Abstract
Background Although cisplatin is essential for neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC), good renal function is a prerequisite for those patients receiving NAC. However, patients with normal renal function may experience nephrotoxicity after cisplatin administration. We investigated the safety and efficacy of a split-dose regimen of gemcitabine and cisplatin (split-dose GC) in MIBC patients with normal renal function. Methods This retrospective study included 45 patients with MIBC who received standard GC, split-dose GC, or gemcitabine and carboplatin (GCarbo) as a NAC and subsequently underwent robot-assisted radical cystectomy. The efficacy and safety of two cycles split-dose GC were compared with those of other regimens. Results Among the 45 patients with MIBC, 14 received standard GC, 14 received split-dose GC, and 17 received GCarbo. Pathological complete response rates were 28.6%, 21.4%, and 29.4% for surgical specimens obtained post-treatment with standard GC, split-dose GC, and GCarbo, respectively (P=0.86). Renal function after NAC was significantly lower in the standard- and split-dose GC groups than in the GCarbo group (P<0.001). Conclusions Although the split-dose GC regimen showed a significant reduction compared to pre-treatment renal function, the pathological response rate and incidence of adverse events were similar to those of the other two regimens.

Abstract
Fracture risk is increased in men with prostate cancer (PCa) receiving Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT). However, routine assessment of fracture risk is often not systematically applied. We aimed to establish a comprehensive care pathway for fracture prevention in men with PCa starting ADT. Therefore, a multidisciplinary working group designed and implemented a care pathway using the 'Knowledge to Action' framework, based on current Dutch guidelines for PCa, osteoporosis and fracture prevention, and an extensive literature review of other guidelines. The pathway was developed according to a five-step clinical approach including case finding, fracture risk assessment based on risk factors, bone mineral density test, vertebral fracture assessment, differential diagnosis, treatment, and annual follow-up. Our fracture prevention care pathway for patients with PCa at the time of ADT initiation was designed to promote a patient-centered, multidisciplinary approach to facilitate the implementation of early fracture prevention measures.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Second-generation androgen receptor axis-targeting (ARAT) agents have become a standard treatment for patients with advanced prostate cancer (PC), however much remains unknown about the potential cardiovascular toxicities. PATIENTS AND METHODS We performed a systematic search of PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane library for randomized controlled trials of patients receiving ARAT agents for PC from inception to March 2023. The odds ratios (ORs) of all-grade and high-grade cardiovascular adverse events (CVAEs) for patients treated with and without ARAT agents were pooled for meta-analysis. Subgroup analyses based on PC type and treatment regimen were conducted. RESULTS A total of 15 double-blind placebo-controlled phase 3 trials comprising 15,842 patients were included. In addition to hot flush and hypertension of any degree of severity, inclusion of ARAT agents was associated with a significantly higher risk of acute myocardial infarction (OR: 1.96, 95% CI: 1.05-3.68, P = .04), myocardial infarction (OR: 2.44, 95% CI: 1.27-4.66, P = .007) and angina pectoris (OR: 2.00, 95% CI: 1.00-4.02, P = .05). With regard to individual ARAT agents, enzalutamide was associated with a significantly higher risk of acute myocardial infarction (OR: 3.11, 95% CI: 1.17-8.28, P = .02), coronary artery disease (OR: 8.33, 95% CI: 1.54-44.95, P = .01), and high-grade hypertension (OR: 4.94, 95% CI: 1.11-22.06, P = .04), while abiraterone and apalutamide were associated with a significantly higher risk of angina pectoris (OR: 5.48, 95% CI: 1.23-24.33, P = .03) and myocardial infarction (OR: 7.00, 95% CI: 1.60-30.62, P = .01), respectively. CONCLUSION The inclusion of ARAT agents was associated with a significantly higher risk of several CVAEs. Clinicians should remain vigilant, both in pre-treatment screening and monitoring for clinical symptoms and signs, when considering ARAT agent particularly for patients with pre-existing risk factors.

