Abstract
BACKGROUND National HPV vaccination coverage in Japan is less than one percent of the eligible population and cervical cancer incidence and mortality are increasing. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to provide a comprehensive estimate of HPV genotype prevalence for Japan. METHODS English and Japanese databases were searched to March 2021 for research reporting HPV genotypes in cytology and histology samples from Japanese women. Summary estimates were calculated by disease stage from cytology only assessment - Normal, ASCUS, LSIL, HSIL and from histological assessment - CIN1, CIN2, CIN3/AIS, ICC (ICC-SCC, and ICC-ADC), and other. A random-effects meta-analysis was used to calculate summary prevalence estimates of any-HPV, high-risk (HR) and low-risk (LR) vaccine types, and vaccine genotypes (bivalent, quadrivalent, or nonavalent). This study was registered with PROSPERO: CRD42018117596. RESULTS A total of 57759 women with normal cytology, 1766 ASCUS, 3764 LSIL, 2017 HSIL, 3130 CIN1, 1219 CIN2, 869 CIN3/AIS, and 4306 ICC (which included 1032 ICC-SCC, and 638 ICC-ADC) were tested for HPV. The summary estimate of any-HPV genotype in women with normal cytology was 15·6% (95% CI: 12·3-19·4) and in invasive cervical cancer (ICC) was 85·6% (80·7-89·8). The prevalence of HR-HPV was 86·0% (95% CI: 73·9-94·9) for cytological cases of HSIL, 76·9% (52·1-94·7) for histological cases of CIN3/AIS, and 75·7% (68·0-82·6) for ICC. In women with ICC, the summary prevalence of bivalent vaccine genotypes was 58·5% (95% CI: 52·1-64·9), for quadrivalent genotypes was 58·6% (52·2-64·9) and for nonavalent genotypes was 71·5% (64·9-77·6), and of ICC cases that were HPV positive over 90% of infections are nonavalent vaccine preventable. There was considerable heterogeneity in all HPV summary estimates and for ICC, this heterogeneity was not explained by variability in study design, sample type, HPV assay type, or HPV DNA detection method, although studies published in the 1990s had lower prevalence estimates of any-HPV and HR HPV genotypes. INTERPRETATIONS HPV prevalence is high among Japanese women. The nonavalent vaccine is likely to have the greatest impact on reducing cervical cancer incidence and mortality in Japan.

Abstract
Background Globally, cervical cancer is the fourth most commonly diagnosed cancer amongst women, and it is especially common in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). The aim of the study was to determine the current patterns and characteristics of CC management in Zimbabwe in the HIV pandemic era, including the knowledge, attitude and practice of patience. Methods The study was a mixed method which incorporated a cross-sectional survey of 408 CC patients which was conducted from October 2019 to September 2020 using an interviewer administered paper questionnaire. The study was conducted at Parirenyatwa hospital, the only cancer treating public health facility in Harare, Zimbabwe. Differences in study outcome by categorical variables were assessed using the Person Chi-square (χ2) test. Odds ratios (unadjusted and adjusted) and 95%CIs for potential risk factors associated with the outcome were estimated using logistic regression model. Results From a total of 408 CC patients recruited into the study no prevention mechanism was available or known to these patients and only 13% knew that CC is caused by Human papillomavirus. Only 87 (21%) had ever been screened for CC and 83 (97%) of those who had been screened had the visual inspection with acetic acid procedure done. Prevention (screening uptake) is statistically high among the educated (with secondary education OR = 9.497, 95%CI: 2.349–38.390; with tertiary OR = 59.381, 95%CI: 11.937–295.380). Late presentation varied statistically significantly with marital status (high among the divorced, OR = 2.866; 95% CI: 1.549–5.305 and widowed OR = 1.997; 95% CI: 1.112–3.587), was low among the educated (Tertiary OR = .393; 95% CI: .166-.934), low among those living in the rural (OR = .613; 95% CI: .375-.987), high among those with higher parity OR = 1.294; 95% CI: 1.163–1.439). Less than 1% of the patients had surgery done as a means of treatment. Radiotherapy was administered to 350 (86%) of the patients compared to chemotherapy administered to 155 (38%). A total of 350 (86%) have failed to take medication due to its unavailability, while 344 (85%) missed taking medication due to unaffordability. Complementary and alternative medicines were utilized by 235 (58%). Majority, 278 (68%) were HIV positive, mainly pronounced within age (36–49 years OR = 12.673; 95% CI: 2.110–76.137), among those with higher education (secondary education OR = 4.981; 95%CI: 1.394–17.802 and in those with no co-morbidities (893.956; 95%CI: 129.611–6165.810). Conclusion CC management was inadequate from prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment and palliative care hence there is need to improve CC management in Zimbabwe if morbidity and mortality are to be reduced to acceptable levels. Education helped improve prevention, but reduces chances of diagnosis, working as a doubled edged sword in CC management Prevention was high among the educated. Those in rural areas experience poor CC management. It should be noted that general education is good; however it must be complimented by CC awareness to improve CC management outcomes holistically. Cervical cancer management services need to be decentralized so that those in rural areas have easy access. Given that those with co-morbidities and high parity have better CC management, CC services need to be tied to co-morbidity and antenatal/post-natal care and management services.

