Abstract
Wuzi Yanzong decoction (WZYZD) belongs to the traditional formula for treating male infertility caused by oligoasthenozoospermia (OLI). This research aims to elucidate the therapeutic substance basis and potential pharmacological mechanisms of WZYZD in treating OLI. A total of 52 chemical ingredients were identified from WZYZD. HE and TUNEL staining demonstrated that WZYZD can markedly alleviate OLI. Immunofluorescence analysis showed that WZYZD can significantly increase the expression levels of DNMT3 A, PIWIL1, SETDB1, and PRMT5. Methyl capture sequencing proved that WZYZD can markedly upregulate the methylated level of Spata, Bcl, and Pik3 series genes. Network pharmacology analysis proved that WZYZD can ameliorate OLI through BCL-2 and PI3 K-AKT signaling pathways. The immunofluorescence assay of BCL-2 and SPATA18 proved the aforementioned results. The potential mechanism of WZYZD in treating OLI mainly involved recruiting methyltransferase DNMT3 A, PIWIL1, PRMT5, and SETDB1 and increasing the methylation degree of Spata, Bcl, and Pik3 series genes.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Obesity can contribute to infertility, but the exact relationship between infertility risk and obesity-related measurements like waist-to-height ratio (WHtR), body roundness index (BRI), conicity index (CoI), and A body shape index (ABSI) in women is uncertain. We investigated the association between these indices and female infertility. METHODS In this cross-sectional study, we used National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data (2013-2018). We used weighted multivariable logistic regression analysis, receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves, and subgroup analysis, as well as propensity score matching. RESULTS Among 3373 participants, 344 (10.2%) reported infertility. A significant link between higher infertility risk and increased WHtR, BRI, CoI, ABSI, and body mass index (BMI) was found. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed WHtR (odds ratio [OR] = 1.27, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.14-1.42), BRI (OR = 1.09, 95% CI: 1.05-1.14), CoI (OR = 1.36, 95% CI: 1.18-1.56), ABSI (OR = 1.22, 95% CI: 1.12-1.33), and BMI (OR = 1.03, 95% CI: 1.02-1.05) were significantly associated with female infertility. CoI had the best diagnostic performance (area under the ROC curve 0.628, 95% CI: 0.597-0.658). CONCLUSIONS Obesity-related indices were positively linked to infertility risk among women in the United States. These indices serve as valuable tools for assessing female infertility risk.

Abstract
Infertility has emerged as a significant global health concern. Assisted reproductive technology (ART) assists numerous infertile couples in conceiving, yet some experience repeated, unsuccessful cycles. This study aims to identify the pivotal clinical factors influencing the success of fresh embryo transfer of in vitro fertilization (IVF). We introduce a novel Non-negative Matrix Factorization (NMF)-based Ensemble algorithm (NMFE). By combining feature matrices from NMF, accelerated multiplicative updates for non-negative matrix factorization (AMU-NMF), and the generalized deep learning clustering (GDLC) algorithm. NMFE exhibits superior accuracy and reliability in analyzing the in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) dataset. The dataset comprises 2238 cycles and 85 independent clinical features, categorized into 13 categories based on feature correlation. Subsequently, the NMFE model was trained and reached convergence. Then the features of 13 categories were sequentially masked to analyze their individual effects on IVF-ET live births. The NMFE analysis highlights the significant influence of therapeutic interventions, Embryo transfer outcomes, and ovarian response assessment on live births of IVF-ET. Therapeutic interventions, including ovarian stimulation protocols, ovulation stimulation drugs, and pre-and intra-stimulation cycle acupuncture play prominent roles. However, their impacts on the IVF-ET model are reduced, suggesting a potential synergistic effect when combined. Conversely, factors like basic information, diagnosis, and obstetric history have a lesser influence. The NMFE algorithm demonstrates promising potential in assessing the influence of clinical features on live births in IVF fresh embryo transfer.