Abstract
The dynamic growth in green organic synthetic methodologies for diverse heterocyclic scaffolds has substantially contributed to the field of medicinal chemistry over the last few decades. The use of hybrid metal nanocatalysts (NCs) is one such benign strategy for ensuring the advancement of modern synthetic chemistry by adhering to the principles of green chemistry, which call for a sustainable catalytic system that converts reacting species into profitable chemicals at a faster rate and tends to reduce waste generation. The metal nanoparticles (NPs) enhance the exposed surface area of the catalytic active sites, thereby making it easier for reactants and metal NCs to have an effective interaction. Several review articles have been published on the preparation of metal NCs and their uses for various catalytic heterocyclic transformations. This review will summarize different metal NCs for the efficient green synthesis of various O-heterocycles. Furthermore, the review will provide a concise overview of the role of metal NCs in the synthesis of O-heterocycles and will be extremely useful to researchers working on developing novel green and simple synthetic pathways to various O-heterocyclic-derived molecules.

Abstract
Abstract:
Spiropyrazoles display many biological biological activities such as antitumor, vasodilation, analgesic, phosphodiesterase inhibitors, aldosterone antagonistic, anabolic, androgenic, anti-inflammatory, progestational and salt-retaining activities and they also exert neuroprotection in dopaminergic cell death. Many efforts have been made to obtain these derivatives with high yield and excellent regio-, diastereo- and enantioselectivities. Most of the spiroprazole synthesis methods were proceeded in good to excellent yield in the presence of organic catalysts as for examples squaramide, NHC pre-catalyst, pyrrole derivatives, bis-oxazoline, DMAP, DABCO, thiourea derivatives, DBU, acetic acid and quinoline catalysts. In addition, the inorganic and organo-metallic catalysts have been proven their efficiency in synthesis of various types of spiro-pyrazoles in excellent yield. Thus, in this review we have compiled all citations for the synthesis of spiropyrazoles in the presence of various types of catalysts such as organic, inorganic, and metalorganic catalysts in the range 2020 to 2012. This review article is a useful compilation for researchers interested in the synthesis of spiropyrazole derivatives and will assist them in selecting appropriate catalysts for preparation of their spiropyrazoles.

Abstract
In this work, a novel magnetic organic–inorganic hybrid catalyst was fabricated by encapsulating magnetite@silica (Fe3O4@SiO2) nanoparticles with Isinglass protein collagen (IGPC) using epichlorohydrin (ECH) as a crosslinking agent. Characterization studies of the prepared particles were accomplished by various analytical techniques specifically, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and Brunauer−Emmett−Teller (BET) analysis. The XRD results showed a crystalline and amorphous phase which contribute to magnetite and isinglass respectively. Moreover, the formation of the core/shell structure had been confirmed by TEM images. The synthesized Fe3O4@SiO2/ECH/IG was applied as a bifunctional heterogeneous catalyst in the synthesis of spirooxindole derivatives through the multicomponent reaction of isatin, malononitrile, and C-H acids which demonstrated its excellent catalytic properties. The advantages of this green approach were low catalyst loading, short reaction time, stability, and recyclability for at least four runs.

Abstract
A new organosiloxane precursor ((E)-3-hydroxy-4-((2-(2-hydroxy-4-(3-(3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl)ureido)benzoyl)hydrazono)methyl)phenyl(3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl)carbamate, hereinafter referred to as AHBH-Si) and tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) were mixed as the mixed Si source, and bridged periodic mesoporous organic silica (AHBH-PMOs) nanoparticles were obtained through the co-condensation reaction. AHBH-PMO nanoparticles possess mechanisms of "Aggregation Induced Emission" (AIE) and "Intramolecular Charge Transfer" (ICT), which originate from the molecular structure of AHBH having "C[double bond, length as m-dash]N" bond, ortho hydroxyl groups, etc.. Therefore, the optical properties of AHBH are excellent with respect to the solvent effect and enhanced fluorescence. For hybrid materials, the silica framework provides a rigid environment that restricts the rotation of AHBH, thereby turning on the fluorescence of AHBH due to the regulation by the AIE effect. In particular, AHBH-PMOs are no longer restricted by organic solvents and could really achieve the response to Cu2+ with high sensitivity and selectivity in aqueous solutions of a wide pH range. In addition, the detection limit is as low as 3.26 × 10-9 M. Methods such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and high-resolution mass spectrometry have shown the coordination interaction between AHBH and Cu2+. The Gaussian 09 software of density functional theory to calculate the reducing changes of energy gaps among AHBH and AHBH-Si before and after the addition of Cu2+ showed that coordination interaction exists in the system. These results indicate that AHBH-PMO hybrid materials have potential applications in the field of environmental monitoring.

Abstract
Heterocycles have been found to be of much importance as several nitrogen- and oxygen-containing heterocycle compounds exist amongst the various USFDA-approved drugs. Because of the advancement of nanotechnology, nanocatalysis has found abundant applications in the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds. Numerous nanoparticles (NPs) have been utilized for several organic transformations, which led us to make dedicated efforts for the complete coverage of applications of metal nanoparticles (MNPs) in the synthesis of heterocyclic scaffolds reported from 2010 to 2019. Our emphasize during the coverage of catalyzed reactions of the various MNPs such as Ag, Au, Co, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pd, Pt, Rh, Ru, Si, Ti, and Zn has not only been on nanoparticles catalyzed synthetic transformations for the synthesis of heterocyclic scaffolds, but also provide an inherent framework for the reader to select a suitable catalytic system of interest for the synthesis of desired heterocyclic scaffold.

Abstract
We report the synthesis of MnO nanoparticles (AI-MnO NAPs) using biological molecules of Abutilon indicum leaf extract. Further, they were evaluated for antibacterial and cytotoxicity activity against different pathogenic microbes (Escherichia coli, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Staphylococcus aureus, and Bacillus subtilis) and HeLa cancerous cells. Synthesized NAPs were also investigated for photocatalytic dye degradation potential against methylene blue (MB), and adsorption activity against Cr(VI) was also determined. Results from Scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX), and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) confirmed the successful synthesis of NAPs with spherical morphology and crystalline nature. Biological activity results demonstrated that synthesized AI-MnO NAPs exhibited significant antibacterial and cytotoxicity propensities against pathogenic microbes and cancerous cells, respectively, compared with plant extract. Moreover, synthesized AI-MnO NAPs demonstrated the comparable biological activities results to standard drugs. These excellent biological activities results are attributed to the existence of the plant’s biological molecules on their surfaces and small particle size (synergetic effect). Synthesized NAPs displayed better MB-photocatalyzing properties under sunlight than an ultraviolet lamp. The Cr(VI) adsorption result showed that synthesized NAPs efficiently adsorbed more Cr(VI) at higher acidic pH than at basic pH. Hence, the current findings suggest that Abutilon indicum is a valuable source for tailoring the potential of NAPs toward various enhanced biological, photocatalytic, and adsorption activities. Consequently, the plant’s biological molecule-mediated synthesized AI-MnO NAPs could be excellent contenders for future therapeutic applications.

Abstract
Two new types of cyclic pyridinium ylides were designed and further used in reactions with azoalkenes to access structurally diverse spirocyclic compounds. A range of spiropyrazoline oxindoles could be smoothly obtained in up to 99% yield via a [4 + 1] annulation process with oxindole 3-pyridinium ylides as C1 synthons. Similarly, a series of spiropyrazoline indanones could be prepared with indanone 2-pyridinium ylides as C1 synthons. This work represents the first example of cyclic pyridinium ylides as C1 synthons for the efficient construction of spirocyclic compounds.
