Abstract
BACKGROUND Early intervention in psychosis (EIP) supports people who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis (FEP). A new Model of Care (MoC) for EIP services was launched in Ireland in 2019. Three EIP demonstration sites were chosen to test this MoC through a 'hub and spoke' approach. These services were a new way of organising care for people experiencing FEP, based upon a recovery model of care, and which sought to standardise care, improve access by clinically led multidisciplinary teams. This included newly created EIP keyworker roles whereby keyworkers assumed responsibilities regarding assessment, comprehensive individual care planning and coordination of care. METHODS A mixed methods design utilising the UK Medical Research Council's process evaluation framework. Purposive sampling techniques were utilised. Descriptive analyses and logistic regression were performed to examine how increased keyworker engagement influenced the use of other psychosocial interventions within the EIP demonstration sites. Thematic analyses was used for qualitative data. RESULTS There was a strong positive relationship between keyworker contacts and psychosocial interventions offered. Specifically, the odds of achieving at least monthly engagement with cognitive behavioural therapy for psychosis (CBTp; (5.76 (2.43-13.64), p < 0.001), and behavioural family therapy (BFT; (5.52(1.63-18.69, p < 0.006)) increased by fivefold with each additional monthly keyworker contact. For individual placement support (IPS) each additional monthly keyworker contact was associated with a three-fold increase in the odds of achieving monthly attendance with IPS (3.73 (1.64-8.48), p < 0.002). Qualitative results found that the EIP keyworker role as viewed by both service users and staff as a valuable nodal point, with a particular emphasis on care coordination and effective communication. CONCLUSIONS This study advances the understanding of keyworker effects through qualitative evidence of keyworkers functioning as a "linchpin" to the service, while the positive response association between keyworker contacts and engagement with other services provides quantitative support for keyworkers reducing the organisational or structural barriers to service access. Given the importance of these positions, health systems should ensure that EIP programmes identify qualified and experienced staff to fill these roles, as well as allocate the appropriate funding and protected time to support keyworker engagement and impact.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To evaluate the impact of treatment provided by a Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) in terms of preventing hospital admission, impact on service user's symptoms and overall functioning, as well as service user's satisfaction with the service. Secondary objectives were to evaluate the patient characteristics of those attending the CRHTT. METHODS All the service users treated by the CRHTT between 2016 and 2020 were included. Service users completed the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS), the Health of the Nation Outcome Scale (HoNOS), and the Client Satisfaction Questionnaire-version 8 (CSQ-8) before and after treatment by the CRHTT. Admission rates were compared between areas served by the CRHTT and control, before and after the introduction of the CRHTT, using two-way ANOVA. RESULTS Between 2016 and 2020, 1041 service users were treated by the service. Inpatient admissions in the areas served by the CRHTT fell by 38.5% after its introduction. There was a statistically significant interaction between CRHTT availability and time on admission rate, F (1,28) = 8.4, p = .007. BPRS scores were reduced significantly (p < .001), from a mean score of 32.01 before treatment to 24.64 after treatment. Mean HoNOS scores were 13.6 before and 9.1 after treatment (p < .001). Of the 1041 service users receiving the CSQ-8, only 180 returned it (17.3%). Service users' median responses were "very positive" to all eight items on the CSQ-8. CONCLUSIONS Although our study design has limitations this paper provides some support that CRHTT might be effective for the prevention of inpatient admission. The study also supports that CRHTT might be an effective option for the treatment of acute mental illness and crisis, although further research is needed in this area.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Programmes for early intervention (EIP) in psychosis for people experiencing a first episode of psychosis (FEP) have been found to be both clinically and cost effective. Following the publication of a new EIP model of care (MoC) in Ireland, the aim of this research is to describe how people participated in and responded to the MoC including service users, family members, HSE clinical staff and HSE management. METHODS Qualitative design using the UK Medical Research Council's process evaluation framework. Purposive sampling techniques were used. A total of N = 40 key informant semi-structured interviews were completed which included clinical staff (N = 22), health service managers and administrators (N = 9), service users (N = 8) and a family member (N = 1). Thematic analyses were conducted. RESULTS Unique features of the EIP service (e.g., speed of referral/assessment, multidisciplinary approach, a range of evidence-based interventions and assertive MDT follow up) and enthusiasm for EIP were identified as two key factors that facilitated implementation. In contrast, obstacles to staff recruitment and budget challenges emerged as two primary barriers to implementation. CONCLUSIONS The findings from this research provide real world insights into the complexity of implementing an innovative service within an existing health system. Clear and committed financial and human resource processes which allow new innovations to thrive and be protected during their initiation and early implementation phase are paramount. These elements should be considered in the planning and implementation of EIP services both nationally in Ireland and internationally.

