Abstract
OBJECTIVE To clarify the clinical features of recurrent myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated cortical encephalitis (MOGCE) in adults. METHODS We present an adult case of recurrent MOGCE and summarize the clinical symptoms, imaging findings, treatment and prognosis of this phenotype as per a systematic review of the literature. RESULTS We identified 9 adult patients with recurrent MOGCE. The mean age was 32 years, and 5/9 were male. Median time to recurrence was 6 months (range 2-36 months). The most common presentations of the first attack were headache (9/9), fever (8/9) and seizure (5/9). In most patients (6/9), presentations of recurrent attacks were different than those of the first attack. Relapses may affect more areas than the first attack, such as spine, brainstem, grey matter, and basal ganglia. All patients were seropositive for MOG antibodies during the first or second attack, with antibody titers ranging from 1:10 to 1:100. CSF white blood cell count and total protein were elevated in 6/9 patients. On MRI, 4/9 showed bilateral FLAIR hyperintense lesions, while 5/9 had unilateral lesions. Most patients demonstrated a positive response to treatment, and maintenance immunotherapy was added upon relapse. CONCLUSION The clinical presentation of recurrent MOGCE is atypical, and most patients had different symptoms upon recurrence compared to the first episode. Factors contributing to the likelihood of disease recurrence remain unclear. Most recurrent MOGCE patients respond well to immunotherapy, and require long-term immunotherapy after recurrence.

Abstract
BACKGROUND To investigate the clinical, imaging features, immunotherapy of anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor encephalitis (NMDARE) combined with myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD). METHODS A total of 124 patients with NMDARE and 86 patients with MOGAD were screened from an ongoing prospective cohort study (Clinical and Imaging Patterns of Neuroinflammation Diseases in China, CLUE). Ten NMDARE combined with MOGAD patients, were finally enrolled in this study. Clinical and imaging data and follow-up results characteristics were collected and analyzed. RESULTS In these 10 patients with NMDARE combined with MOGAD, 7 patients (70 %) showed recurrent courses. In all 26 episodes, 14 episodes (53.8 %) showed encephalitis-related symptoms, 6 episodes (23.1 %) showed demyelination-related symptoms, 6 episodes (23.1 %) showed both. The median CSF leukocytes were 13/μL (range 1-413) and the median protein was 0.43 g/L (range 0.22-0.70). MRI lesions were found involving the optic nerve (2/10), spinal cord (3/10), deep gray matter (3/10), cortex (6/10), subcortex (7/10), brainstem (5/10) and cerebellum (4/10). Leptomeningeal enhancement was found in 3 patients. All patients received high-dose intravenous methylprednisolone and immunoglobulin therapy during attacks. Seven patients received rituximab (RTX). The median annualized recurrence rate (ARR) reduced significantly following RTX treatments (z = -2.201, p = 0.028), and achieved good outcomes at the last follow-up visit (modified Rankin scale score ≤ 2). CONCLUSION NMDARE combined with MOGAD represents a unique characteristic of autoantibody-mediated encephalitis. Coexistence of NMDAR and MOG antibody may indicate high recurrence risk. RTX may be a relatively efficient therapeutic option.

Abstract
Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody-associated disease is a neuroinflammatory disorder (MOGAD) with heterogeneous phenotype including paroxysms of optic neuritis, transverse myelitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, brainstem demyelination, and encephalitis. Fluid-attenuated inversion recovery hyperintense cortical lesions in MOG-associated encephalitis with seizures, or FLAMES, is a manifestation of cerebral cortical encephalitis seen less frequently than other typical MOG antibody-associated disease presentations. Cases of FLAMES are rarer in children, and frequently initially misdiagnosed with infectious meningoencephalitis. Other meningocortical manifestations of MOG antibody-associated disease have been described and likely exist along a continuum. In this retrospective single-center case series, we describe the demographic, clinical, radiographic, laboratory, and electroencephalographic features of 5 children with clinicoradiographic features consistent with the spectrum of MOG-IgG-positive meningocortical syndromes.

