Abstract
INTRODUCTION A public health emergency of international concern, COVID-19 is an acute respiratory disease responsible in eight months of approximately 843,158 deaths worldwide, including 29,425 deaths in Africa. The objective was to describe the COVID-19 cases in the health district of Commune III of Bamako. METHODS This was a descriptive cross-sectional study of COVID-19 surveillance data from March 26 to August 27, 2020. Our variables were extracted from the surveillance database and analyzed on Epi-Info 7.2. Frequencies, rates and proportions were calculated. RESULTS A positivity rate of 14.86% identified 126 confirmed cases out of an 848 notified suspect. The median age of confirmed cases was 34 years with a minimum of 8 months and a maximum of 93 years. The sex ratio was 2.7 males to females. Civil servants accounted for 32.54% of the positive cases. All the health subdistricts have recorded positive cases. The lethality was 7.94% affecting those over 65 years old. Among asymptomatic people 10.75% were confirmed positive for COVID-19. CONCLUSION Our study suggests that young males were more likely to be infected with COVID-19. We recommend systematic screening of all contacts and involvement of the community in surveillance.

Abstract
AIM Describe the ultrasound aspects of rotator cuff tear by specifying the contribution of this technique in the shoulder scan. PATIENTS AND METHOD We conducted a prospective six-month analytical study from January 1, 2014 to May 31, 2014, on the rupture of the shoulder rotator cuff in the radiology department of the Béthune hospital center. Ultrasound examinations were performed using a Toshiba Aplion300 device using two linear probes of 13 and 15 Mhz. Data processing is done with SPSS 17.0 software. The Chi-square test was used to compare data with a significant threshold for p <0.05. RESULTS Our work focused on 28 patients who had a cuff tear during the ultrasound examination. The age group between 50 and 59 years was the most represented, 32.1%. Ultrasound showed calcification tendinopathy of the rotator cuff in 46.4% of cases. The rotator cuff tears were present in the supraspinatus, infra-spinal and subscapular tendons in 96.4% (27 cases), 32% (9 cases) and 21.4% (6 cases), respectively. In 58.3% there was a transfixing rupture of the supraspinatus with 72.3% non-transfixing ruptures. Seven patients had supraspinous tendon retraction including 6 cases of retraction stage 1 and 5 cases of stage 2 retraction. The infraspinatus was the second tendon of the cuff affected with 9 cases (32%) followed by the subscapularis 6 cases (21, 4%). We did not record lesions (rupture or calcification) of Teres minor. Radiography was normal in 7 patients, ie 32%. CONCLUSION Ultrasonography, coupled with standard radiography, is the firstline examination in the imaging assessment of the symptomatic shoulder. It allows, as in our work, a better morphological analysis of tendon rotator cuff.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Angio-lymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) is a very rare dermatological vasoproliferative disease with unknown etiology. We report a case of rare localization and through a review of the literature, let us recall the radiological features of this condition. RESULTS Young man of 16 years without a specific antecedent, presents pruritic nodules of the lower limbs. Ultrasound is a revealed nodules of the thighs, hypo-echo of varying size polylobed feeling in the subcutaneous fat in contact with the cutaneous coating. They are surrounded by hyperechogenic infiltration of the cellulo-fatty tissue. The most voluminous ones contain arteriovenous vascular branches without shunt, confirmed in color and pulsed Doppler mode. In computed tomography, it is the nodular isodense formations to the muscles, which presents an arterial vascularization derived from the more or less deep arteries of the limb for the most voluminous. The less voluminous are enhanced without clear identification of the vascular structures. The excision of the nodules and the historical study of the surgical specimen are revenues in favor of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with hypereosinophilia. The surgery was simple. Conclusion: Imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis, extension and preoperative assessment of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with hyper eosinophilia.

Abstract
In the past thirty years considerable effort has been devoted to delivering basic health services to rural populations. However the quality of care remains poor. One problem is that the absence of general practitioners working at the community level has resulted in health care systems without doctors. This "missing-link" situation is inconsistent with the availability of a large number of young fully trained medical doctors who graduated from Medical Schools in West African countries and Madagascar. Based on examples in Mali and Madagascar, the authors of this article attempt to show the advantages of a new concept, i.e., community-based general practitioners. These practitioners would not only provide a front-line medical presence but also combine the principles of primary health care (PHC) and family medicine (FM) into a single practice. For this approach to be successful a number of obstacles would have to be overcome and several indispensable accompanying measures would have to be implemented. The goal would be to establish a familiar front-line healthcare provider that village communities could trust.
