Abstract
Aiming at the multi-attribute bilateral matching problem with unknown attribute weights under a linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy environment, a decision method based on TODIM considering satisfaction and fairness degrees is proposed. First, the theories of linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy sets and bilateral matching are given, and the multi-attribute bilateral matching problem under a linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy environment is described. To solve this problem, according to linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy preference matrices, the overall attribute dominances are calculated based on TODIM; considering group consensus, a new method is proposed to calculate attribute weights based on linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy induced ordered weighted averaging (LIFIOWA) operator; then, the overall dominances of bilateral subjects are obtained by aggregating the overall attribute dominances and attribute weights. Furthermore, the overall dominances are standardized to calculate the satisfaction degrees of bilateral subjects; the fairness degrees of bilateral subjects are calculated considering the loss attenuation coefficient. Based on satisfaction degree matrices, fairness degree matrices and bilateral matching matrices, multiple bilateral matching models are established and then solved to obtain the optimal bilateral matching scheme. Finally, an example shows the effectiveness, reliability and accuracy of the proposed method. The research results indicate the following main characteristics of the proposed method: (1) A new method for calculating the unknown attribute weights using LIFIOWA operator is proposed. (2) According to the TODIM idea, a calculation method for fairness degree considering the loss attenuation coefficient is proposed. (3) Considering satisfaction and fairness degrees, multiple bilateral matching models under a linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy environment are established.

Abstract
When the Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is applied to the field of information fusion, how to reasonably transform the basic probability assignment (BPA) into probability to improve decision-making efficiency has been a key challenge. To address this challenge, this paper proposes an efficient probability transformation method based on neural network to achieve the transformation from the BPA to the probabilistic decision. First, a neural network is constructed based on the BPA of propositions in the mass function. Next, the average information content and the interval information content are used to quantify the information contained in each proposition subset and combined to construct the weighting function with parameter r. Then, the BPA of the input layer and the bias units are allocated to the proposition subset in each hidden layer according to the weight factors until the probability of each single-element proposition with the variable is output. Finally, the parameter r and the optimal transform results are obtained under the premise of maximizing the probabilistic information content. The proposed method satisfies the consistency of the upper and lower boundaries of each proposition. Extensive examples and a practical application show that, compared with the other methods, the proposed method not only has higher applicability, but also has lower uncertainty regarding the transformation result information.

Abstract
Considering that converting linear ordinal ranking (LOR) information into interval utility values can not only improve the computability of LOR information but also explore the degree of preference for different alternatives for decision-makers hidden behind LOR information, this paper proposes a conversion-based LOR aggregation method to aggregate LOR information under risk. Given that the behaviours of decision-makers are influenced by risk, this paper adopts prospect theory to depict the decision-makers’ behaviours under risk in the conversion-based aggregation process. To achieve this, the information energy for LOR is constructed firstly, and its features are analysed, which makes a basis for the conversion process. After that, the details about how to integrate the prospect theory with variable reference points into the conversion-based aggregation framework are presented. Finally, an example (exploring the financial product preferences of a group of respondents) evidences the practicality of the proposed method. Further, some analyses and discussions are conducted to verify the rationality and stability of the method.

Abstract
The Multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problem is an interesting everyday problem full of complexity and ambiguity. As an extended form of fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) can provide decision-makers (DMs) with a wider range of preferences for MAGDM. The grey relational analysis (GRA) is an effective method for dealing with MAGDM problems. However, in view of the incomplete and asymmetric information and the influence of DMs’ psychological factors on the decision result, we develop a new model that GRA method based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT) under the intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Moreover, the weight of attribute is calculated by entropy weight, so as to distinguish the importance level of attributes, which greatly improves the credibility of the selected scheme. simultaneously, the proposed method is used to the selection of optimal green suppliers for testifying the availability of this new model and the final comparison between this new method and the existing methods further verify the reliability. In addition, the proposed method provides some references for other selection problems.

