Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study aims to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of ET research, focusing on contributions from authors, institutions, and countries or regions, while mapping collaboration networks. Furthermore, it identifies development trends to provide insights for future research. METHODS A bibliometric analysis of ET-related publications (2001-2024) was conducted using data from the Web of Science Core Collection, focusing on publication trends, co-authorship networks, co-citation relationships, and citation bursts. RESULTS A total of 4,297 studies published in 778 journals were included in the analysis. ET research has grown rapidly, with major contributions from researchers in the United States and Europe, particularly through extensive collaborations. Leading figures such as Ayalew Tefferi and Alessandro M. Vannucchi have driven advances in ET classification, molecular mechanisms, and targeted therapies. The discovery of driver mutations, such as JAK2, has revolutionized the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to ET. Research focus has shifted from clinical morphological diagnosis to molecular diagnostics, with the field now entering the era of targeted therapies. However, the heterogeneity of ET, the limitations of targeted therapies, particularly the lack of management experience and data for high-risk and special populations, as well as the incomplete understanding of the role of inflammation in the disease mechanism, continue to hinder both clinical and scientific progress in ET research. CONCLUSIONS Bibliometric analysis demonstrates significant advances in ET research, particularly in molecular pathology and targeted therapies. Future research should address ET heterogeneity, optimize management of high-risk and special populations, overcome the limitations of targeted therapies, and further elucidate the role of inflammation to achieve individualized precision therapy.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) research has undergone significant global transformation over the past decades. A comprehensive scientometric overview of research trends and scholarly cooperation in HFRS is absent. This study employs scientometric analysis to map the evolution of research themes, identify widely and scarcely explored areas, and anticipate future research directions. METHODS We searched Web of Science Core Collection from inception until July 31, 2023, identifying 3908 HFRS-related studies published for analysis. Utilizing CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and Bibliometrix, we performed co-authorship, co-occurrence, and co-citation analyses, and visualized research networks. RESULTS Our analysis revealed a consistent upward trend in HFRS publications since 1980, with an average growth rate of 11.34 %. The United States led in publication and citation counts, followed by China, Finland, Germany, and Sweden. Through co-occurrence analysis, we categorized keywords into eight clusters and 24 sub-clusters, revealing six predominant research themes: Clinical Features, Epidemiology, Mechanisms, Virus, Evolution, and Host. Notably, while themes such as Virus and Pathogenesis have been extensively studied, others, including certain aspects of Host research and Environmental Factors, remain less explored. CONCLUSION This scientometric synthesis provides a global perspective on the breadth and depth of HFRS research, highlighting well-trodden and understudied areas. It offers a roadmap for researchers to navigate the evolving landscape of HFRS studies and prioritize areas ripe for future investigation.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Since its discovery in the late 20th century, research on mirror neurons has become a pivotal area in neuroscience, linked to various cognitive and social functions. This bibliometric analysis explores the research trajectory, key research topics, and future trends in the field of mirror neuron research. METHODS We searched the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database for publications from 1996 to 2024 on mirror neuron research. Statistical and visualization analyses were performed using CiteSpace and VOSviewer. RESULTS Publication output on mirror neurons peaked in 2013 and remained active. High-impact journals such as Science, Brain, Neuron, PNAS, and NeuroImage frequently feature findings on the mirror neuron system, including its distribution, neural coding, and roles in intention understanding, affective empathy, motor learning, autism, and neurological disorders. Keyword clustering reveals major directions in cognitive neuroscience, motor neuroscience, and neurostimulation, whereas burst detection underscores the emerging significance of brain-computer interfaces (BCIs). Research methodologies have been evolving from traditional electrophysiological recordings to advanced techniques such as functional magnetic resonance imaging, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and BCIs, highlighting a dynamic, multidisciplinary progression. CONCLUSIONS This study identifies key areas associated with mirror neurons and anticipates that future work will integrate findings with artificial intelligence, clinical interventions, and novel neuroimaging techniques, providing new perspectives on complex socio-cognitive issues and their applications in both basic science and clinical practice.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Research integrity is fundamental to responsible research practice. Despite attention, the intellectual structure and evolution of this field remains underexplored. This study maps the knowledge landscape of research integrity, identifying key themes, contributions, and trends. METHODS A scientometric analysis was conducted on 6,895 records from Web of Science and Scopus (1935-2024). CiteSpace facilitated network analysis, including co-authorship, keyword co-occurrence, and co-citation patterns, while burst detection identified topics. RESULTS Research integrity studies have grown significantly since the 1980s, with interdisciplinary collaboration. Keyword and co-citation analyses reveal a shift from early discussions on scientific misconduct to concerns such as open science, AI ethics, and research governance. A collaboration network has emerged, with leading contributions from North America, Europe, and Asia. CONCLUSIONS Research integrity has matured into an interdisciplinary field, reaching academic consensus with growing integration of policies, regulations, and technology. Future research is expected to focus on AI's role in research integrity. Key areas of concern include algorithmic bias, automation ethics, and implications for scholarly publishing. Open science and transparency will remain central, particularly in addressing data fabrication, paper mills, and predatory publishing. Institutional policies will continue evolving, embedding integrity principles into governance and public engagement initiatives.

