Abstract
Introduction Both knotted all suture anchors and metal anchors are used for arthroscopic Bankart repair. We retrospectively evaluated and compared clinical and functional outcomes after arthroscopic Bankart repair using the knotted all-suture anchors and knotted metal anchors. Materials and methods In a retrospective cohort analysis, patients who underwent arthroscopic Bankart repair without any concomitant additional lesion repair using either all-suture anchors or metal anchors, between January 2015 and May 2018 were identified. Their pre- and post-operative functional and clinical outcomes were compared using Rowe and WOSI scores. The recurrence rate in the two groups was also compared. Results A total of 41 patients in all suture anchors group and 47 in the metal anchors group were identified as per inclusion and exclusion criteria. The demographic profile of both groups was comparable. There was no significant difference in clinical and functional outcome between the two suture anchor groups as per Rowe (pre-operative 40.13+6.51 vs 38.09+6.24 and post-operative 2 years 93.28+7.09 vs 92.55+9.2) and WOSI (pre-operative 943.05+216.64 vs 977.55+165.46 and post-operative 2 years 278.21+227.56 vs 270.94+186.25) scores. There was a significant improvement in both the groups between preoperative and post-operative ROWE and WOSI scores at 6 months and 2 years follow-up as compared to pre-operative scores (p<0.001). Re-dislocation rates were also comparable (4.8% vs 6.3%). Conclusion All-suture anchors showed comparable clinical and functional results as the metal anchors for arthroscopic Bankart repair at two-year follow-up.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Traditional methods of evaluating cardiotoxicity focus solely on radiation doses to the heart and do not incorporate functional imaging information. Functional imaging has great potential to improve the ability to provide early prediction for cardiotoxicity for lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. FDG-based PET/CT imaging is routinely obtained as part of standard staging work up for lung cancer patients. Although FDG PET/CT scans are typically used to evaluate the tumor, imaging guidelines note that FDG PET/CT scans are an FDA-approved method to image for cardiac inflammation, and studies have noted that the PET cardiac signal can be predictive of clinical outcomes. The purpose of this work was to develop a radiomics model to predict clinical cardiac assessment of standard of care FDG PET/CT scans. MATERIALS/METHODS The study included 100 consecutive lung cancer patients treated with radiotherapy who underwent standard pre-treatment FDG-PET/CT staging scans. A clinician reviewed the PET/CT scans per clinical cardiac assessment guidelines and classified the cardiac uptake as: 0 = uniform diffuse, 1 = absent, 2 = heterogeneous, with event rates of 20%, 44%, and 35%, respectively. The heart was delineated and 200 novel functional radiomics features were selected to classify cardiac FDG uptake patterns. We divided the data into an 80% training set and a 20% test set to train and evaluate the classification models. Feature reduction was carried out using the Wilcoxon test (with Bonferroni adjusted p<0.05), hierarchical clustering, and Recursive Feature Elimination. Two automatic machine learning (AutoML) frameworks were used to determine classification models: a Random Forest Classifier (Tree-based Pipeline Optimization Tool, TPOT) and Linear Discriminant Analysis (AutoSklearn). 10-fold cross validation was carried out for training and the accuracy of the ability of the models to predict for clinical cardiac assessment is reported. RESULTS Fifty-one independent radiomics features were reduced to 3 clinically pertinent features (PET 2D Skewness, PET Grey Level Co-occurrence Matrix Correlation, and PET Median) using feature reduction techniques. The model selected by TPOT showed 89.8% predictive accuracy in the cross validation of the training set and 85% predictive accuracy on the test set. The model selected by AutoSklearn showed 89.7% predictive accuracy in the cross validation of the training set and 80% predictive accuracy on the test set. CONCLUSION The novelty of this work is that it is the first study to develop and evaluate functional cardiac radiomic features from standard of care FDG PET/CT scans with the data showing good predictive accuracy with clinical imaging evaluation. If validated, the current work provides automated methods to provide functional cardiac information using standard of care imaging that can be used as an imaging biomarker for early clinical toxicity prediction for lung cancer patients.

Abstract
Tongue carcinoma constitutes 10.4-46.9% of all oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCCs) and is notoriously known for invading tissues deeper than the evident gross margins. The deeper the tumor invades, the higher are its chances of future morbidity and mortality due to extensive neck dissection and risk of recurrence. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a noninvasive diagnostic aid used for measuring a preoperative tumor's depth of invasion (DOI) as it can efficiently outline soft tissue tumors from adjacent normal tissue. To assess various MRI modalities used in measuring DOI in tongue carcinoma and their reliability compared with other DOI measuring modalities. The protocol was registered in the International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO) database (CRD42022330866), and the following Preferred Reporting Items for a Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) Diagnostic Test Accuracy guidelines were performed. PubMed electronic database was searched using a combination of keywords for relevant articles in the English language since 2016. Critical appraisal was carried out using the Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies-Comparative (QUADAS-C) risk-of-bias (RoB) assessment tool. A weighted mean difference (WMD) was calculated between MRI and histopathological DOI along with pooled correlation and subgroup analysis, where possible. A total of 795 records were retrieved of which 17 were included in the final review with 13 included for meta-analysis. A high RoB was found for most studies for all parameters except flow and timing. WMD showed a statistically significant MRI overestimation of 1.90 mm compared with histopathology. Subgroup analysis showed the 1.5 Tesla machine to be superior to the 3.0 Tesla machine, while imaging sequence subgroup analysis could not be performed. MRI is a viable preoperative DOI measurement modality that can help in efficient treatment planning to decrease surgical morbidity and mortality.