Abstract
Background Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a type of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that affects people in their reproductive years of life. Surgical treatment for medically refractory UC involves surgery over 2-3 stages, which includes a subtotal colectomy followed by creation of an ileal pouch-anal anastomosis (IPAA), known as a “J pouch”. The IPAA allows preservation of fecal continence and avoids the psychosocial impacts of a stoma. The IPAA procedure is a deep pelvic surgery, which may impact pregnancy outcomes. Caesarean section (C-section) delivery is often performed to avoid anal sphincter and J pouch damage from vaginal delivery. However, literature demonstrates conflicting results regarding the risks of C-section compared to vaginal delivery, including the impact on pouch function. Surveys of clinicians also report varying delivery recommendations. Purpose To describe the delivery methods, pregnancy outcomes and postpartum course of IBD patients with IPAA at Mount Sinai Hospital. Method A retrospective chart review is being performed for female patients at Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto, Ontario) with a diagnosis of IBD and an IPAA. Eligible patients completed a pregnancy from January 1, 2002-February 1, 2021 post-IPAA surgery and had variables of interest accessible in their electronic medical record. Variables of interest include demographics, pregnancy history, IBD characteristics, IPAA surgery details, pregnancy outcomes, mode of delivery and characteristics, and postpartum complications. Clinical data will be presented as means, medians and frequencies. Differences between variables of interest will be evaluated with Student’s t-test or chi-squared test. Result(s) Three avenues of patient identification yielded 1113 patients to be screened. Inclusion criteria were met for 71 patients and chart review is complete for 36 patients who had a total of 53 pregnancies and delivered 56 babies. Most patients (49%) had a two-stage IPAA surgery, 21% required a three-stage surgery and 30% were undocumented. Most patients’ (55%) IPAA was created through laparotomy, while 13% was through laparoscopic procedure and 32% was undocumented. Seventy-four percent of deliveries were through C-section (75% of primiparous), 69% of which were indicated to protect the patient’s J pouch and 31% for an obstetrical indication. The remaining 26% of deliveries were vaginal, 29% of which were assisted with forceps or vacuum, 57% had tears (37.5% first-, 37.5% second-, and 25% third-degree) and 50% had an episiotomy. Conclusion(s) At Mount Sinai Hospital, most IBD patients with an IPAA who completed a pregnancy had a history of laparotomy to create their IPAA. Most patients (74%) with IBD and an IPAA are delivering through C-section, and mainly to protect their J pouch, which is in line with reports in the literature. Most patients had a tear or episiotomy during vaginal delivery. Rates of third-degree tears may be higher than in the general population. Abstract
Background Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic fluctuating condition where patients can experience periods of active disease and remission. Timely access to care has been shown to be impactful on important disease outcomes. In January 2020, we implemented a rapid assessment IBD program consisting of expedited access to interdisciplinary care and close monitoring of patients. Purpose To assess the impact of the rapid assessment program on access to care, disease activity, and patient satisfaction. Method Once informed consent was obtained, patients were enrolled into the RAPID IBD program. This program consisted of four close monitoring time points at baseline, 1, 2, and 3 months, as well as two follow up time points at 6 and 12 months. At each timepoint patients completed questionnaires that evaluated disease activity, using the Modified Harvey Bradshaw Index (mHBI) for Crohn’s disease (CD), partial Mayo (pMayo) score and Simple Clinical Colitis Activity Index (SCCAI) for ulcerative colitis patients. At baseline, 3, 6, and 12 months, patients were also assessed on mental health, using the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and General Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7), and satisfaction of care, using the CACHE questionnaire. Result(s) Between January 2020 – August 2021, 216 patients were referred to the RAPID IBD program. The mean time from referral to clinical assessment was 8.1 days. Of those referred, 143 (71 CD, 62 UC, 6 IBDU, and 4 Query IBD) patients consented to and completed the 12-month RAPID IBD study. 34.9% of patients who had active disease at baseline achieved remission by 3 months (Table 1). At baseline 44.8% and 28.4% of patients experienced moderate to severe depression and anxiety, respectively. The greatest improvement in mental health was seen at 2 months where the proportion of patients experiencing moderate to severe depression and anxiety decreased to 27.5% and 18.3%, respectively (Table 2). Conclusion(s) Implementation of a dedicated RAPID IBD clinic program reveals shorter wait times to be seen in clinic. By three months of enrollment, patients demonstrate improvements in clinical response, mental health, and satisfaction of care. Abstract
Background Biologics are the mainstay of therapy for patients with advanced inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Most biologics readily undergo placental transfer during the second trimester and remain detectable in infant serum for up to 12 months. Therefore, most clinical guidelines currently recommend avoiding live vaccines in the first 6 to 12 months for exposed infants. In Canada, the rotavirus vaccine is the only live vaccine administered before 6 months. Emerging evidence is suggesting that the vaccine may safely be given to infants with normal immune function, even if serum biologic level is detectable. Specialist assessment of infant immune function may help guide decision-making about rotavirus vaccine administration, but there remains a large gap in our knowledge of the impact of biologic exposure on the immune function of infants, necessitating further study. Purpose In this single-centre retrospective chart review, we aim to study the clinical outcomes, immune function, and rotavirus vaccine recommendations for infants exposed to biologics in utero during their first year of life. Method The study included mothers seen at the Pregnancy IBD Clinic at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, ON, who were offered a referral to the Special Immunization Clinic (SIC) at The Hospital for Sick Children due to biologic exposure in utero. Data was collected on the recommendations made by paediatric specialists at SIC, based on complete blood count, lymphocyte phenotyping, and T-cell receptor excision analysis. Data was obtained on adverse neonatal outcomes in the first year of life, including prematurity, congenital malformations, and infections based on post-partum surveys completed by mothers and follow-up letters from SIC. Result(s) 43 patients were referred to and seen by paediatric specialists at SIC between 2 to 12 months of age. 18 infants (42%) were exposed to Adalimumab in utero, 16 (37%) to Infliximab, 5 (12%) to Vedolizumab, and 4 (9%) to Ustekinumab. The rotavirus vaccine was recommended to 34 infants (81%) and not recommended to 3 (7%) for reasons including gastrointestinal illness, neutropenia, and low lymphocyte counts. Recommendation is pending for 6 infants (14%). Two infants (5%) had premature births. Four infants (9%) were admitted to the NICU for reasons including respiratory distress, and prematurity (9%). One infant (2%) had a congenital malformation, specifically bilateral sensorineural hearing loss. Six infants (14%) had upper respiratory tract infections, none of which required hospital admission or antibiotics. Conclusion(s) This study is currently in progress. Further data is required to assess whether biologic exposure in utero has a significant impact on neonatal immune function, especially beyond the first year of life, and whether there is a significant difference in vaccine recommendations and response based on the type of biologic received. Abstract
Mental health issues are fast becoming one of society's greatest health challenges with evidence of higher levels of illness and strain on psychiatric services. The reasons for this trend of increasing mental health problems across the population are complex and there is an urgent need to research and deliver effective public mental health strategies. In this perspective piece we argue that psychiatrists and public health physicians have unique knowledge and perspectives on population mental health. The development of interdisciplinary initiatives and training posts would result in clinicians with expertise to drive forward public mental health strategies. Focused and sustained advocacy and collaboration are necessary for prioritisation of public mental health on policymakers' agendas.