Abstract
Background/Objectives: to evaluate the association between androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and newly developed neovascular age-related macular degeneration (AMD) in patients with prostate cancer. Methods: We identified 228,803 men from the nationwide claims database in the Republic of Korea diagnosed with prostate cancer between 1 August 2009 and 31 December 2018 and followed until April 2021. Cases were defined as those newly diagnosed with neovascular AMD during follow-up. Cases were matched with controls based on age, index date, and follow-up duration, at a case-to-control ratio of 1:4. Adjusted odds ratios (aORs) of incident neovascular AMD associated with ADT were estimated using conditional logistic regression. Results: The main analysis included 1700 cases and 6800 controls, with a median follow-up of 3.42 years. ADT was associated with a reduced risk of incident neovascular AMD in patients with prostate cancer (aOR = 0.840; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.743-0.951; p = 0.0058) in the multivariable analysis. A cumulative ADT duration less than 1 year was associated with a reduced risk of neovascular AMD (aOR = 0.727; 95% CI, 0.610-0.866; p = 0.0004); however, no association was observed when the duration of ADT was between 1 and 2 years (aOR = 0.862; 95% CI, 0.693-1.074; p = 0.1854) or more than 2 years (aOR = 1.009; 95% CI, 0.830-1.226; p = 0.9304). Conclusions: In patients with prostate cancer, medical castration for less than a year is associated with a reduced risk of incident neovascular AMD. These results suggest that androgens are involved in the pathogenesis of neovascular AMD.

Abstract
Background Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) is the foundational treatment for metastatic prostate cancer (PCa). Androgen receptor (AR) axis-targeted therapies are a new standard of care for advanced PCa. Although these agents have significantly improved patient survival, the suppression of testosterone is associated with an increased risk of cardiometabolic syndrome. This highlights the urgency of multidisciplinary efforts to address the cardiometabolic risk of anticancer treatment in men with PCa. Methods Two professional organizations invited five urologists, five clinical oncologists, and two cardiologists to form a consensus panel. They reviewed the relevant literature obtained by searching PubMed for the publication period from April 2013 to April 2023, to address three discussion areas: (i) baseline assessment and screening for risk factors in PCa patients before the initiation of ADT and AR axis-targeted therapies; (ii) follow-up and management of cardiometabolic complications; and (iii) selection of ADT agents among high-risk patients. The panel convened four meetings to discuss and draft consensus statements using a modified Delphi method. Each drafted statement was anonymously voted on by every panelist. Results The panel reached a consensus on 18 statements based on recent evidence and expert insights. Conclusion These consensus statements serve as a practical recommendation for clinicians in Hong Kong, and possibly the Asia-Pacific region, in the management of cardiometabolic toxicities of ADT or AR axis-targeted therapies in men with PCa.

Abstract
PURPOSE This umbrella review focused on evaluating the efficacy and adverse events of the metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer patients receiving any treatment regimens, including ADT alone or combination treatments. METHODS This study conducted an umbrella review following the PRISMA 2020 checklist, aiming to summarize the available studies to evaluate the efficacy of medical treatments for metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. A literature search was performed to identify systematic reviews and meta-analyses (SRMAs) that included only randomized controlled trials (RCTs) up to September 2023. This study summarized their findings, evaluated overlapping data (i.e., the same RCTs were included in >one SRMA), tested for excessive significance (i.e., observed number of statistically significant studies > expected number by chance) and assessed the quality of the studies. RESULTS A total of 4191 studies were identified, but only 27 were included. Among those 27 studies, 12 were network meta-analyses and 15 were direct meta-analyses. Most studies showed no statistically significant difference in overall mortality among GnRH agonists, antagonists and bilateral orchiectomy. Combination treatment is more beneficial than ADT alone in both OS and PFS outcomes with more adverse events. Nevertheless, there is no OS advantage of any combination regimen over the others. CONCLUSION Combination treatments demonstrated clear benefits in OS and PFS over ADT alone with more AEs. Further studies are needed to compare among combination treatments.