Abstract
The creation of matter with varying degrees of complexities and desired functions is one of the ultimate targets of self-assembly. The ability to regulate the complex interactions between the individual components is essential in achieving this target. In this direction, the initial success of controlling the pathways and final thermodynamic states of a self-assembly process is promising. Despite the progress made in the field, there has been a growing interest in pushing the limits of self-assembly processes. The main inception of this interest is that the intended self-assembled state, with varying complexities, may not be "at equilibrium (or at global minimum)", rendering free energy minimization unsuitable to form the desired product. Thus, we believe that a thorough understanding of the design principles as well as the ability to predict the outcome of a self-assembly process is essential to form a collection of the next generation of complex matter. The present review highlights the potent role of finely tuned interparticle interactions in nanomaterials to achieve the preferred self-assembled structures with the desired properties. We believe that bringing the design and prediction to nanoparticle self-assembly processes will have a similar effect as retrosynthesis had on the logic of chemical synthesis. Along with the guiding principles, the review gives a summary of the different types of products created from nanoparticle assemblies and the functional properties emerging from them. Finally, we highlight the reasonable expectations from the field and the challenges lying ahead in the creation of complex and evolvable matter.

Abstract
With the increasing number of options for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, clinicians need guidance on a practical approach to selecting a systemic agent for specific patient populations. We convened an expert panel consisting of 12 members to conduct a literature review and summarize relevant data related to six scenarios of clinical interest: comorbid asthma, ocular surface disease, history of cancer, past and ongoing infections of interest (including herpes simplex virus, herpes zoster, hepatitis B, and tuberculosis), pregnancy and lactation, and the elderly. We performed a literature search and examined each clinical scenario with respect to three major categories of available systemic agents: traditional systemics (azathioprine, cyclosporine A, methotrexate, and mycophenolate mofetil), Janus kinase inhibitors (abrocitinib, baricitinib, and upadacitinib), and biologics (dupilumab, lebrikizumab, and tralokinumab). The expert panel and steering committee met virtually to review the data and discuss the drafted consensus statements. A modified Delphi process was used to arrive at a set of final consensus statements related to the systemic treatment of AD in these specific patient populations. To provide practical guidance on the choice of systemic therapy for atopic dermatitis in these six topics of clinical interest, 25 expert consensus statements and a summary of the supporting data are presented herein.

Abstract
The present study was conducted upon 170 government and private school teachers of Punjab, India. The purpose was to study the differences in the happiness level of the teachers of two sectors and its impact upon the psychological well-being of teachers moderated by self-esteem. Instruments used were Oxford Happiness Questionnaire by Argyle and Hills, Rosenberg’s self-esteem Questionnaire, and Psychological Well-Being Scale by Bhogle and Prakash. The data analysis was done using Jamovi software to get S.D and t values. The results showed no difference in the happiness level of the teachers of the government and private schools, and happiness significantly impacts the psychological well-being of teachers moderated by self-esteem. Abstract
PURPOSE The CD20 antigen is expressed on more than 90% of B-cell lymphomas. It is appealing for targeted therapy, because it does not shed or modulate. A chimeric monoclonal antibody more effectively mediates host effector functions and is itself less immunogenic than are murine antibodies. PATIENTS AND METHODS This was a multiinstitutional trial of the chimeric anti-CD20 antibody, IDEC-C2B8. Patients with relapsed low grade or follicular lymphoma received an outpatient treatment course of IDEC-C2B8 375 mg/m2 intravenously weekly for four doses. RESULTS From 31 centers, 166 patients were entered. Of this intent-to-treat group, 48% responded. With a median follow-up duration of 11.8 months, the projected median time to progression for responders is 13.0 months. Serum antibody levels were sustained longer after the fourth infusion than after the first, and were higher in responders and in patients with lower tumor burden. The majority of adverse events occurred during the first infusion and were grade 1 or 2; fever and chills were the most common events. Only 12% of patients had grade 3 and 3% grade 4 toxicities. A human antichimeric antibody was detected in only one patient. CONCLUSION The response rate of 48% with IDEC-C2B8 is comparable to results with single-agent cytotoxic chemotherapy. Toxicity was mild. Attention needs to be paid to the rate of antibody infusion, with titration according to toxicity. Further investigation of this agent is warranted, including its use in conjunction with standard chemotherapy.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The aim of our study was to assess the clinical outcome of isolated lymph node recurrence in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer treated by surgery and to analyze the impact of various clinico-pathological factors on prognosis. MATERIAL AND METHODS We conducted a retrospective analysis of all the epithelial ovarian cancer patients who underwent secondary lymphadenectomy surgery for isolated lymph node recurrence at our institute from 2013 to 2020. Univariate analysis of various factors influencing the post-recurrence disease free survival and post-recurrence survival was done using Kaplan-Meier for categorical variables and cox-proportional hazard progression for continuous variables. RESULTS A total of 21 patients of isolated lymph node recurrence were treated surgically during the study period. The median disease free interval to develop lymph nodal recurrence was 13 months. All the patients achieved complete resection to no gross residual disease without any significant morbidity associated with the procedure. The median post-recurrence disease free survival after treatment of lymph node recurrence was 25 months with 3-year post-recurrence survival of 72% and 3-year overall survival of 85%. Amongst the factors influencing post-recurrence disease free survival, young age (< 50 years), para-aortic lymph node dissection at initial surgery and single site of lymph node recurrence were significantly associated with better prognosis. A single site of lymph node recurrence was associated with significantly better post-recurrence survival. CONCLUSIONS Complete resection is feasible for epithelial ovarian cancer patients presenting with isolated lymph node recurrence, without any significant perioperative morbidity. When combined with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, complete resection is associated with favourable survival outcomes. Young age, para-aortic lymph node dissection during primary surgery and single site of lymph node recurrence are associated with better prognosis.