Abstract
The psychological impact of COVID-19 on Health Care Workers (HCWs) has been widely reported. Few studies have sought to examine HCWs personal models of COVID-19 utilising an established theoretical framework. We undertook a mixed methods study of beliefs about COVID-19 held by HCWs in the Mid-West and South of Ireland during the first and third waves of COVID-19. Template analysis was undertaken on the free text responses of 408 HCWs about their perceptions of the Cause of COVID-19 as assessed by the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire (B-IPQ). Responses were re-examined in the same cohort for stability at 3 months follow-up (n = 100). This analytic template was subsequently examined in a new cohort (n = 253) of HCWs in the third wave. Female HCWs perceived greater emotional impact of COVID-19 than men (t = -4.31, df405, p < 0.01). Differences between occupational groups were evident in relation to Timeline (F4,401 = 3.47, p < 0.01), Treatment Control (F4,401 = 5.64, p < 0.001) and Concerns about COVID-19 (F4,401 = 3.68, p < 0.01). Administration staff believed that treatment would be significantly more helpful and that COVID-19 would last a shorter amount of time than medical/nursing staff and HSCP. However, administration staff were significantly more concerned than HSCP about COVID-19. Template analysis on 1059 responses to the Cause items of the B-IPQ identified ten higher order categories of perceived Cause of COVID-19. The top two Causes identified at both Waves were 'individual behavioural factors' and 'overseas travel'. This study has progressed our understanding of the models HCWs hold about COVID-19 over time, and has highlighted the utility of the template analysis approach in analysing free-text questionnaire data. We suggest that group and individual occupational identities of HCWs may be of importance in shaping HCWs responses to working through COVID-19.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Inference-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (I-CBT) is a specialized psychological treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) without deliberate and prolonged exposure and response prevention (ERP) that focuses on strengthening reality-based reasoning and correcting the dysfunctional reasoning giving rise to erroneous obsessional doubts and ideas. OBJECTIVE The present study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of I-CBT through a comparison with appraisal-based cognitive behavioral therapy (A-CBT) and an adapted mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) intervention. METHODS This was a two-site, parallel-arm randomized controlled trial (RCT) comparing I-CBT with A-CBT. The MBSR intervention acted as a non-specific active control condition. Following formal evaluation, 111 participants diagnosed with OCD were randomly assigned. The principal outcome measure was the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale. RESULTS All treatments significantly reduced general OCD severity and specific symptom dimensions without a significant difference between treatments. I-CBT was associated with significant reductions in all symptom dimensions at post-test. Also, I-CBT led to significantly greater improvement in overvalued ideation, as well as significantly higher rates of remission as compared to MBSR at mid-test. CONCLUSIONS I-CBT and MBSR appear to be effective, alternative treatment options for those with OCD that yield similar outcomes as A-CBT. I-CBT may have an edge in terms of the rapidity by which patients reach remission, its generalizability across symptom dimension, its potentially higher level of acceptability, and effectiveness for overvalued ideation. Future research is needed to assess whether additional alternative treatments options can help to increase the number of people successfully treated.

Abstract
A search for lepton-flavor-violating Z→eτ and Z→μτ decays with pp collision data recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC is presented. This analysis uses 139 fb^{-1} of Run 2 pp collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV and is combined with the results of a similar ATLAS search in the final state in which the τ lepton decays hadronically, using the same data set as well as Run 1 data. The addition of leptonically decaying τ leptons significantly improves the sensitivity reach for Z→ℓτ decays. The Z→ℓτ branching fractions are constrained in this analysis to B(Z→eτ)<7.0×10^{-6} and B(Z→μτ)<7.2×10^{-6} at 95% confidence level. The combination with the previously published analyses sets the strongest constraints to date: B(Z→eτ)<5.0×10^{-6} and B(Z→μτ)<6.5×10^{-6} at 95% confidence level.

Background
Mitral regurgitation (MR) is commonly observed following acute myocardial infarction (MI). Localised left ventricular (LV) remodelling in the region of papillary muscles together with impaired myocardial contractility promote MR. There is a paucity of long-term follow-up studies to determine whether the severity of MR observed post-MI, changes with time.
Purpose
This study retrospectively followed up patients with MR detected following acute MI (AMI) to investigate changes in MR severity with time and assess for pre-discharge predictors of MR regression or progression.
Methods
Clinical records of 1000 patients admitted with AMI between 2016 and 2017 to a single centre were retrospectively interrogated. One hundred and nine patients met the inclusion criteria of MR on pre-discharge transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and follow-up TTE scans. Echocardiographic parameters were investigated to determine predictors of progression or regression at follow-up. Patients were divided according to those who had early follow-up TTE (within 1-year) and late follow-up TTE (beyond 1-year).
Results
Early follow-up TTE was performed in 73 patients at a median of 6 (IQR 3–9) months. Patients had a mean age of 69±13 years and were predominantly male 50/73 (68%). At baseline, relative MR severities were: 49/73 (67%) mild MR, 23/73 (32%) moderate MR and 1 (1%) severe MR. At follow-up, MR had completely resolved in 18/73 (23%) patients, while 39/73 (53%) had mild MR, 15/73 (21%) moderate MR and 1 (1%) severe MR. Compared to patients with no resolution of MR, those with completel resolution were younger (mean age 62±16 vs 72±11 years; p=0.015) but there were no other significant differences between the groups. Resolution at early follow-up did not significantly influence long-term mortality rates. Late follow-up TTE was performed in 69 patients at a median 2.4 (IQR 2–3.2) years. Pre-discharge, 49/69 (71%) patients had mild MR and 20/69 (29%) moderate MR. At follow-up, MR had completely resolved in 18/69 (26%), and amongst patients with persistent MR, proportion of severities were: 37/69 (54%) mild MR, 11/69 (16%) moderate MR and 3/69 (4%) severe MR. Patients with progression of mild MR were more likely to have lower left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF: 47±15 vs 57±12%; p=0.010) and greater indexed left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESVi: 37±23 vs 25±14 ml/m2; p<0.001) on pre-discharge TTE. Resolution of MR at late follow-up was associated with a reduction in long-term mortality [deaths: 2/55 (3%) vs 3/14 (21%); p=0.022] at a mean follow-up of 4.2 years from MI.
Conclusion
MR observed following AMI completely resolved in approximately one-quarter of patients at 6-month and 2-year follow-up. Progression of mild MR at long-term follow-up appears to be associated with increased mortality and is predicted by lower LVEF and greater LVESVi pre-discharge.

Abstract
A search for new phenomena is presented in final states with two leptons and one or no b-tagged jets. The event selection requires the two leptons to have opposite charge, the same flavor (electrons or muons), and a large invariant mass. The analysis is based on the full run-2 proton-proton collision dataset recorded at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb^{-1}. No significant deviation from the expected background is observed in the data. Inspired by the B-meson decay anomalies, a four-fermion contact interaction between two quarks (b, s) and two leptons (ee or μμ) is used as a benchmark signal model, which is characterized by the energy scale and coupling, Λ and g_{*}, respectively. Contact interactions with Λ/g_{*} lower than 2.0 (2.4) TeV are excluded for electrons (muons) at the 95% confidence level, still far below the value that is favored by the B-meson decay anomalies. Model-independent limits are set as a function of the minimum dilepton invariant mass, which allow the results to be reinterpreted in various signal scenarios.

