Method to Create Multiple Primary Malignant Neoplasms with Stimulation of Tumor Growth under Conditions of Primary Immunodeficiency in Experiment

The experimental model of synchronous multiple primary malignant tumors (MPMT) was created. B16/F10 melanoma (0.5 ml of suspension diluted 1:20 in saline) and sarcoma 45 (0.5 million tumor cells in 0.5 ml saline) were simultaneously subcutaneously inoculated to male BALB/c nude mice. In the model of synchronous MPMT, the tumors appeared faster by 2.4 times and had greater volumes: melanoma by 2.2 times and sarcoma by 3.2 times; melanoma metastasized into sarcoma in 71.4% cases; the survival of mice with MPMT was lower. The altered dynamics of malignant growth in the MPMT model is based on the mutual influence of tumors, which results in the exchange of "structural information".

Experimental study of the effects of low-intensity monochromatic photodiode radiation and antitumor efficiency of cyclophosphamide injected with autoblood

Experimental study of extracorporeal exposure of autoblood to red monochromatic photodiode radiation for improving antitumor efficiency of cyclophosphamide injected with autoblood was carried out on the model of sarcoma 45 cells ectopically transplanted to the lungs. Co-incubation of irradiated autoblood with cyclophosphamide and reinfusion of the blood to animals increased the antitumor efficiency of chemotherapy in animals with tumors.

Effect of monochromatic light of low intensity on L929 skin fibroblast culture

Effects of exposure to low-intensity monochromatic red spectrum radiation in different modes were studied on L929 skin fibroblast culture. Radiometric and cytological study of cell culture before and after irradiation showed that monochromatic low-intensity radiation stimulated skin fibroblasts in L929 culture under certain conditions.

Low-energy red light radiation improves antitumor activity of cyclophosphamide

Exposure of rats with Pliss lymphosarcoma to incoherent red light according to certain protocols creates conditions preventing suppression of antitumor resistance, reducing the toxic effect of cyclophosphamide, and potentiating its antitumor effect.

Electromagnetic Oscillations as a Factor Modulating Blood Neutrophil Function

Effects of various physical factors of electromagnetic nature on the synthetic and phagocytic activities of neutrophils were studied in vitro on the blood of patients with breast cancer. We found that alternating magnetic field, low-intensity laser, photodiod radiation, and their combinations induced mobilization of blood neutrophil function.