Abstract
Akkermansia muciniphila (A. muciniphila), a critical bacterium within the gut microbiota, plays a key role in human health and immunomodulation. Since its identification in 2004, A. muciniphila has emerged as a significant agent in treating metabolic diseases, gastroenterological diseases, and tumor immunotherapy. Its rapid ascent in scientific translation underscores its importance in gut microbiome research. However, there has been a lack of visualization and analysis of the rapidly occurring commercialization in this field, which has critically hindered insights into the current knowledge structure and understanding of the cutting-edge of the discipline. This study employs the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) and Innography platforms to provide the first comprehensive analysis of A. muciniphila's academic progresses and commercialization over the past two decades, highlighting its growing prominence in global health research. Our analysis delineates that, following the academic trajectory, the evolution of A. muciniphila patents from foundational research through to application development and maturity, with particular emphasis on its expansive potential in emerging fields, including gastroenterological disorders, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, cancer immunotherapy, stress management, and neurodegenerative disease treatment. Concluding, A. muciniphila presents as a next-generation probiotic with vast implications for human health. Our findings provide essential insights for future research and product development, contributing to the advancement of this burgeoning field.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE We conducted an umbrella review of systematic reviews (SRs), with or without meta-analysis (MA), of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) assessing nonpharmacological sleep interventions for children and adolescents across various clinical populations. METHOD We searched multiple electronic databases up to January 24, 2024. Meta-analyzable data from RCTs in the retrieved SRs/MAs were pooled using Metaumbrella. Primary outcomes were subjective/objective child sleep parameters. Additional outcomes included child health/functioning and parental sleep/health. The quality of the MAs/SRs was assessed with Assessment of Multiple Systematic Reviews (AMSTAR-2), and the certainty of evidence using Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluations (GRADE). RESULTS We included 93 SRs/MAs covering 393 RCTs, with 25 (17%, 39%, and 30%: high, moderate, and low quality) providing data for quantitative synthesis. Behavioral interventions, usually multicomponent including parent training, psychoeducation, and/or specific sleep therapy/strategies, showed beneficial effects on night waking, sleep duration, overall sleep disturbance, mood/depression, and maternal sleep quality (standardized mean difference [SMD] = 0.10-0.80) in participants with sleep problems without a formal sleep disorder diagnosis. For those with a formal diagnosis (mainly insomnia), benefits were found for night waking, sleep efficiency (subjective/actigraphically measured), and sleep onset latency (mean SMD = 0.49-0.97). Those with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) improved in bedtime resistance, night waking, parasomnias, sleep anxiety, ADHD symptoms, sleep disturbance, and quality of life (mean SMD = 0.18-0.49). For those with autism, sleep disturbance improved (mean SMD = 0.70). However, all findings were of low to very low certainty of evidence. CONCLUSION Among nonpharmacological interventions for sleep difficulties in youth, only behavioral interventions are supported by meta-analytic evidence, yet with small-to-moderate effect sizes and limited certainty of evidence. PLAIN LANGUAGE SUMMARY This "umbrella review" (a review of reviews) analyzed 93 systematic reviews and meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials examining nonmedication sleep interventions for children and adolescents. The authors found that behavioral interventions, including parent training and psychoeducation, had positive effects on sleep issues like night waking, with effect sizes ranging from small to moderate. Improvements were also seen in children with ADHD and autism. However, the quality of the evidence for these benefits was rated as low to very low. This suggests that while behavioral approaches may help, more robust evidence is needed to confirm their benefits. Abstract
Background: Pain, especially chronic pain, is a leading cause of individuals seeking medical attention and presents a significant public health challenge due to its widespread prevalence and associated healthcare costs. Nanomedicine has shown considerable potential in pain management research. However, there is a lack of comprehensive bibliometric and trend analyses that explore the current status, research hotspots, and future directions of nanomedicine applications in pain. Methods: To fill this gap, we analyzed English language publications related to nanomedicine and pain from the Web of Science Core Collection, spanning the period from January 1, 1999, to May 24, 2024. The analysis focused on publication trends, contributions by countries/regions, institutions, journals, research categories, prominent authors, key references, and keywords. Results: A total of 2370 papers were included. China leads in the number of published papers (785, 33.12%) and hosts numerous high-output institutions and funding agencies, followed by the USA. The International Journal of Pharmaceutics emerged as the leading journal in terms of publication volume. A clear interdisciplinary platform has been established between nanomedicine and the field of pain. "Nanoparticles" and "drug delivery" were identified as high-frequency keywords. The drug delivery systems for pain treatment were considered the main research hotspots, particularly for chronic pain. The keyword citation bursts indicate that the pain of biomarker monitoring is a future trend. Conclusions: The application of nanomedicine in pain has advanced rapidly. Increased funding and international collaboration are necessary with future potential to expand from pain treatment to monitoring and diagnosis.