Abstract
Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) remains the cornerstone of advanced prostate cancer treatment. However, the progression towards castration-resistant prostate cancer is inevitable, as the cancer cells reactivate androgen receptor signaling and adapt to the castrate state through autoregulation of the androgen receptor. Additionally, the upfront use of novel hormonal agents such as enzalutamide and abiraterone acetate may result in long-term toxicities and may trigger the selection of AR-independent cells through "Darwinian" treatment-induced pressure. Therefore, it is crucial to develop new strategies to overcome these challenges. Bipolar androgen therapy (BAT) is one such approach that has been devised based on studies demonstrating the paradoxical inhibitory effects of supraphysiologic testosterone on prostate cancer growth, achieved through a variety of mechanisms acting in concert. BAT involves rapidly alternating testosterone levels between supraphysiological and near-castrate levels over a period of a month, achieved through monthly intramuscular injections of testosterone plus concurrent ADT. BAT is effective and well-tolerated, improving quality of life and potentially re-sensitizing patients to previous hormonal therapies after progression. By exploring the mechanisms and clinical evidence for BAT, this review seeks to shed light on its potential as a promising new approach to prostate cancer treatment.

Abstract
There is increasing evidence that thyroid hormones (THs) work in an integrative fashion with androgen receptors (ARs) to regulate gonadal differentiation and reproductive function. Studies reveal that THs have interactions with the AR promoter region and increase AR expression. THs also have a role in the regulation of enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of androgens, such as 5α-reductase, which is essential in the conversion of testosterone into its active form, 5α-dihydrotestosterone. Additionally, the presence of androgen response elements in the promoter regions of TH-related genes, such as deiodinases and TH receptor isoforms, has been identified in some vertebrates, indicating a mutual interaction between THs and ARs. Since the androgen signaling pathway, mediated by ARs, plays a key role in the formation and progression of prostate cancer (PCa), the existence of crosstalk between THs and ARs supports the epidemiologic and experimental evidence indicating a relationship between the high incidence of PCa and hyperthyroidism. This article aims to review the role of androgen-TH crosstalk in PCa and its implication in clinical management. As life expectancy is growing these days, it can increase the number of patients with PCa and the critical relevance of the disease. In order to gain better knowledge about PCa and to improve clinical management, it is essential to get better insight into the key factors related to the formation and progression of this cancer.

Abstract
This study evaluated the effect of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) on osteoporotic fractures (OF) and its prognostic effect on overall survival in patients with localized or regional prostate cancer (PC) using the Korean National Insurance Dataset. A total of 8883 pairs of 1:1 propensity-score-matched patients with localized or regional PC were retrospectively enrolled between 2007 and 2016. All patients underwent at least 1 year of follow-up to evaluate therapeutic outcomes. Multivariate analysis was performed to determine the prognostic effect of ADT on OF. During a mean follow-up of 47.7 months, 977 (3.43%) patients developed OF, and the incidences of hip, spine, and wrist fractures were significantly different between ADT and non-ADT groups (p < 0.05). The ADT group had a significantly higher incidence of OF (hazard ratio 2.055, 95% confidence interval 1.747-2.417) than the non-ADT group (p < 0.05), and the incidence of spine/hip/wrist OF was significantly higher in the ADT group regardless of the PC stage (p < 0.05). Multivariate analysis failed to show any significant difference in overall survival between the two groups (p > 0.05). ADT resulted in a significantly higher incidence of OF among patients with localized and regional PC, but the overall survival did not differ between ADT and non-ADT groups.

Abstract
Androgen deprivation therapy is the cornerstone of prostate cancer therapy. Recent studies have revealed an association between androgen deprivation therapy and cardiovascular adverse effects such as myocardial infarction and stroke. This review summarizes the available research on the cardiovascular risk of men using androgen deprivation therapy. We also discuss racial disparities surrounding both prostate cancer and cardiovascular disease, emphasizing the importance of biological/molecular and socioeconomic factors in assessing baseline risk in patients beginning androgen ablation. Based on the literature, we provide recommendations for monitoring patients who are at high risk for a cardiovascular adverse event while being treated on androgen deprivation therapy. This review aims to present the current research on androgen deprivation therapy and cardiovascular toxicity with an emphasis on racial disparities and provides a framework for clinicians to decrease the cardiovascular morbidity in men that are being treated with hormone therapy.