Abstract
A search for charged leptons with large impact parameters using 139 fb^{-1} of sqrt[s]=13 TeV pp collision data from the ATLAS detector at the LHC is presented, addressing a long-standing gap in coverage of possible new physics signatures. Results are consistent with the background prediction. This search provides unique sensitivity to long-lived scalar supersymmetric lepton partners (sleptons). For lifetimes of 0.1 ns, selectron, smuon, and stau masses up to 720, 680, and 340 GeV, respectively, are excluded at 95% confidence level, drastically improving on the previous best limits from LEP.

Abstract
The first measurement of longitudinal decorrelations of harmonic flow amplitudes v_{n} for n=2-4 in Xe+Xe collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.44 TeV is obtained using 3 μb^{-1} of data with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The decorrelation signal for v_{3} and v_{4} is found to be nearly independent of collision centrality and transverse momentum (p_{T}) requirements on final-state particles, but for v_{2} a strong centrality and p_{T} dependence is seen. When compared with the results from Pb+Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV, the longitudinal decorrelation signal in midcentral Xe+Xe collisions is found to be larger for v_{2}, but smaller for v_{3}. Current hydrodynamic models reproduce the ratios of the v_{n} measured in Xe+Xe collisions to those in Pb+Pb collisions but fail to describe the magnitudes and trends of the ratios of longitudinal flow decorrelations between Xe+Xe and Pb+Pb. The results on the system-size dependence provide new insights and an important lever arm to separate effects of the longitudinal structure of the initial state from other early and late time effects in heavy-ion collisions.

Abstract
Several extensions of the Standard Model predict the production of dark matter particles at the LHC. An uncharted signature of dark matter particles produced in association with VV=W^{±}W^{∓} or ZZ pairs from a decay of a dark Higgs boson s is searched for using 139 fb^{-1} of pp collisions recorded by the ATLAS detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The s→V(qq[over ¯])V(qq[over ¯]) decays are reconstructed with a novel technique aimed at resolving the dense topology from boosted VV pairs using jets in the calorimeter and tracking information. Dark Higgs scenarios with m_{s}>160 GeV are excluded.

Abstract
The yield of charged particles opposite to a Z boson with large transverse momentum (p_{T}) is measured in 260 pb^{-1} of pp and 1.7 nb^{-1} of Pb+Pb collision data at 5.02 TeV per nucleon pair recorded with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The Z boson tag is used to select hard-scattered partons with specific kinematics, and to observe how their showers are modified as they propagate through the quark-gluon plasma created in Pb+Pb collisions. Compared with pp collisions, charged-particle yields in Pb+Pb collisions show significant modifications as a function of charged-particle p_{T} in a way that depends on event centrality and Z boson p_{T}. The data are compared with a variety of theoretical calculations and provide new information about the medium-induced energy loss of partons in a p_{T} regime difficult to measure through other channels.

Abstract
The observation of forward proton scattering in association with lepton pairs (e^{+}e^{-}+p or μ^{+}μ^{-}+p) produced via photon fusion is presented. The scattered proton is detected by the ATLAS Forward Proton spectrometer, while the leptons are reconstructed by the central ATLAS detector. Proton-proton collision data recorded in 2017 at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV are analyzed, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 14.6 fb^{-1}. A total of 57 (123) candidates in the ee+p (μμ+p) final state are selected, allowing the background-only hypothesis to be rejected with a significance exceeding 5 standard deviations in each channel. Proton-tagging techniques are introduced for cross-section measurements in the fiducial detector acceptance, corresponding to σ_{ee+p}=11.0±2.6(stat)±1.2(syst)±0.3(lumi) and σ_{μμ+p}=7.2±1.6(stat)±0.9(syst)±0.2(lumi) fb in the dielectron and dimuon channel, respectively.

Abstract
This Letter presents a search for the production of new heavy resonances decaying into a Higgs boson and a photon using proton-proton collision data at sqrt[s]=13 TeV collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The data correspond to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb^{-1}. The analysis is performed by reconstructing hadronically decaying Higgs boson (H→bb[over ¯]) candidates as single large-radius jets. A novel algorithm using information about the jet constituents in the center-of-mass frame of the jet is implemented to identify the two b quarks in the single jet. No significant excess of events is observed above the expected background. Upper limits are set on the production cross-section times branching fraction for narrow spin-1 resonances decaying into a Higgs boson and a photon in the resonance mass range from 0.7 to 4 TeV, cross-section times branching fractions are excluded between 11.6 fb and 0.11 fb at a 95% confidence level.

Abstract
A search for Higgs boson decays into a Z boson and a light resonance in two-lepton plus jet events is performed, using a pp collision dataset with an integrated luminosity of 139 fb^{-1} collected at sqrt[s]=13 TeV by the ATLAS experiment at the CERN LHC. The resonance considered is a light boson with a mass below 4 GeV from a possible extended scalar sector or a charmonium state. Multivariate discriminants are used for the event selection and for evaluating the mass of the light resonance. No excess of events above the expected background is found. Observed (expected) 95% confidence-level upper limits are set on the Higgs boson production cross section times branching fraction to a Z boson and the signal resonance, with values in the range 17-340 pb (16_{-5}^{+6}-320_{-90}^{+130} pb) for the different light spin-0 boson mass and branching fraction hypotheses, and with values of 110 and 100 pb (100_{-30}^{+40} and 100_{-30}^{+40} pb) for the η_{c} and J/ψ hypotheses, respectively.

