Abstract
Purpose The present study aimed to compare the computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs) and pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNENs). Method Lesion imaging features of 39 patients with SPNs and 127 patients with pNENs were retrospectively extracted from 104 CT and 91 MRI scans. Results Compared to pNEN patients, SPN patients were significantly younger (mean age 51.8 yrs versus 32.7 yrs) and more often female (female: male ratio, 5.50:1 versus 1.19:1). Most SPNs and pNENs presented as well-defined lesions with an expansive growth pattern. SPNs more often appeared as round or ovoid lesions, compared to pNENs which showed a lobulated or irregular shape in more than half of cases (p<0.01). A surrounding capsule was detected in the majority of SPNs, but only in a minority of pNENs (<0.01). Hemorrhage occurred non-significantly more often in SPNs (p=0.09). Signal inhomogeneity in T1-fat-saturated (p<0.01) and T2-weighted imaging (p=0.046) as well as cystic degeneration (p<0.01) were more often observed in SPNs. Hyperenhancement in the arterial and portal-venous phase was more common in pNENs (p<0.01). Enlargement of locoregional lymph nodes (p<0.01) and liver metastases (p=0.03) were observed in some pNEN patients, but not in SPN patients. Multivariate logistic regression identified the presence of a capsule (p<0.01), absence of arterial hyperenhancement (p<0.01), and low patient age (p<0.01), as independent predictors for SPN. Conclusions The present study provides three key features for differentiating SPNs from pNENs extracted from a large patient cohort: presence of a capsule, absence of arterial hyperenhancement, and low patient age.

Abstract
Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) of the pancreas is a low-grade, malignant pancreatic tumor that occurs predominantly in young females. In this report, an extremely rare case of multicentric SPNs in a middle-aged male is discussed. A 55-year-old man was incidentally found to have a mass in the pancreatic body on abdominal ultrasonography during a medical checkup. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) revealed masses with 50-mm and 25-mm diameters with internal calcification in the pancreatic body and tail, respectively. These masses had a gradually increasing enhancement pattern though the center of the pancreatic body mass and the periphery of the pancreatic tail lesion were non-enhancing. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a hyperintense signal in the mass of the pancreatic tail suggestive of hemorrhage on T1-weighted imaging. Positron emission tomography-CT revealed abnormal uptake of fluorodeoxyglucose in both lesions. Endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration was performed on both lesions, and tumor tissue with a solid proliferation of poorly pleomorphic small cells was observed. The tumor cells were positive for CD10 in the cytoplasm and β-catenin in the nucleus. The patient was diagnosed with SPNs and underwent a successful distal pancreatectomy.

Abstract
PURPOSE To investigate the MR findings of the solid components within pancreatic solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs) to characterize solid SPN without degeneration. METHODS After case matching, 23 patients with SPNs, 23 with pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (PNENs), and 46 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas (PDACs) were included in this retrospective comparative study. The MR findings of the solid components within the pancreatic tumors were assessed qualitatively and semi-quantitatively. RESULTS In the qualitative assessment, significant differences were noted in T2-weighted imaging and MR cholangiopancreatography (MRCP). SPNs with a score of 4-5 (iso- to hyper-intense compared with the renal cortex) were observed in 18/19 (94.7%) by reader 1 and 15/19 (78.9%) by reader 2 (score 5, 52.6% and 47.4%) on fast spin-echo (FSE) T2-weighted imaging. On MRCP, the two readers identified 12 (63.2%) and 8 (42.1%) SPNs, respectively. The semi-quantitative signal-intensity ratio (SIR, signal intensity of tumor/signal intensity of the pancreatic parenchyma) of SPNs on FSE T2-weighted imaging was significantly higher (mean, 1.99-2.01) than that of PNENs (1.30-1.31) or PDACs (1.26-1.28). The sensitivity/specificity of 'hyper' on T2-weighted imaging (qualitative score of 4-5, or SIR of ≥ 1.5) were 78.9-100.0%/63.8-79.7%. The sensitivity/specificity of 'remarkably hyper' (score of 5, SIR of ≥ 2.0, or visible on MRCP) or salt-and-pepper pattern were 36.8-68.4%/85.5-98.6%. CONCLUSION T2-weighted imaging may be the key sequence for solid SPN. Solid tumors with hyper-intensity on T2-weighted imaging (especially, more hyper-intense than the renal cortex, more than twice the signal of the pancreatic parenchyma, depicted on MRCP, or salt-and-pepper appearance) may be suspected to be SPNs.