Abstract
DUNE is a dual-site experiment for long-baseline neutrino oscillation studies, neutrino astrophysics and nucleon decay searches. ProtoDUNE Dual Phase (DP) is a 6 × 6 × 6 m 3 liquid argon time-projection-chamber (LArTPC) that recorded cosmic-muon data at the CERN Neutrino Platform in 2019-2020 as a prototype of the DUNE Far Detector. Charged particles propagating through the LArTPC produce ionization and scintillation light. The scintillation light signal in these detectors can provide the trigger for non-beam events. In addition, it adds precise timing capabilities and improves the calorimetry measurements. In ProtoDUNE-DP, scintillation and electroluminescence light produced by cosmic muons in the LArTPC is collected by photomultiplier tubes placed up to 7 m away from the ionizing track. In this paper, the ProtoDUNE-DP photon detection system performance is evaluated with a particular focus on the different wavelength shifters, such as PEN and TPB, and the use of Xe-doped LAr, considering its future use in giant LArTPCs. The scintillation light production and propagation processes are analyzed and a comparison of simulation to data is performed, improving understanding of the liquid argon properties.

Abstract
Discoid menisci represent a range of morphological meniscal variants, most commonly involving the lateral meniscus. Clinical presentation ranges from an asymptomatic incidental finding to snapping, pain, swelling and reduced range of knee movement. Symptomatic presentation of discoid menisci is usually due to meniscal tears and instability resulting from abnormal meniscal morphology and ultrastructure, with absent peri-meniscal ligamentous and meniscocapsular attachments characteristic of the Wrisberg sub-type. This article reviews the current classification systems of discoid menisci, gross morphological characteristics of each sub-type and ultrastructure. Clinical presentation, arthroscopic findings and indirect radiological diagnostic criteria are described, as are the MRI findings of normal and pathological discoid menisci. Current concepts of surgical management and outcomes of the discoid meniscus are also briefly discussed.

Abstract
Congenital clefts cause compromised function and esthetics, inadvertently affecting a patient’s social and mental health. These defects can be successfully managed by a multidisciplinary team that can provide holistic care from birth till adulthood and beyond. A 17-year-old girl with left side congenital cleft, who had undergone cleft surgeries at our center, reported with a chief complaint of a missing front tooth in the upper region. Clinical and radiographic investigations showed a need for tertiary grafting, which was done using an autologous iliac graft. After six months, a dental implant was placed and immediately loaded after implant stability quotient assessment. Treatment of cleft patients is arduous and technique sensitive and should be done following pre-defined protocols. Each case should be handled by a multidisciplinary team giving attention to each aspect of the treatment requirement. It is an added advantage if the treatment is holistically catered at a single center as it provides patient comfort and avoids patient dependence on past records.

Abstract
Introduction: Orthodontic treatment is commonly undertaken in cleft patients for space closure in cleft region. However, it is only able to achieve 50%-75% closure, resorting to use of dental prosthesis in form of removable or fixed partial dentures. Dental implant-based rehabilitation provides a suitable solution however their success depends on the quality and quantity of the residual bone. Resorption of bone graft is a known scientific fact and thus, it is important to know the minimum time after which the implant can be placed so that the grafted bone is minimally lost. However, this time gap between final bone grafting and implant placement in cleft patients has not been well established. Aim: To determine whether the clinical and/or radiological success of dental implant-based rehabilitation depends on the time elapsed between the last grafting procedure and dental implant placement in cleft region with missing permanent teeth in a unilateral or bilateral alveolar cleft patient. Materials and Methods: The systematic review was registered in PROSPERO (International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews) via registration number CRD42020187709. Systematic review was done at GSR Institute of Craniomaxillofacial and Facial Plastic Surgery, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, between March 2020 to July 2020 wherein articles in electronic databases (PubMed, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, (Literatura LatinoAmericana de Ciencias da Saude), Cochrane Library and Google scholar, published between January 2011 to February 2020 were searched. Combination of Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terms used included “cleft palate”, “cleft lip”, “alveolar bone grafting”, and “survival” as some of the key terms. Additional information was sought by contacting the corresponding authors. Search items included were cleft, alveolar bone grafting and dental implants. Only studies with details of time gap between last grating procedure and implant placement were included. Data extraction was done independently by two authors using pre-defined fields. Results: Total of 12 studies were included wherein 255 dental implants were placed in 180 patients. In patients undergoing tertiary grafting, a time of 0 to 26 months was given prior to implant placement while in patients where tertiary grafting was not done, a time of 24 to 144 months was seen between two procedures. A high implant success of 95%-100% was seen irrespective of the grafted bone. The JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute) tool of risk of bias assessment was used. Low level of evidence was presented by case reports and case series. Conclusion: In case of tertiary grafting, a healing period of 3-6 months was seen to be sufficient for successful implant treatment however, a need for more comprehensive studies was recognised due to lack of mutual assessment parameters and shared information in the currently reviewed literature.

Abstract
The choice of an appropriate autogenous source of stem cells has not been adequately addressed especially for intraoral bone regeneration. The current review aims to assess the clinical success of various human stem cells in oral bone regeneration. Articles studying the potential of various stem cells utilized for reconstruction of intraoral bone defects in humans were included in this review. Relevant articles were electronically searched in MEDLINE-PubMed database using keywords with different combinations. Only the articles published in English between 2006 and 2020 were included in this review. It was concluded that intra and extraoral stem cells can be successfully used for bone regeneration of various jaw defects. Depending on the origin, quantity, and quality, each cell type has its own advantages and disadvantages. Also, it brings to the fore the need for more clinical studies to validate and adopt the use of stem cells in regular clinical practice.