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Sleep disturbances are more prevalent among women with infertility. Current research increasingly highlights the significant relationship between sleep disturbances and female infertility, suggesting that sleep may be a key factor in reproductive health. In this review, we aim to delve into the complex interplay between sleep disturbances and female infertility, as well as to assess the underlying mechanisms involved, and seek to illuminate the causes of sleep-related fertility issues. The understanding of these contents may help clinicians enhance clinical strategies for managing sleep disturbances in women facing infertility challenges and provide timely support to those seeking fertility treatments. METHODS A comprehensive literature search was conducted in the PubMed and EMBASE databases. Studies that described sleep patterns or any type of sleep disturbance, sleep breathing disorders and their associations with female infertility or female fecundity, published between January 1, 2010, and November 1, 2023, were identified and extracted. The screening, data extraction, and quality assessment processes were independently performed by paired reviewers. The quality of the included studies was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal tools for observational and cohort studies. RESULTS A total of 1,179 articles were initially identified from the search strategy (PubMed, n = 377; EMBASE, n = 802). After removing duplicates (n = 83) and screening for eligibility (n = 75), 19 studies were reviewed and determined to be eligible for inclusion. Infertile women generally report poorer sleep quality and exhibit more evening sleep chronotypes. Sleep disorders are significantly associated with infertility. Poor sleep quality, extreme sleep durations, and certain sleep chronotypes are associated with poorer fertility treatment outcomes, such as a reduced number of retrieved oocytes, decreased embryo quality, and lower fertilization rates. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is also more prevalent in women with fertility issues, especially those with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and may negatively impact reproductive outcomes. The circadian rhythms of the Clock gene system, melatonin and hormone dysregulation, oxidative stress and immune response are considered to be potential mechanisms explaining how sleep disturbance impairs reproductive function, remain to be fully elucidated, and therefore, require further investigation. CONCLUSIONS Sleep disturbances are negatively associated with female infertility and poor fertility treatment outcomes. Longitudinal studies are expected to substantiate these findings and inform more nuanced approaches to prior sleep management and lifestyle advisement for infertile women, especially those undergoing fertility treatments. Abstract
BACKGROUND Obesity stands as an essential factor contributing to infertility in women. Early identification of obese individuals leads to favorable results for female infertility. The objective of this research is to assess the association between the age-adjusted visceral adiposity index (AVAI) and female infertility. METHODS This study was conducted using NHANES data from 2013 to 2018, in which 1,231 women aged 20-45 were selected. Infertility was defined by survey questions. AVAI was calculated using anthropometric and serum data. Covariates included demographics and lifestyle factors. Statistical analysis with R, adjusting for covariates, and assessing nonlinearity and cutoff effects. RESULTS The study of 1,231 women from the NHANES database revealed that 11.94% were diagnosed with infertility. Individuals with higher AVAI scores showed increased age, WC, BMI, and reduced HDL levels, with a positive correlation between AVAI and female infertility (OR = 1.42, 95%CI: 1.26-1.60). AVAI quartiles showed a pronounced relationship with female infertility risk, with the highest quartile showing the greatest risk(OR = 9.35,95% CI: 2.96-29.55). Nonlinear and threshold effects in the relationship between AVAI and female infertility were identified, with an inflection point at -9.70. Subgroup analyses indicated significant interactions between AVAI and educational status and BMI, particularly in women with a BMI below 25 kg/m2, where a high AVAI level was closely related to increased infertility risk(OR = 1.92, 95%CI: 1.44-2.58). CONCLUSION The study identifies a strong association between elevated AVAI scores and female infertility risk, especially in women with a BMI under 25 kg/m2. This suggests that AVAI could be a valuable predictor in female fertility assessments.