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Little is known about the clinicians' ability to ascertain the identity of a pancreatic lesion as solid pseudopapillary tumors (SPT)preoperatively. We led this retrospective study to figure out the disease spectrum that mimic SPT, the key features of SPT and the accuracy of CT and MRI in characterizing them. METHODS Radiological and clinical database at a tertiary pancreatic disease center (Peking Union Medical College Hospital) was searched for patients who received CT or MRI with a presumed radiological diagnosis of SPT. Those patients' clinical information and final pathological diagnosis were collected. RESULTS During 2018.10-2021.12, 200 patients had a presumed radiological diagnosis of SPT, and 132 of them had unambiguous pathological diagnosis. SPT were confirmed in only 63.6% (84/132), while the others had a variety of neoplastic and nonneoplastic lesions, including pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (n = 15), pseudocysts (n = 4), mucinous cystic neoplasms (n = 4), serous cystadenomas (n = 3), neural sheath tumors (n = 3), lymphoepithelial cysts (n = 2), and several very rare pathologies (n = 17). Of note, 11.4% (15/132) of those were benign or nonneoplastic lesions, while 6.8% (9/132) were neoplasms with highly aggressive nature, or pancreatic metastases, which require systematic evaluation and staging instead of upfront surgery. Retrospective radiological analysis based on key imaging features, clinical history and laboratory findings had an improved diagnostic accuracy of 78.5% with CT and 77.8% with MRI. CONCLUSIONS There is a broad disease spectrum mimicking SPT at CT and MRI. Key imaging features, clinical information and laboratory findings must be integrated to improve the diagnostic accuracy.

Abstract
Solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs) are frequently seen in young women. Although the behavior pattern varies, these rare lesions generally have a low malignant potential. In this study, the aim was to investigate the effect of clinicopathological features of lesions on the recurrence in and survival of patients. In this study, patients of our clinic who were pathologically diagnosed with SPN after pancreatic surgery between July 2008 and December 2020 were evaluated retrospectively. Patients' age, gender, comorbidities, symptoms at the time of application, preoperative CA 19-9, CEA value, preoperative cross-sectional diagnostic imaging method and lesion characteristics, surgery, postoperative complications, length of hospital stay, and histopathological features were evaluated. Early and late mortality, overall survival, disease-free survival, and recurrence rate were determined. Four of the 23 patients diagnosed with SPN were male and the median age was 29 (23-47) years. Of the study patients, 69.56% experienced pain symptoms and 30.43% were asymptomatic. The median tumor size was 4 cm (1.5-15). The most common surgical procedure was distal pancreatectomy (56.5%). The median length of hospital stays was 5 (3-120) days and morbidity was observed in 9 cases (39.13%). The mortality rate was 4.35%. The mean follow-up period in the series was 53 (8-132) months and none of the patients developed recurrence. In this study, no significant difference was found regarding recurrence in patients with SPN with histopathologically aggressive biological behavior. The overall survival rate was 95.7%. SPNs are rare lesions with low malignant potential. SPNs are associated with longer-term survival after surgical resection.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To construct MRI-based radiomics logistic model in differentiating solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) from three differential diseases containing adenocarcinoma, neuroendocrine tumor (NET), and cystadenoma of pancreas. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 21 SPNs and 140 differential diseases were enrolled. The MRI images of T1WI, T2WI, DWI, and contrast-enhanced (CE) sequences were taken to delineate the volume of interest, and the corresponding radiomics features were calculated. After the preprocess of data balance and image standardize, the data was divided into training set (6 SPNs and 42 differential diseases) and validation set (15 SPNs and 98 differential diseases) with a proportion of 7:3, randomly. Then after feature selection, four MRI-based logistic models included T1WI, T2WI, DWI, CE, and sum logistic models (Log-T1WI, Log-T2WI, Log-DWI, Log-CE, and Log-sum) were established. The receiver operation curve (ROC) was depicted to evaluate the efficacy of each model. RESULTS To the single MRI sequence, the AUCs of Log-T1WI, Log-T2WI, Log-DWI, and Log-CE were similar. Seemingly the AUCs of Log-T2WI were slightly higher with 0. 876 (95%CI, 0.797-0.956) in the training set and 0.853 (95%CI, 0.708-0.998) in the validation set. The Log-sum of four MRI sequences displayed better differentiating efficiency, with AUCs of 0.929 (95%CI, 0.877-0.980) in the training set and 0.925 (95%CI, 0.845-1.000) in the validation set. The Log-Ra/Clin model combined clinical information and radiomics showed the highest AUC of 0.962 (95%CI, 0.919-0.985). CONCLUSIONS MRI-based radiomics analysis helped to discern SPNs from radiologically misdiagnosed adenocarcinoma, neuroendocrine tumor, and cystadenoma of pancreas. The efficacy of single sequence logistic model was similar. The Log-sum combined four sequences and Log-Ra/Clin combined clinical information and radiomics demonstrated the better performance in distinction.

Abstract
Pancreatic solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (pSPN) is a rare exocrine neoplasm, which generally occurs in young women. This study analyses the clinical characteristics of pSPN in male patients through a systematic review of the literature, adding three new cases from our institution. We reviewed our experience in Pspns, and we performed a systematic review of pSPN of all articles published in English in PubMed and SCOPUS from 1980. Using the final included articles, we evaluated clinic-pathological features, surgical treatment and prognosis of male patients affected by pSPN. From the literature review and our cases, we collected 246 male patients with a proven pSPN. Mean age was 34.3 (range 4-78) years, with 26.2% patients younger than 18 years. Patients were asymptomatic in 35.9% of cases, despite a mean tumour size of 6.3 cm. In 63.7% of cases, the pSPN was located in the body-tail region. Distant metastases were reported at diagnosis in only 10 (4.1%) patients. A correct pre-operative diagnosis (including cytopathology) was provided in 53.6% of patients, with only 40 fine-needle aspiration/biopsy performed. Standard pancreatic resections represented 90.4% of surgical procedures. Beta-catenin and progesterone receptors were positive at immunostaining in 100% and 77.8% of cases, respectively. Fourteen (7.2%) patients relapsed after a mean disease-free survival of 43.1 months. After a mean follow-up of 47 (range 4-180) months, 89.5% of patients were alive and disease-free. Although rare, when dealing with a solid-cystic pancreatic mass, even in asymptomatic male patients, a pSPN should be considered as a possible diagnosis.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) is a rare tumor that was first described by Frantz in 1959. Although this tumor is benign, some may have malignant potential that can be predicted based on demographics, imaging characteristics, and pathologic evaluation. This case series presents 3 SPN cases with discussion on gender differences, preoperative predictors of malignancy, and a suggested algorithm for diagnostic approach as well as post-surgical follow up.
CASE SUMMARY Three adult patients in a tertiary hospital found to have SPN, one elderly male and two young females. Each of the cases presented with abdominal pain and were discovered incidentally. Two cases underwent endoscopic ultrasound with fine needle aspiration and biopsy to assess tumor markers and immuno-histochemical staining (which were consistent with SPN before undergoing surgery), and one case underwent surgery directly after imaging. The average tumor size was 5 cm. Diagnosis was confirmed by histology. Two patients had post-surgical complications requiring intervention.
