Abstract
Aim: This study aimed to evaluate the trends in organoid culture research within the field of regenerative medicine from 2002 to 2022. Methods: The worldwide distribution of organoid research in regenerative medicine articles indexed in the Scopus database was analyzed. Result: A total of 840 documents were analyzed, averaging 42 publications annually. The USA (n = 296) led in publications, followed by China (n = 127), Japan (n = 91) and the UK (n = 75). Since 2011, research has surged, particularly in China, which emerged as a prominent center. Conclusion: The findings highlight significant growth in organoid research, promising future organ transplantation. Research trends integrate tissue engineering, gene modification and induced pluripotent stem cell technologies, reflecting a move toward personalized medicine.

Abstract
The endometrium undergoes a dynamic proliferation of cells and vascular tissue under the influence of ovarian steroid hormones. Implantation is an essential process in the development of pregnancy, where there is close contact between embryo and uterus, including supposition, adhesion, and invasion. The changes occur in the human endometrium, including endometrial secretion changes, blood vessels, and immune response, leading to the uterine receptivity period. Cyclooxygenase (COX) is an enzyme that plays a role in the metabolic conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandins (PG). It is known that Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) plays a key role in the endometrium. COX-2 is essential for blastocyst implantation and decidualization. The deficiency of COX-2, but not COX-1, results in multiple female reproductive failures (including implantation defects). We reviewed the literature on COX-2 and embryonal implantation in the endometrium and its potential mechanisms that lead to physiological implantation. This review aims to identify the essential roles of COX-2 in the successful implantation process, especially in decidualization, implantation, and embryo growth. The regulation of COX-2 expression in endometrial cells is controlled by ovarian steroid hormones (progesterone and estrogen) through the ENaC pathway to regulate the phosphorylation CREB transcription factor. The presentation of COX-2 varies throughout the stage of embryo development.

Abstract
Diabetes mellitus is a condition of continuously increased blood glucose levels that causes hyperglycemia. This condition can result in disorders of various organs including testicular problems. The use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) which is contained in several growth factors shows its potential in overcoming testicular problems. This literature review study was conducted to identify the potential of PRP in overcoming various testicular problems due to diabetic conditions.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION AND HYPOTHESIS This study was aimed at identifying the difference in collagen type-1 expression in women with and without pelvic organ prolapse (POP). METHODS A systematic review and meta-analysis was carried out women with and without pelvic organ prolapse. This meta-analysis was conducted on research articles describing the evaluation of collagen type-1 expression between patients with and without POP. The articles were obtained from PubMed, EBSCO, and ProQuest, and were published between January 2000 and June 2021. Pooled mean difference (MD) and pooled odds ratio (OR) were calculated using fixed effect models. Review Manager (RevMan 5.4) was used to analyze the data. The main outcome measures were pooled MD and pooled OR of collagen type-1 expression in patients with and without POP. RESULTS A total of seven case-control studies were included in the meta-analysis using the effect size of the MD and two case-control studies were included in the meta-analysis using the effect size of the OR. A total of 247 POP cases and 132 non-POP cases were identified from the studies. Our study indicated that patients with POP had a lower level of collagen type-1 expression than non-POP patients (MD = -6.77; 95% CI: -8.37, -5.17, p < 0.00001). Patients with low expression of collagen type-1 in pelvic support tissue are at a more than 3 times higher risk of suffering from pelvic organ prolapse (OR = 3.23, 95% CI: 1.52 to 6.87, p = 0.002). CONCLUSION The results of this study showed that patients with pelvic organ prolapse have lower expression of collagen type-1 than nonpelvic organ prolapse patients.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: The Ministry of Health as a national authority and several international organizations highly recommend that each IVF clinic conduct reviews for service regulations, and make adjustments for the patient's services according to the COVID-19 pandemic. A survey of IVF clinic management in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic needs to be carried out so that the results of the survey can be used as evaluation material for the management to improve services safely.
Methods: This cross-sectional survey was conducted among 49 IVF laboratory staff members of ISHE from 42 IVF clinics in Indonesia. We administered an online questionnaire containing several questions related to the management of IVF clinic services during the COVID-19 pandemic based on a search of scientific literature.
Results: Several services adjustments have been made by IVF clinic management in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to minimize transmission of the virus in the IVF clinic. The IVF clinic management revised the service regulations and the patient services procedure was also undergone several adjustments, to minimize the COVID-19 transmission.
Conclusions: Several adjustments were made by IVF clinic management in Indonesia as an early response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Clinic managements compile several adjustments to the service regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic as one of the readiness of IVF clinics in providing safe services for patients and staff

