Abstract
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems have become indispensable within companies due to their substantial functions and benefits. With a plethora of ERP systems available in the market, management is offered a broad array of options. This paper endeavours to identify the determinants influencing the switching intention of ERP users. Utilizing a conceptual model that adapts the push-pull-mooring paradigm, we seek to construct a formation mechanism of switching intention. Through structural equation modeling conducted on data collected from 236 users, our study uncovers several key findings. The study indicates that system quality, information quality, and top management support exert considerable influence on switching intention via satisfaction. Notably, we found that user satisfaction has a negative impact on switching intention. Our analysis also reveals that alternative attractiveness significantly determines switching intention. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations and ERP vendors to better understand user behaviour and to strategically manage user retention and switching decisions.

Abstract
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are now ubiquitous in modern organizations. A number of previous studies have focused only on system factors and perceptions, there is a noticeable shortfall in research that concurrently addresses technological factors and human roles in explaining user satisfaction. This study aimed to identify these variables from the perspectives of information systems, technology, and human participation, thereby addressing this knowledge gap. The focus of the study was a large shipbuilding and marine company utilizing an ERP system. The participants, a sample of 234 ERP users, were carefully selected by the company's executives and practitioners, and data was collected through online questionnaires. They were selected through purposive sampling from among employees who use ERP systems in large-scale shipbuilding and marine engineering companies. The study aimed to clarify the relationships between user satisfaction and perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, system quality, service quality, participation, and information quality. A partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze the collected data. The results indicated that perceived ease of use, system quality, service quality, and participation positively influenced user satisfaction, whereas perceived usefulness did not have a significant impact. Interestingly, participation was found to lessen the effects of perceived usefulness on satisfaction. The findings of this study suggest that to enhance ERP user satisfaction, managers should strive to make the ERP system easy-to-use and stable, encourage employee participation in the decision-making process, and bolster the role of the support team. It should be noted, however, that the study has limitations as it did not consider all possible factors, such as training and support. Future research should take a broader view of the variables involved in the operation of an enterprise-wide information system.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Blended learning in DESEC only started after the introduction of the internet in recent 5 years. However, there is still no research paying attention to this region, because the area is remote and research subjects are not easily accessible. This article has potential application value in helping the government and educational institutions to make decisions on blended learning strategies supporting poverty alleviation through education in poor and remote areas and ethnic region. The study will be the first to examine satisfaction and continuance intention of blended learning in the DESEC. OBJECTIVE To identify junior high students' perception of satisfaction and continuance intention for blended learning in DESEC. To identify the strongest factors affecting junior high students' satisfaction and continuance intention of blended learning in DESEC. METHODS A subsample of 635 junior high students participated online survey with consent of their parents verbally in computer room in schools under teacher's instruction. Data was coded and analyzed to generate descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Structural equation model was used to evaluate the model of satisfaction and continuance intention of blended learning. RESULTS The level for evaluating students' agreement on each of item were interpreted "agree" (3.76-3.89). The model explained variances (R2) of Continuance Intention, Satisfaction and Perceived usefulness were 0.665,0.766,0.718 respectively. Information quality, self-efficacy and confirmation directly and indirectly contribute to junior high students' satisfaction with blended learning, which further confirmed their continuance intention of blended learning. CONCLUSION Information quality was the strongest factor affecting the junior high students' continuance intention of using blended learning, while confirmation was the strongest factor affecting the junior high students' satisfaction of using blended learning in DESEC. Junior high students do not have a strong and distinct perception on satisfaction and continuance intention for blended learning in DESEC.

Abstract
TikTok has one of the most advanced algorithm systems and is the most addictive as compared to other social media platforms. While research on social media addiction is abundant, we know much less about how the TikTok information system environment affects users' internal states of enjoyment, concentration, and time distortion (which scholars define as the flow experience), which in turn influences their addiction behavior. To fill this gap, this study collects responses from 659 adolescents in China aged between 10 and 19 years old, and the data is then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). We find that the system quality has a stronger influence than information quality in determining adolescents' experience with TikTok and that the flow experience has significant direct and indirect effects on TikTok addiction behavior. Notably, this study finds that TikTok addiction is determined by users' mental concentration on the medium and its content. Several theoretical insights from the stimulus-organism-response (S-O-R) model and the flow theory are used to explain the findings.