Abstract
PURPOSE OF REVIEW Cardiovascular disease accounts for up to 10% of all-cause mortality in women with a diagnosis of breast cancer, and the causes for this are multifaceted. Many women at risk of or with a diagnosis of breast cancer are on endocrine-modulating therapies. It is therefore important to understand the effect of hormone therapies on cardiovascular outcomes in breast cancer patients to mitigate against any adverse effects and to identify those most at risk so that they can be proactively managed. Here we discuss the pathophysiology of these agents, their effect on the cardiovascular system, and the latest evidence on their cardiovascular risks association. RECENT FINDINGS Tamoxifen appears to be cardioprotective during treatment but not over the longer term, while the effect of AIs on cardiovascular outcomes remains controversial. Heart failure outcomes remain understudied, and the cardiovascular effects of gonadotrophin-releasing hormone agonists (GNRHa) in women need further research, especially since data from men with prostate cancer have indicated an increased risk of cardiac events in GNRHa users. There remains a need for a greater understanding of the effects of hormone therapies on cardiovascular outcomes in breast cancer patients. Further areas of research in this area include developing evidence to better define the optimal preventive and screening methods for cardiovascular effects and the risk factors for patients on hormonal therapies.

Abstract
Background: Bladder cancer (BCa) is a heterogeneous disease with a variable prognosis and natural history. Cardiovascular disease (CVD), although completely different, has several similarities and possible interactions with cancer. The association between them is still unknown, but common risk factors between the two suggest a shared biology. Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective study that included patients who underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor at two high-volume institutions. Depending on the presence of a previous history of CVD or not, patients were divided into two groups. Results: A total of 2050 patients were included, and 1638 (81.3%) were diagnosed with bladder cancer. Regarding comorbidities, the most common were hypertension (59.9%), cardiovascular disease (23.4%) and diabetes (22.4%). At univariate analysis, independent risk factors for bladder cancer were age and male sex, while protective factors were cessation of smoking and presence of CVD. All these results, except for ex-smoker status, were confirmed at the multivariate analysis. Another analysis was performed for patients with high-risk bladder cancer and, in this case, the role of CVD was not statistically significant. Conclusions: Our study pointed out a positive association between CVD and BCa incidence; CVD was an independent protective factor for BCa. This effect was not confirmed for high-risk tumors. Several biological and genomics mechanisms clearly contribute to the onset of both diseases, suggesting a possible shared disease pathway and highlighting the complex interplay of cancer and CVD. CVD treatment can involve different drugs with a possible effect on cancer incidence, but, to date, findings are still inconclusive.

Abstract
Background The addition of endocrine therapy to salvage radiotherapy (SRT) is expected to further improve the prognosis of patients with biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer after radical prostatectomy (RP). The quantitative synthesis of clinical outcomes of SRT combined with endocrine therapy is limited. Whether salvage radiotherapy plus endocrine therapy remains inconclusive. We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis of existing randomized controlled trials to evaluate the efficacy and safety of salvage radiotherapy combined with endocrine therapy in patients with biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy. Methods A systematic search of PubMed, EMBASE, and the Cochrane library was performed for articles published between January 1, 2012 and October 10, 2022. Data were analyzed using Review Manager 5.4.1 (Cochrane Collaboration Software). Main outcome and measures included biochemical progression-free survival (bPFS), metastasis free survival (MFS), overall survival (OS), and Grade 3 or higher adverse events (3+AEs), including acute and late adverse events. Results In this systematic review and meta-analysis, 4 randomized controlled studies enrolling 2731 male (1374 of whom received SRT combined with endocrine therapy and 1357 controls) met the inclusion criteria. SRT combined with endocrine therapy were related to significantly improve bPFS (HR=0.52; 95% CI: 0.46 0.59; p<0.00001) and MFS (HR=0.75; 95% CI: 0.64 0.88; p<0.001). Compared with SRT alone, the combination therapy tended to be associated with prolong OS (HR=0.83; 95% CI: 0.69-1.01; p=0.06), but not statistically significant. At early follow-up, the risk of acute AEs was comparable in the two groups (RR=1.04; 95% CI: 0.22-4.85). However, the risk of late AEs was higher in the combination group at later follow-up (RR=1.33; 95% CI: 1.09-1.62). Conclusions This systematic review and meta-analysis found superior efficacy associated with adding endocrine therapy to SRT compared with SRT alone in patients with biochemical recurrence after RP. Abstract
Prostate cancer belongs in the class of hormone-dependent cancers, representing a major cause of cancer incidence in men worldwide. Since upon disease onset almost all prostate cancers are androgen-dependent and require active androgen receptor (AR) signaling for their survival, the primary treatment approach has for decades relied on inhibition of the AR pathway via androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). However, following this line of treatment, cancer cell pools often become resistant to therapy, contributing to disease progression towards the significantly more aggressive castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) form, characterized by poor prognosis. It is, therefore, of critical importance to elucidate the molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways underlying the progression of early-stage prostate cancer towards CRPC. In this review, we aim to shed light on the role of major signaling pathways including the DNA damage response (DDR) and the developmental Hippo and Notch pathways in prostate tumorigenesis. We recapitulate key evidence demonstrating the crosstalk of those pathways as well as with pivotal prostate cancer-related 'hubs' such as AR signaling, and evaluate the clinical impact of those interactions. Moreover, we attempt to identify molecules of the complex DDR-Hippo-Notch interplay comprising potentially novel therapeutic targets in the battle against prostate tumorigenesis.