Abstract
In 2022, Langya henipavirus was identified in patients with fever in eastern China. This study provides an overview of the scientific landscape, highlights research focus areas, and outlines potential future investigations. The relevant scientific literature was systematically searched and reviewed via advanced bibliometric techniques. Over the past two decades, henipavirus research has increased at an annual rate of 8.82 %. The United States leads in research output, with the Australian Animal Health Laboratory as the top institution. Most articles are published in the Journal of Virology, identified as the most influential journal along with researcher Wang LF. Current research focuses on "zoonosis," "vaccine," and "pathogenesis," whereas future areas may include "molecular docking," "immunoinformatics," "climate change," "antibodies," "vaccines," "glycoprotein," and "ephrin-b2." This study details henipavirus research, highlighting key players, trends, and future directions. These insights will guide future efforts to address the risks posed by novel Henipaviruses, such as Langya.

Abstract
Background d-Tryptophan is recognised for its unique physiological properties. In this study, we aimed to explore the dynamic trends and emerging topics in d-tryptophan research to offer fresh perspectives for future studies. Methods Employing bibliometric analysis, we examined the literature on d-tryptophan indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection from January 1987 to December 2023. The "Bibliometrix" R package and CiteSpace were utilised for data processing. Results Analyses of 865 publications revealed 2209 keywords, 4068 authors, 2094 institutions, and contributors from 302 regions. The USA was at the forefront of publications concerning d-tryptophan, but the European Journal of Pharmacology, Journal of Biological Chemistry, and Journal of Medicinal Chemistry were notable for their contributions, co-citations, and impact, respectively. This literature review reveals that since 1987, studies have developed from a focus on d-tryptophan metabolism to the exploration of its functions in organic and medicinal chemistry and food science. Recent findings highlight the potential of d-tryptophan as a non-nutritional sweetener and food preservative as well as its role in inhibiting the growth of bacterial biofilms. Additionally, its immunomodulatory properties are being investigated in relation to allergic diseases. Furthermore, d-tryptophan plays a role in the therapy of atherosclerosis, osteoporosis, tuberculosis, and cancer. Conclusion The results of bibliometric analysis highlight that future research should focus on the biological functions of d-tryptophan as a food preservative and its use in immunomodulation and drug development, providing strong guidance for future research.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Vascular diseases represent a significant cause of disability and death worldwide. The demand for artificial blood vessels is increasing due to the scarce supply of healthy autologous vessels. Nevertheless, the literature in this area remains sparse and inconclusive. METHODS Bibliometrics is the study of quantitative analysis of publications and their patterns. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of publications on artificial blood vessels in the 21st century, examining performance distribution, research trajectories, the evolution of research hotspots, and the exploration of the knowledge base. This approach provides comprehensive insights into the knowledge structure of the field. RESULTS The search retrieved 2060 articles, showing a consistent rise in the publication volume and average annual citation frequency related to artificial blood vessels research. The United States is at the forefront of high-quality publications and international collaborations. Among academic institutions, Yale University is a leading contributor. The dominant disciplines within the artificial blood vessels sector include engineering, biomedical sciences, materials science, biomaterials science, and surgery, with surgery experiencing the most rapid expansion. CONCLUSIONS This study is the inaugural effort to bibliometrically analyze and visualize the scholarly output in the domain of artificial blood vessels. It provides clinicians and researchers with a reliable synopsis of the field's current state, offering a reference point for existing research and suggesting new avenues for future investigations.