Abstract
The Accounting Information System (AIS) is generally employed for the automation of operational processes and the enhancement of company efficiencies, but more recently, AIS developments have had a great effect on the process of sustainable decision-making among organizations. However, previous research on the AIS and its capabilities attributed its success to critical success factors. Therefore, in the current work, De Lone and Mc Lean’s Information System (D&M IS) Success Model is evaluated in terms of AIS in Jordanian organizations. The current study primarily aimed to determine the influence of system quality, service quality, information quality, system use and user satisfaction on AIS use, which is argued to eventually enhance the quality and sustainability of decision-making. The study employed a quantitative approach using a self-administered questionnaire for data collection involving 101 decision-makers who are familiar with AIS usage. Following the collection of data, it was validated using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)—PLS. Based on the obtained results, system quality and information quality significant affected system use, but service quality did not. In turn, AIS was found to have a significant effect on user satisfaction. Furthermore, system use and user satisfaction had positive effects on AIS, which eventually affected the sustainability of decision-making, representing the net AIS benefits. The study contributes to existing IS literature, particularly in the field of determining the factors that influence the AIS net benefits, with the proposed model validated in Jordanian organizations using AIS. The study can be used as a guide to shed light on the importance of AIS and it also provides implications, limitations and opportunities for future studies.

Abstract
PurposeThe purpose of this study is to propose the research model integrating the expectation-confirmation model with the views of learning engagement (LE) and extending DeLone and McLean information systems (IS) success model to examine whether quality determinants as antecedents to students' beliefs can influence students' continuance intention of massive open online courses (MOOCs).Design/methodology/approachSample data for this study were collected from students enrolled in a comprehensive university in Taiwan. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, and 363 (60.5%) useable questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling in this study.FindingsThis study proved that students' perceived knowledge quality, system quality, interface design quality, learner–instructor interaction quality, and collaboration quality all positively caused students' perceived usefulness, confirmation and LE in MOOCs, which jointly explained students' satisfaction with MOOCs and subsequently resulted in students' continuance intention of MOOCs.Originality/valueThis study fully evaluates IS-related and interaction-related quality determinants via an understanding of students' state of LE in explaining students' continuance intention of MOOCs that is difficult to expound with only their utilitarian perception of MOOCs. Hence, this study contributes to deep insights into an all-round quality evaluation in the field of MOOCs continuance intention and takes extrinsic and intrinsic motivators into account in the theoretical development of MOOCs continuance intention to acquire a more comprehensive and robust analysis.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the effects of certain motivational factors on driving the continuance usage intention of mobile government-to-employees services (MG2ES). These services have been frequently overlooked by the extant IT adoption literature in determining the predictors that drive the user’s continuance intention to adopt them. To respond to this lack, an integrated model incorporating factors from several IT adoption theories was developed. These factors were divided into two categories, namely, m-service-centric and user-centric ones. Both categories were specified as direct antecedents of the MG2ES continuance intention. A structured questionnaire-based survey was carried out to empirically examine the hypothesised relationships between the model constructs. The target population of this survey was employees of Saudi’s public sector. The analysis of the collected data (i.e. 194 valid responses) was conducted using the structural equation modelling (SEM) approach. The results demonstrated that only two m-service-centric factors (i.e. m-service strength and effort expectancy) and one user-centric factor (i.e. attitude towards the MG2ES usage) are having positive impacts on the continuance intention to use MG2ES. These findings provide valuable insights and clarifications to the key MG2ES stakeholders about the aspects that motivate such intention, including augmenting the MG2ES strength, implementing effective design mechanisms to reduce the MG2ES usage efforts, delivering more compatible services, and acquiring effective tools for improving information sharing.