Abstract
BACKGROUND We describe a cohort of children with severe myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG)-IgG-associated cerebral cortical encephalitis (CCE), manifesting with bilateral cortical cytotoxic edema and critical neurological illness. METHODS We retrospectively reviewed our pediatric MOG antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) database and identified patients with specific radiographic pattern of bilateral, multifocal cortical cytotoxic lesions. We collected demographic, clinical, and outcomes data from these patients and compared select variables with radiographically distinct cerebral MOGAD syndromes (case-control analysis). We assessed the correlation of quantitative clinical variables with severity/outcomes measures using simple linear regression. RESULTS Sixty-five of 88 total MOGAD cases had cerebral disease, and six of 88 met inclusion criteria for fulminant CCE (f-CCE). Age range was 2 to 7 years; five of six were male. Six of six were critically ill with severe encephalopathy and seizures, two of six required barbiturate coma, and two of six required invasive intracranial pressure monitoring. Six of six required treatment escalation beyond steroids. Four of six had favorable outcome; two of six had moderate-severe disability. Compared with other cerebral MOGAD cases (n = 59), children with f-CCE were more likely to have critical illness and poor neurological outcomes scores. Neurofilament light chain and treatment latency positively correlated with intensive care unit length of stay and outcomes scores; cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) white blood cell count and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio did not. CONCLUSIONS Pediatric CCE with bilateral cytotoxicity is associated with more fulminant disease and worse outcomes than other cerebral MOGAD syndromes.

Abstract
Background and purpose Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) has gained recognition in recent years as an immune-mediated inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system. The clinical features and prognosis of MOGAD adult cerebral cortical encephalitis (adult CCE) have not been fully elucidated. This study aims to further characterize the clinical symptoms, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings, and prognosis of CCE with anti-MOG antibody. Methods We present two adult cases of CCE with anti-MOG antibody and summarize the clinical symptoms, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings, and prognosis of this phenotype as per a completed systematic review of the literature. Results We found a total of 39 cases of MOGAD adult CCE (36% females; average age of onset of 29 years). Among them, 85% had seizure, 82% had headache, 64% had cortical symptoms, 64% had fever, 54% had changes of consciousness, and 38% had ocular symptoms. All cases demonstrated cerebral cortical T2 fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) lesions on MRI. Of the 25 patients (with seizure or not) who had EEG reports, 76% of patients showed abnormal EEG. Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) white blood cell count of 90% of patients and CSF total protein of 67% of patients were elevated. In 16 patients with available CSF cytology data, 11 (69%) had abnormal cytology findings with monocytic predominance. In the 15 cases for which MOG antibody IgG was tested in both serum and CSF, 14 (93%) demonstrated a higher positive MOG IgG titer in serum than CSF. The majority of patients were treated with immunosuppressive therapy (97% corticosteroids, 15% mycophenolate mofetil, 13% IVIg, 5% azathioprine, and 5% other). The majority of patients had a favorable prognosis after treatment, as exemplified by improved clinical symptoms and imaging. Two patients relapsed. Conclusions The clinical presentation and prognosis of adult CCE remain less understood in comparison to more common MOGAD phenotypes. It is important to consider MOGAD as an underlying etiology for adult CCE, as early detection and immunotherapy may improve outcomes.