Introduction
Echocardiography is essential for the management of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF), but current methods are time consuming and lack any evidence of reproducibility.
Purpose
To compare conventional averaging of consecutive beats with an index beat approach, where systolic and diastolic measurements are taken once after two prior beats with a similar RR interval (not more than 60 ms difference).
Methods
Transthoracic echocardiography was performed using a standardized and blinded protocol in patients enrolled into the RAte control Therapy Evaluation in permanent AF randomised controlled trial (RATE-AF; NCT02391337). AF was confirmed in all patients with a preceding 12-lead ECG. A minimum of 30-beat loops were recorded. Left ventricular function was determined using the recommended averaging of 5 and 10 beats and using the index beat method, with observers blinded to clinical details. Complete loops were used to calculate the within-beat coefficient of variation (CV) and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) for Simpson's biplane left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), global longitudinal strain (GLS) and filling pressure (E/e').
Results
160 patients (median age 75 years (IQR 69–82); 46% female) were included, with median heart rate 100 beats/min (IQR 86–112). For LVEF, the index beat had the lowest CV of 32% compared to 51% for 5 consecutive beats and 53% for 10 consecutive beats (p<0.001). The index beat also had the lowest CV for GLS (26% versus 43% and 42%; p<0.001) and E/e' (25% versus 41% and 41%; p<0.001; see Figure for ICC comparison). Intra-operator reproducibility, assessed by the same operator from two different recordings in 50 patients, was superior for the index beat with GLS bias −0.5 and narrow limits of agreement (−3.6 to 2.6), compared to −1.0 for 10 consecutive beats (−4.0 to 2.0). For inter-operator variability, assessed in 18 random patients, the index beat also showed the smallest bias with narrow confidence intervals (CI). Using a single index beat did not impact on the validity of LVEF, GLS or E/e' measurement when correlated with natriuretic peptides. Index beat analysis substantially shortened analysis time; 35 seconds (95% CI 35 to 39 seconds) for measuring E/e' with the index beat versus 98 seconds (95% CI 92 to 104 seconds) for 10 consecutive beats (see Figure).
Conclusion
Index beat determination of left ventricular function improves reproducibility, saves time and does not compromise validity compared to conventional quantification in patients with heart failure and AF. After independent validation, the index beat method should be adopted into routine clinical practice.

Abstract
This Letter describes a search for narrowly resonant new physics using a machine-learning anomaly detection procedure that does not rely on signal simulations for developing the analysis selection. Weakly supervised learning is used to train classifiers directly on data to enhance potential signals. The targeted topology is dijet events and the features used for machine learning are the masses of the two jets. The resulting analysis is essentially a three-dimensional search A→BC, for m_{A}∼O(TeV), m_{B},m_{C}∼O(100 GeV) and B, C are reconstructed as large-radius jets, without paying a penalty associated with a large trials factor in the scan of the masses of the two jets. The full run 2 sqrt[s]=13 TeV pp collision dataset of 139 fb^{-1} recorded by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider is used for the search. There is no significant evidence of a localized excess in the dijet invariant mass spectrum between 1.8 and 8.2 TeV. Cross-section limits for narrow-width A, B, and C particles vary with m_{A}, m_{B}, and m_{C}. For example, when m_{A}=3 TeV and m_{B}≳200 GeV, a production cross section between 1 and 5 fb is excluded at 95% confidence level, depending on m_{C}. For certain masses, these limits are up to 10 times more sensitive than those obtained by the inclusive dijet search. These results are complementary to the dedicated searches for the case that B and C are standard model bosons.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Some cognitive models of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) posit that intrusions exist on a continuum with obsessions; others consider that they may be unrelated phenomena that differ in the context where they occur. We aimed to examine and compare, at two different moments, the context of the occurrence of intrusions and obsessions. METHOD Sixty-eight patients with OCD completed an interview appraising their most upsetting obsession and intrusion. RESULTS At their onset, the obsessions/intrusions were associated with experiencing negative emotional states and life events, and they were more likely to appear in "inappropriate" contexts. The context of the obsessions/intrusions differed the last time they were experienced. Autogenous obsessions/intrusions occurred more frequently in contexts with an indirect link. CONCLUSIONS The context distinguishes between intrusions and obsessions, not when they emerge, but when the obsession is already established. The results support that there is a continuum or progression from intrusions to obsessions.

Abstract
Aim COVID-19 has posed an unprecedented challenge to healthcare systems. We aimed to observe the impact on urological care delivery in an Irish university hospital. Methods Data on urological activity was prospectively collected for 3 months from March 2020. A retrospective review of the same period in 2019 was performed for control data. Results Over the 2020 study period, 356 urological admissions were recorded; a 23.1% decrease from the 2019 corresponding period(n=463). A 21.7% decrease in flexible cystoscopies was seen (162 versus 207). 125 theatre cases (36 off-site) were performed in the 2020 period, versus 151 in 2019. Emergency case load remained stable, with 69 cases in the 2020 period. The percentage of trainee-performed cases was preserved. COVID-era outpatient activity increased, to involve 559 clinic consultations compared to 439 the preceding year; a reflection of annual growth in service demand and facilitated by virtual clinic application (n=403). There were 490 instances of patients cancelling/failing to attend outpatient appointments, compared to 335 in 2019. Conclusion The Irish COVID-19 outbreak has created obstacles for urological care. Nonetheless, urgent/emergent urological cases persist. Our unit has managed this to-date with flexible adaptation of service delivery. The global challenge posed by COVID-19 will demand ongoing resourcefulness to minimise impact on patients with time-sensitive urological conditions.

Abstract
A study of the charge conjugation and parity (CP) properties of the interaction between the Higgs boson and top quarks is presented. Higgs bosons are identified via the diphoton decay channel (H→γγ), and their production in association with a top quark pair (tt[over ¯]H) or single top quark (tH) is studied. The analysis uses 139 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data recorded at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. Assuming a CP-even coupling, the tt[over ¯]H process is observed with a significance of 5.2 standard deviations. The measured cross section times H→γγ branching ratio is 1.64_{-0.36}^{+0.38}(stat)_{-0.14}^{+0.17}(sys) fb, and the measured rate for tt[over ¯]H is 1.43_{-0.31}^{+0.33}(stat)_{-0.15}^{+0.21}(sys) times the Standard Model expectation. The tH production process is not observed and an upper limit on its rate of 12 times the Standard Model expectation is set. A CP-mixing angle greater (less) than 43 (-43)° is excluded at 95% confidence level.

Abstract
A search for heavy neutral Higgs bosons is performed using the LHC Run 2 data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV recorded with the ATLAS detector. The search for heavy resonances is performed over the mass range 0.2-2.5 TeV for the τ^{+}τ^{-} decay with at least one τ-lepton decaying into final states with hadrons. The data are in good agreement with the background prediction of the standard model. In the M_{h}^{125} scenario of the minimal supersymmetric standard model, values of tanβ>8 and tanβ>21 are excluded at the 95% confidence level for neutral Higgs boson masses of 1.0 and 1.5 TeV, respectively, where tanβ is the ratio of the vacuum expectation values of the two Higgs doublets.