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The occurrence and development of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) are closely linked to neuroinflammation. This bibliometric analysis aims to provide novel insights into the research trajectory, key research topics, and potential future development trends in the field of neuroinflammation-induced POCD. METHODS The Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database was searched to identify publications from 2012 to 2023 on neuroinflammation-induced POCD. Bibliometric analysis, involving both statistical and visual analyses, was conducted using CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and the R software. RESULTS Research on neuroinflammation-induced POCD has exhibited an increasing trend over the past 12 years. China had the highest number of publications, Nanjing Medical University had the most collaboration with other institutions, Zhiyi Zuo was the most published author, and the Journal of Neuroinflammation served as the primary publication in the field of neuroinflammation-induced POCD. The most frequent keyword was POCD. Keyword clustering analysis indicated that the predominant cluster is dexmedetomidine. Burst detection revealed that postoperative delirium (POD), perioperative neurocognitive disorders (PND), apoptosis, and epigenetic modifications were the future research trends. CONCLUSIONS Our analysis identified the following key research areas associated with neuroinflammation-induced POCD: anesthesia, surgery, dexmedetomidine, NLRP3 inflammasome, and mechanism of neuroinflammation-induced POCD. The potential future research topics comprise POD, PND, apoptosis, and epigenetic modifications.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Buyang huanwu decoction (BYHWD) has shown significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of several diseases, particularly stroke. However, bibliometric research has not been comprehensive. METHODS BYHWD articles were collected from literature databases published from January 1, 1915, to March 31, 2024, including the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Weipu, Wanfang, Pubmed, Scopus, and Web of Science Core Collection. Knowledge network graphs of annual publication volume, authors, institutions, countries, keywords, and references were constructed. RESULTS Nine thousand two hundred thirty-eight Chinese literature and 559 English articles published between 1915 and 2024 showed an overall upward trend. The countries, institutions, journals, and authors with the highest output were China, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Guangxian Cai, and Changqing Deng, respectively. Research teams outside China were located at Daejeon University, Gachon University, Aga Khan University, Yale University, etc. The results of keyword co-occurrence and burst analysis included clinical applications, animal experiments, action mechanisms, clinical efficacy, and safety evaluations based on systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Literature co-citation analysis revealed that BYHWD was highly correlated with neuroprotection and reduction of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. CONCLUSION Both Chinese and English literature have shown overall growth trend since 1984 and 1989, respectively. Clinical applications, pharmacological effects, mechanisms, active ingredients, evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety, modified BYHWD, methods, and biological techniques may be hotspots and focus of future research on BYHWD. Hotspot analytical methods and biological techniques include systematic reviews, meta-analyses, data mining, network pharmacology, and molecular docking. Future valuable research fields may include studies on neuroprotection, anti-inflammatory activity, ischemic stroke, bioactive compounds, and their underlying mechanisms.

Abstract
Background Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) stands as a primary cause of mortality among critically ill patients. Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) is increasingly employed in the rescue therapy of ARDS patients. However, the current status of research in the field of ECMO-assisted ARDS remains unclear. Objective This research aims to categorize and evaluate the literature regarding Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) support for Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), offering a comprehensive analysis of bibliometric properties, research hotspots, and developmental trends within the domain of ECMO-assisted ARDS. Methods A literature search was conducted for ECMO-assisted support for patients with ARDS in the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database from 2014 to 2024. We employed visualization tools such as CiteSpace and VOSviewer to explore and assess connections among nations, institutions, researchers, and co-cited journals, authors, references, and keywords. Results This study included 1739 publications. The United States leads in publication volume with Columbia University at the forefront of ECMO research. Intensive Care Medicine has been identified as the most cited journal in this field. Alain Combes from France stands out as a key contributor, particularly in his 2018 publication in the New England Journal of Medicine, which is the most cited work in the discipline. Furthermore, keyword analysis identified three distinct research phases: examining complications associated with ECMO therapy, exploring optimal strategies for mechanical ventilation under ECMO support, and compiling insights into the application of ECMO in treating COVID-19 patients and in the development of predictive models for patient outcomes. Conclusion Using bibliometric visualization techniques, this study revealed significant progress in the use of ECMO for treating ARDS respiratory support, evaluated the impact of these findings, and outlined potential areas for future studies.