CONCLUSION Demographic and imaging characteristics can be sufficient to establish diagnosis for SPN, while malignant cases require pre-operative evaluation with endoscopic ultrasound fine needle aspiration/fine needle biopsy.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs) of the pancreas are rare neoplasms, and the selection of surgical approaches is still under debate. The aim of this study was to analyze the clinicopathological characteristics and surgical outcomes of SPN patients and to compare the short-term and long-term outcomes between conventional operations and parenchyma-preserving operations. METHODS Patients who underwent pancreatic resection for SPNs between February 2010 and May 2019 in Fujian Medical University Union Hospital were identified. Clinicopathological details, perioperative data, and long-term follow-up results were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS Sixty patients underwent surgical resection for SPNs during the study period: 48 females and 12 males. The mean age was 32.2 years. All patients underwent margin-negative surgical resection. The median follow-up period was 47 months (range: 3~118 months). One patient developed liver metastases 14 months after the operation and received local ablation therapy. All patients were alive during the follow-up. The incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula was higher in the parenchyma-preserving surgery group than in the conventional surgery group (40.0 vs. 11.1%, p = 0.034). There was no significant difference in the tumor recurrence rate between the 2 groups. Eight (17.7%) and 6 patients (13.3%) in the conventional surgery group demonstrated endocrine and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, respectively; furthermore, no patients in the parenchyma-preserving surgery group had endocrine or exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, but the incidences were not significantly different between the 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS Margin-negative surgical resection of SPNs yields a very low rate of tumor recurrence and excellent long-term survival.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study was to assess the characterization and usefulness of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) for diagnosing solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas (SPTP) and compare the enhancement patterns with contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CECT). METHODS Forty-three SPTP lesions proved by pathologic findings in 42 patients examined with CEUS and CECT were included in this study. The enhancement characteristics and typical CEUS features of the tumors were investigated. These characteristics were compared according to lesion sizes. The enhancement patterns of CEUS were compared with CECT. RESULTS The most common enhancement levels of SPTP in the early phase and late phase for CEUS were isoenhancement (19 of 43 [44.2%]) and hypoenhancement (32 of 43 [74.4%]), respectively. The 4 most common enhancement patterns were hypo-hypo (16 of 43 [37.2%]), iso-iso (11 of 43 [25.6%]), hyper-hypo (8 of 43 [18.6%]), and iso-hypo (8 of 43 [18.6%]) enhancement. For the 43 SPTP lesions, typical CEUS features such as lesion membrane, intralesional vessel, and intralesional compartmentalization enhancements were detected in 30 (69.8%), 27 (62.8%), and 10 (23.2%) cases. Compared with CECT, isoenhancement during the early phase and hypoenhancement during the late phase were the most common imaging characteristics of CEUS. CONCLUSIONS Lesion membrane, intralesional vessel, and intralesional compartmentalization enhancements are typical CEUS features of SPTP, especially for large lesions (lesion size ≥3.0 cm). Isoenhancement during the early phase and hypoenhancement during the late phase are the most common imaging characteristics of CEUS and CECT, making CEUS a viable alternative diagnostic method that is noninvasive.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPN) of the pancreas are a rare and low-grade malignant entity with a female predominance. However, it also occurs in males, but the rarity and lack of concern makes its clinicopathological features unclarified. METHODS The morphological, immunohistochemical, prognostic features and CTNNB1 exon 3 mutation status of SPN were compared semi-quantitively between 9 male and 21 female patients. RESULTS SPN in males grew in a distinctive solid pattern, with abundant fibrotic stroma and clear cells. Collagen tended to be the main component of tumor stroma in males, while hyaluronan composed a considerable proportion in females. A much stronger expression of androgen receptor (AR) was found in males, and CD56 and/or synaptophysin (Syn) was expressed frequently in both genders. All patients survived. One male patient had post-operational liver nodules and accepted interventional therapy without biopsy. Mutations of CTNNB1 exon 3 were observed in all cases, distributed at codon 32, 33 and 37 in both genders, as well as 34, 41 and 62 in females. CONCLUSION SPN in males presented with significantly different morphological features from that in females, which might be helpful in differential diagnosis, especially when with extensive positivity for CD56 and/or Syn. The stronger expression of AR in males might be a clue to explore the underlying mechanism of the gender difference.