This study aimed to determine which Research Domain Criteria constructs are most relevant to understanding obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, based on a consensus between experts in the field of obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. METHODS Based on a modified Delphi method, 46 experts were recruited from Australia, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Over three rounds, experts had the opportunity to review their opinion in light of feedback from the previous round, which included how their response compared to other experts and a summary of comments given. RESULTS Thirty-four experts completed round one, of whom 28 (82%) completed round two and 24 (71%) completed round three. At the final round, four constructs were endorsed by ⩾75% of experts as 'primary constructs' and therefore central to understanding obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. Of these constructs, one came from the Positive Valence System (Habit), two from the Cognitive Control System (Response Selection/Inhibition and Performance Monitoring) and the final construct was an additional item suggested by experts (Compulsivity). CONCLUSION This study identified four Research Domain Criteria constructs that, according to experts, cut across different obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. These constructs represent key areas for future investigation, and may have potential implications for clinical practice in terms of diagnostic processes and therapeutic management of obsessive-compulsive and related disorders.

Abstract
The prevalence of hadronic jets at the LHC requires that a deep understanding of jet formation and structure is achieved in order to reach the highest levels of experimental and theoretical precision. There have been many measurements of jet substructure at the LHC and previous colliders, but the targeted observables mix physical effects from various origins. Based on a recent proposal to factorize physical effects, this Letter presents a double-differential cross-section measurement of the Lund jet plane using 139 fb^{-1} of sqrt[s]=13 TeV proton-proton collision data collected with the ATLAS detector using jets with transverse momentum above 675 GeV. The measurement uses charged particles to achieve a fine angular resolution and is corrected for acceptance and detector effects. Several parton shower Monte Carlo models are compared with the data. No single model is found to be in agreement with the measured data across the entire plane.

Abstract
Clinical management of hoarding disorder is challenging because of the weak insight of people with hoarding disorder, the lack of available tools for disease management in the health care system, and the absence of communication between health care and primary responders. To tackle this communication gap and, hence, improve clinical management of hoarding disorder, a community partnership initiated by people with hoarding disorder took place in Montreal. This initiative could profitably offer guidelines for other communities facing hoarding disorder challenges.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Long-term benzodiazepine (BZD) use among seniors is mostly inappropriate and associated with adverse health outcomes. To prevent these consequences, withdrawal is crucial, yet knowledge is limited about what predicts BZD discontinuation. Until now, most studies have focused on sociodemographic and BZD intake factors as predictors while neglecting psychological factors. This research addresses this issue by studying how the intensity of depressive symptoms, social support satisfaction, self-perceived competence in the ability to withdraw, and overall quality of sleep predict discontinuation in long-term older consumers. METHOD Seventy-three participants aged 60 years and older were enrolled in this study. There were four time measures: before discontinuation (T1), after (T2), 3 months after (T3), and 12 months after (T4). Data were collected in the "Programme d'Aide du Succès au SEvrage" (PASSE-60+) study. RESULTS Social support satisfaction predicted discontinuation at T2 and T4. Self-perceived competence in the ability to withdraw and depressive symptoms predicted discontinuation at T4. This later prediction was counterintuitive; higher depressive symptoms at T1 were linked with higher discontinuation success. BZD intake factors (length of use and dose) were good predictors for short term discontinuation. Psychological factors were moderate predictors for short term and good predictors for long term discontinuation. CONCLUSION Psychological factors are good predictors of discontinuation and are better predictors than BZD intake factors of long-term discontinuation. Discontinuation programs should focus on social support and self-perceived competence to improve their efficacy. Further studies are needed to acquire a more complete picture of the psychological predictors of discontinuation success. ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT02281175.

Abstract
The elliptic flow of muons from the decay of charm and bottom hadrons is measured in pp collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV using a data sample with an integrated luminosity of 150 pb^{-1} recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The muons from heavy-flavor decay are separated from light-hadron decay muons using momentum imbalance between the tracking and muon spectrometers. The heavy-flavor decay muons are further separated into those from charm decay and those from bottom decay using the distance-of-closest-approach to the collision vertex. The measurement is performed for muons in the transverse momentum range 4-7 GeV and pseudorapidity range |η|<2.4. A significant nonzero elliptic anisotropy coefficient v_{2} is observed for muons from charm decays, while the v_{2} value for muons from bottom decays is consistent with zero within uncertainties.

Abstract
Cognitive confidence, a type of metacognition referring to confidence in one's cognitive abilities (e.g., memory, perception, etc.), has been identified as relevant to eating disorders (EDs) using self-report measures. Repeated checking has been found to elicit decreases in perceptual confidence in obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). The purpose of the present study was to experimentally investigate perceptual confidence, a type of cognitive confidence, in EDs. Specifically, this construct was investigated in the context of body checking, a behaviour with similarities to compulsive checking as observed in OCD. Women with bulimia nervosa (BN; n = 21) and healthy controls (HC; n = 24) participated in the study. There were no group differences with regards to perceptual confidence at baseline F(1, 43) = 0.5, p = 0.48, ηp2 = 0.01, but a significant difference was observed post-checking F(1, 43) = 7.79, p = 0.008, ηp2 = 0.15, which was accounted for by significant decreases in perceptual confidence in the BN group F(1, 43) = 13.31, p < 0.001, ηp2 = 0.24. Similar to compulsive checking in OCD, body checking may paradoxically decrease confidence regarding one's appearance. LEVEL OF EVIDENCE: Level I, experimental study.

Abstract
A search for magnetic monopoles and high-electric-charge objects is presented using 34.4 fb^{-1} of 13 TeV pp collision data collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC during 2015 and 2016. The considered signature is based upon high ionization in the transition radiation tracker of the inner detector associated with a pencil-shape energy deposit in the electromagnetic calorimeter. The data were collected by a dedicated trigger based on the tracker high-threshold hit capability. The results are interpreted in models of Drell-Yan pair production of stable particles with two spin hypotheses (0 and 1/2) and masses ranging from 200 to 4000 GeV. The search improves by approximately a factor of 5 the constraints on the direct production of magnetic monopoles carrying one or two Dirac magnetic charges and stable objects with electric charge in the range 20≤|z|≤60 and extends the charge range to 60<|z|≤100.