Abstract
Cerebral cortical encephalitis (CCE) is a recently described myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) phenotype. In this observational retrospective study, we characterized 19 CCE patients (6.7% of our MOGAD cohort). Headache (n = 15, 79%), seizures (n = 13, 68%), and encephalopathy (n = 12, 63%) were frequent. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed unilateral (n = 12, 63%) or bilateral (n = 7, 37%) cortical T2 hyperintensity and leptomeningeal enhancement (n = 17, 89%). N-Methyl-D-aspartate receptor autoantibodies coexisted in 2 of 15 tested (13%). CCE pathology (n = 2) showed extensive subpial cortical demyelination (n = 2), microglial reactivity (n = 2), and inflammatory infiltrates (perivascular, n = 1; meningeal, n = 1). Most received high-dose steroids (n = 17, 89%), and all improved, but 3 had CCE relapses. This study highlights the CCE spectrum and provides insight into its pathogenesis. Abstract
BACKGROUND Data on corpus callosum involvement in myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) are limited. OBJECTIVE The objective of the study was to compare callosal lesions in MOGAD, multiple sclerosis (MS), and aquaporin-4-IgG positive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (AQP4+NMOSD). RESULTS Callosal lesion frequency was similar in MOGAD (38/171 (22%)), MS (24/72 (33%)), and AQP4+NMOSD (18/63 (29%)). Clinical phenotypes included encephalopathy (47%) and focal supratentorial (21%) or infratentorial (45%) deficits. None had callosal-disconnection syndromes. Maximal callosal-T2-lesion diameter (median (range)) in millimeter was similar in MOGAD (21 (4-77)) and AQP4+NMOSD (22 (5-49); p = 0.93) but greater than in MS (10.5 (2-64)). Extracallosal extension (21/38 (55%)) and T2-lesion resolution (19/34 (56%)) favored MOGAD. CONCLUSIONS Despite similar frequency and imaging overlap, larger lesions, sagittal midline involvement, and lesion resolution favored MOGAD.

Abstract
Objective To describe the clinical and radiological features, as well as outcomes following glucocorticoid therapy and recurrence in adults suffering from cortical encephalitis associated with myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody. Methods The clinical information of nine adult patients suffering from cortical encephalitis associated with MOG antibody admitted to the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from 2020 to 2022 was systematically reviewed. The clinical symptoms, laboratory data, imaging results, outcomes following glucocorticoid therapy and recurrence were evaluated. Result A total of 9 patients positive for MOG antibody and suffering from cortical encephalitis were included in our study (55.6% men, median age 29 years, 15-57 years). The most common clinical symptoms included headache (77.8%), fever (66.7%), and generalized seizures (55.6%). Some patients also experienced limb shaking (22.2%), leg numbness (22.2%), transient motor aphasia (11.1%), and vision loss (11.1%). The main features of cerebrospinal fluid () examination were increased intracranial pressure, pleocytosis, and elevated cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) protein. In addition, N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) and MOG antibodies were found in the CSF of 3 patients, and NMDAR, MOG, and glial fibrillary acidic protein antibodies were found in the CSF of 1 patient. All patients were subjected to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and the images of eight of them showed T2 and/flair image hyperintense lesions, three showed meningeal or lesion enhancement and four showed white matter lesions, which were mostly located in the midline structures (75%). All patients received glucocorticoid therapy in the acute phase and in remission, and eight of them received an intravenous high dose of methylprednisolone, including one patient who received a simultaneous immunoglobulin therapy. One patient was treated with low-dose prednisolone tablets. Seven (77.8%) patients were wholly recovered at discharge, and 2 (22.2%) patients were left with slight symptoms. During the median 9-month follow-up (range: 2-36 months), 2 (22.2%) patients developed recurrence. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of adult MOG antibody-associated cortical encephalitis were significantly different from those of the typical MOG antibody-associated disease (MOGAD). Patients in the acute phase of the disease were prone to show signs similar to central nervous system infection, requiring clinicians to have the ability to recognize the disease to avoid misdiagnosis. In addition, seizures were common in MOG antibody-related encephalitis, and the type of seizures was age-related. Brain MRI results showed that the distribution of cerebral cortex lesions was closely related to the classification of cortical encephalitis. Based on the patient's response to the treatment, glucocorticoid therapy was effective against MOG antibody-associated cortical encephalitis, which is consistent with the treatment response and clinical prognosis of MOGAD. Therefore, our opinion was that MOG antibody might be the "responsible antibody" in MOG antibody-associated cortical encephalitis, although further studies are needed to confirm this hypothesis.