Background
The non-invasive calculation of right ventricular hemodynamics such as the pulmonary artery capacitance (PAC) has proven to be feasible and easy to perform. The simplified pulmonary embolism severity index (sPESI) and pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) are other prognostic tools that have been used in the past.
Purpose
To evaluate if baseline PAC can outperform PVR and sPESI to predict all-cause short-term mortality in patients with acute pulmonary embolism (PE).
Methods
373 patients with acute PE and a transthoracic echocardiogram performed within one day of diagnosis from March 2013 through June 2020 were followed prospectively. PAC was calculated as: Left ventricular stroke volume/ (Pulmonary artery systolic pressure – Pulmonary artery diastolic pressure). PVR was calculated as: Tricuspid regurgitant velocity / Right ventricular outflow tract velocity time integral x 10 + 0.16. The sPESI was used to evaluate prognosis by categorizing patients into low and high-risk categories. Multiple logistic regression analyses and receiver-operating characteristic curves were used to evaluate the ability of PAC, PVR, and sPESI to predict all-cause mortality up to six months. The Youden index was used to determine the cut-off value with the highest sensitivity and specificity. Kaplan–Meier curves were performed to determine event-free survival rate, differences between groups were assessed using the Wilcoxon Test.
Results
Mean age was 64±15 years (58% male, 28% cancer). PAC was associated with mortality at thirty days (p 0.0003), three months (p 0.003), and six months (p 0.011) (Table). PVR was associated with mortality at thirty days, three months, and six months (p 0.045, 0.012, and 0.031 respectively). The sPESI score ≥1 (high risk) was associated with all-cause mortality at three months and six months (p 0.0136 and <0.0001 respectively). PAC was the strongest predictor of all-cause mortality with an AUC of 0.95 (CI 0.82- 0.99) at thirty days, 0.84 (CI 0.65–0.99) at three months, and 0.77 (CI 0.57–0.96) for six months. Corresponding Kaplan-Meier survival curve of PAC and thirty days all-cause mortality is presented in the Figure. PVR had an AUC of 0.75 (CI 0.48–0.95) at thirty days, 0.79 (CI 0.58–0.94) at three months, and 0.72 (CI 0.50–0.90) at six months. The sPESI had an AUC of 0.62 (CI 0.54–0.66) at three months and 0.64 (CI 0.59–0.67) at six months.
Conclusion
In patients with acute PE, PAC outperforms sPESI and PVR as a predictor of short-term all-cause mortality at thirty days, three months, and six months. These three variables should be explored head to head prospectively for their utility to predict short term all-cause mortality.

Aim
Elective Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery (BMS) was halted in the UK during the first wave of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Obesity is a predictor of poor outcome in those infected with this virus. This study reports our experience resuming elective weight loss surgery safely amidst the pandemic.
Method
Guidance from national bodies (BOMSS/NICE) were reviewed and a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) was drafted to accommodate local considerations. Data were prospectively collected on patients undergoing BMS following commencement of elective surgery after the first national lockdown.
Results
A total of 50 patients underwent BMS at our institution within six weeks of resuming the services. The median age was 41 years old and BMI was 43.8(IQR 40.0-48.8 kg/m2). Equal number of patients underwent laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy (SG) and Roux en-Y Gastric Bypass (RYGB). Of these, 9 patients (18%) had revisional surgery and 48 patients (96%) were discharged within 24 hours of their surgery. The rate of readmission within thirty days of surgery was 6% (n = 3) and 1 patient returned to theatre with an obstruction proximal to the jejuno-jenunal anastomosis. None of the patients exhibited symptoms or tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
Conclusions
With appropriate precautions and protocols, it is feasible and safe to resume BMS, with no increased risk to bariatric patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is particularly encouraging for other units in UK to offer BMS after the current lockdown.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, numerous bariatric surgical units globally have halted weight loss surgery. Obesity itself has been shown to be a predictor of poor outcome in people infected with the virus. The aim of this study was to report our experience as a high-volume bariatric institution resuming elective weight loss surgery safely amidst emergency admissions of COVID-19-positive patients. METHODS A standard operating procedure based on national guidance and altered to accommodate local considerations was initiated across the hospital. Data were collected prospectively for 50 consecutive patients undergoing bariatric surgery following recommencement of elective surgery after the first national lockdown in the UK. RESULTS Between 28 June and 5 August 2020, a total of 50 patients underwent bariatric surgery of whom 94% were female. Median age was 41 years and median body mass index was 43.8 (interquartile range 40.0-48.8)kg/m2. Half of the patients (n = 25/50) underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and half underwent Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB). Of these 50 patients, 9 (18%) had revisional bariatric surgery. Overall median length of hospital stay was 1 day, with 96% of the study population being discharged within 24h of surgery. The overall rate of readmission was 6% and one patient (2%) returned to theatre with an obstruction proximal to jejuno-jejunal anastomosis. None of the patients exhibited symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19. CONCLUSION With appropriately implemented measures and precautions, resumption of bariatric surgery during the COVID-19 pandemic appears feasible and safe with no increased risk to patients.

Introduction
Cardiovascular adaptations as a result of exercise conducted at high-intensity and high-volume are often termed the ‘Athlete’s heart’. Studies have shown that these cardiovascular adaptations vary between sexes. It is important that both sexes are well represented in this literature. However, many studies assessing the impact of high-dose exercise on cardiovascular outcomes under-recruit female participants.
Purpose
This scoping review aimed to evaluate the representation of females in studies assessing the impact of high-dose exercise on cardiovascular outcomes and demonstrate how this has changed over time.
Methods
The scoping review protocol as outlined by Arksey and O’Malley was used. OVID and EMBASE databases were searched and studies independently reviewed by two reviewers. Studies must have investigated the effects of high-dose exercise on cardiovascular outcomes. To assess how the recruitment of females has changed over time, two methods were used. One, the median study date was used to categorise studies into two groups. Two, studies were divided into deciles to form ten equal groups over the study period. Mean percentage of female recruitment and percentage of studies that failed to include females were calculated.
Results
Overall, 250 studies were included. Over half the studies (50.8%, n = 127) did not include female participants. Only 3.2% (n = 8) did not include male participants. Overall, mean percentage recruitment was 18.2%. The mean percentage of recruitment was 14.5% before 2011 and 21.8% after 2011. The most recent decile of studies demonstrated the highest mean percentage of female recruitment (29.3%) and lowest number of studies that did not include female participants (26.9%).
Conclusion
Female participants are significantly underrepresented in studies assessing cardiovascular outcomes caused by high-dose exercise. The most recent studies show that female recruitment may be improving, however, this still falls significantly short for equal representation. Risk factors, progression and management of cardiovascular diseases vary between sexes, hence, translating findings from male dominated data is not appropriate. Future investigators should aim to establish barriers and strategies to optimise fair recruitment.