Abstract
Numerous other solid primary neoplasms may arise from the pancreas besides primary ductal adenocarcinomas and neuroendocrine tumors. Although diagnosis can be difficult because of the very low incidence of these tumors, knowledge of several, typical, epidemiologic, biological, and imaging features can help obtain a correct diagnosis. This pictorial review describes the features of solid rare primary pancreatic neoplasms on computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging focusing on characteristics that can help radiologists differentiate them from classical forms of ductal pancreatic adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine tumors. Cystic pancreatic neoplasms are beyond the scope of the current review.

Abstract
BACKGROUND To delineate the features of multi-detector computed tomography (MDCT) images and clinical characteristics of pancreatic solid pseudopapillary tumors (SPTs) of the pancreas in asymptomatic patients and compare these features and characteristics between asymptomatic and symptomatic patients. METHODS This work is a retrospective study approved by our institutional review board. MDCT images and clinical data of 109 patients with pathologically proven SPTs obtained from October 2008 to October 2016 were reviewed. Patients were categorized into two groups: asymptomatic patients and patients with symptomatic disease. Cases were reviewed to determine the reason for detection, intervention, shape, diameter, location, calcification, encapsulation, internal composition, CT attenuation, enhancement pattern, and tumor pathology. Clinical factors and imaging features were also compared between groups. Statistical analysis was performed using χ2 and t-tests. RESULTS Data from 49 asymptomatic and 60 symptomatic patients were collected. Asymptomatic SPTs were identified most frequently during routine health examination (18 patients, 36.7%), various screening purposes (12 patients, 24.5%), and traumatic injury (9 patients, 18.4%). Except for a smaller tumor size (5.8 cm in asymptomatic SPTs vs. 7.4 cm in symptomatic SPTs, P = 0.023), the clinical factors or imaging features of asymptomatic patients were very similar to those of symptomatic patients. CONCLUSIONS The current research is the first single-center study to characterize SPTs in asymptomatic patients. Asymptomatic SPTs are gradually being identified with greater frequency. Although generally smaller in size than that in symptomatic patients, an asymptomatic pancreatic mass with the typical imaging features of SPT may be found, the treatment for which is similar to that for symptomatic patients. Evaluating asymptomatic SPTs requires further systematic and multi-center trials.

Abstract
Background: Solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs) of the pancreas are rare pancreatic tumors. This study summarizes the clinicopathological characteristics and treatment outcomes of SPN patients through a 10-year single-center case series. Materials and Methods: Medical records of patients diagnosed with SPNs and who underwent surgery between August 2007 and July 2017 at Qilu Hospital, Shandong University, were retrospectively analyzed. Results: This study included 91 patients: 13 males/78 females, mean age 28.8 ± 11.5 years. Among the cases, 38.5% were incidentally confirmed without specific symptoms, while the others displayed various abdominal symptoms. All patients had single pancreatic lesions, and 1 patient presented with liver metastasis. Abdominal enhanced computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and endoscopic ultrasound were the diagnostic imaging techniques used to identify SPNs. All patients had successful surgical removal of their tumors; 28 patients underwent laparoscopy. During the 2-121-month follow-up period, 1 patient died of lung metastasis and multiple organ failure at 35 months postoperatively, but no other tumor recurrence or metastasis was found. Conclusions: SPN usually occurs in the young female population and presents with various clinical characteristics. Mixed solid-cystic masses with calcification or hemorrhage are typical morphological tumor features. Minimally invasive organ-/function-preserving operations are advocated for benign cases, while aggressive radical resection should be performed in patients with local invasion or distant metastasis.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinicopathological features of solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs). METHODS In this retrospective study, 288 SPNs were analyzed. RESULTS Overall, 214 patients (74%) were female. Distant metastases occurred in 4 patients, and splenic vein tumor thrombus occurred in 1 patient. Although imaging findings showed large (>2.0 cm) SPNs with clear, regular border, and heterogeneous internal structure, small SPNs appeared as almost entirely solid. Surgical resection was performed in 278 cases. The 5-year survival rate was 98.8%. Six patients had tumor recurrence after the initial resection. The detection rate in typical pathological findings was low for small SPNs. Tumor extension to the pancreatic parenchyma was detected in greater than 70% of the cases. Tumor invasion to adjacent organs was detected in 13 cases. One was given a diagnosis of apparent high-grade malignant transformation. CONCLUSIONS The proportion of male cases was higher than that in previous studies, and there were statistically significant differences in the onset age and tumor diameter between male and female patients. Therefore, women seemed to have an early occurrence of SPNs, suggesting a difference in the developmental stage between men and women. Images and pathological findings of SPNs varied according to tumor size. Our findings indicated that SPN patients have excellent survival after margin-negative surgical resection.