Abstract
PurposeThis study's purpose is to propose an integrated post-adoption model based on expectation-confirmation model (ECM) and cognitive absorption (CA) theory to examine whether network factors, gamification factor, and quality factors as antecedents to end-users' beliefs can affect their continuance intention of the robo-advisor.Design/methodology/approachA total of 600 questionnaires were distributed in three sample banks in Taiwan, and sample data for this study were collected from these three banks' customers who had experience in using these banks' own robo-advisor to make their investment decisions. Consequently, 381 useable questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling in this study, with a useable response rate of 63.5%.FindingsThis study proposes a solid research model that based on ECM and CA theory, three types of factors, network factors, gamification factor, and quality factors, as antecedents to end-users’ continuance intention of the robo-advisor have been examined, and this study's results strongly support the research model with all hypothesized links being significant.Originality/valueThis study contributes to end-users' continuance intention of the robo-advisor based on ECM, CA theory, theory of network externalities, gamification, and updated DeLone and McLean IS success model, and reveals deep insights into the evaluation of determinants in the field of end-users' continuance intention of the robo-advisor. Hence, it is especially worth mentioning that three types of determinants (i.e. network factors, gamification factor, and quality factors) are simultaneously evaluated, and extrinsic and intrinsic motivators are both taken into account in this study's research model development of end-users' continuance intention of the robo-advisor to acquire a more all-round and robust analysis.

Abstract
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) has been found to have a key role in the management of higher learning institutions (HLIs) and schools. However, the literature shows no universal model to support and shed light on the adoption of ERP, which lessens the chances for an effective ERP adoption and usage. Therefore, a new model is needed for successful adoption and the eventual enhanced decision-making, and as such, there is a need to investigate the factors that can bring about ERP system adoption. Models for ERP adoption in literature are few and far between, and what few exist are not applicable as they do not cover all the major factors that can contribute to adoption success. Hence, in this article, an ERP adoption model was brought forward for HLIs for the promotion of their decision-making process. The model was developed through the integration of DeLone and McLean’s information success model and the technology, organisation and environment (TOE) theory. The study distributed 500 survey questionnaire copies online and collected 364 from HLIs respondents, after which they were retrieved, and data were analysed through partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) 3 statistical software. On the basis of the obtained analysis findings, technological, organisational and environmental factors had significant and positive effects on ERP adoption, and ERP adoption had a positive and significant effect on the decision-making of HLIs. The entire factors were found to be significant in their effects, and ERP adoption sufficiently explained variance extracted from decision-making. The study contributes to the literature through the pioneering measurement of factors categorised under technological, organisational and environmental dimensions, with ERP adoption and decision-making encapsulated in a single model.

Abstract
Based on the theory of reasoned action (TRA) and the diffusion of innovation framework, this study examines the key determinants and outcomes of enterprise resource planning (ERP) adoption. The study specifically investigated the impact of system quality and user training on ERP adoption intention. Further, the impacts of ERP adoption intention and personal innovativeness on ERP adoption were also studied. User satisfaction with ERP and user engagement were considered as the two outcomes of ERP adoption. To achieve these objectives, an online survey was conducted and data was collected from 180 ERP users across multiple industries in India to understand their perception of such matters. Structural equation modeling using the partial least square approach was used to test the proposed hypotheses. The results of SEM analysis supported all the hypotheses under investigation. These results provide relevant evidence that may encourage organizations to understand the key determinants of successful ERP adoption and its significant impacts on user satisfaction with ERP and user engagement.

Abstract
An increasing number of higher education institutions have embraced Cloud Computing Services (CCS) to better respond to the issues arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. Cloud computing has helped to ease the process and lower the cost of offering online education and hybrid learning. However, some universities in Thailand face cloud computing adoption challenges because students lack awareness of the benefits and risks of CCS. Therefore, it is vital to identify the critical factors affecting the initial and continuance adoption of CCS by students in less developed countries. This study adopts a trade-off lens to assess the impact of the perceived usefulness and perceived risks regarding students’ attitudes toward the initial and continuing adoption of CCS. Using a survey of CCS from a large public university in Thailand, we found that performance expectation and effort expectation positively affect perceived usefulness, and that authentication risks positively affect perceived risks. We also found that perceived usefulness rather than perceived risks is a deciding factor in adopting CCS. Higher education institutions in Thailand can accelerate the adoption of CCS by improving students’ perceived performance and reducing the perceived risks.