Abstract
Substantial data posit estrogen receptors (ERs) as promising targets for prostate cancer (PCa) therapeutics. However, the trials on assessing the chemo-preventive or therapeutic potential of ER targeting drugs or selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) have not yet established their clinical benefits. This could be ascribed to a possible modulation in the ER expression during PCa progression. Further it is warranted to test various ER targeting drugs in appropriate preclinical models that simulate human ER expression pattern during PCa progression. The study was undertaken to revisit the existing data on the epithelial ER expression pattern in human cancerous prostates and experimentally determine whether these patterns are replicated in TRAMP (Transgenic Adenocarcinoma of Mouse Prostate) mice, a model for human PCa. Estradiol (E2) binding to the plasma membrane of the epithelial cells and its modulation during the PCa progression in TRAMP were also investigated. A reassessment of the existing data revealed a trend towards downregulation in the epithelial expression of wild-type ESR1 transcripts in high-grade PCa, compared to non-cancerous prostate in humans. Next, epithelial cell-enriched populations from TRAMP prostates (TP) displaying low-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (LGPIN), high-grade PIN (HGPIN), HGPIN with well-differentiated carcinoma (PIN + WDC), WDC (equivalent to grade 2/3 human PCa), and poorly-differentiated carcinoma (PDC-equivalent to grade 4/5 human PCa) revealed significantly higher Esr1 and Esr2 levels in HGPIN and significantly reduced levels in WDC, compared to respective age-matched control prostates. These patterns for the nuclear ERs were similar to the trend shown by E2 binding to the plasma membrane of the epithelial cells during PCa progression in TRAMP. E2 binding to epithelial cells (EpCAM+), though significantly higher in TPs displaying LGPIN, decreased significantly as the disease progressed to WDC. The study highlights a reduction in the epithelial ESR level with the PCa progression and this pattern was evident in both humans and TRAMP. These observations may have major implications in refining PCa therapeutics targeting ER.

Abstract
Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) for prostate cancer treatment is associated with adverse physiological changes; however, exercise can improve outcomes. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to determine exercise intervention adherence and its effects on physiological outcomes in men diagnosed with prostate cancer undergoing ADT. Uniquely, this review incorporated a meta-aggregation of qualitative data, providing perspectives from the men’s experiences. A systematic review and meta-analysis were completed following PRISMA guidelines. Databases (CINAHL, Cochrane, PubMed) were searched for studies using “prostate cancer”, “exercise intervention”, and “androgen deprivation therapy”. Quantitative randomised controlled trials describing adherence to exercise interventions were selected, with qualitative articles selected based on descriptions of experiences around participation. Subgroup meta-analyses of adherence, exercise mode, and intervention duration were completed for quality of life, aerobic fitness, fatigue, and strength. In total, 644 articles were identified, with 29 (n = 23 quantitative; n = 6 qualitative) articles from 25 studies included. Exercise had no effects (p < 0.05) on quality of life and fatigue. Significant effects (all p < 0.05) were observed for aerobic fitness, and upper- and lower-body strength. Adherence to exercise-based interventions was 80.38%, with improvements observed in aerobic fitness and strength. Subgroup analysis revealed exercise adherence impacted fatigue and strength, with greater improvements observed in programs >12-weeks.