Abstract
Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) is an inflammatory demyelinating disease that is distinct from multiple sclerosis. Initial manifestations of MOGAD that were reported in the literature included optic neuritis, myelitis, brainstem demyelination and encephalitis, with emphasis placed on acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) as the primary encephalitic presentation. In 2017, however, Ogawa et al. described four patients with seizures, unilateral cortical hyperintensities on brain magnetic resonance imaging T2-fluid-attenuated inversion recovery sequences, and anti-MOG positivity, indicating a potentially novel form of encephalitis in MOGAD. In 2019, we systematically reviewed the literature to better characterize this unique syndrome, which we referred to as unilateral cortical FLAIR-hyperintense Lesions in Anti-MOG-associated Encephalitis with Seizures (FLAMES). Subsequently, anti-MOG positivity in patients with a variety of cortical and meningeal disease presentations has been reported, indicating a broader spectrum of meningo-cortical manifestations in MOGAD that we review herein.

Abstract
Seizure is one of the manifestations of central nervous system (CNS) inflammatory demyelinating diseases, which mainly include multiple sclerosis (MS), aquaporin 4 antibody-positive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (AQP4-NMOSD) and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD). "Acute symptomatic seizures secondary to MS / AQP4-NMOSD / MOGAD" occur in the acute phase of the diseases, and are more frequent in MOGAD. In contrast, recurrent non-provoked seizures, mainly attributed to "autoimmune-associated epilepsy", occur in the non-acute phase of the diseases. Seizures in MS / AQP4-NMOSD / MOGAD mostly have a focal-onset. MS patients with concomitant systemic infections, an earlier onset and a higher disease activity are more likely to have seizures, whereas factors such as higher MS severity, the presence of status epilepticus and cortical damage indicate a greater risk of developing epilepsy. In MOGAD, cerebral cortical encephalitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM)-like phenotypes (predominately ADEM and multiphasic disseminated encephalomyelitis) indicate a higher seizure risk. Multiple relapses with ADEM-like phenotypes predict epilepsy in pediatrics with MOGAD. Pathophysiologically, acute symptomatic seizures in MS are associated with neuronal hyperexcitability secondary to inflammation and demyelination. Chronic epilepsy in MS is largely due to gliosis, neuronal dysfunction and synaptic abnormalities. The mainstay of treatment for seizures secondary to MS / AQP4-NMOSD / MOGAD include immunotherapy along with antiseizure medications. This critical review discusses the most-updated evidence on epidemiology, clinical correlates, and inflammatory mechanisms underlying seizures and epilepsy in MS / AQP4-NMOSD / MOGAD. Treatment cautions including drug-drug interactions and the impact of treatments on the other are outlined. We also highlight pitfalls and challenges in managing such patients and future research perspectives to address unsolved questions.

Abstract
PURPOSE OF REVIEW Autoimmune encephalitis (AE) refers to immune-mediated neurological syndromes often characterised by the detection of pathogenic autoantibodies in serum and/or cerebrospinal fluid which target extracellular epitopes of neuroglial antigens. There is increasing evidence these autoantibodies directly modulate function of their antigens in vivo. Early treatment with immunotherapy improves outcomes. Yet, these patients commonly exhibit chronic disability. Importantly, optimal therapeutic strategies at onset and during escalation remain poorly understood. In this review of a rapidly emerging field, we evaluate recent studies on larger cohorts, registries, and meta-analyses to highlight existing evidence for contemporary therapeutic approaches in AE. RECENT FINDINGS We highlight acute and long-term treatments used in specific AE syndromes, exemplify how understanding disease pathogenesis can inform precision therapy and outline challenges of defining disability outcomes in AE. SUMMARY Early first-line immunotherapies, including corticosteroids and plasma exchange, improve outcomes, with emerging evidence showing second-line immunotherapies (especially rituximab) reduce relapse rates. Optimal timing of immunotherapy escalation remains unclear. Routine reporting of outcome measures which incorporate cognitive impairment, fatigue, pain, and mental health will permit more accurate quantification of residual disability and comprehensive comparisons between international multicentre cohorts, and enable future meta-analyses with the aim of developing evidence-based therapeutic guidelines.

