Abstract
The novel multivalued neutrosophic aggregation operators are proposed in this paper to handle the complicated decision-making situations with correlation between specific information and partitioned parameters at the same time, which are based on weighted power partitioned Hamy mean (WMNPPHAM) operators for multivalued neutrosophic sets (MNS) proposed by combining the Power Average and Hamy operators. Firstly, the power partitioned Hamy mean (PPHAM) is capable of capture the correlation between aggregation parameters and the relationship among attributes dividing several parts, where the attributes are dependent definitely within the interchangeable fragment, other attributes in divergent sections are irrelevant. Secondly, because MNS can effectively represent imprecise, insufficient, and uncertain information, we proposed the multivalued neutrosophic PMHAM (WMNPHAM) operator for MNS and its partitioned variant (WMNPPHAM) with the characteristics and examples. Finally, this multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) technique is proven to be feasible by comparing with the existing methods to confirm this method's usefulness and validity.

Abstract
In the aggregation of uncertain information, it is very important to consider the interrelationship of the input information. Hamy mean (HM) is one of the fine tools to deal with such scenarios. This paper aims to extend the idea of the HM operator and dual HM (DHM) operator in the framework of complex intuitionistic fuzzy sets (CIFSs). The main benefit of using the frame of complex intuitionistic fuzzy CIF information is that it handles two possibilities of the truth degree (TD) and falsity degree (FD) of the uncertain information. We proposed four types of HM operators: CIF Hamy mean (CIFHM), CIF weighted Hamy mean (CIFWHM), CIF dual Hamy mean (CIFDHM), and CIF weighted dual Hamy mean (CIFWDHM) operators. The validity of the proposed HM operators is numerically established. The proposed HM operators are utilized to assess a multiattribute decision-making (MADM) problem where the case study of tourism destination places is discussed. For this purpose, a MADM algorithm involving the proposed HM operators is proposed and applied to the numerical example. The effectiveness and flexibility of the proposed method are also discussed, and the sensitivity of the involved parameters is studied. The conclusive remarks, after a comparative study, show that the results obtained in the frame of CIFSs improve the accuracy of the results by using the proposed HM operators.

Abstract
Advances in multiple attribute decision making (MADM) require the development of information aggregation operations flexible enough to deal with neutrosophic Z-number (NZN) information. In this situation, new operations of NZNs are needed to aggregate NZNs with different values of operational parameter and to realize the MADM flexibility. Motivated by the Dombi operations, this study proposes the Dombi operations and some Dombi weighted aggregation operators of NZNs to solve a gap of flexible MADM in the setting of NZNs. Thus, the main aims of this article are (i) to propose several Dombi operations of NZNs, (ii) to present the NZN Dombi weighted arithmetic averaging (NZNDWAA) and NZN Dombi weighted geometric averaging (NZNDWGA) operators for aggregating NZN information and their properties, (iii) to establish a MADM approach based on the NZNDWAA and NZNDWGA operators for solving MADM problems under the environment of NZNs, and (iv) to give a MADM example and related comparative analysis on the issue of equipment supplier selection for indicating the applicability and efficiency of the developed MADM approach. However, the proposed MADM approach is more flexible for the selection of decision makers’ preferences and the actual requirements in MADM applications.

Abstract
To deal with complicated decision problems with T-Spherical fuzzy values in the aggregation process, T-Spherical fuzzy Bonferroni mean operators are developed by extending the Bonferroni mean and Dombi mean to a T-Spherical fuzzy environment. The T-spherical fuzzy interaction Bonferroni mean operator and the T-spherical fuzzy interaction geometric Bonferroni mean operator are first defined. Then, the T-spherical fuzzy interaction weighted Bonferroni mean operator and the T-spherical fuzzy weighted interaction geometric Bonferroni mean operator are defined. Based on the Dombi mean and the Bonferroni mean operator, some T-Spherical fuzzy Dombi Bonferroni mean operators are proposed, including the T-spherical fuzzy Dombi Bonferroni mean operator, T-spherical fuzzy geometric Dombi Bonferroni mean operator, T-spherical fuzzy weighted Dombi Bonferroni mean operator and the T-spherical fuzzy weighted geometric Dombi Bonferroni mean operator. The properties of these proposed operators are studied. An attribute weight determining method based on the T-spherical fuzzy entropy and symmetric T-spherical fuzzy cross-entropy is developed. A new decision making method based on the proposed T-Spherical fuzzy Bonferroni mean operators is proposed for partly known or completely unknown attribute weight situations. The furniture procurement problem is presented to illustrate the new algorithm, and some comparisons are made.