Abstract
With the recent Covid-19 outbreak, group emergency decision-making (GEDM), as a new management model to pursue both social stability and decrease the negative impact of emergencies, has become highly popular. Evaluating and choosing the best emergency response is the core of the GEDM and selecting the choices can be regarded as a multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem. Due to the increasing complexity and fuzziness of emergency decision-making environment, decision-makers (DMs) often cannot express completely rational preference information in many real EDM situations. At the same time, the existing methods seldom consider the DM's psychological mindset at the point of decision making. In this paper, an extended TODIM (an acronym for interactive and multi-criteria decision-making in Portugese) method based on bidirectional projection is proposed to solve the GEDM problem in the context of hesitant triangular fuzzy sets (HTFSs) and the novel method is applied to a case study and compared with other existing methods. The validity and applicability of the proposed method are discussed.

Abstract
In this paper, two new aggregation operators based on Choquet integral, namely the induced generalized interval neutrosophic Choquet integral average operator(IGINCIA) and the induced generalized interval neutrosophic Choquet integral geometric operator(IG-INCIG), are proposed for multi-criteria decision making problems (MCDM). Firstly, the criteria are dependent to each other and the evaluation information of the criteria are expressed by interval neutrosophic numbers. Moreover, two indices which are inspired by the geometrical structure are established to compare the interval neutrosophic numbers. Then, a MCDM method is proposed based on the proposed aggregation operators and ranking indices to cope with MCDM with interactive criteria. Lastly, an investment decision making problem is provided to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach. The validity and advantages of the proposed method are analyzed by comparing with some existing approaches. By a numerical example in company investment to expand business though five alternatives with considering four criteria, the optimal decision is made.

Abstract
Intuitionistic fuzzy distance measurement is an effective method to study multi-attribute emergency decision-making (MAEDM) problems. Unfortunately, the traditional intuitionistic fuzzy distance measurement method cannot accurately reflect the difference between membership and non-membership data, where it is easy to cause information confusion. Therefore, from the intuitionistic fuzzy number (IFN), this paper constructs a decision-making model based on intuitionistic fuzzy cross-entropy and a comprehensive grey correlation analysis algorithm. For the MAEDM problems of completely unknown and partially known attribute weights, this method establishes a grey correlation analysis algorithm based on the objective evaluation value and subjective preference value of decision makers (DMs), which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional model information loss and greatly improves the accuracy of MAEDM. Finally, taking the Wenchuan Earthquake on May 12th 2008 as a case study, this paper constructs and solves the ranking problem of shelters. Through the sensitivity comparison analysis, when the grey resolution coefficient increases from 0.4 to 1.0, the ranking result of building shelters remains stable. Compared to the traditional intuitionistic fuzzy distance, this method is shown to be more reliable.

Abstract
As an effective technique to qualitatively depict assessment information, a linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy number (LIFN) is more appropriate to portray vagueness and indeterminacy in actual situations than intuitionistic fuzzy number (IFN). The prominent feature of a Muirhead mean (MM) operator is that it has the powerful ability to capture the correlations between any input-data and MM operator covers other common operators by assigning the different parameter vectors. In the article, we first analyze the limitations of the existing ranking approaches of LIFN and propose a novel ranking approach to surmount these limitations. Secondly, we propound several novel MM operators to fuse linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy (LIF) information, such as the LIF Muirhead mean (LIFMM) operator, the weighted LIF Muirhead mean (WLIFMM) operator and their dual operators, the LIFDMM operator and the WLIFDMM operator. Subsequently, we discuss several desirable properties along with exceptional cases of them. Moreover, two novel multiple attribute group decision-making approaches are developed based upon these operators. Ultimately, the effectuality and practicability of the propounded methods are validated through dealing with a global supplier selection issue, and the comparative analysis and the merits of the presented approaches are demonstrated by comparing them with existing approaches.