Abstract
The association between schizophrenia and cancer risk is contentious in the clinical and epidemiological literature. Studies from different populations, tumor sites, or health care systems have provided inconsistent findings. In the present study, we examined a less well-investigated hypothesis that age plays a crucial role in cancer risk in schizophrenia. We conducted a nationwide cohort study using Taiwan's National Health Insurance Research Database (NHIRD) between 1995 and 2007. Overall, gender-, and age-stratified standardized incidence ratios (SIR) were used to investigate the pattern of cancer risk by age. Of the 102 202 schizophrenic patients, 1738 developed cancer after a diagnosis of schizophrenia (SIR = 0.92; 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.90-0.96). However, the age-stratified SIR declined with age (e.g. SIR [95% CI] = 1.97 [1.85-2.33], 0.68 [0.65-0.78], and 0.36 [0.34-0.45] for those aged 20-29, 60-69, and ≥70 years, respectively) in both genders and for major cancers. Cancer risks in schizophrenic patients were lower for cancers that are more likely to develop at an older age in the general population (e.g. stomach cancer [SIR = 0.62; 95% CI 0.57-0.80], pancreatic cancer [SIR = 0.49; 95% CI 0.39-0.84], and prostate cancer [SIR = 0.35; 95% CI 0.29-0.58]). In contrast, cancer risks were higher for cancers that have a younger age of onset, such as cancers of the nasopharynx (SIR = 1.18; 95% CI 1.08-1.49), breast (SIR = 1.50; 95% CI 1.44-1.66) and uterine corpus (SIR = 2.15; 95% CI 1.98-2.74). The unique age structures and early aging potential of schizophrenia populations may contribute to the observed inverse relationship between age and cancer risk. Higher cancer comorbidity in young schizophrenic patients deserves more attention.

Abstract
Liquid-based urine cytology (LB-URC) was evaluated for cytological diagnosis and detection of human papillomavirus (HPV), Mycoplasma, and Ureaplasma. Midstream urine samples were collected from 141 male patients with urethritis and 154 controls without urethritis, and sediment cells were preserved in liquid-based cytology solution. Urethral swabs from urethritis patients were tested for the presence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis. Papanicolaou tests were performed for cytological evaluation. HPV, Mycoplasma, and Ureaplasma genomes were determined by PCR-based methods, and localization of HPV DNA in urothelial cells was examined by in situ hybridization (ISH). The β-globin gene was positive in 97.9% of LB-URC samples from urethritis patients and in 97.4% of control samples, suggesting that high-quality cellular DNA was obtained from the LB-URC samples. HPV DNA was detected in 29 (21.0%) urethritis cases and in five (3.3%) controls (P < 0.05). HPV type 16 (HPV 16) was most commonly found in urethritis patients. Cytological evaluations could be performed for 92.1% of urethritis patients and 64.3% of controls. Morphological changes suggestive of HPV infection were seen in 20.7% of the HPV-positive samples, and ISH demonstrated the presence of HPV DNA in both squamous and urothelial cells in HPV-positive samples. Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis, Ureaplasma parvum, and Ureaplasma urealyticum were detected in 14.5%, 10.9%, 6.5%, and 12.3% of urethritis patients, respectively. The prevalence rates of these microorganisms (except Ureaplasma parvum) were significantly higher in urethritis cases than controls (P < 0.05). LB-URC is applicable for detection of HPV, Mycoplasma, and Ureaplasma. HPV infection occurs in urothelial cells, especially in gonococcal urethritis.