Abstract
This paper deals with uncertainty, asymmetric information, and risk modelling in a complex power system. The uncertainty is managed by using probability and decision theory methods. Multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) technique is a very effective and well-known tool to investigate fuzzy information more effectively. However, the selection of houses cannot be carried out by utilizing symmetry information, because enterprises does not have complete information, so asymmetric information should be used when selecting enterprises. Hamy mean (HM) operator is a feasible tool to handle strategic decision-making problems because it can capture the order between the finite input terms. Additionally, the complex interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy (CIVq-ROF) setting is a broadly flexible and massively dominant technique to operate problematic and awkward data in actual life problems. The major contribution of this analysis is how to aggregate the collection of alternatives into a singleton set, for this we analyzed the technique of CIVq-ROF Hamy mean (CIVq-ROFHM) operator and CIVq-ROF weighted Hamy mean (Cq-ROFWHM) operator and some well-known results are deliberated. Keeping the advantages of the parameters in HM operators, we discussed the specific cases of the invented operators. To investigate the decision-making problems based on CIVq-ROF information, we suggested the following multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) technique to determine the beneficial term from the finite group of alternatives with the help of evaluating several examples. This manuscript showed how to make decisions when there is asymmetric information about enterprises. Finally, based on the evaluating examples, we try to discover the sensitive analysis and supremacy of the invented operators to find the flexibility and dominancy of the diagnosed approaches.

Abstract
It is argued that ports are playing a crucial role in developing nations’ economy. Still, solutions to improving port service quality (PSQ) to boost ports’ competitive capacity is questionable. Hence, this study aims to investigate port service quality (PSQ) by using integration of the extension Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) from port users’ perspectives. From the relevant literature and expert interview, the hierarchical structure of PSQ embracing six dimensions with 29 criteria was first established. To test the research model, the Dong Nai port joint stock company (DNPC) and their port-service users were empirically investigated. It is found that: (1) the importance degree of dimensions is ranked as follow: empathy (21.07%), tangibles (20.15%), assurance (15.97%), reliability (15.54%), responsiveness (12.53%), diversity (14.74%); (2) for criteria of PSQ, top five criteria concerned by shipping companies and ocean freight forwarders comprise: "proactive provision of vessel schedules", "cargo handling facilities and equipment", "detailed schedule", "accuracy and consistency of schedules", and "geographical location"; (3) there are four service attributes (SAs) needing to prioritize for improvement, including "perfect transportation of cargos", "ability in dealing with cargo damage", "willingness in helping customers", "provision of special cargo-related services". The practical policy is that port authorities should transfer the limited resources from SAs in Quadrant IV to Quadrant II to enhance the PSQ.

Abstract
In this manuscript, we combine the notion of linear Diophantine fuzzy set (LDFS), uncertain linguistic set (ULS), and complex fuzzy set (CFS) to elaborate the notion of complex linear Diophantine uncertain linguistic set (CLDULS). CLDULS refers to truth, falsity, reference parameters, and their uncertain linguistic terms to handle problematic and challenging data in factual life impasses. By using the elaborated CLDULSs, some operational laws are also settled. Furthermore, by using the power Einstein (PE) aggregation operators based on CLDULS: the complex linear Diophantine uncertain linguistic PE averaging (CLDULPEA), complex linear Diophantine uncertain linguistic PE weighted averaging (CLDULPEWA), complex linear Diophantine uncertain linguistic PE Geometric (CLDULPEG), and complex linear Diophantine uncertain linguistic PE weighted geometric (CLDULPEWG) operators, and their useful results are elaborated with the help of some remarkable cases. Additionally, by utilizing the expounded works dependent on CLDULS, I propose a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) issue. To decide the quality of the expounded works, some mathematical models are outlined. Finally, the incomparability and relative examination of the expounded approaches with the assistance of graphical articulations are evolved.