Abstract
The first measurement of longitudinal decorrelations of harmonic flow amplitudes v_{n} for n=2-4 in Xe+Xe collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.44 TeV is obtained using 3 μb^{-1} of data with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The decorrelation signal for v_{3} and v_{4} is found to be nearly independent of collision centrality and transverse momentum (p_{T}) requirements on final-state particles, but for v_{2} a strong centrality and p_{T} dependence is seen. When compared with the results from Pb+Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV, the longitudinal decorrelation signal in midcentral Xe+Xe collisions is found to be larger for v_{2}, but smaller for v_{3}. Current hydrodynamic models reproduce the ratios of the v_{n} measured in Xe+Xe collisions to those in Pb+Pb collisions but fail to describe the magnitudes and trends of the ratios of longitudinal flow decorrelations between Xe+Xe and Pb+Pb. The results on the system-size dependence provide new insights and an important lever arm to separate effects of the longitudinal structure of the initial state from other early and late time effects in heavy-ion collisions.

Abstract
Several extensions of the Standard Model predict the production of dark matter particles at the LHC. An uncharted signature of dark matter particles produced in association with VV=W^{±}W^{∓} or ZZ pairs from a decay of a dark Higgs boson s is searched for using 139 fb^{-1} of pp collisions recorded by the ATLAS detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The s→V(qq[over ¯])V(qq[over ¯]) decays are reconstructed with a novel technique aimed at resolving the dense topology from boosted VV pairs using jets in the calorimeter and tracking information. Dark Higgs scenarios with m_{s}>160 GeV are excluded.

Abstract
The yield of charged particles opposite to a Z boson with large transverse momentum (p_{T}) is measured in 260 pb^{-1} of pp and 1.7 nb^{-1} of Pb+Pb collision data at 5.02 TeV per nucleon pair recorded with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The Z boson tag is used to select hard-scattered partons with specific kinematics, and to observe how their showers are modified as they propagate through the quark-gluon plasma created in Pb+Pb collisions. Compared with pp collisions, charged-particle yields in Pb+Pb collisions show significant modifications as a function of charged-particle p_{T} in a way that depends on event centrality and Z boson p_{T}. The data are compared with a variety of theoretical calculations and provide new information about the medium-induced energy loss of partons in a p_{T} regime difficult to measure through other channels.

Abstract
Lead contamination in drinking and natural water has reached alarming concentrations, thus necessitating the development of accurate and rapid determination systems for Pb(II) in aqueous systems. Two hyphenated flow injection-solid phase extraction- FAAS (FI-SPE-FAAS) systems using oxidized and m-phenylenediamine functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes for Pb(II) preconcentration from industrially contaminated real water samples have been proposed. The chemical and hydrodynamic parameters affecting Pb(II) sorption/desorption were optimized. The effect of common interfering ions in water was also studied. Different figures of merit such as preconcentration factor (> 70), detection limit (≤ 1.5 µg L-1), and relative standard deviation (≤ 1.3%) were achieved at the preconcentration time of 120 s for both the preconcentration systems. The method was applied to industrially contaminated real water samples and the spike recovery tests were carried out using standard Pb(II) solution traceable to NIST. The proposed method was validated using standard reference material 1640a supplied by NIST Gaithersburg, MD, USA.

Abstract
The observation of forward proton scattering in association with lepton pairs (e^{+}e^{-}+p or μ^{+}μ^{-}+p) produced via photon fusion is presented. The scattered proton is detected by the ATLAS Forward Proton spectrometer, while the leptons are reconstructed by the central ATLAS detector. Proton-proton collision data recorded in 2017 at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV are analyzed, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 14.6 fb^{-1}. A total of 57 (123) candidates in the ee+p (μμ+p) final state are selected, allowing the background-only hypothesis to be rejected with a significance exceeding 5 standard deviations in each channel. Proton-tagging techniques are introduced for cross-section measurements in the fiducial detector acceptance, corresponding to σ_{ee+p}=11.0±2.6(stat)±1.2(syst)±0.3(lumi) and σ_{μμ+p}=7.2±1.6(stat)±0.9(syst)±0.2(lumi) fb in the dielectron and dimuon channel, respectively.

Abstract
Young women diagnosed with cancer today have a greater chance of long-term survival than ever before. Successful survivorship for this group of patients includes maintaining a high quality of life after a cancer diagnosis and treatment; however, lifesaving treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery can impact survivors by impairing reproductive and endocrine health. Expert oncologists along with reproductive medicine specialists discuss fertility preservation options in this chapter since fertility preservation is becoming a priority for young women with breast cancer. This expert group used data from published literature, practical experience and opinion of a large group of academic oncologists to arrive at these practical consensus recommendations for the benefit of community oncologists.

