Abstract
Naringin is a natural flavonoid with therapeutic properties found in citrus fruits and an active natural product from herbal plants. Naringin has become a focus of attention in recent years because of its ability to actively participate in the body's immune response and maintain the integrity of the immune barrier. This review aims to elucidate the mechanism of action and therapeutic efficacy of naringin in various inflammatory diseases and to provide a valuable reference for further research in this field. The review provided the chemical structure, bioavailability, pharmacological properties, and pharmacokinetics of naringin and found that naringin has good therapeutic potential for inflammatory diseases, exerting anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic, anti-oxidative stress, anti-ulcerative and detoxifying effects in the disease. Moreover, we found that the great advantage of naringin treatment is that it is safe and can even alleviate the toxic side effects associated with some of the other drugs, which may become a highlight of naringin research. Naringin, an active natural product, plays a significant role in systemic diseases' anti-inflammatory and antioxidant regulation through various signaling pathways and molecular mechanisms.

Abstract
Early diagnosis and prognosis are prerequisites for mitigating mortality in gastric cancer (GaCa). Identifying some causative or sensitive elements (coding RNA (cRNA)-non-cRNAs (ncRNAs)) can be very helpful in the early diagnosis of GaCa. Notably, despite significant development in the GaCa treatment, the outcome of patients does not remain satisfactory due to limitations such as multi-drug resistance and tumor relapse. Therefore, more attention has been drawn to complementary therapies and the use of supplements. In this regard, Polyphenol natural compounds (PNC) and maggot larvae (MaLa) alone or in combination were administered along with chemotherapy (paclitaxel) to N-methyl-N-nitrosourea (MNU)- induced murine tumor model. In addition, in order to identify potential diagnostic or prognostic biomarkers, transcriptomics analysis was performed through a bioinformatics approach. Then transcription profile of ncRNAs with their target hub genes was assessed through qPCR Real-Time, Western blot, and ELISA. According to the bioinformatics results, 17 hub genes (e.g., IL-6, CXCL8, MKI67, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-1β, SPP1, LOX, COL1A1, and IFN-γ) were explored that contribute towards inflammation and oxidative stress and ultimately GaCa development. Upstream of the mentioned hub genes, regulatory factors (lncRNA XIST and NEAT1) were also identified and introduced as prognosis and diagnosis biomarkers for GaCa. Our results showed that PNC alone and in combination with MaLa was able to reduce the size and number of tumors, which is related to the reduction of genes expression levels (including IL-6, CXCL8, MKI67, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-1β, SPP1, LOX, COL1A1, IFN-γ, NEAT1, and XIST). In conclusion, PNC and MaLa have the potential to be considered as complementary and improving chemotherapy due to their effective compounds. Also, the introduced hub gene and lncRNA in addition to diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers can be used as druggable proteins for novel therapeutic targeting of GaCa.

Abstract
Naringin (NG), a natural flavanone glycoside, possesses a multitude of pharmacological properties, encompassing anti-inflammatory, sedative, antioxidant, anticancer, anti-osteoporosis, and lipid-lowering functions, and serves as a facilitator for the absorption of other drugs. Despite these powerful qualities, NG's limited solubility and bioavailability primarily undermine its therapeutic potential. Consequently, innovative solubilization methodologies have received considerable attention, propelling a surge of scholarly investigation in this arena. Among the most promising solutions is the enhancement of NG's solubility and physiological activity without compromising its inherent active structure, therefore enabling the formulation of non-toxic and benign human body preparations. This article delivers a comprehensive overview of NG and its physiological activities, particularly emphasizing the impacts of structural modification, solid dispersions (SDs), inclusion compound, polymeric micelle, liposomes, and nanoparticles on NG solubilization. By synthesizing current research, this research elucidates the bioavailability of NG, broadens its clinical applicability, and paves the way for further exploration and expansion of its application spectrum.

Abstract
Background Recurrent implantation failure (RIF), a clinical disorder characterized by failure to achieve pregnancy after repeated (≥3) embryo transfer, is a challenge for reproductive demands worldwide. In our preliminary work, the Zhuyun formula (ZYF) with auricular acupressure, a complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) with a small sample size for RIF, can improve the clinical pregnancy rate (41.2% vs. 26.7%, treatment group vs. control group, p < 0.05). Based on the toxicological and pregnancy-related pharmacological analysis of ZYF for RIF, the T-cell receptor signaling pathway might be involved in the pharmacological activity. This study aimed at evaluating the efficacy and safety of the CAM therapy according to pregnancy outcomes and maternal and child health and investigating the changes of T-helper (Th) cells in the peripheral blood of unexplained RIF women. Materials and Methods We conducted a prospective, two-arms, randomized, nonblinded study. All eligible women were randomly assigned to the treatment group (TG) and the control group (CG) according to a computer-generated randomization list in sealed opaque envelopes. Blood samples were collected from the two groups, and serum Th1, Th2, and Treg were detected by flow cytometry. The cytokines were detected by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The TG was administrated with ZYF and auricular acupressure for three months before ovarian stimulation, while the control group was on a waiting list for the same period. The primary outcome was CPR. The second outcomes were the serum levels of immune parameters. For the safety evaluation, the perinatal outcomes of maternal and child were obtained by follow-up. Post-hoc sensitivity analyses were performed to assess the effect of missing data. Results One hundred and twenty-three women were randomized into the TG (n = 62) and CG (n = 61). The CPR was increased significantly in the TG (45.2%) than CG (26.2%) (p = 0.029). Twenty blood samples were collected, and the Th2/Th1 and Treg expression level was significantly higher in the TG than in the CG. IL-2, IL-10, and Foxp3 were higher significantly in the TG than in the CG. The maternal and child perinatal outcomes were not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusions The ZYF with auricular acupressure was effective and safe in improving the pregnancy outcomes of RIF. It might be related to balancing the level of cytokines related to the immune tolerance of the maternal-fetal interface to protect the embryo from the maternal immune system.