Abstract
Simple Summary Prostate cancer tumor growth is stimulated by androgens. Surgical castration or medical castration using long-acting luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) agonists or antagonists is the backbone of the treatments of metastatic disease. Treatment of locally advanced prostate cancer was accomplished with radiation therapy alone until multiple studies showed that combining radiation therapy with LHRH agonists results in significant survival benefit. While the goal of the use of LHRH agonists was to suppress testosterone levels during radiation, we show, through review of previous studies, that survival benefit was achieved only when LHRH was initiated during the course of radiation, and thus androgen flare during the first 1–3 weeks after the initiation of LHRH is most likely the reason for higher survival. Androgens drive tumor cells into mitosis, and mitotic death is the dominant mechanism of tumor cell kill by radiation. Abstract Treatment of metastatic prostate cancer was historically performed via bilateral orchiectomy to achieve castration. An alternative to surgical castration is the administration of subcutaneous recombinant luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH). LHRH causes the pituitary gland to produce luteinizing hormone (LH), which results in synthesis and secretion of testosterone from the testicles. When LHRH levels are continuously high, the pituitary gland stops producing LH, which results in reduced testosterone production by the testicles. Long-acting formulations of LHRH were developed, and its use replaced surgical orchiectomy in the vast majority of patients. Combining LHRH and radiation therapy was shown to increase survival of prostate cancer patients with locally advanced disease. Here, we present a hypothesis, and preliminary evidence based on previous randomized controlled trials, that androgen surge during radiation, rather than its suppression, could be responsible for the enhanced prostate cancer cell kill during radiation. Starting LHRH agonist on the first day of radiation therapy, as in the EORTC 22863 study, should be the standard of care when treating locally advanced prostate cancer. We are developing formulations of short-acting LHRH agonists that induce androgen flare, without subsequent androgen deprivation, which could open the door for an era in which locally advanced prostate cancer could be cured while patients maintain potency.

Abstract
Androgen deprivation therapies (ADTs) are important treatments which inhibit androgen-induced prostate cancer (PCa) progression by either preventing androgen biosynthesis (e.g. abiraterone) or by antagonizing androgen receptor (AR) function (e.g. bicalutamide, enzalutamide, darolutamide). A major limitation of current ADTs is they often remain effective for limited durations after which patients commonly progress to a lethal and incurable form of PCa, called castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) where the AR continues to orchestrate pro-oncogenic signalling. Indeed, the increasing numbers of ADT-related treatment-emergent neuroendocrine-like prostate cancers (NePC), which lack AR and are thus insensitive to ADT, represents a major therapeutic challenge. There is therefore an urgent need to better understand the mechanisms of AR action in hormone dependent disease and the progression to CRPC, to enable the development of new approaches to prevent, reverse or delay ADT-resistance. Interestingly the AR regulates distinct transcriptional networks in hormone dependent and CRPC, and this appears to be related to the aberrant function of key AR-epigenetic coregulator enzymes including the lysine demethylase 1 (LSD1/KDM1A). In this review we summarize the current best status of anti-androgen clinical trials, the potential for novel combination therapies and we explore recent advances in the development of novel epigenetic targeted therapies that may be relevant to prevent or reverse disease progression in patients with advanced CRPC.

Abstract
Prostate cancer (PCa) is the most common worldwide diagnosed malignancy in male population. The diagnosis, the identification of aggressive disease, and the post-treatment follow-up needs a more comprehensive and holistic approach. Radiomics is the extraction and interpretation of images phenotypes in a quantitative manner. Radiomics may give an advantage through advancements in imaging modalities and through the potential power of artificial intelligence techniques by translating those features into clinical outcome prediction. This article gives an overview on the current evidence of methodology and reviews the available literature on radiomics in PCa patients, highlighting its potential for personalized treatment and future applications.