Abstract
Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein-IgG-associated disorder (MOGAD) is a nervous system (NS) demyelination disease and a newly recognized distinct disease complicated with various diseases or symptoms; however, MOGAD was once considered a subset of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD). The detection of MOG-IgG has been greatly improved by the cell-based assay test method. In one study, 31% of NMOSD patients with negative aquaporin-4 (AQP-4) antibody were MOG-IgG positive. MOGAD occurs in approximately the fourth decade of a person’s life without a markedly female predominance. Usually, optic neuritis (ON), myelitis or acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) encephalitis are the typical symptoms of MOGAD. MOG-IgG have been found in patients with peripheral neuropathy, teratoma, COVID-19 pneumonia, etc. Some studies have revealed the presence of brainstem lesions, encephalopathy or cortical encephalitis. Attention should be given to screening patients with atypical symptoms. Compared to NMOSD, MOGAD generally responds well to immunotherapy and has a good functional prognosis. Approximately 44-83% of patients undergo relapsing episodes within 8 months, which mostly involve the optic nerve, and persistently observed MOG-IgG and severe clinical performance may indicate a polyphasic course of illness. Currently, there is a lack of clinical randomized controlled trials on the treatment and prognosis of MOGAD. The purpose of this review is to discuss the clinical manifestations, imaging features, outcomes and prognosis of MOGAD.

Abstract
AIM Despite a significant improvement in the number of studies on myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG)-immunoglobulin G (IgG)-associated disorder (MOGAD) over the past few years, MOG-IgG-associated cortical/brainstem encephalitis remains a relatively uncommon and less-reported presentation among the MOGAD spectrum. This study aimed to report the clinical course, imaging features, and therapeutic response of MOG-IgG-associated cortical/brainstem encephalitis. METHODS Data of four patients who suffered from cortical encephalitis with epileptic seizures and/or brainstem encephalitis during the course of the disease were retrospectively collected and analyzed. RESULTS In this study, three male patients and one female patient, with a median age of onset of 21 years (ranging 20-51 years) were enrolled. An epileptic seizure was the main symptom of cortical encephalitis in these patients, while the manifestations of brainstem encephalitis were diverse. Cranial MRI demonstrated abnormal signals in unilateral or bilateral cortical or brainstem. Cerebrospinal fluid studies showed normal or mildly elevated leukocyte counts and protein levels, and a cell-based assay detected positive MOG-IgG in the serum of all patients. Two patients were misdiagnosed at the first attack, and both experienced a relapse. All of them accepted the first-line immunotherapy after a confirmed diagnosis and had a good outcome. CONCLUSION Early suspicion of MOG-IgG-associated encephalitis is necessary for any patient with sudden onset of seizures or symptoms of brainstem damage, especially with lesions on unilateral/bilateral cortical or brainstem on brain MRI.

Abstract
Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease is an immune-mediated demyelinating disease of the central nervous system that is present in both adults and children. The most common clinical manifestations are optic neuritis, myelitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, and brainstem syndrome. Cerebral cortical encephalitis (CCE) is a rare clinical phenotype of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody-associated disease (MOGAD), which usually begins with seizures, headaches, and fever, and may be misdiagnosed as viral encephalitis in the early stages. Herein, we report two typical MOG antibody (MOG-Ab)-positive patients presenting with CCE, both of whom presented with headache, fever, seizures, and who recovered completely after immunotherapy. In addition, we performed a systematic review of the present literature from the perspectives of population characteristics, clinical symptoms, MRI abnormalities, treatments, and prognosis. Among the patients reported in 25 articles, 33 met our inclusion criteria, with the age of onset ranging from 4 to 52 years. Most of the patients had seizures, headache, fever, and unilateral cortical lesions on brain MRI. For acute CCE, 30 patients were treated with high-dose intravenous methylprednisolone, and the symptoms of most patients were completely relieved after immunotherapy. This study reported our experience and lessons learned in the diagnosis and treatment of MOG-Ab-positive CCE and provides a systematic review of the literature to analyse this rare clinical phenotype.

