Abstract
BACKGROUND Increasing healthy behaviours (e.g. physical activity) can improve cancer survivors' quality of life. Renewed is a digital intervention developed to provide behaviour change advice with brief healthcare practitioner support. A three-arm randomised controlled trial (Renewed, Renewed with support or a control condition) suggested that prostate cancer survivors in the supported arm had slightly greater estimates of improvements in quality of life compared to other cancer survivors. This study explored participants' experiences using Renewed to understand how it might have worked and why it might have provided greater benefit for prostate cancer survivors and those in the supported arm. METHODS Thirty-three semi-structured telephone interviews with cancer survivors' (breast, colorectal, prostate) from the Renewed trial explored their experiences of using Renewed and their perceptions of the intervention. Data were analysed using inductive thematic analysis. RESULTS Some participants only used Renewed modestly but still made behaviour changes. Barriers to using Renewed included low perceived need, joining the study to advance scientific knowledge or 'to give back', or due to perceived availability of support in their existing social networks. Prostate cancer survivors reported less social support outside of Renewed compared to participants with other cancers. CONCLUSION Renewed may support healthy behaviour changes among cancer survivors even with limited use. Interventions targetting individuals who lack social support may be beneficial. IMPLICATIONS FOR CANCER SURVIVORS Cancer survivors' experiences may inform the development of digital interventions to better serve this population.

Abstract
Objectives Globally, the prevalence of long-term conditions (LTCs) continues to rise. The impact of LTCs presents significant challenges for international health and social care systems and continues to be a leading cause of mortality. Despite this, digital health coaching interventions (DHCIs) appear to be a promising strategy for managing chronic disease. The aims of this systematic review and narrative synthesis were to explore the barriers and enablers for the use of DHCIs and to gather valuable information to inform the development of a new DHCI for LTC management. Methods Six major databases were searched for studies published in the English language between January 2012 and December 2022. Qualitative and mixed methods studies were included if there was an intervention of digital health coaching alongside the use of a digital component. Interventions were suitable if completed in community settings, amongst adults aged over 18 with a LTC, or amongst informal carers, health coaches, or health and care professionals. Included studies were assessed for quality, and results were analysed with narrative synthesis. Results Ten studies met the inclusion criteria, covering a range of LTCs and interventions which included digital health coaching (telephone, video, online, text) and the use of a digital component (online, application-based). Results showed that DHCIs require personalisation and feedback, and cannot be overcomplex. Importantly, an element of human connection is favourable. Conclusions The acceptability of DHCIs is variable- and context-dependent. Further research is needed to focus on the breadth of LTCs in order to generalise findings.

Abstract
Objective The objectives of this systematic review are to describe features and specific application scenarios for current cancer survivorship care services of Artificial intelligence (AI)-driven digital health technologies (DHTs) and to explore the acceptance and briefly evaluate its feasibility in the application process. Methods Search for literatures published from 2010 to 2022 on sites MEDLINE, IEEE-Xplor, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials and Scopus systematically. The types of literatures include original research, descriptive study, randomized controlled trial, pilot study, and feasible or acceptable study. The literatures above described current status and effectiveness of digital medical technologies based on AI and used in cancer survivorship care services. Additionally, we use QuADS quality assessment tool to evaluate the quality of literatures included in this review. Results 43 studies that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed and qualitatively synthesized. The current status and results related to the application of AI-driven DHTs in cancer survivorship care were reviewed. Most of these studies were designed specifically for breast cancer survivors' care and focused on the areas of recurrence or secondary cancer prediction, clinical decision support, cancer survivability prediction, population or treatment stratified, anti-cancer treatment-induced adverse reaction prediction, and so on. Applying AI-based DHTs to cancer survivors actually has shown some positive outcomes, including increased motivation of patient-reported outcomes (PROs), reduce fatigue and pain levels, improved quality of life, and physical function. However, current research mostly explored the technology development and formation (testing) phases, with limited-scale population, and single-center trial. Therefore, it is not suitable to draw conclusions that the effectiveness of AI-based DHTs in supportive cancer care, as most of applications are still in the early stage of development and feasibility testing. Conclusions While digital therapies are promising in the care of cancer patients, more high-quality studies are still needed in the future to demonstrate the effectiveness of digital therapies in cancer care. Studies should explore how to develop uniform standards for measuring patient-related outcomes, ensure the scientific validity of research methods, and emphasize patient and health practitioner involvement in the development and use of technology.

Abstract
Long-term breast cancer survivors (>5 years free of disease) may suffer late sequelae of cancer that impact on their quality of life. The use of telehealth for cancer care is recommended but little is known about the effectiveness of digital interventions for long-term cancer survivors. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a web-based personalized intervention based on artificial intelligence instead of usual primary health care to improve the quality of life of long-term survivors of breast cancer and self-efficacy for the management of late sequelae. A randomized controlled trial will be conducted. The sample will consist of long-term breast cancer survivors recruited from primary health centers. Women will be randomly assigned to the intervention group to receive a web-based personalized intervention or to the control group to receive standard primary health care by nurses. Data on quality of life of cancer survivors and self-efficacy for the management of late sequelae of cancer will be collected and assessed at preintervention, and at 3, 6, and 9 months. It is expected that, at the end of the programme, the experimental group will have improved quality of life and improved self-efficacy for the management of late sequelae of cancer.