Abstract
Cystic neoplasms in the pancreas are encountered frequently on imaging, often detected incidentally during evaluation for other conditions. They can have a variety of clinical and imaging presentations, and similarly, wide-ranging prognostic and treatment implications. In the majority, imaging helps in diagnosis of pancreatic cystic neoplasms (PCNs) and guides management decisions. But, a significant minority of the PCNs remain indeterminate. There have been multiple recent advances in biomarkers and molecular genetics which will likely prove helpful in risk stratification of PCNs. Several prominent national and international societies, as well as consensus groups have put forth recommendations to help guide management of PCNs. The purpose of this article is to discuss the role of imaging in evaluation of PCNs, review the recent advances in molecular genetics and pancreatic cyst fluid analysis, and analyze the pros and cons of major evidence-based and consensus guidelines for management of PCNs.

Abstract
Introduction Solid Pseudopapillary Neoplasms (SPN) are uncommon pancreatic tumours and are slow growing with uncertain malignant potential, showing female preponderance. Postoperative prognosis is good and metastasis is rare. Aim To summarise the imaging and pathological features of seven cases of SPN in three years period, from January 2013 to January 2016. Materials and Methods In this retrospective study the imaging features of seven cases on triphasic multidetector Computed Tomogram (CT), a 16-slice scanner, were reviewed along with CT-guided Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) and histopathological examination. Statistics were expressed in terms of percentiles. Results All cases were female patients with an age range of 13-35 years (mean: 23.3 years). On CT assessment, the size of the tumours varied from 2.5-14 cm (mean: 5.3 cm). All these tumours were well capsulated and round to oval in shape. In four out of seven cases, the tumour was located in the tail of pancreas. All the solid enhancing portions showed moderate enhancement of at least 20-30 HU compared to unenhanced scan, on the other hand the cystic parts remained unenhanced with <5 HU variation in comparison to the plain scan. Histopathological examination exhibited characteristic poorly cohesive cuboidal cells arranged in papillaroid pattern having fine nuclear chromatin with nuclear grooves. Conclusion Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm is a high diagnostic possibility in case of a young female having pancreatic mass and needs to be evaluated with triphasic contrast enhanced CT scan, followed by FNAC and or histopathological examination.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Solid pseudopapillary tumor (SPT) of the pancreas is an extremely rare primary tumor in the pediatric age group. It has a low malignant potential and the prognosis is good if radical resection of the tumor is performed. Local recurrence and distant metastasis has only rarely been reported following incomplete resection. METHODS A retrospective review of the medical records of 6 patients diagnosed as SPT according to a histopathological examination at the Children's Hospital of Erciyes University School of Medicine between 2010 and 2017 was performed. Demographic characteristics, tumor localization and size, diagnostic method, immunohistochemical staining features, and medical and surgical treatments employed were recorded. RESULTS There were 4 girls and 2 boys with the diagnosis of SPT included in this study. The mean age of the patients was 14 years (min-max: 13-16 years). The most common presenting complaint was abdominal pain. The mass lesion was at the head of the pancreas in 3 cases (50%) and the tail of the pancreas in the remaining 3 patients (50%). A Whipple procedure was performed in 3 cases, a distal pancreatectomy in 1, a distal pancreatectomy plus splenectomy in 1, and a subtotal pancreatectomy in 1patient. Immunohistochemistry revealed positive staining for beta-catenin, keratin, CD56, vimentin, and CD10 in all cases. CONCLUSION SPT is a rarely seen pancreatic mass with low rate of malignancy. Diagnosis may be delayed due to its asymptomatic nature in most cases and a lack of descriptive symptoms. The survival rate is quite high after radical resection.
