[Non-traumatic intrahepatic bile-duct perforation in an adult]

Authors report a case of a patient suffered from intrahepatic bile duct perforation caused by stenosis of the papilla of Vater. With the help of data of medical literature there are analysed the etiological factors of bile duct perforations and the pathological process that leads to perforation. There is emphasized that the only way to avoid the sepsis and other postoperative complications on operation carried out in an early time and the supplemented intensive care. Authors call attention for the importance of carefully carried out intraoperative revision of bile system in cases of biliary peritonitis.

[Ambulatory cryotherapy of anal fissures]

The author reports 55 patients suffering anal fissure treated by cryosurgery. The method is simple, causes almost no complication, and a real outpatient way of treatment. 47 patients were controlled (85.5 per cent of all). There was no recurrence or remaining complaint. Regarding his own experience the method is recommended.

[Ambulatory treatment of hemorrhoids using rubber band ligation and cryodestruction. Early results]

Author reports about his experience with 205 patients suffering hemorrhoid disease of grade I-III. treated by rubber band ligation and cryodestruction. Follow up was carried out with the help of a questionnary. 187 answers arrived. This was the base of the investigation. 81.8 per cent of the patients gave an account of good result. The method is recommended because of its simplicity and cheapness.