Abstract
This Letter presents a search for the production of new heavy resonances decaying into a Higgs boson and a photon using proton-proton collision data at sqrt[s]=13 TeV collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The data correspond to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb^{-1}. The analysis is performed by reconstructing hadronically decaying Higgs boson (H→bb[over ¯]) candidates as single large-radius jets. A novel algorithm using information about the jet constituents in the center-of-mass frame of the jet is implemented to identify the two b quarks in the single jet. No significant excess of events is observed above the expected background. Upper limits are set on the production cross-section times branching fraction for narrow spin-1 resonances decaying into a Higgs boson and a photon in the resonance mass range from 0.7 to 4 TeV, cross-section times branching fractions are excluded between 11.6 fb and 0.11 fb at a 95% confidence level.

Abstract
A search for Higgs boson decays into a Z boson and a light resonance in two-lepton plus jet events is performed, using a pp collision dataset with an integrated luminosity of 139 fb^{-1} collected at sqrt[s]=13 TeV by the ATLAS experiment at the CERN LHC. The resonance considered is a light boson with a mass below 4 GeV from a possible extended scalar sector or a charmonium state. Multivariate discriminants are used for the event selection and for evaluating the mass of the light resonance. No excess of events above the expected background is found. Observed (expected) 95% confidence-level upper limits are set on the Higgs boson production cross section times branching fraction to a Z boson and the signal resonance, with values in the range 17-340 pb (16_{-5}^{+6}-320_{-90}^{+130} pb) for the different light spin-0 boson mass and branching fraction hypotheses, and with values of 110 and 100 pb (100_{-30}^{+40} and 100_{-30}^{+40} pb) for the η_{c} and J/ψ hypotheses, respectively.

Background
Exercise intolerance is the cardinal manifestation of heart failure (HF), yet its underlying mechanism(s) remain poorly understood. Measures of ventricular function such as ejection fraction often have no relationship with exercise capacity in HF. 2D-STE has proved to be more reliable method to evaluate myocardial mechanical function. Our hypothesis is Resistance exercise training (Resist-HFpEF) will improve exercise tolerance and exertional symptoms in patients with HFpEF.
Purpose
The study aims to evaluate myocardial mechanical function by strain imaging during resistance exercise training in Heart Failure patients with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF)
Methods
This is a single centre prospective pilot study. 24 HFpEF patients were enrolled and their baseline comorbidities were recorded. Baseline 2D-STE imaging was performed at rest and during exercise (Visit 1). Patients were then randomized to either a novel resistance exercise training program for 36 sessions (3 sessions per week for 12 weeks) or a standard of care control group. 2D STE imaging was then repeated at follow-up (Visit 2). Peak Global Longitudinal strain (GLS), systolic strain rate (SSR), early diastolic strain rate (SRe) were measured offline.
Results
Mean age of the Rehab cohort was 68.57±10.52 years and the control cohort was 68.1±6.47 years. 23 study subjects were male (96%). 17% of the study subjects were hypertensive, 63% were diabetic, 42% had NYHA I, 46% had NYHA II and 13% had NYHA III of heart failure. The mean LV ejection fraction in the control and Rehab group after the training program at rest was 61.88±2.26% & 54.74±2.07% (p-value 0.04) and during exercise was 59.90±2.05% and 53.13±2.05% (p-value 0.04). The peak GLS was −18.80±4.29% and −17.7±2.21% in controls during rest and exercise at Visit 1 (p-value 0.27) while the rehab cohort had −18.71±4.7% and −20.82±2.4% respectively (p-value 0.0268). The peak GLS was −17.40±3.05% and −17.96±2.65% in controls during rest and exercise at Visit 2 (p-value 0.3430) while rehab cohort had −17.97±6.21% and −16.57±3.82% respectively (p-value 0.67). (Figure 1a and 1b shows GLS, SRS, SRe at Baseline and after exercise program respectively)
Conclusion
This pilot study suggest systolic and diastolic reserve can be measured reliably during low grade exercise. These results could reflect improvement in clinical status and exercise tolerance.

Background
The left ventricle (LV) in obese patients undergoes different patterns of remodeling in order to normalize wall stress. However, little is known about how LV volume indices, LV global longitudinal strain and right ventricular free wall strain (GLS) vary according to the pattern of LV remodeling.
Aim
To define the echocardiographic reference values of LV volumes and biventricular GLS across the different LV remodeling patterns in obese patients with a preserved ejection fraction.
Methods
2393 adult obese patients (1428 females, 965 males) with a normal ejection fraction who underwent echocardiography from January 2008 to December 2018 were selected. They were categorized according to 4 cardiac remodeling groups defined by LV mass index (102g/m2 in males, 88g/m2 in females) and relative ventricular wall thickness (0.42): normal geometry (NG), eccentric hypertrophy (EH), concentric remodeling (CR) and concentric hypertrophy (CH). Obese subjects were further categorized by BMI class (30–35, 35–40, >40 kg/m2). Obese subjects were gender matched to controls with a normal BMI (18.5–25 kg/m2) and normal cardiac geometry. Mean ± SD, One-way Anova and Tukey- Kramer HSD were applied. P<0.05 is considered significant.
Results
The mean age of controls and obese patients' were 50±16 and 57±13.6 years respectively (P<0.0001). LV GLS for controls compared to obese subjects with NG, EH, CR and CH was −21.1±2 vs. −20.2±1.9, −19.6±2.8, −18.5±2.9, −17.5±3.4 respectively (p<0.0001 for all), and for RV GLS it was −27.9±4 vs −26.7±3.9, −25.1±5, −23.5±5.5, −24.1±5.2 respectively (p<0.01 for all, except for NG where p=0.2). The distribution of LV indices according to cardiac remodeling subtypes is shown in the figure. Indexed end diastolic and end systolic volumes were smaller in NG, CH and CR compared to controls (p<0.001 for each respectively). LV GLS and ejection fraction were higher in females, while indexed LV volumes were higher in males within each remodeling category (P<0.0001). No significant difference in LV GLS or indexed LV volume was seen across BMI categories within each remodeling pattern (P>0.05). Obese subjects with CH had the highest incidence of the cardiovascular risk factors hyperlipidemia, hypertension and history of myocardial infarction or stroke, compared to those with other remodeling patterns (p<0.0001 for each, vs. NG, EH and CR).
Conclusion
To our knowledge, this is the largest study to define LV volumes and left and right ventricular GLS according to LV remodeling pattern and BMI category. The Lowest GLS was noted in CH. Ejection fraction was similar across the LV remodeling patterns. There were no differences in GLS and LV indexed volumes across BMI categories within each remodeling group. These results can be applied as a reference values for the obese population with a normal LV ejection fraction.