Abstract
Female infertility is a significant problem for women of reproductive age worldwide. Obesity has been proven to pose a danger for infertility in women. Weight-adjusted waist circumference index (WWI) is a recently created biomarker of obesity, and this research aims to explore the relationship between female infertility and WWI. Data for this investigation were gathered from National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. We used weighted multivariate logistic regression, subgroup analysis, interaction testing, and smoothed curve fitting to investigate the relationship between infertility and WWI. A total of 6333 women were included and 708 (11.18%) had infertility. It was discovered that women with higher WWI had increased probabilities of infertility (OR = 1.92, 95% CI: 1.42-2.59) adjusting for confounders. In addition, WWI was linked to increased chances of infertility in women aged 28 to 36 years (OR = 1.59, 95% CI: 1.28-1.97). According to the results of this cross-sectional survey, WWI is positively associated with infertility among adult females in the U.S. And it can help identify infertile women and may help reduce the risk of infertility.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Adequate intake of natural antioxidants may improve female fertility. The aim of this study was to examine the link between female infertility and dietary antioxidant index (DAI). METHODS This case-control study was conducted on 125 women with recently diagnosis of reduced ovarian reserves (AMH < 1.1) as the case group and 125 women with normal ovarian reserve as the control group in Rasht, Iran. The amount of food intake was assessed using the food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) and the DAI was calculated to estimate the antioxidant capacity of the diet. RESULTS Regarding dietary intake, the infertile women had a lower intake of potassium (2789.25 ± 777 vs. 2593.68 ± 443 mg/d, P = 0.02), magnesium (204.12 ± 66 vs. 189.73 ± 34 mg/d, P = 0.03), copper (0.93 ± 0.40 vs. 0.82 ± 0.20 mg/d, P < 0.01), vitamin C (133.99 ± 46 vs. 122.62 ± 24 mg/d, P = 0.02), and fiber (14.53 ± 3 vs. 13.44 ± 2 g/d, P < 0.05), and a higher intake of cholesterol (205.61 ± 58 vs. 227.02 ± 46 mg/d, P < 0.01) than the control group (All P < 0.05). The DAI was negatively associated with infertility (OR: 0.94, CI 95%: 0.88-0.97, P = 0.03). The association remained significant after adjustments for age, BMI, the underlying diseases, fertility frequency, IVF failure, and calorie intake. CONCLUSION Following an antioxidant-rich diet may reduce the risk of infertility. More longitudinal studies are warranted to confirm these results and discover the underlying mechanisms.

Abstract
AIMS Oxidative stress is considered to be one of the culprits of ovarian dysfunction. Spermidine (SPD) is a natural aliphatic polyamine that is widely present in living organisms and has been shown to exert preventive effects on various ageing-related diseases. This study seeks to investigate the potential preventive and protective effects of SPD on ovarian oxidative damage. MAIN METHODS Ovarian oxidative stress model in C57BL/6 mice was established by 3-nitropropionic acid. Female mice were administrated 10 mg/kg or 15 mg/kg SPD. The estrous cycle, serum hormone levels and mating test were measured to evaluate ovarian function. Follicle counts and AMH levels to assess ovarian reserve. Masson's trichrome to assess ovarian fibrosis. TUNEL analysis to evaluate follicular granulosa cells (GCs) apoptosis. Oxidative stress and autophagy indicators (Nrf2, HO-1, GPX4, LC3B, P62) were measured in vivo and in vitro. RNA-sequencing was performed on SPD-treated GC to study the effects of SPD on Akt and FHC/ACSL4 signaling. KEY FINDINGS SPD supplementation improved ovarian endocrine function and reproductive capacity in oxidative stress mice. SPD regularized the estrous cycle and alleviated oxidative stress. Furthermore, SPD increased the ovarian reserve, reducing GC apoptosis by activating the Nrf2/HO-1/GPX4 pathway. RNA-sequencing showed that SPD induced 230 genes changes in porcine GC, which were mainly involved in oocyte meiosis, arginine biosynthesis and glutathione metabolism pathways. SPD attenuated H2O2-induced ferroptosis by regulating Akt/FHC/ACSL4 signaling. SIGNIFICANCE SPD alleviates oxidative stress and ferroptosis by regulating the Nrf2/HO-1/GPX4 and Akt/FHC/ACSL4 pathway, which may be a novel potential strategy to protect ovarian oxidative damage.

Abstract
China's birth rates hit a record low in 2021. The high demand for having children has spawned a massive market for surrogacy, which, however, is a dilemma in China involving a series of moral and legal issues under the current circumstances. First, special populations, including infertile patients, families who have lost their sole child, and homosexuals, wanted to have children, giving rise to surrogacy. Then, the development of and innovation in assisted reproductive technology allowed surrogacy to mature. A high return offsets a high risk, and consequently, an underground surrogacy market has emerged, causing various social issues for the Chinese Government, such as civil disputes, gender disproportion, crime, and the spread of disease. At the same time, surrogacy violates moral ethics, traditional Chinese culture, and the rights and interests of vulnerable groups.