Abstract
Background Transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) can apply currents of varying intensity to the scalp, modulating cortical excitability and brain activity. tACS is a relatively new neuromodulation intervention that is now widely used in clinical practice. Many papers related to tACS have been published in various journals. However, there are no articles that objectively and directly introduce the development trend and research hotspots of tACS. Therefore, the aim of this study is to use CiteSpace to visually analyze the recent tACS-related publications, systematically and in detail summarize the current research hotspots and trends in this field, and provide valuable information for future tACS-related research. Material and methods The database Web of Science Core Collection Science Citation Index Expanded was used and searched from build to 4 August 2023. Using the CiteSpace to analyze the authors, institutions, countries, keywords, co-cited authors, journals, and references. Results A total of 677 papers were obtained. From 2008 to 2023, the number of publications shows an increasing trend, albeit with some fluctuations. The most productive country in this field was Germany. The institution with the highest number of publications is Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg (n = 50). According to Bradford's law, 7 journals are considered core journals in the field. Herrmann, CS was the author with the most publications (n = 40), while Antal, A was the author with the highest number of co-citations (n = 391) and betweenness centrality (n = 0.16). Disease, neural mechanisms of the brain and electric stimulation are the major research areas in the field. The effect of tACS in different diseases, multi-site stimulation, combined treatment and evaluation are the future research hotspots and trends. Conclusion tACS has research value and research potential, and more and more researchers are paying attention to it. The findings of this bibliometric study provide the current status and trends in the clinical research of tACS and may help researchers to identify hotspots s and explore new research directions in this field.

Abstract
Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a highly aggressive type of breast cancer with poor prognosis, and neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) has emerged as an important component in managing advanced-stage patients by providing surgical opportunities and improving survival outcomes. A search of publications on NAT for TNBC from 2002 to 2023 was conducted through the Web of Science core collection. A comprehensive bibliometric analysis was conducted on the data using CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and Bibliometrix. The analysis revealed a continuous and steady growth in the number of articles published in this field over the past 20 years. The United States has made significant contributions to this field, with The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center publishing the most articles. Loibl, S. from Germany was found to be the most published author with 54 articles. Analysis of the journals showed that the Journal of Clinical Oncology is the most cited journal. Combined with the keyword co-occurrence analysis and clustering analysis, current research topic focuses on treatment regimens and disease prognosis. Dual-map overlay of the journals indicates that the research trend is gradually shifting from molecular biology and genetics to immunology and clinical research. Combination therapy, including immunotherapy, may be the future direction for NAT treatment of TNBC. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the current research status, latest advancements, and emerging development trend of NAT for TNBC.

Abstract
Gastric cancer (GC) imposes a heavy burden on global public health, and microRNAs (miRNAs) play a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of GC. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the hotspots and frontiers in the field of miRNAs in GC to guide future research. A total of 2,051 publications related to miRNAs in GC from January 2013 to December 2023 were searched from the Web of Science Core Collection database. CiteSpace was used to identify research hotspots and delineate developmental trends. In the past decade, China, Nanjing Medical University, and Ba Yi were the most contributing research country, institute, and author in this field, respectively. The role of miRNAs as biomarkers in GC, the mechanism of miRNAs in the progression of GC, and the impact of the mutual effects between miRNAs and Helicobacter pylori on GC have been regarded as the research hotspots. The mechanisms of miRNAs on glucose metabolism and the application of the roles of circular RNAs as miRNA sponges in GC treatment will likely be frontiers. Overall, this study called for strengthened cooperation to identify targets and therapeutic regimes for local specificity and high-risk GC types, and to promote the translation of research results into clinical practice.

Abstract
Nanotechnology profoundly affects the advancement of medicine. Limitations in diagnosing and treating cancer and chronic diseases promote the growth of nanomedicine. However, there are very few analytical and descriptive studies regarding the trajectory of nanomedicine, key research powers, present research landscape, focal investigative points, and future outlooks. Herein, articles and reviews published in the Science Citation Index Expanded of Web of Science Core Collection from first January 2000 to 18th July 2023 are analyzed. Herein, a bibliometric visualization of publication trends, countries/regions, institutions, journals, research categories, themes, references, and keywords is produced and elaborated. Nanomedicine-related academic output is increasing since the COVID-19 pandemic, solidifying the uneven global distribution of research performance. While China leads in terms of publication quantity and has numerous highly productive institutions, the USA has advantages in academic impact, commercialization, and industrial value. Nanomedicine integrates with other disciplines, establishing interdisciplinary platforms, in which drug delivery and nanoparticles remain focal points. Current research focuses on integrating nanomedicine and cell ferroptosis induction in cancer immunotherapy. The keyword "burst testing" identifies promising research directions, including immunogenic cell death, chemodynamic therapy, tumor microenvironment, immunotherapy, and extracellular vesicles. The prospects, major challenges, and barriers to addressing these directions are discussed.