Abstract
PURPOSE Global data on age-specific prevalence of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection overall, and for high-risk HPV types 16 and 18, are essential for the future implementation of HPV prophylactic vaccines for cervical cancer prevention. METHODS A systematic review of peer-reviewed publications was conducted to summarize worldwide data on genital HPV-DNA prevalence in women. Studies with clear descriptions of polymerase chain reaction or hybrid capture detection assays were included. RESULTS A total of 346,160 women were included in 375 studies. Of 134 studies with age-stratified HPV prevalence data (116 low sexual risk populations, 18 high sexual risk populations), over 50% were from Europe and the Middle East (38%) and North America (19%), with smaller proportions from Asia and Australia (21%), Central and South America (11%), and Africa (10%). Across all geographical regions, data on HPV prevalence were generally limited to women over 18 years of age. Consistently across studies, HPV infection prevalence decreased with increasing age from a peak prevalence in younger women (< or =25 years of age). In middle-aged women (35-50 years), maximum HPV prevalence differed across geographical regions: Africa (approximately 20%), Asia/Australia (approximately 15%), Central and South America (approximately 20%), North America (approximately 20%), Southern Europe/Middle East (approximately 15%), and Northern Europe (approximately 15%). Inconsistent trends in HPV prevalence by age were noted in older women, with a decrease or plateau of HPV prevalence in older ages in most studies, whereas others showed an increase of HPV prevalence in older ages. Similar trends of HPV 16 and/or 18 prevalence by age were noted among 12 populations with available data. DISCUSSION Genital HPV infection in women is predominantly acquired in adolescence, and peak prevalence in middle-aged women appears to differ across geographical regions. Worldwide variations in HPV prevalence across age appear to largely reflect differences in sexual behavior across geographical regions. Further studies of HPV prevalence in adolescents are needed for all geographic regions.

Abstract
Several lifestyle factors affect a woman's risk of gynaecological cancer and-potentially-can be modified to reduce risk. This chapter summarises the evidence for the effect of lifestyle factors on the incidence of gynaecological malignancy. The incidence of obesity is increasing in the developed world such that it now contributes as much as smoking to overall cancer deaths. Women with a body mass index (BMI)>40 have a 60% higher risk of dying from all cancers than women of normal weight. They are also at increased risk from gynaecological cancer. Dietary factors significantly influence the risk of gynaecological cancer: fruit, vegetables and antioxidants reduce risk whereas high animal fat and energy intakes increase risk. Alcohol intake adversely affects breast cancer risk, possibly accounting for 4% of all breast cancers. Physical activity protects against ovarian, endometrial and postmenopausal breast cancer, independently of BMI. The oral contraceptive pill has a substantial and long-lasting effect on the prevention of ovarian and endometrial cancer and is one of the best examples of large-scale chemoprevention in the developed world. Childbearing is protective against ovarian, endometrial and breast cancer but increases the risk of cervical cancer. Smoking acts as a cofactor in cervical carcinogenesis and increases the risk of ovarian cancer, particularly mucinous tumours.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the prevalence and type distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) in women with normal cervical cytology and with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia I to III(CIN) or carcinoma of the cervix in Okinawa, Japan. METHODS: We investigated HPV DNA in 4,078 subjects with cytologically normal cervices, 279 subjects with CIN, and 383 subjects with cervical cancer in Okinawa Prefecture in Japan. The presence of HPV DNA was also compared among generations. HPV DNA was both detected and typed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). RESULTS: The HPV positivity rate was 10.6% in the subjects who were normal on cervical cytodiagnosis. In each generation, the positivity rate was 20.4% in women aged 20-29 years and approximately 10% in the groups aged 30-89 years, with significant differences among generations. The HPV positivity rates in CIN and cervical cancer groups were 76.0% and 86.2%, respectively, with no significant difference between the groups. The positivity rate of HPV 16 decreased with age in both CIN and cervical cancer groups. CONCLUSION: Among non-cancer subjects, HPV infection rates were almost 20% in women aged 20-29 years and 10% in women aged 30-89 years. HPV16-positive CIN or carcinoma were more prevalent in the younger women, suggesting that HPV16-infected epithelial cells rapidly progress to cervical cancer.