Abstract
Background There is a higher risk of preterm delivery (PTD) in singleton live births conceived after in vitro fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) compared with spontaneously conceived pregnancies. The objective of our study was to build a predictive nomogram model to suggest the possibility of PTD in singleton pregnancies after IVF/ICSI treatment. Method 11513 IVF/ICSI cycles with singleton live births were enrolled retrospectively. These cycles were randomly allocated into a training group (80%) and a validation group (20%). We used the multivariate logistics regression analysis to determine prognostic factors for PTD in the training group. A nomogram based on the above factors was further established for predicting PTD. Receiver operating characteristic curves (ROC), areas under the ROC curves (AUC), concordance index (C-index), and calibration plots were analyzed for assessing the performance of this nomogram in the training and validation group. Results There were fourteen risk factors significantly related to PTD in IVF/ICSI singleton live births, including maternal body mass index (BMI) > 24 kg/m2, smoking, uterine factors, cervical factors, ovulatory factors, double embryo transferred (DET), blastocyst transfer, FET, vanishing twin syndrome (VTS), obstetric complications (placenta previa, placenta abruption, hypertensive of pregnancies, and premature rupture of membrane), and a male fetus. These factors were further incorporated to construct a nomogram prediction model. The AUC, C-index, and calibration curves indicated that this nomogram exhibited fair performance and good calibration. Conclusions We found that the occurrence of PTD increased when women with obesity, smoking, uterine factors, cervical factors, ovulatory factors, DET, VTS, and obstetric complications, and a male fetus. Furthermore, a nomogram was constructed based on the above factors and it might have great value for clinic use.

Abstract
PURPOSE To analyze the influence of Caucasian mitochondrial haplogroups on controlled ovarian stimulation outcome (COS), embryo (E), and pregnancy success. METHODS In a Caucasian population (n = 517) undergoing COS, mitochondrial haplogroups and physiological parameters were determined. Patients were classified, according to Bologna criteria, as good (>3)/poor ≤3) responder, on dependence of recruited oocytes (RO), and in pregnancy/non-pregnancy groups. Haplogroups were determined by sequencing mitochondrial hypervariable sequence I and confirmed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), followed by restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLP). RESULTS The rank of total dose of FSH (TD FSH) was similar in all clusters/haplogroups, except in JT, which is narrower (950-3,650 IU), particularly in T (1,350-3,650 IU). The statistical analysis showed higher RO and E in JT when compared to U, although it was only Uk which accumulated significantly in pregnancy respect to JT. Pearson's correlations between TD FSH and RO showed negative statistical significance in all population (P = 0.001), H (P = 0.03), JT (P = 0.01), and T (P = 0.03). The percentage of contribution of TD FSH on RO was almost nine times in the JT cluster as compared to all population one. CONCLUSIONS JT cluster shows a different influence of TD FSH on RO. JT cluster shows higher RO and E than U, but it is Uk which exhibits a significant higher pregnancy rate than JT. The negative influence of the JT cluster on pregnancy success strongly suggests that the m.4216 T > C polymorphism could be responsible.

Abstract
Both genetic and microenvironmental detrimental factors are involved in ovarian dysfunction, leading to the increasing rate of involuntary childlessness in recent years. Oxidative stress (OS), which is characterized by the imbalance of redox system with redundant reactive oxygen species (ROS) overwhelming the antioxidant defense, is regarded as one of the culprits of ovarian dysfunction. OS causes damage to various types of ovarian cells including granulosa cells (GCs), jeopardizing the ovarian microenvironment, disturbing follicular development and participating in various female reproductive disorders. However, the specific molecular pathological mechanisms underlying this process have not been fully elucidated. In this study, we found that 3-nitropropionic acid (3-NP) treatment led to significant IGF2BP1 downregulation via, at least partially, inducing ROS overproduction. IGF2BP1 regulates GCs viability, proliferation, cell cycle and cellular senescence by enhancing MDM2 mRNA stability in an m6A-dependant manner. IGF2BP1 overexpression partially rescued 3-NP induced GCs damages, while ectopically expressed MDM2 alleviated both 3-NP or IGF2BP1-knockdown induced GCs dysfunction. These results reveal an epigenetic molecular mechanism underlying OS-related GCs disorders, which may help to establish a novel potential clinical marker for predicting the GCs status as well as the follicular developmental potential.