Abstract
Introduction Is Therapeutic Listening effective for children born preterm presenting with sensory dysregulation, attention and cognitive problems? Methods 22 children (BW<1500g) 3-4 years were enrolled in a single centre, prospective, assessor-blinded RTC. Outcome measures: Winnie-Dunn Sensory Profile; Peabody Developmental Motor Scales; Reynell Attention Scale; Preschool Language Scales - 3; RAPT; WPPSI - IV; Parent Review Questionnaires. Results The intervention group (n=9) showed better improvement in sensory processing, compared to controls (n=9) (6.4 fold improvement in sensation seeking; 5.0 in auditory processing; 4.0 in tactile processing). Six intervention children (67%) improved in vestibular processing. Attention levels improved for 9 (100%) children in the intervention group and for 7 (78%) in the control group. Higher level domains (Peabody motor skills, Auditory Comprehension, Expressive Communication, RAPT scale, and WPPSI scores) showed mixed results. Parents reported positive changes in their child's development. Conclusion Therapeutic Listening (TL) is a feasible intervention for preterm children to improve attention levels and sensory processing skills.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Study-level meta-analyses have demonstrated the efficacy of cognitive-behavioural therapy for psychosis (CBTp). Limitations of conventional meta-analysis may be addressed using individual-participant-data (IPD). We aimed to determine a) whether results from IPD were consistent with study-level meta-analyses and b) whether demographic and clinical characteristics moderate treatment outcome. METHODS We systematically searched PubMed, Embase, PsychInfo and CENTRAL. Authors of RCTs comparing CBTp with other psychological interventions were contacted to obtain original databases. Hierarchical mixed effects models were used to examine efficacy for psychotic symptoms. Patient characteristics were investigated as moderators of symptoms at post-treatment. Sensitivity analyses were conducted for risk of bias, treatment format and study characteristics. RESULTS We included 14 of 23 eligible RCTs in IPD meta-analyses including 898 patients. Ten RCTs minimised risk of bias. There was no significant difference in efficacy between RCTs providing IPD and those not (p >0.05). CBTp was superior vs. other interventions for total psychotic symptoms and PANSS general symptoms. No demographic or clinical characteristics were robustly demonstrated as moderators of positive, negative, general or total psychotic symptoms at post-treatment. Sensitivity analyses demonstrated that number of sessions moderated the impact of treatment assignment (CBTp or other therapies) on total psychotic symptoms (p = 0.02). CONCLUSIONS IPD suggest that patient characteristics, including severity of psychotic symptoms, do not significantly influence treatment outcome in psychological interventions for psychosis while investing in sufficient dosage of CBTp is important. IPD provide roughly equivalent efficacy estimates to study-level data although significant benefit was not replicated for positive symptoms. We encourage authors to ensure IPD is accessible for future research.

Abstract
This Letter presents the observation and measurement of electroweak production of a same-sign W boson pair in association with two jets using 36.1 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data recorded at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The analysis is performed in the detector fiducial phase-space region, defined by the presence of two same-sign leptons, electron or muon, and at least two jets with a large invariant mass and rapidity difference. A total of 122 candidate events are observed for a background expectation of 69±7 events, corresponding to an observed signal significance of 6.5 standard deviations. The measured fiducial signal cross section is σ^{fid}=2.89_{-0.48}^{+0.51}(stat)_{-0.28}^{+0.29}(syst) fb.

Abstract
This Letter describes the observation of the light-by-light scattering process, γγ→γγ, in Pb+Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV. The analysis is conducted using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.73 nb^{-1}, collected in November 2018 by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC. Light-by-light scattering candidates are selected in events with two photons produced exclusively, each with transverse energy E_{T}^{γ}>3 GeV and pseudorapidity |η_{γ}|<2.4, diphoton invariant mass above 6 GeV, and small diphoton transverse momentum and acoplanarity. After applying all selection criteria, 59 candidate events are observed for a background expectation of 12±3 events. The observed excess of events over the expected background has a significance of 8.2 standard deviations. The measured fiducial cross section is 78±13(stat)±7(syst)±3(lumi) nb.

Abstract
Charged-particle fragmentation functions for jets azimuthally balanced by a high-transverse-momentum, prompt, isolated photon are measured in 25 pb^{-1} of pp and 0.49 nb^{-1} of Pb+Pb collision data at 5.02 TeV per nucleon pair recorded with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The measurements are compared to predictions of Monte Carlo generators and to measurements of inclusively selected jets. In pp collisions, a different jet fragmentation function in photon-tagged events from that in inclusive jet events arises from the difference in fragmentation between light quarks and gluons. The ratios of the fragmentation functions in Pb+Pb events to that in pp events are used to explore the parton color-charge dependence of jet quenching in the hot medium. In relatively peripheral collisions, fragmentation functions exhibit a similar modification pattern for photon-tagged and inclusive jets. However, photon-tagged jets are observed to have larger modifications than inclusive jets in central Pb+Pb events.

Abstract
Dark matter particles, if sufficiently light, may be produced in decays of the Higgs boson. This Letter presents a statistical combination of searches for H→invisible decays where H is produced according to the standard model via vector boson fusion, Z(ℓℓ)H, and W/Z(had)H, all performed with the ATLAS detector using 36.1 fb^{-1} of pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV at the LHC. In combination with the results at sqrt[s]=7 and 8 TeV, an exclusion limit on the H→invisible branching ratio of 0.26(0.17_{-0.05}^{+0.07}) at 95% confidence level is observed (expected).

Abstract
Previous meta-analysis has reported the rate of reliable and clinically significant changes in hoarding disorder (HD) after cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) based on the classical CBT model of HD, as between 42% and 25%. However, in this analysis, different types of therapy (group vs individual, G-CBT and I-CBT, respectively), different providers (psychologist vs nonpsychologist), and different diagnosis (HD vs hoarding behaviour) were analysed together. Hence, it remains unclear if reported rate of changes was due to limits of the CBT model of HD or due to the fact that different applications of the model were analysed together. The aim of this meta-analysis is to highlight shortcomings in the description of existing approaches in G-CBT in HD and provide an up-to-date review of the current state of efficacy. We searched references for treatment trials of G-CBT for HD in adults with object hoarding, where treatment was conducted by a professional in PubMed, PsychINFO and Web of Science databases, and ResearchGate (for grey literature). Data on participants, treatment modalities, and outcomes were extracted; treatment effect-size was meta-analysed. Five hundred and forty-three references were found; after title and abstract screening, eight articles (178 participants) were retained of which seven were included in the meta-analysis. G-CBT showed improvement of HD severity at posttreatment (Hedge's g = 0.96). The rate of clinically reliable changes across groups of treatment was 21%-68% (M = 36.7%; SD = 12.1%). The meta-analyses showed a statistically but not clinically significant impact of age on effect-size. No publication bias was found. There is strong evidence supporting the efficacy of G-CBT including modified or extended versions of classical G-CBT protocols. However, controlled trials with follow-up assessment are needed to evaluate long-term G-CBT efficacy for HD. As well, the rate of clinically significant changes is low; further research on the HD model could improve the efficacy of G-CBT.