Abstract
This study determined the distribution of high-risk HPV type infection in cervical cancer using newly developed oligonucleotide chips (HPVDNAChips). The study subjects included 80 cases of cervical neoplasia and 746 controls with a normal Pap smear. For HPV genotyping, the commercially available HPVDNAChips was used. The risk of cervical cancer was increased in women with a family history of cervical cancer (adjusted OR=2.3, 95% CI: 0.92-6.17) and in smokers (adjusted OR=3.2, 95% CI: 1.45-7.06). There was also a trend of increased risk with the number of full term pregnancies (P(for trend)<0.001). There were only 7.2% (54 of 746) infected high-risk HPV types in the control, whereas 54.5% (six of 11) and 76.5% (52 of 68) were infected in the CIN and cervical cancer, respectively. Multiple HPV infection was observed in 0.5% (three of 592) of the control group but in 9.1% (seven of 77) of cases. Multivariate analysis revealed that subjects infected with multiple HPV types had a 31.8-fold (95% CI: 7.50-134.75) higher risk of cervical cancer, while the single HPV type had a 19.9-fold increased risk (95% CI: 10.90-36.18) (P(for trend)<0.001). These results show that the detection and typing of HPV infection by HPVDNAChip can be a useful in clinical applications because it provides information on multiple infections and the types of HPV in addition to HPV infection status.

Abstract
Cervical cancer is one of the most common neoplastic diseases affecting women, with a combined worldwide incidence of almost half a million new cases annually, second only to breast cancer. Basic and epidemiologic research conducted during the past 15-20 years have provided overwhelming evidence for an etiologic role for infection with certain types of sexually-transmitted human papillomavirus (HPV) as the primary cause of cervical cancer. The relative risks of cervical cancer following HPV infection as ascertained in case-control and cohort studies are among the highest in cancer epidemiology. The available evidence indicates that the HPV-cervical cancer association satisfies all relevant causal criteria for public health action. Other cervical cancer risk factors, such as smoking, parity, use of oral contraceptives, diet, other infections, and host susceptibility traits must be understood in the context of mediation of acquisition of HPV infection or in influencing events of the natural history of cervical neoplasia that occur following the establishment of a persistent HPV infection. Virtually all cervical carcinoma specimens contain HPV DNA, which suggests that HPV infection is a necessary cause of cervical neoplasia. This is the first instance in which a necessary cause has been demonstrated in cancer epidemiology--a realization that has obvious implications for primary and secondary prevention of this neoplastic disease.

This report describes the appearance of ectopic chromosome around centrosome (ECAC) in metaphase cell nuclei of high-risk HPV-associated cervical neoplasms. ECAC are clearly visible on HE-stained sections as a tiny (approx. 0.7 micro), round, dark structure or an aggregate of filamentous chromosome, often symmetrical at bilateral centrosomes. They appear in CINs from an early stage (CIN I), with the highest incidence in HPV16-associated CIN II-III (75%), and are less common in HPV-related invasive carcinomas (21%) and in lesions associated with high-risk HPV types other than 16. Rates for ECAC-positive nuclei in metaphase preparations (ECAC rate) for each lesion ranged 3.6-30%, the average being 14.5%. ECAC appeared very rarely in CINs associated with intermediate-risk HPVs and was never encountered in HPV6/11-induced condylomas or HPV-unrelated neoplasms in other organs. ECAC may be morphologic evidence of HPV-induced chromosomal instability working as a background mechanism in cervical carcinogenesis and also a useful marker for the histopathologic differentiation of high-risk CINs.