Abstract
Infertility affects about 10-15% couples over the world, among which a large number of cases the underlying causes are still unclear. Recent studies suggest that environmental factors may play an important role in these idiopathic infertilities. Arsenic is a heavy metal found in drinking water over the world. Its effect on the development of female reproductive system at the environmental-relevant levels is still largely unknown. To test the hypothesis that arsenic exposure during juvenile and puberty may affect sex maturation and female reproductive system development, SD rats of 3 weeks of age were exposed to arsenic with environmental-relevant levels (0, 0.02, 0.2, or 2 mg/L, n = 16/group) through drinking water for about 44 days until the rats reached adulthood (65 days of age). Arsenic exposure significantly reduced the weights of both ovary and uterus without affecting the body weight. Also, arsenic exposure disturbed estrus cycles and reduced the numbers of primordial follicles and corpora lutea while increased atretic follicles. In addition, arsenic reduced serum levels of estradiol, progesterone and testosterone but increased LH and FSH levels in dose-dependent manners. QPCR and Western blot experiments indicated arsenic selectively down-regulated ovarian steroidogenic-related proteins FSHR, STAR, CYP17A1, HSD3B1 and CYP19A1 and signaling molecules PKA-ERK-JNK-cJUN, without affecting AKT and CREB. As about reproductive capacity, arsenic-exposed dams had smaller pups, reduced litter size and lower number of male pups without a change in female pups. In conclusion, juvenile and pubertal arsenic exposures at environmental-relevant levels significantly reduced reproductive functions and capacity by adult. Since the lowest effective dose is very close to the government safety standards, the relevancy of arsenic over exposure to reproductive defects in human deserves further study.

Abstract
Reproductive medicine in China has developed rapidly since 1988 due to the support from the government and scientific exploration. However, the success rate of assisted reproduction technology (ART) is around 30-40% and many unknown "black boxes" in gametogenesis and embryo development are still present. With the development of single-cell and low-input sequencing technologies, the network of transcriptome and epigenetic regulation (DNA methylation, chromatin accessibility, and histone modifications) during the development of human primordial germ cells (PGCs), gametes and embryos has been investigated in depth. Furthermore, pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT) has also rapidly developed. In this review, we summarize and analyze China's outstanding progress in these fields.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Autoantibodies are associated with worse outcomes in vitro fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), including increasing miscarriage rate, lowering pregnancy rate, and lowering delivery rate. However, little is known about improving IVF/ICSI outcomes for autoantibody-positive women, especially in frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles. This study aimed to investigate whether pituitary suppression before FET improves the clinical pregnancy rate (CPR) and live birth rate (LBR) for IVF/ICSI women positive for serum autoantibodies. STUDY DESIGN A total of 181 infertile women positive for serum autoantibodies were recruited, including 65 women receiving GnRHa and hormone replacement therapy protocols (G-HRT group) and 116 women using modified natural cycles (MNC)/mild stimulated cycles (MSC) as FET protocols (MNC/MSC group). The outcomes were compared between two groups, including CPR, implantation rate (IR), miscarriage rate (MR), ongoing pregnancy rate (OPR), LBR, and gestational age (GA). The primary outcome of the study was CPR. RESULTS CPR, OPR, and LBR per embryo transferred in the G-HRT groups were significantly higher than those in the MNC/MSC group. No statistically significant differences were observed in the IR and MR. The CPR, IR, MR, OPR, and LBR was 72.23%, 64.00%, 12.77%, 63.07%, and 63.07% in the G-HRT group, respectively, while that was 56.90%, 53.07%, 10.60%, 50.00%, and 50.00% in the MNC/MSC group, respectively. After adjusting for partial potential confounding factors using multiple logistic regression, the type of endometrial preparation is the factor independently associated with enhanced CPR (OR = 0.48, 95%CI: 0.24-0.96, P = 0.039). CONCLUSIONS The current study showed that prior long-term GnRHa suppression could benefit patients with high serum autoantibody levels during IVF/ICSI FET cycles.