On K-Means Clustering with IVIF Datasets for Post-COVID-19 Recovery Efforts. MATHEMATICS 2021. [DOI: 10.3390/math9202639] [Citation(s) in RCA: 2] [Impact Index Per Article: 0.5] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Track Full Text] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Indexed: 11/16/2022]
Abstract
The recovery efforts of the tourism and hospitality sector are compromised by the emergence of COVID-19 variants that can escape vaccines. Thus, maintaining non-pharmaceutical measures amidst massive vaccine rollouts is still relevant. The previous works which categorize tourist sites and restaurants according to the perceived degree of tourists’ and customers’ exposure to COVID-19 are deemed relevant for sectoral recovery. Due to the subjectivity of predetermining categories, along with the failure of capturing vagueness and uncertainty in the evaluation process, this work explores the use k-means clustering with dataset values expressed as interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. In addition, the proposed method allows for the incorporation of criteria (or attribute) weights into the dataset, often not considered in traditional k-means clustering but relevant in clustering problems with attributes having varying priorities. Two previously reported case studies were analyzed to demonstrate the proposed approach, and comparative and sensitivity analyses were performed. Results show that the priorities of the criteria in evaluating tourist sites remain the same. However, in evaluating restaurants, customers put emphasis on the physical characteristics of the restaurants. The proposed approach assigns 12, 15, and eight sites to the “low exposure”, “moderate exposure”, and “high exposure” cluster, respectively, each with distinct characteristics. On the other hand, 16 restaurants are assigned “low exposure”, 16 to “moderate exposure”, and eight to “high exposure” clusters, also with distinct characteristics. The characteristics described in the clusters offer meaningful insights for sectoral recovery efforts. Findings also show that the proposed approach is robust to small parameter changes. Although idiosyncrasies exist in the results of both case studies, considering the characteristics of the resulting clusters, tourists or customers could evaluate any tourist site or restaurant according to their perceived exposure to COVID-19.

Abstract
To determine the connection among any amounts of attributes, the Hamy mean (HM) operator is one of the more broad, flexible, and dominant principles used to operate problematic and inconsistent information in actual life dilemmas. Furthermore, for the option to viably portray more complicated fuzzy vulnerability data, the idea of complex q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets can powerfully change the scope of sign of choice data by changing a boundary q, dependent on the distinctive wavering degree from the leaders, where ζ≥1, so they outperform the conventional complex intuitionistic and complex Pythagorean fuzzy sets. In genuine dynamic issues, there is frequently a communication problem between credits. The goal of this study is to initiate the HM operators based on the flexible complex q-rung orthopair fuzzy (Cq-ROF) setting, called the Cq-ROF Hamy mean (Cq-ROFHM) operator and the Cq-ROF weighted Hamy mean (Cq-ROFWHM) operator, and some of their desirable properties are investigated in detail. A multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) dilemma for investigating decision-making problems under the Cq-ROF setting is explored with certain examples. Finally, a down-to-earth model for big business asset-arranging framework determination is provided to check the created approach and to exhibit its reasonableness and adequacy. The exploratory outcomes show that the clever MADM strategy is better than the current MADM techniques for managing MADM issues.

Abstract
Pythagorean fuzzy set (PyFS) is an extension of various fuzzy concepts, such as fuzzy set (FS), intuitionistic FS, and it is enhanced mathematical gizmo to pact with uncertain and vague information. In this article, some drawbacks in the Dombi operational rules for Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (PyFNs) are examined and some improved Dombi operational laws for PyFNs are developed. We also find out that the value aggregated using the existing Dombi aggregation operators (DAOs) is not a PyFN. Furthermore, we developed two new aggregations, improved existing aggregation operators (AOs) for aggregating Pythagorean fuzzy information (PyFI) and are applied to multiple-attribute decision making (MADM). To acquire full advantage of power average (PA) operators proposed by Yager, the Pythagorean fuzzy Dombi power average (PyFDPA) operator, the Pythagorean fuzzy Dombi weighted power average (PyFDWPA) operator, Pythagorean fuzzy Dombi power geometric (PyFDPG) operator, Pythagorean fuzzy Dombi weighted geometric (PyFDPWG) operator, improved the existing AOs and their desirable properties are discussed. The foremost qualities of these developed Dombi power aggregation operators is that they purge the cause of discomfited data and are more supple due to general parameter. Additionally, based on these Dombi power AOs, a novel MADM approach is instituted. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the realism and efficacy of the proposed approach and judgment with the existing approaches is also specified.

Abstract
For the sake of better handle the imprecise and uncertain information in decision making problems(DMPs), linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers(LIVIFNs) based aggregation operators (AOS) are proposed by combining extended Copulas (ECs), extended Co-copulas (ECCs), power average operator and linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information (LIVIFI). First of all, ECs and ECCs, some specifics of ECs and ECCs, score and accuracy functions of LIVIFNs are gained. Then, based on ECs and ECCs, several aggregation operators are proposed to aggregate LIVIFI, which can offer decision makers (DMs) desirable generality and flexibility. In addition, the desired properties of proposed AOS are discussed. Last but not least, a MAGDM approach is constructed based on proposed AOs; Consequently, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified by a numerical example, and then the advantages are showed by comparing with other approaches.

