Abstract
As one of the major public health problems, cancers seriously threaten the human health. Among them, lung cancer is considered to be one of the most life-threatening malignancies. Therefore, developing early diagnosis technology and timely treatment for lung cancer is urgent. Recent research has witnessed that measuring changes of biomarkers expressed in lung cancer has practical significance. Meanwhile, we note that bioimaging with organic fluorescent probes plays an important role for its high sensitivity, real-time analysis and simplicity of operation. In the past years, kinds of organic fluorescent probes targeting lung cancer related biomarker have been developed. Herein, we summarize the research progress of organic fluorescent probes for the detection of lung cancer related biomarkers in this review, along with their design principle, luminescence mechanism and bioimaging application. Additionally, we put forward some challenges and future prospects from our perspective.

Abstract
Food spoilage poses a significant risk to human health, making the assessment of food freshness essential for ensuring food safety and quality. In recent years, there has been rapid progress in the development of fast detection technologies for food freshness. Among them, organic fluorescent probes have garnered significant attention in the field of food safety and sensing due to their easy functionalization, high sensitivity, and user-friendly nature. To comprehensively examine the latest advancements in organic fluorescent probes for food freshness detection, this review summarized their applications within the past five years. Initially, the fundamental detection principles of organic fluorescent probes are outlined. Subsequently, the recent research progress in utilizing organic fluorescent probes to detect various chemical indicators of freshness are discussed. Finally, the challenges and future directions for organic fluorescent probes in food freshness detection are elaborated upon. While, organic fluorescent probes have demonstrated their effectiveness in evaluating food freshness and possess great potential for practical applications, further research is still needed to enable their widespread commercial utilization. With continued advancements in synthesis and functionalization techniques, organic fluorescent probes will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of food safety detection.

Abstract
An organic fluorescent probe, citric acid-1,3-Propanediamine-Rhodamine B (CPR) was synthesized to determine pH of ordinary Portland cement requiring only a small sample size (less than 500 μL cement leachate). The SEM, XRD, and FTIR investigations demonstrate that citric acid-1,3-Propanediamine are polymer dots with a fusiform structure. Ratio pH probe is constructed by rhodamine B with polymer dots, which exhibits a linear response in high alkaline range. A 6-fold increase in fluorescence intensity (455 nm) is achieved at pH from 12.00 to 13.25. Combined with measurements of the isothermal calorimeter, mineral composition, and microscopic morphology, variation of pH is used to evaluate the changes of components during hydration. Furthermore, CPR can be applied to measure pH of high-dose pulverized fuel ash blending systems, the non-pure cement with slightly lower alkalinity.

Abstract
The beverage industry is confronted with tremendous challenges in terms of quality assurance. The allowed contents of common ingredients such as copper ions, hydrogen sulfide, cysteine and caffeine are stipulated by various governing bodies, and the beverage industry must ensure that it meets these requirements. Due to its unique advantages of high sensitivity, low cost and relatively low toxicity over high-performance liquid chromatography, atomic absorption spectrometry and nanomaterials, the use of organic fluorescent probes for the rapid detection of beverage contents has become a hot research topic. This review summarizes the detection of common substances in wine, tea, mineral water, milk and other beverages. Furthermore, the preparation of test paper and simple colour comparison are discussed to display the rapid qualitative capability of designed probes. To improve the current state of beverage safety, future trends and strategies for fast organic fluorescent probe detection in the beverage industry are also discussed.