Background
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is an inherited cardiovascular condition, associated with increased risk of premature adverse events. Once considered a disease of the young, it is increasingly being recognized in septuagenarians and octogenarians, with a few small-scale studies indicating that the risk of adverse cardiovascular outcomes may be lower in the older population.
Purpose
There are limited data regarding the outcomes of elderly patients with HCM. We therefore investigated a nationwide cohort in the United States to evaluate the pattern of disease presentation and outcomes of HCM patients, with a focus on the geriatric population.
Methods
The Nationwide Inpatient Sample (NIS) was queried to identify patients who were admitted for any cause with a concomitant diagnosis of HCM between 2011 and 2014 using ICD-9 (International Classification of Diseases-9th Edition-Clinical Modification) diagnosis code 425.1. All patients were further sub-categorized based on their age into those less than 65 years of age (representative of younger population), 66–75 years, 76–85 years and more than or equal to 86 years. We performed the Chi-squared tests for categorical variables and Mann–Whitney U tests for continuous variables. Multiple logistic regression was performed to assess the predictors of mortality. A two-tailed p-value of <0.05 was considered to be significant.
Results
We identified 120,805 patients who were admitted with a diagnosis of HCM, of whom 46.4% were in the <65 age group, 21.5% were in the 66–75 age group, 20.5% were in the 76–85 age group, and 11.5% were in the >86 age group. The proportion of patients with ventricular fibrillation was lower (1.8% vs 1.0% vs 0.5% vs 0.1%, p<0.01), whereas the proportion of patients undergoing permanent pacemaker placement was higher (1.2% vs 2.3% vs 3.7% vs 3.6%, p<0.01) in successive age groups. The proportion of people undergoing operative procedures including septal myectomy (SM) (5.4% vs 4.5% vs 1.8% vs 0.2%, p-intervention <0.01) and alcohol septal ablation (ASA) (3.2% vs 3.3% vs 1.9% vs 1.0%, p-intervention <0.01) were lower in the advanced age groups when compared to the younger age groups. Pacemaker implantation (odds ratio (OR): 0.32, 95% confidence intervals (CIs): 0.20–0.50, p<0.01) and implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) placement (OR: 0.059, 95% CI: 0.024–0.144, p<0.01) were found to be associated with decreased odds of in-hospital mortality across all age groups.
Conclusion
In a large nationwide cohort of HCM patients in the United States, a significant proportion of patients were septuagenarians and octogenarians. Fewer elderly patients with HCM underwent septal myectomy and alcohol septal ablation, while elderly patients underwent more pacemaker implants. A combination of reduced ventricular conduction abnormalities coupled with increased pacemaker implantation may be contributing to increased longevity in older HCM patients.

Abstract
This Letter describes a search for narrowly resonant new physics using a machine-learning anomaly detection procedure that does not rely on signal simulations for developing the analysis selection. Weakly supervised learning is used to train classifiers directly on data to enhance potential signals. The targeted topology is dijet events and the features used for machine learning are the masses of the two jets. The resulting analysis is essentially a three-dimensional search A→BC, for m_{A}∼O(TeV), m_{B},m_{C}∼O(100 GeV) and B, C are reconstructed as large-radius jets, without paying a penalty associated with a large trials factor in the scan of the masses of the two jets. The full run 2 sqrt[s]=13 TeV pp collision dataset of 139 fb^{-1} recorded by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider is used for the search. There is no significant evidence of a localized excess in the dijet invariant mass spectrum between 1.8 and 8.2 TeV. Cross-section limits for narrow-width A, B, and C particles vary with m_{A}, m_{B}, and m_{C}. For example, when m_{A}=3 TeV and m_{B}≳200 GeV, a production cross section between 1 and 5 fb is excluded at 95% confidence level, depending on m_{C}. For certain masses, these limits are up to 10 times more sensitive than those obtained by the inclusive dijet search. These results are complementary to the dedicated searches for the case that B and C are standard model bosons.

Abstract
A study of the charge conjugation and parity (CP) properties of the interaction between the Higgs boson and top quarks is presented. Higgs bosons are identified via the diphoton decay channel (H→γγ), and their production in association with a top quark pair (tt[over ¯]H) or single top quark (tH) is studied. The analysis uses 139 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data recorded at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. Assuming a CP-even coupling, the tt[over ¯]H process is observed with a significance of 5.2 standard deviations. The measured cross section times H→γγ branching ratio is 1.64_{-0.36}^{+0.38}(stat)_{-0.14}^{+0.17}(sys) fb, and the measured rate for tt[over ¯]H is 1.43_{-0.31}^{+0.33}(stat)_{-0.15}^{+0.21}(sys) times the Standard Model expectation. The tH production process is not observed and an upper limit on its rate of 12 times the Standard Model expectation is set. A CP-mixing angle greater (less) than 43 (-43)° is excluded at 95% confidence level.

