Abstract
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a complex and often debilitating condition that significantly impacts the gastrointestinal system and the overall quality of life of those affected. IBS is characterized by a variety of distressing symptoms, including cramping, abdominal pain, and irregular bowel movements, underlined by an intricate interplay of immune system dysfunction in its pathology. Numerous studies highlight an increased cellular immune response, with elevated levels of proinflammatory cytokines, mucosal alterations due to immune imbalance, and visceral hypersensitivity. Notably, studies indicate increased levels of proinflammatory cytokines, immune imbalances that lead to mucosal changes, and heightened visceral sensitivity. The roles of effector and regulatory T cells are particularly intriguing, as their modification appears to amplify inflammation and may even contribute to autoimmune disorders. This overview of systematic reviews explores the connections between IBS and immune responses, with a focus on immune cell alterations and proliferation of lymphocytes and mast cells in affected individuals. Furthermore, we explore various aspects of IBS management, including its pharmacological approaches. A systematic search of PubMed and Web of Science yielded 676 articles, which were ultimately narrowed down to 9 key studies that met our inclusion criteria. These studies collectively underscore the activation of the immune system with the degranulation of the mast cells in patients with IBS, where the release of inflammatory mediators can compromise intestinal permeability, exacerbating symptoms further. Additionally, we examine the multifaceted management strategies for IBS, emphasizing the potential therapeutic benefits of dietary polyphenols as antioxidants. The present study aims to enhance our understanding of IBS and offer insights into more effective treatment strategies for this challenging condition.

Abstract
As clinicians involved in the care of patients with disorders of gut-brain interaction (DGBIs), we-and many colleagues-have the impression that social media are adversely shaping the nature, presentation, and ability to manage these disorders, especially at the severe end of the DGBI clinical spectrum. We turned to the research literature to see if these clinical impressions were corroborated but found it virtually nonexistent. Social media have rapidly become a ubiquitous, pervasive part of the lives of most people on the planet. Although they bring many benefits, they are also replete with health misinformation, reinforcement of abnormal sick-role behavior, and undermining of the legitimacy of psychological care. We first set out four reasons for concern about social media and DGBIs, particularly severe DGBIs. These reasons stem from phenomena described in medical fields outside DGBIs, but there is no reason to think DGBIs should be exempt from such phenomena. We then present the results of a literature search, which yielded only eight disparate recent empirical studies. We review these studies, which, although not uninformative, reveal a field in its infancy. We set out implications, most urgently multidisciplinary research directly addressing the role of social media and evaluation of interventions to mitigate its ill effects. Gastroenterological clinicians involved in DGBI care and research need to collaborate with experts in social media research, which is a very rapidly evolving, specialized field. Although knowledge is at an early stage, there are implications for specialist practice, education and training, and DGBI service delivery.

Abstract
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a prevalent functional gastrointestinal disorder characterized by abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation. Recent studies have underscored the significant role of the gut microbiota in the pathogenesis of IBS. Physical exercise, as a non-pharmacological intervention, has been proposed to alleviate IBS symptoms by modulating the gut microbiota. Aerobic exercise, such as running, swimming, and cycling, has been shown to enhance the diversity and abundance of beneficial gut bacteria, including Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. These bacteria produce short-chain fatty acids that possess anti-inflammatory properties and support gut barrier integrity. Studies involving IBS patients participating in structured aerobic exercise programs have reported significant improvements in their gut microbiota's composition and diversity, alongside an alleviation of symptoms like abdominal pain and bloating. Additionally, exercise positively influences mental health by reducing stress and improving mood, which can further relieve IBS symptoms via the gut-brain axis. Long-term exercise interventions provide sustained benefits, maintaining the gut microbiota's diversity and stability, supporting immune functions, and reducing systemic inflammation. However, exercise programs must be tailored to individual needs to avoid exacerbating IBS symptoms. Personalized exercise plans starting with low-to-moderate intensity and gradually increasing in intensity can maximize the benefits and minimize risks. This review examines the impact of various types and intensities of physical exercise on the gut microbiota in IBS patients, highlighting the need for further studies to explore optimal exercise protocols. Future research should include larger sample sizes, longer follow-up periods, and examine the synergistic effects of exercise and other lifestyle modifications. Integrating physical exercise into comprehensive IBS management plans can enhance symptom control and improve patients' quality of life.

Abstract
New technologies are supported by the global implementation of the internet. These improvements have deeply affected various disciplines of sciences and consequently changed services such as daily business, particularly health sectors. Innovative digital marketing strategies utilize the channels of social media and retrieved user data to analyze and improve relevant services. These multidisciplinary innovations can assist specialists, physicians and researchers in diagnostic, prophylaxis and treatment issues in the health sector. Accordingly, compared to recent decades, health decision makers are more accurate and trustful in defining new strategies. Interestingly, using social media and mobile health apps in current pandemics of SARS-CoV-2 could be an important instance of the key role of these platforms at the local and global level of health policies. These digital technologies provide platforms to connect public health sectors and health politicians for communicating and spreading relevant information. Adding influencers and campaigns to this toolbox strengthens the implementation of public health programs. In 2016, the WHO adopted a global program to eliminate viral hepatitis by 2030. Recent constructive measures that have been used in the battle against COVID-19 could be adopted for the elimination of viral hepatitis program. The presented evidence in our narrative review demonstrates that the application of digital marketing tools to create campaigns on social media, armed with professional influencers, can efficiently consolidate this program. The application of different strategies in using these popular tools will raise the public awareness about viral hepatitis. Subsequently, the availability of an effective vaccine for HBV and antiviral medication for HCV can motivate the audience to take steps towards prophylaxis and screening methods against these infectious illnesses. The encouragement of health policy makers to apply digital communication technologies and comprehensive roadmaps to implement this global program will certainly decrease the burden of viral hepatitis worldwide.
