Abstract
A novel method for P-involved heterocycle ring-closing-ring-opening rearrangement (HRR) via the Heck reaction is disclosed. The approach enables direct installation of a phosphorus-containing aryl group onto the C2 position of indole. This new rearrangement directly transforms easily prepared indole derivatives into indolyl-derived phosphonates and phosphinic acids with high yields, and many of the products are difficult to obtain by using established methods. This new HRR reaction provides an extremely simple and step-economic method to induce C-C bond formation and P-N bond cleavage for the synthesis of a variety of indolyl-type ligands.

Abstract
A highly efficient and regioselective synthesis of imidazo[1,5-a]indol-3-ones has been developed via a sequential C-H allenylation/annulation starting from easily available N-methoxycarbamoyl indoles and propargyl alcohols, in which the propargyl alcohols served as a C1 synthon. This strategy displays excellent regioselectivity, high atom economy and tolerates a broad substrate scope.

Abstract
A facile and efficient quinoline-fused 4H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazine has been successfully fabricated through an oxidative O-arylation, Pd-catalyzed double N-arylation of 4-hydroxyquinoline derivatives and trivalent aryl iodides. Diversified fused heterocycles could be easily constructed in overall high isolated yields with great substrate scope. The afforded heteroatom-"doped" phenoxazine 3 demonstrated high molar absorptivities and excellent stability and redox reversibility. These phenoxazine analogues therefore could be utilized as promising catalysts in the photoredox catalyzed perfluoroalkylation of heteroarenes and photopromoted radical polymerization (OATRP).

Abstract
Herein, we report the synthesis of C3,C4-disubstituted indoles via the palladium/norbornene cooperative catalysis. Utilizing N-benzoyloxy allylamines as the coupling partner, a cascade process involving ortho-amination and ipso-Heck cyclization takes place with ortho-substituted aryl iodides to afford diverse indole products. The reaction exhibits good functional group tolerance, in addition to tolerating a removable protecting group on the indole nitrogen. Divergent reactivity has been observed using the allylamine coupling partner containing more substituted olefins. Construction of the core framework of mitomycin has also been attempted with this strategy.