Abstract
Few studies have evaluated the role of passive smoke exposure and cervical neoplasia risk. We assessed the role of active and passive cigarette smoke exposure and risk of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL) in a case-control study based in a South Carolina Health Department; 59 high-grade SIL (HSIL) cases, 313 low-grade SIL (LSIL) cases and 427 controls were recruited and interviewed. Passive cigarette smoke exposure was significantly (P < 0.05) associated with high grade SIL (adjusted odds ratio (aOR) = 2.2) and low-grade SIL (aOR = 1.4). Active smoking was associated with SIL only among White women (aOR = 1.8). High-risk human papillomaviruses (HR-HPVs) appear to interact with active cigarette smoking to increase HSIL risk. HSIL cases compared with LSIL cases were significantly more likely to be HR-HPV positive current smokers (aOR = 3.0; 95% CI: (1.2, 7.7)). These data suggest that active and perhaps passive smoke exposure may be important co-factors in HSIL development among HR-HPV positive women.

Abstract
As part of an ongoing cohort study in the Hokuriku region of Japan, cervical cell samples from histologically confirmed normal (n = 114) or abnormal (n = 286) women were examined for the presence of HPV DNA using a second-generation hybrid capture assay (HCA-II) and LCR-E7 PCR. HCA-II detected low-risk (HPV-6, -11, -42, 43 and -44) and high-risk (HPV-16, -18, -31, -33, -35, -39, -45, -51, -52, -56, -58, -59 and -68) HPV types, while LCR-E7 PCR detected an additional 7 HPV types and some uncharacterized types. In screening of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSILs) and invasive cervical cancer, the sensitivities of HCA-II and LCR-E7 PCR testing the high-risk HPV types were 83% and 81%, respectively, while the specificity of both assays was 93%. The sensitivity of LCR-E7 PCR increased to 87%, which was significantly higher than that in HCA-II, when testing both high-risk and other HPV types. Sixty-eight inconsistent results (17% of total tested) from HCA-II and LCR-E7 PCR were due to (i) low copy number of HPV genome (false-negative for HCA-II, 5.3% and for LCR-E7 PCR, 1.3%), (ii) infection with HPV types undetectable by HCA-II (4.8%), (iii) multiple HPV infections (5%) or (iv) unknown reasons (0.8%). LCR-E7 PCR revealed that infections with HPV-16, -18, -31, -33, -35, -51, -52, -56, -58 or -67 was a high risk for cancer since these types predominated in HSIL and invasive cervical cancer. Samples showing high relative light units (>20) with a high-risk probe in HCA-II also gave positive results in LCR-E7 PCR and were generally associated with abnormal cervical lesions. Thus, we propose that both HCA-II and LCR-E7 PCR are valuable screening tests for premalignant and malignant cervical lesions.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of the human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and its correlation with cervical lesions in commercial-sex workers (CSWs) who attended a sexually transmitted disease (STD) clinic in an entertainment area in Tokyo. METHODS Surveys were conducted on 546 prostitutes and 233 control subjects. In all subjects, HPV detection was performed by the hybrid capture method. A cervical cytological examination was performed on 247 prostitutes and 233 control subjects. RESULTS The HPV-positive rates in the two periods of study were higher (p < 0.01) in CSWs than in the control subjects. When the cytological grades were examined according to HPV-positive rates, the proportion of cytologic Class IIIa to Class IV was significantly higher (p < 0.01) in the HPV-positive CSWs than in the HPV-negative CSWs or in the normal subjects. CONCLUSION The high frequencies of HPV infection and cervical dysplasia in the CSWs in the present series might predict a higher risk of cervical cancer in this group of subjects.