Abstract
Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic endocrine metabolic disorder that can increase the incidence of infertility. Excessive production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) can trigger oxidative stress reactions and reduce antioxidant content. The increase of ROS can exert an impact on the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress conditions and inhibit the steroidogenesis of the testes. The objectives of the current study were to determine the effect of chlorogenic acid (CGA) as an antioxidant in reducing ER stress conditions (mRNA expressions of GRP78, XBP1s), and to increase steroidogenesis (mRNA expressions of 3β-HSD and 17β-HSD) in the testis of DM rats. A total of 24 rats were randomly divided into six groups, namely: control group, DM1.5 months, DM2 months, and DM group were treated with CGA with three different doses (12.5 mg/kgBW, 25 mg/kgBW, and 50 mg/kgBW), respectively. Testicular tissue was isolated for examination of GRP78, XBP1s, 3β-HSD, and 17β-HSD mRNA expressions using RT-PCR. In the CGA1 group, GRP78 mRNA expression level was lower than in the DM2 group and was statistically different (p=0.021). XBP1s mRNA expression in the CGA1 group was lower and significantly different when compared to the DM2 group (p=0.018). The mRNA expression of 3β -HSD in the CGA1 group was higher than that in the DM1.5 and DM2 groups, which were statistically significant with p=0.000 and p=0,008. The comparison of 17β - HSD mRNA expression in the CGA1 group was higher than the DM1,5 and DM2 groups with p=0.013 and p=0.012. Administration of CGA at a dose of 12.5 mg/kgBW can reduce ER stress conditions and increase testicular steroidogenesis in DM rat models. These results were seen based on low GRP78 and XBP1s mRNA expressions, and high 3β-HSD and 17β-HSD mRNA expressions after CGA administration.

Abstract
Erection is a physiological process that involves vascular, hormonal, and nervous factors. Erectile dysfunction is one of the male sexual problems that occur globally and is reported to affect men's quality of life. Herbal plants have been widely used for disease treatment, including the problem of erectile dysfunction. This paper aims to review the molecular potential of various plants in the physiology of erection and to treat erectile dysfunction. The literature search was carried out through the Pubmed and Google Scholar databases regarding the molecular mechanisms of herbal plants and their potential involvement in the physiology of erection and overcoming erectile dysfunction. This paper focuses on six herbal plants: Panax ginseng, Ginkgo biloba, Epimedium, Black pepper, Tribulus terrestris, and Eurycoma longifolia. The six herbal plants have involvement in the erection process and have molecular potential in the treatment of erectile problems

Abstract
Background Advanced glycation end products (AGE) is a toxic compound in the human body that can deteriorate health and induce an inflammatory response. One of the type of cells affected is Leydig cells, cells that produce testosterone and located in interstitial areas of the testes. Pericarp extract of Garcinia mangostana contains an antioxidant compound called gamma-mangostin that can decrease inflammatory responses and toxic effects of AGE. We aimed to compare the testosterone levels in Leydig cell culture of Sprague-Dawley rat induced by AGE only and following gamma-mangostin. Methods An experimental laboratory study was conducted on testosterone level in Leydig cell culture of Sprague-Dawley rats induced by advanced glycation end products 200 μg/mL and given gamma-mangostin 5 μM compared to cell cultures that were not given gamma-mangostin. Results Nine Leydig cell cultures were ascertained and divided into three groups. No significant difference was found in the testosterone level of Leydig cell culture given AGE only (1.33 ng/105 cells/24 h) compared to the group given AGE and gamma-mangostin (1.30 ng/105 cells/24 h) (p = 0.535). Conclusion The testosterone level in Leydig cell cultures induced by AGE were lower than those not given, but similar in the AGE-only group and group given gamma-mangostin. The mean testosterone levels in all groups were in the range of expected levels (0.025–15 ng/105 cells/24 h). Further study with larger samples is important to clarify and confirm our findings.