Abstract
This Letter presents a search for the production of a long-lived neutral particle (Z_{d}) decaying within the ATLAS hadronic calorimeter, in association with a standard model (SM) Z boson produced via an intermediate scalar boson, where Z→ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-} (ℓ=e, μ). The data used were collected by the ATLAS detector during 2015 and 2016 pp collisions with a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV at the Large Hadron Collider and correspond to an integrated luminosity of 36.1±0.8 fb^{-1}. No significant excess of events is observed above the expected background. Limits on the production cross section of the scalar boson times its decay branching fraction into the long-lived neutral particle are derived as a function of the mass of the intermediate scalar boson, the mass of the long-lived neutral particle, and its cτ from a few centimeters to one hundred meters. In the case that the intermediate scalar boson is the SM Higgs boson, its decay branching fraction to a long-lived neutral particle with a cτ approximately between 0.1 and 7 m is excluded with a 95% confidence level up to 10% for m_{Z_{d}} between 5 and 15 GeV.

Abstract
A combination of the searches for pair-produced vectorlike partners of the top and bottom quarks in various decay channels (T→Zt/Wb/Ht, B→Zb/Wt/Hb) is performed using 36.1 fb^{-1} of pp collision data at sqrt[s]=13 TeV with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The observed data are found to be in good agreement with the standard model background prediction in all individual searches. Therefore, combined 95% confidence-level upper limits are set on the production cross section for a range of vectorlike quark scenarios, significantly improving upon the reach of the individual searches. Model-independent limits are set assuming the vectorlike quarks decay to standard model particles. A singlet T is excluded for masses below 1.31 TeV and a singlet B is excluded for masses below 1.22 TeV. Assuming a weak isospin (T,B) doublet and |V_{Tb}|≪|V_{tB}|, T and B masses below 1.37 TeV are excluded.

This Letter presents a measurement of γγ→μ^{+}μ^{-} production in Pb+Pb collisions recorded by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV with an integrated luminosity of 0.49 nb^{-1}. The azimuthal angle and transverse momentum correlations between the muons are measured as a function of collision centrality. The muon pairs are produced from γγ through the interaction of the large electromagnetic fields of the nuclei. The contribution from background sources of muon pairs is removed using a template fit method. In peripheral collisions, the muons exhibit a strong back-to-back correlation consistent with previous measurements of muon pair production in ultraperipheral collisions. The angular correlations are observed to broaden significantly in central collisions. The modifications are qualitatively consistent with rescattering of the muons while passing through the hot matter produced in the collision.

Abstract
A search for resonant and nonresonant pair production of Higgs bosons in the bb[over ¯]τ^{+}τ^{-} final state is presented. The search uses 36.1 fb^{-1} of pp collision data with sqrt[s]=13 TeV recorded by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC in 2015 and 2016. Decays of the τ-lepton pairs with at least one τ lepton decaying to final states with hadrons and a neutrino are considered. No significant excess above the expected background is observed in the data. The cross-section times branching ratio for nonresonant Higgs boson pair production is constrained to be less than 30.9 fb, 12.7 times the standard model expectation, at 95% confidence level. The data are also analyzed to probe resonant Higgs boson pair production, constraining a model with an extended Higgs sector based on two doublets and a Randall-Sundrum bulk graviton model. Upper limits are placed on the resonant Higgs boson pair production cross-section times branching ratio, excluding resonances X in the mass range 305 GeV<m_{X}<402 GeV in the simplified hMSSM minimal supersymmetric model for tanβ=2 and excluding bulk Randall-Sundrum gravitons G_{KK} in the mass range 325 GeV<m_{G_{KK}}<885 GeV for k/M[over ¯]_{Pl}=1.

Abstract
This Letter presents a normalized differential cross-section measurement in a fiducial phase-space region where interference effects between top-quark pair production and associated production of a single top quark with a W boson and a b-quark are significant. Events with exactly two leptons (ee, μμ, or eμ) and two b-tagged jets that satisfy a multiparticle invariant mass requirement are selected from 36.1 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data taken at sqrt[s]=13 TeV with the ATLAS detector at the LHC in 2015 and 2016. The results are compared with predictions from simulations using various strategies for the interference. The standard prescriptions for interference modeling are significantly different from each other but are within 2σ of the data. State-of-the-art predictions that naturally incorporate interference effects provide the best description of the data in the measured region of phase space most sensitive to these effects. These results provide an important constraint on interference models and will guide future model development and tuning.

Abstract
Auditory verbal hallucinations are hallmark symptoms of schizophrenia and are amongst the most disturbing symptoms of the disorder. Although not entirely understood, the relationship between the voice hearer and their voices has been shown to be an important treatment target. Understanding voice hearers' standpoints through qualitative analysis is central to apprehend a deeper comprehension of their experience and further explore the relevance of interpersonal interventions. Compared with other dialogical intervention, virtual reality-assisted therapy (Avatar Therapy) enables patients to be in a tangible relation with a representation of their persecutory voice. This novel therapy has shown favourable results, though the therapeutic processes remain equivocal. We consequently sought to begin by characterizing the main themes emerging during the therapy by exploring the hearer's discussion with their avatar. The therapy sessions of 12 of our referrals were transcribed, and the patients' responses were analysed using content analysis methods. Five themes emerged from data saturation: emotional responses to the voices, beliefs about voices and schizophrenia, self-perceptions, coping mechanisms, and aspirations. All patients had at least one element within each of these themes. Our analyses also enabled us to identify changes that were either verbalized by the patients or noted by the raters throughout therapy sessions. These findings are relevant as they allowed to identify key themes that are hypothesized to be related to therapeutic targets in a novel relational therapy using virtual reality. Future studies to further explore the processes implicated within Avatar Therapy are necessary.

Abstract
Searches for dijet resonances with sub-TeV masses using the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider can be statistically limited by the bandwidth available to inclusive single-jet triggers, whose data-collection rates at low transverse momentum are much lower than the rate from standard model multijet production. This Letter describes a new search for dijet resonances where this limitation is overcome by recording only the event information calculated by the jet trigger algorithms, thereby allowing much higher event rates with reduced storage needs. The search targets low-mass dijet resonances in the range 450-1800 GeV. The analyzed data set has an integrated luminosity of up to 29.3 fb^{-1} and was recorded at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. No excesses are found; limits are set on Gaussian-shaped contributions to the dijet mass distribution from new particles and on a model of dark-matter particles with axial-vector couplings to quarks.
