Abstract
Background and Objectives: Our report contributes a unique case of a non-neural GCT occurring in an unusual location, with its development during pregnancy adding to its rarity. Materials and Methods: Granular cell tumors (GCTs), also known as Abrikossoff's tumors, are rare neoplasms of Schwann cell origin with predominantly benign behavior. We present a case of a 29-year-old female with a non-neural variant of a GCT discovered incidentally during a cesarean section, situated on the posterior surface of the rectus abdominis muscle. Results: Histologically, the tumor exhibited features consistent with a benign non-neural GCT, confirmed through an immunohistochemical analysis. Despite the atypical presentation and challenging surgical removal due to prior scarring, the patient experienced no postoperative complications and showed no signs of recurrence during follow-up. Conclusions: This case highlights the importance of considering GCTs in differential diagnoses, particularly in unusual anatomical locations, and underscores the favorable prognosis associated with timely surgical intervention.

Abstract
Granular cell tumours (GCTs) are rare soft tissue tumours of neural origin. They have been reported in multiple anatomical sites. However, only 14 cases worldwide have been reported arising from the abdominal wall. While they can clinically manifest in a variety of ways, often they present as a small, slow-growing nodule with benign features. They can, however, be malignant, and in rare cases, they have been reported to metastasise. Here, we present a case of a rare abdominal wall GCT, which was managed with local excision. The purpose of this paper is to report the patient's clinical history, presentation, and surgical management, as well as to review the current literature to highlight the existence of this rare entity and the possibility that this may occur and should be considered a differential diagnosis in clinical practice.

Abstract
Multiple primary cancers are defined as primary malignant tumors of different histological origins in one person. Desmoid-type fibromatosis (DF) is an extremely rare, locally aggressive, connective tissue malignancy that can be rooted anywhere in the body with the most common sites being thoracic wall and extremities. In contrast, granular cell tumors are rare neoplasms derived from Schwann cells commonly found in the oral cavity, skin and gastrointestinal tract. Moreover, diagnosing a patient with two primary cell tumors has become more common and the challenge of treatment becomes the focus in clinical situations. However, findings of a mass containing DF encapsulated by a granular cell tumor. Currently, there are no established guidelines for this rare condition. This case report serves to raise awareness of these two uncommon primary tumors emerging in an idiosyncratic nature.

Abstract
Endometriosis in the abdominal wall can be a diagnostic challenge, both clinically and pathologically. We are describing a case of abdominal wall endometriosis where regenerative muscle cells are florid. The cells are small and polygonal in shape, arranged in groups, and intersecting through differentiated skeletal muscle. Cells have pink cytoplasm and a centrally located nucleus. Immunohistochemistry demonstrates diffuse positivity with S100 and CD56, and they are negative with Ae1/Ae3, Pax8, inhibin, calretinin, and CD68. Cells are also focally positive with actin, vimentin, and myogenin. Electron microscopy reveals the presence of intracytoplasmic myofibrils. These groups of small cells are compatible with early to intermediately differentiated skeletal muscle cells as demonstrated by histomorphology, immunohistochemical pattern, and ultrastructure analysis. Muscle undergoes a regenerative process following injury. Endometriosis associated regenerative changes in muscle are very rare as documented in the English literature. The presence of florid regenerative muscle cells mimics a neoplastic process. In this report, we describe the histomorphological and immunohistochemical pattern of regenerative muscle groups and discuss differential diagnoses. We found electron microscopy to be an important diagnostic tool in this case.

Abstract
Granular cell tumors (GCT) are rare and typically benign. Diagnosis is challenging due to nonspecific imaging characteristics and symptomatology. Herein, we report a combination of pancreatic/cecal GCTs in a 43-year-old man. Contrast enhanced MDCT demonstrated a 1.5 cm well-defined homogeneous intraluminal cecal mass and a 1.6 cm slightly hypervascular pancreatic body mass. On MRI, the pancreatic mass showed increased enhancement on post-gadolinium delayed sequences. Diagnosis was confirmed by excisional pathology (S100 and CD68, PAS-D positive). Radiologists, gastroenterologists, and surgeons should ponder the possibility of GCTs in the differential diagnosis of any small, pancreatic or cecal well-defined tumor.