Abstract
Background Airway remodeling is an essential pathological basis of respiratory diseases such as asthma and COPD, which is significantly related to pulmonary function and clinical symptoms. And pulmonary disease can be improved by regulating airway remodeling. This study aimed to establish a knowledge map of airway remodeling to clarify current research hotspots and future research trends. Methods A comprehensive search was performed to analyze all relevant articles on airway remodeling using the Web of Science Core Collection Database from January 01, 2004 to June 03, 2023.2 reviewers screened the retrieved literature. Besides, the CiteSpace (6.2. R3) and VOSviewer (1.6.19) were utilized to visualize the research focus and trend regarding the effect of airway remodeling. Results A total of 4077 articles about airway remodeling were retrieved. The United States is the country with the most published literature, underscoring the country's role in airway remodeling. In recent years, China has been the country with the fastest growth in the number of published literature, suggesting that China will play a more critical role in airway remodeling in the future. From the perspective of co-operation among countries, European co-operation was closer than Asian co-operation. The co-citation analysis showed that 98,313 citations were recorded in 3594 articles, and 25 clusters could be realized. In recent years, Burst detection shows that oxidative stress and epithelial-mesenchymal transition are hot words. Conclusions Based on the bibliometric analysis of airway remodeling studies in the past 20 years, a multi-level knowledge structure map was drawn, it mainly includes countries, institutions, research fields, authors, journals, keywords and so on. The research directions represented by obstructive airway disease, PDGF-BB treatment of airway smooth muscle, allergen-induced airway remodeling, extracellular matrix, and non-coding RNA are the research hotspots in the field of airway remodeling. While the risk factors for airway remodeling, the application of new noninvasively assessing tools, biomarkers as well as The molecular mechanism represented by EMT and autophagy had been frontiers in recent years.

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current research status, hotspots, and frontiers in the field of Gastrointestinal (GI) cancer and quality of life (QoL) through the bibliometrics method, and to provide references and guidance for future research. Methods Literature related to GI cancer and QoL from April 1, 2003 to March 31, 2023 was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database. CiteSpace 6.2.R1 was performed for collaboration analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, and document co-citation analysis. Results A total of 1224 publications were included in this study. There has been a significant increase in the number of publications in this field over the past two decades. The United States, the Karolinska Institute and the University of Amsterdam, and Pernilla Lagergren are the most prolific country, institution, and author, respectively. The links between most of the research constituents were relatively thin (centrality <0.1). The keyword analysis indicates that the benefits of physical activity on QoL, the levels of psychological distress and its relationship with QoL, as well as the development and validation of QoL measurement tools have been the research hotspots. Open-label/double-blind trials exploring therapeutic interventions and more targeted new drugs or more effective drug combinations, and longitudinal studies determining the direction of the association between psychological distress and QoL at different time points, may be emerging trends in this field. Conclusion The cooperation among countries, institutions, and authors in this field should be strengthened. In addition, the health benefits of light physical activity, interventions for QoL, trajectory and direction of the relationship between psychological distress and QoL may be the focus of future research.

Abstract
Background Both migraine and stroke heavily burden individuals, health systems, and society. The migraine-stroke association is of concern and has been studied widely. Our objective is to explore and overview the current research status and emerging trends. Materials and Methods Studies on migraine-stroke association from January 2013 to May 2023 were retrieved and screened from the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) database. Records fulfilling the selection criteria were downloaded and imported into CiteSpace for data mining and visualization. Results A total of 862 papers on migraine-stroke association were included. Annual publications grew slowly. The United States and European countries dominated research in this area. Harvard University published the largest number of articles, while the University of London was most active with other institutions. Ayata Cenk contributed the most articles, while KURTH T and NEUROLOGY were co-cited most. Research hotspots included migraine with aura, ischemic stroke, patent foramen ovale, cortical spreading depolarization, meta-analysis, cross-sectional study, and risk factors. Pathophysiology and small vessel disease represented research frontiers and emerging trends. Conclusion Our study scientifically outlines the migraine-stroke association over the past decade, presenting useful information.