Abstract
We established a new assay to detect the E6-E7 DNA of mucosal human papillomaviruses (HPV) by a PCR-based method using four pairs of degenerate LCR and E7 primers (LCR-E7 PCR). This assay amplifies the full length of E6 and the N-terminal part of E7. HPV typing was performed using restriction-fragment-length polymorphism (RFLP), and by analyzing the sequences of cloned PCR products. We compared this assay with the first generation hybrid captured assay (HCA-I) and the MY09/11-PCR method. LCR-E7 PCR was able to detect more than 34 mucosal HPV types and theoretically should detect two additional types. LCR-157 PCR and HCA-I detected HPV DNA in 70% (69/99) and 55% (54/99) of low-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions (LSIL), 89% (105/118) and 76% (90/118) of high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions (HSIL), and 90% (56/62) and 79% (49/62) of invasive squamous cell carcinomas (SCC), respectively. LCR-E7 PCR was more sensitive than the HCA-1 test. Discordant results between the LCR-E7 and MY 11/09-PCR tests were observed in one of 185 (0.5%) normal samples, seven of 85 (8.2%) LSIL samples, seven of 82 (8.5%) HSIL samples, and four of 72 (5.6%) SCC samples. The discordant results were mostly observed in samples with a low-copy number of the HPV genome or with multiple HPV infection. The sensitivity of LCR-E7 PCR was equivalent to that of MY 11/09 ECR, and false positives were less frequent in LCR-E7 PCR. LCR-E7 PCR may be useful for determining the biological activity of detected HPV types, since this method amplifies the entire E6 gene.

Abstract
To elucidate a causative role of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) for cervical cancer, presence and expression of EBV genes were examined in 31 cervical carcinomas (ICC), 23 cervical intraepithelial neoplasias (CIN), and 35 normal cervices (NCX). In reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis, EBER-1 mRNAwas expressed in 74% (23/31) of ICC, 83% (19/23) of CIN, 37% (13/35) of NCX. LMP-1 was expressed in 52% (16/31) of ICC, 70% (16/23) of CIN, and 23% (8/35) of NCX, and EBNA-2 was expressed in 32% (10/31) of ICC, in 48% (11/23) of CIN, and in 11% (4/35) of NCX. Expression rates of these genes were significantly higher in ICC and CIN than in NCX (P < .05). RNA in situ hybridization analysis showed that EBER-1 was expressed in half (7/14) of ICC and 35% (6/17) of CIN, and BamH-W, which is a leader sequence of EBNA genes, was expressed in 86% (12/14) of ICC and 71% (12/17) of CIN. LMP-1 and EBNA-2 proteins also were detected in ICC and CIN cells by inmunofluorescence staining. PCR analysis showed that EBV genome was detected in 55% (17 of 31) of ICC and in 26% (9/35) of NCX. In contrast, human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA was detected in 84% (26/31) of ICC, whereas none of NCX had HPV DNA. Either EBV or HPV was detected in 61% (19/31) of ICC, whereas both EBV and HPV was detected in 39% (12/31) of ICC. EBV infection may be involved in the development of cervical cancer, although further study should be performed to elucidate a causative role of EBV for the cancer.

Abstract
Immunoglobulin-A and -G (IgA and IgG) responses against HPV-16-like particles (VLP) were tested by ELISA in 104 women with cervical abnormalities, 26 atypical cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS) and 14 cytologically normal women with HPV DNA. As controls, 130 age-matched cytologically normal women with no HPV DNA were selected from the population in which the cases were generated. The existence of HPV DNA in cervical samples was tested by a PCR-based method. The normal women positive with HPV-16 DNA were followed up at 4- to 7-month intervals for 16 to 24 months. IgA and IgG antibodies against HPV-16 VLP were frequently detected in these women repeatedly positive with HPV-16 DNA, suggesting that persistent HPV infection is crucial for effective antibody responses against the viruses. IgA response appears earlier and persists longer than IgG response. Women with HPV DNA of types 16, 31/33/35, 58 and unknown types showed significantly higher seropositivity for both IgA and IgG antibodies than the controls (p < 0.05 for both). No significant seropositivity for IgA or IgG was detected in the HPV-18/45-DNA-positive group. HPV 31/33/35, 58 appear to be types close to HPV 16, whereas HPV 18/45 appears to be distinct from HPV 16 in antigenicity. IgA and IgG responses against HPV-16 VLP were more frequently observed in women with normal cervices with HPV DNA, ASCUS, HSIL and cervical cancer than in the controls. Strong IgA and IgG responses depended on HPV-16 infection in HSIL and cervical cancer, but there was no correlation between the serological responses and the status of HPV DNA in ASCUS and LSIL. Antibody positivity reflects persistent viral infection that may increase the risk for malignant progression of the cervix. This serological assay using HPV-16 VLP may therefore be useful as a new diagnostic tool supplementing cervical cytological tests.
