycobilisomes (PBSs) are the largest light-harvesting antenna in red algae, and feature high efficiency and rate of energy transfer even in a dim environment. To understand the influence of light on the energy transfer in PBSs, two red algae Griffithsia pacifica and Porphyridium purpureum living in different light environment were selected for this research. The energy transfer dynamics in PBSs of the two red algae were studied in time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy in sub-picosecond resolution. The energy transfer pathways and the related transfer rates were uncovered by deconvolution of the fluorescence decay curve. Four time-components, i.e., 8 ps, 94 ps, 970 ps, and 2288 ps were recognized in the energy transfer in PBSs of G. pacifica, and 10 ps, 74 ps, 817 ps and 1292 ps in P. purpureum. In addition, comparison in energy transfer dynamics between the two red algae revealed that the energy transfer was clearly affected by lighting environment. The findings help us to understand the energy transfer mechanisms of red algae for adaptation to a natural low light environment.