Abstract
Coexisting anti-NMDAR and MOG antibody (anti-NMDAR-IgG+/MOG-IgG+)-associated encephalitis have garnered great attention. This study aimed to perform a secondary analysis to determine the clinical features of this disease. We searched several databases for related publications published prior to April 2021. A pooled analysis was conducted with the fixed-effects model using the Mante-Haenszel method (I 2 ≤ 50%), or the random-effects model computed by the DerSimonian-Laird method (I 2 > 50%). Stata software (version 15.0 SE) was used for the analyses. Nine observational studies and 16 case reports (58 cases with anti-NMDAR-IgG+/MOG-IgG+, 21.0 [8.5, 29.0] years, male 58.6%) were included. The incidences (95%CI) of anti-NMDAR-IgG+/MOG-IgG+ in the patients with serum MOG-IgG+ and CSF anti-NMDAR-IgG+ were 0.09 (0.02-0.19) and 0.07 (0.01-0.19), respectively. The median [IQR] of CSF anti-NMDAR antibody titer was 32 [10, 100], and the serum anti-MOG antibody titer was 100 [32, 320]. The prominent clinical symptoms were encephalitic manifestations, including seizures (56.9%) and abnormal behavior (51.7%), rather than demyelinating manifestations, such as speech disorder (34.5%) and optic neuritis (27.6%). Relapse occurred in 63.4% of anti-NMDAR-IgG+/MOG-IgG+ patients, in whom 50.0% of cases relapsed with encephalitic manifestations, and 53.8% relapsed with demyelinating manifestations. The common MRI changes were in the cortex or subcortex (70.7%) and brainstem (31.0%). 31.3% of patients presented with unilateral cerebral cortical encephalitis with epilepsy and 12.5% displayed bilateral frontal cerebral cortex encephalitis. Anti-NMDAR-IgG+/MOG-IgG+ patients showed more frequent mental behavior (OR, 95%CI, 68.38, 1.36-3,434.37), involuntary movement (57.86, 2.53-1,325.11), sleep disorders (195.00, 7.07-5,380.15), and leptomeninge lesions (7.32, 1.81-29.58), and less frequent optic neuritis (0.27, 0.09-0.83) compared to anti-NMDAR-IgG-/MOG-IgG+ patients and presented more common relapse (5.63, 1.75-18.09), preceding infection (2.69, 1.03-7.02), subcortical lesions (116.60, 4.89-2,782.09), basal ganglia lesions (68.14, 2.99-1,554.27), brainstem lesions (24.09, 1.01-574.81), and spinal cord lesions (24.09, 1.01-574.81) compared to anti-NMDAR-IgG+/MOG-IgG-. In conclusion, anti-NMDAR-IgG+/MOG-IgG+ was rarely observed, but the incidence rate of relapse was very high. The overall symptoms seemed to be similar to those of NMDAR encephalitis.

Abstract
RATIONALE Nowadays, myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG)-antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) is regarded as an independent inflammatory demyelinating disease. Here, we report a rare case of unilateral cerebral cortical encephalitis (CCE) with positive anti-MOG antibodies. PATIENT CONCERNS A 19-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital owing to acute onset fever and headache. Four days later, she experienced a focal seizure that progressed to generalized tonic-clonic seizures. DIAGNOSIS Brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated cortical lesions in the left cerebral hemisphere on T2-weighted fluid-attenuated inversion recovery imaging. The patient was positive for anti-MOG antibodies in serum and diagnosed with anti-MOG antibody-associated unilateral CCE. INTERVENTIONS She was administrated with intravenous methylprednisolone followed by oral corticosteroids. OUTCOMES On day 14 after admission, a repeat MRI revealed partial resolution of the initial abnormalities. The patient received a quick recovery without residual symptoms. CONCLUSIONS Unilateral CCE with positive anti-MOG antibodies has emerged as a special clinical phenotype of MOGAD. It should be emphasized that the characteristic neuroradiological features of CCE would be an important clue to the correct diagnosis of MOGAD.