Abstract
With China's sustained economic development and constant increase in national income, Chinese nationals' tourism consumption rate increases. As a major Chinese economic development engine, the domestic tourism industry has entered a transition period operation pattern featured by diversified products. Among them, as a new hot spot of the tourism industry in China, ecological tourism has enjoyed rapid development, with great potential. Thus, the ecological value evaluation of forest ecological tourism demonstration areas is very important to the domestic tourism industry. In this paper, we propose some Dombi Heronian mean operators with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs). Then, two MADM (multiple attribute decision making) methods are proposed based on IVIFWDHM (interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi Heronian mean) and IVIFWDGHM (interval-valued intuitionistic weighted Dombi geometric Heronian mean) operators. Finally, we gave an experimental case for evaluating the ecological value of forest ecological tourism demonstration area to show the proposed decision methods.

TOPSIS Method for Probabilistic Linguistic MAGDM with Entropy Weight and Its Application to Supplier Selection of New Agricultural Machinery Products. ENTROPY 2019. [PMCID: PMC7514284 DOI: 10.3390/e21100953] [Citation(s) in RCA: 56] [Impact Index Per Article: 9.3] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Track Full Text] [Download PDF] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Indexed: 11/17/2022]
Abstract
In multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems, uncertain decision information is well-represented by linguistic term sets (LTSs). These LTSs are easily converted into probabilistic linguistic sets (PLTSs). In this paper, a TOPSIS method is proposed for probabilistic linguistic MAGDM in which the attribute weights are completely unknown, and the decision information is in the form of probabilistic linguistic numbers (PLNs). First, the definition of the scoring function is used to solve the probabilistic linguistic entropy, which is then employed to objectively derive the attribute weights. Second, the optimal alternatives are determined by calculating the shortest distance from the probabilistic linguistic positive ideal solution (PLPIS) and on the other side the farthest distance of the probabilistic linguistic negative ideal solution (PLNIS). This proposed method extends the applications range of the traditional entropy-weighted method. Moreover, it doesn’t need the decision-maker to give the attribute weights in advance. Finally, a numerical example for supplier selection of new agricultural machinery products is used to illustrate the use of the proposed method. The result shows the approach is simple, effective and easy to calculate. The proposed method can contribute to the selection of suitable alternative successfully in other selection problems.

Dual Hesitant q-Rung Orthopair Fuzzy Hamacher Aggregation Operators and their Applications in Scheme Selection of Construction Project. Symmetry (Basel) 2019. Abstract
The q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (q-ROFS), which is the extension of intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) and Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS), satisfies the sum of q-th power of membership degree and nonmembership degree is limited 1. Evidently, the q-ROFS can depict more fuzzy assessment information and consider decision-maker’s (DM’s) hesitance. Thus, the concept of a dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (DHq-ROFS) is developed in this paper. Then, based on Hamacher operation laws, weighting average (WA) operator and weighting geometric (WG) operator, some dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher aggregation operators are developed, such as the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher weighting average (DHq-ROFHWA) operator, the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher weighting geometric (DHq-ROFHWG) operator, the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighted average (DHq-ROFHOWA) operator, the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighting geometric (DHq-ROFHOWG) operator, the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher hybrid average (DHq-ROFHHA) operator, and the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher hybrid geometric (DHq-ROFHHG) operator. The precious merits and some particular cases of above mentioned aggregation operators are briefly introduced. In the end, an actual application for scheme selection of construction project is provided to testify the proposed operators and deliver a comparative analysis.

Abstract
In this article, we expand the Muirhead mean (MM) operator and dual Muirhead mean (DMM) operator with single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic numbers (SVN2TLNs) to propose the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic Muirhead mean (SVN2TLMM) operator, the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic weighted Muirhead mean (SVN2TLWMM) operator, the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic dual Muirhead mean (SVN2TLDMM) operator, and the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic weighted dual Muirhead mean (SVN2TLWDMM) operator. Multiple attribute decision making (MADM) methods are then proposed using these operators. Finally, we utilize an applicable example for green supplier selection in green supply chain management to prove the proposed methods.