Abstract
STUDY QUESTION Do the epigenome-wide DNA methylation profiles of adolescents born from ART differ from the epigenome of naturally conceived counterparts? SUMMARY ANSWER No significant differences in the DNA methylation profiles of adolescents born from ART [IVF or ICSI] were observed when compared to their naturally conceived, similar aged counterparts. WHAT IS KNOWN ALREADY Short-term and longer-term studies have investigated the general health outcomes of children born from IVF treatment, albeit without common agreement as to the cause and underlying mechanisms of these adverse health findings. Growing evidence suggests that the reported adverse health outcomes in IVF-born offspring might have underlying epigenetic mechanisms. STUDY DESIGN, SIZE, DURATION The Growing Up Healthy Study (GUHS) is a prospective study that recruited 303 adolescents and young adults, conceived through ART, to compare various long-term health outcomes and DNA methylation profiles with similar aged counterparts from Generation 2 from the Raine Study. GUHS assessments were conducted between 2013 and 2017. The effect of ART on DNA methylation levels of 231 adolescents mean age 15.96 ± 1.59 years (52.8% male) was compared to 1188 naturally conceived counterparts, 17.25 ± 0.58 years (50.9% male) from the Raine Study. PARTICIPANTS/MATERIALS, SETTING, METHODS DNA methylation profiles from a subset of 231 adolescents (13-19.9 years) from the GUHS, generated using the Infinium Methylation Epic Bead Chip (EPIC) array were compared to 1188 profiles from the Raine Study previously measured using the Illumina 450K array. We conducted epigenome-wide association approach (EWAS) and tested for an association between the cohorts applying Firth's bias reduced logistic regression against the outcome of ART versus naturally conceived offspring. Additionally, within the GUHS cohort, we investigated differences in methylation status in fresh versus frozen embryo transfers, cause of infertility as well as IVF versus ICSI conceived offspring. Following the EWAS analysis we investigated nominally significant probes using Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) to identify enriched biological pathways. Finally, within GUHS we compared four estimates (Horvath, Hanuum, PhenoAge [Levine], and skin Horvath) of epigenetic age and their correlation with chronological age. MAIN RESULTS AND THE ROLE OF CHANCE Between the two cohorts, we did not identify any DNA methylation probes that reached a Bonferroni corrected P-value < 1.24E-0.7. When comparing IVF versus ICSI conceived adolescents within the GUHS cohort, after adjustment for participant age, sex, maternal smoking, multiple births, and batch effect, three methylation probes (cg15016734, cg26744878 and cg20233073) reached a Bonferroni correction of 6.31E-08. After correcting for cell count heterogeneity, two of the aforementioned probes remained significant and an additional two probes (cg 0331628 and cg 20235051) were identified. A general trend towards hypomethylation in the ICSI offspring was observed. All four measures of epigenetic age were highly correlated with chronological age and showed no evidence of accelerated epigenetic aging within their whole blood. LIMITATIONS, REASONS FOR CAUTION The small sample size coupled with the use of whole blood, where epigenetic differences may occur in other tissue. This was corrected by the utilized statistical method that accounts for imbalanced sample size between groups and adjusting for cell count heterogeneity. Only a small portion of the methylome was analysed and rare individual differences may be missed. WIDER IMPLICATIONS OF THE FINDINGS Our findings provide further reassurance that the effects of the ART manipulations occurring during early embryogenesis, existing in the neonatal period are indeed of a transient nature and do not persist into adolescence. However, we have not excluded that alternative epigenetic mechanisms may be at play. Abstract
Testicular dysfunction due to hyperglycemia is the main cause of infertility in diabetic men. Over the years, in order to solve this growing problem, a lot of research has been done and a variety of treatments have been created, but so far, there is no safe, effective, and practical method to prevent male infertility caused by diabetes. In this review, we emphasize the male infertility mechanism caused by diabetes from the effects of oxidative stress and autophagy on the function of testes via the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, and we highlight that oxidative stress-induced autophagy breaks the feedforward loop linking Nrf2 and p62 and promotes oxidative damage in diabetic testes.
