Abstract
A protocol for a tandem copper-catalyzed intermolecular decarboxylation cross-coupling cascade between o-bromobenzoic acids and proline or piperic acid has been disclosed. The developed protocol allows access to a variety of synthetically useful fused benzoxazinones scaffolds with high efficiency and good functional group compatibility. A mechanistically sequential approach for the decarboxylation and dehydration coupling process was presented.

Abstract
An efficient and practical cascade cyclization of 1,5-diynols with (RO)2P(O)SH as the acid promoter and nucleophile under mild conditions was developed. A variety of highly substituted benzo[b]fluorenyl-containing S-alkyl phosphorothioates were successfully constructed in moderate to excellent yields. Furthermore, this protocol exhibited good functional group tolerance, a broad substrate scope, and potential practical applications, with water as the only byproduct. The reaction proceeded with allenyl thiophosphate as a key intermediate, followed by a Schmittel-type cyclization process to produce the target product.

Abstract
A general and metal-free protocol for the construction of benzo[b]fluorenyl thiophosphates was developed through the cascade cyclization of easily prepared diynols and (RO)2P(O)SH, with water as the only byproduct. The novel transformation involved the allenyl thiophosphate as the key intermediate, followed by Schmittel-type cyclization to achieve the desired products. Notably, (RO)2P(O)SH acted not only as a nucleophile but also as an acid-promoter to initiate the reaction.

Abstract
An unprecedented silver-promoted regioselective (4 + 1) annulation of isocyanoacetates with pyridinium salts is reported. The established protocol provides controlled, facile, and modular access to a range of synthetically useful N-fused heterocyclic scaffolds containing indolizines, pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinolines, pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolines, and 1H-imidazo[4,5-a]indolizin-2(3H)-ones. A mechanistic pathway involving nucleophilic addition/protonation/elimination/cycloisomerization is proposed.

Abstract
A method involving silver-catalyzed aerobic oxidation/6-endo heterocyclization of ortho-alkynylbenzaldehydes to yield 3-substituted isocoumarins is described. The developed protocol allows convenient access to a range of synthetically useful 3-substituted isocoumarins and related fused heterocyclolactones in good to high yields, using silver tetrafluoroborate as the catalyst, and atmospheric oxygen as the terminal oxidant and the source of endocyclic oxygen. Mechanistic studies suggest the involvement of a free-radical pathway.

Abstract
We have developed a copper-mediated one-pot synthesis of 2,3,5-trisubstituted pyrroles from 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and acrylates using ammonium acetate as a nitrogen source. The reaction achieves C-C and C-N bond formation and provides an efficient approach to access highly functionalized pyrroles without further raw material preparation. This method is operationally simple, compatible with a wide range of functional groups, and provides the target products in moderate to good yields.

Abstract
AbstractThe synthesis of amides is a substantial research area in organic chemistry because of their ubiquitous presence in natural products and bioactive molecules. The use of easily accessible isocyanides as amidoyl (carbamoyl) synthons in cross-coupling reactions using transition metal and inner transition metöal catalysts is a current trend in this area. Isocyanides, owing to their coordination ability as a ligand and inherent electronic properties for reactions with various partners, have expanded the potential application of these transformations for the preparation of novel synthetic molecules and pharmaceutical candidates. This review gives an overview of the achievements in isocyanide-based transition metal and inner transition metal catalyzed amide formation and discusses highlights of the proposed distinct mechanisms.1 Introduction2 Synthesis of Arenecarboxamides3 Synthesis of Alkanamides4 Synthesis of Cyclic Amides5 Formation of Alkynamides6 Formation of Acrylamide-like Molecules7 Formation of Ureas and Carbamates8 Conclusion

Abstract
An efficient preparation of sulfamate-fused 2-aminopyrroles was achieved through an isocyanide-based three-component [1+2+2] annulation of isocyanides, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and sulfamate-derived cyclic imines in good to excellent yields (up to 99 %). This reaction proceeds smoothly without any activation or modification of substances under neutral and metal-free conditions. The reaction could also be conveniently performed on a gram scale.

Abstract
A silver-mediated reaction between 2-ethynyl-3-(1-hydroxyprop-2-yn-1-yl)phenols or 2-ethynyl-3-(1-hydroxyprop-2-yn-1-yl)anilines and methylene isocyanides has been developed. A sequential 5-endo-dig cyclization and [3 + 2] cycloaddition process is proposed. This synthetic strategy is atom- and step-efficient and applicable to a broad scope of substrates, allowing the synthesis of valuable substituted benzofuran- and indole-pyrroles in moderate to high yields.

Abstract
A silver-mediated [3 + 2] cycloaddition of "CNN" and "C≡C" for constructing pyrazoles has been described. The "CNN" building block used is N-isocyanoiminotriphenylphosphorane, which is a stable, safe, easy-to-handle, and odorless solid isocyanide. The reaction is characterized by its mild conditions, broad substrate scope, and excellent functional group tolerance.