Abstract
A search for heavy neutral Higgs bosons is performed using the LHC Run 2 data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV recorded with the ATLAS detector. The search for heavy resonances is performed over the mass range 0.2-2.5 TeV for the τ^{+}τ^{-} decay with at least one τ-lepton decaying into final states with hadrons. The data are in good agreement with the background prediction of the standard model. In the M_{h}^{125} scenario of the minimal supersymmetric standard model, values of tanβ>8 and tanβ>21 are excluded at the 95% confidence level for neutral Higgs boson masses of 1.0 and 1.5 TeV, respectively, where tanβ is the ratio of the vacuum expectation values of the two Higgs doublets.

Abstract
Background: Successful management of patients reporting with extreme sensitivity in second molar after surgical extraction of deeply impacted mandibular third molar poses a big challenge to oral surgeons and periodontists worldwide. A variety of grafts, barrier membranes, and guided tissue regeneration techniques have been used postsurgically for soft- and hard-tissue formation. In the current study, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), a second-generation platelet aggregate, was assessed for its effectiveness in promoting hard- and soft-tissue healing. Objective: The aim of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of PRF in hard- and soft-tissue healing after extraction of mandibular third molar. Materials and Methods: Bilateral surgical disimpaction of mandibular third molar was done on 25 patients. In every patient, randomly allocated test side received PRF and the other side acted as control. Pain, edema, tenderness, sensitivity, Sulcus Bleeding Index (SBI), Plaque Index, clinical attachment level (CAL), probing depth, and bone height were measured at different intervals for a maximum period of 6 months. Results: There was a statistically significant improvement in patients' signs and symptoms of pain, tenderness, edema, and sensitivity with the use of PRF. A statistically significant improvement was seen in SBI, Plaque Index, and probing depths, while CALs and bone height were not influenced by PRF use. Conclusion: PRF is a very viable and useful biomaterial for soft-tissue healing and relieving patient symptoms, however, it does not help in hard-tissue healing with respect to cortical bone.

Abstract
The prevalence of hadronic jets at the LHC requires that a deep understanding of jet formation and structure is achieved in order to reach the highest levels of experimental and theoretical precision. There have been many measurements of jet substructure at the LHC and previous colliders, but the targeted observables mix physical effects from various origins. Based on a recent proposal to factorize physical effects, this Letter presents a double-differential cross-section measurement of the Lund jet plane using 139 fb^{-1} of sqrt[s]=13 TeV proton-proton collision data collected with the ATLAS detector using jets with transverse momentum above 675 GeV. The measurement uses charged particles to achieve a fine angular resolution and is corrected for acceptance and detector effects. Several parton shower Monte Carlo models are compared with the data. No single model is found to be in agreement with the measured data across the entire plane.

Introduction
Timing of the human sleep-wake cycle is determined by social constraints, biological processes (sleep homeostasis and circadian rhythmicity) and environmental factors, particularly natural and electrical light exposure. However the effect of environmental factors, especially duration of sun exposure, on circadian rhythmicity remains unknown. We aimed to study the relationship between duration of sun exposure and chronotype among medical students.
Methods
Eighty-six GW medical students (62 F [71%], 24 M [29%]; ages 21-33 y [mean 24.4 y]) completed the Munich Chronotype Questionnaire (MCTQ). Mid points, the middle of the participants reported bedtime and wake time on workdays, were used to determine chronotype. Two independent groups based on the mean split (mean = 45) of the distribution of minutes of sun exposure were created: 45 minutes or more (n=31) vs less than 45 minutes (n = 55) of sun exposure. Independent samples t-test was performed to compare the measured midpoint with the following pairs of groups of reported work day sunlight exposure (in minutes): less than 45 min (n = 55) versus 45 min or more (n = 31).
Results
In the total sample (n = 86), no significant association between duration of sun exposure and midpoints was found using Pearson correlation. However, medical students with reported sun exposure of greater than or equal to 45 minutes a day had a significantly earlier chronotype compared to students reporting a sun exposure of less than 45 minutes a day [mid point 2.196 (SD 0.085) versus a mid point 3.386 (SD 1.084); t(69) = 2.021; p = .047].
Conclusion
We found that, in GW medical students, greater amounts of sun exposure during the day was advancing the circadian rhythm. This may have implications on sleep duration and quality.

Hence, it is becoming extremely essential to look into the correct safety precautions, healthcare professionals must take while conducting an echo investigation. The decision matrix formulated for conducting an echocardiographic evaluation is based on presence or absence of cardiological comorbidity vis-à-vis positive, suspected or negative for COVID-19. The safety measures have been constructed keeping in mind the current safety precautions by WHO, CDC and MoHFW, India.

Introduction: An increased tibial tuberosity-trochlear groove (TTTG) distance is used for deciding a treatment plan in patello-femoral instability (PFI). The centre of the patellar tendon and the chondral trochlear groove can be directly visualised on MRI, and measured, giving the patellar tendon-trochlear groove (PTTG) distance. A study was designed to compare the inter-rater and the test-retest reliabilities of PTTG and TTTG measurements in MRI of patients without PFI and in a group with PFI. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional reliability study was done on archival MRI films of 50 patients without patellar instability and 20 patients with patellar instability. TTTG and PTTG distances were independently measured by two orthopaedic surgeons and two radiologists. A hybrid PTTG measurement with bony landmarks on the femoral side and the patellar tendon landmark on the tibial side, was used to estimate the influence of the differences in the femoral and tibial landmarks on the difference in reliabilities. The intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) was calculated for all four raters, as well as separately for each rater. Results: The PTTG distance had a higher inter-rater reliability (ICC=0.86, 95% CI=0.79-0.92) compared to the TTTG distance (ICC=0.70, 95% CI=0.59-0.80) in patients without PFI. Similar trends were seen in patients with PFI (0.83 vs 0.66). The inter-rater reliability for the hybrid PTTG distance was found to lie in between the TTTG and PTTG. Conclusions: The MRI-based PTTG distance had better inter-rater reliability compared with the MRI-based TTTG distance.
