Abstract
Between November 2020 and June 2021, twelve children were treated at a university hospital in western France for pediatric multisystem inflammatory syndrome (PIMS). While the clinical presentation may have been reminiscent of Kawasaki disease, PIMS, a new nosological entity, was mentioned in the media in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2023, research into this syndrome will continue in France and Europe.

Abstract
When we talk about the clinic of delusional symptoms, we are first and foremost affirming that delusions exist. Professionals working in psychiatry know that delusions can be listened to, that they give meaning to suffering and are part of the history of the subject. Taking the time to reflect on this type of symptom allows us to invest in the clinical field specific to psychiatry, and only makes sense if the clinical approach is based on work referring to the patient's individual history. Maintaining and developing these attitudes to care is essential to the survival of psychiatry as a discipline. Focusing on the clinic of delusion is neither a luxury nor a waste of time.

Abstract
Relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis progresses by relapse. It is therefore necessary to know how to identify this phenomenon in order to be able to provide the best possible support to patients. The term "relapse" is used to characterize the period of a few days to a few weeks during which an attack of inflammation of the myelin occurs. Depending on the area affected, the symptoms will be different. To qualify as a relapse, the patient must have had new, permanent symptoms for at least 24 hours without fever or signs of infection and within 30 days of the last relapse.

Abstract
The agony, this pivotal moment, which is more or less long, before death, is very anxiety-provoking. When the person and his or her loved ones want this last stage of life to take place at home, healthcare professionals play an important role in providing clinical support to the patient and creating the conditions for relative emotional security for everyone. This requires clinical knowledge and interpersonal skills to explain what is happening to loved ones, to reassure them and to accompany the life that is passing away. A nurse referent in palliative care sheds light on the challenges of this specific multi-professional practice at home.

Abstract
Not enough space is given to the voice of children and adolescents on the crucial subject of sexual violence. Marie Rose Moro, a child psychiatrist and specialist in cross-cultural issues, spoke on this topic in December 2021 at the symposium Repenser la place du corps en psychiatrie, de l'enfance à l'âge adulte. On this occasion, she addressed the way in which the body retains the imprint of the intrusion and the memory of the intrusion in the aftermath of sexual abuse.

Abstract
The step of going to a therapist is the fruit of a contingency of life, a painful reality, sometimes hardly noticeable and which becomes repetitive or unbearable. The therapist takes support on this adventure which begins in order to reveal the object which is nestled in the patient's speech. To orientate this work, the transference, the symptom and the part of jouissance are crossed. The adventure of speech thus takes the risk of going towards the intimate, present in what makes suffering. A psychoanalytical point of view is precious to enlighten the stakes of the relational field.

Abstract
The expression "postcolonial couch" is first of all to be understood as an invitation to rethink psychoanalysis beyond the anthropological, epistemological and political categories that saw its birth (the Oedipus complex, sexual difference, etc.). But it must also be understood as a de-fense of psychoanalysis, and more specifically as a defense of the type of listening and care that its unique device, based on the hypothesis of the unconscious, makes possible.

Abstract
What has become of the hysterics of yesteryear? Despite the evolution of nosographic categories, their symptoms cannot be reduced to this, and they invite all clinicians to listen to the power of their words to express the effects of the unconscious. Disappointed lovers, worshippers of knowledge, they challenge those who would try to squeeze them into overly restrictive diagnostic boxes, to silence their truth. For they embody in their tribulations the effects of language on the being, a metonymy that they wear on their bodies. Their posture invites us to listen to the singularity of each case by highlighting the dignity of the symptom.

Abstract
Today's hysteria, contemporary with its clinical disappearance from current nomenclatures relayed by neuroscience, is scattered in the 'catch-all' categories of conversion disorders, histrionic personality, etc. These approaches convey what Jacques Lacan called the foreclosure of the subject, or what amounts to saying, its rejection or oblivion, in particular in the relationship to knowledge and to the jouissance of the symptom. The Freudian discovery of the unconscious, and its studies on hysteria, which made hysterical conversion a message to be deciphered, is reduced in the contemporary clinic to the dimension of a disorder to be and no longer to be interpreted, because interpretation implies the subject, its word. Fortunately for the clinic, hysteria has other strings to its bow in which the subject ultimately finds his word.

Abstract
Taken from interviews with men having been incarcerated on the charge of criminal association with the intent of committing or aiding and abetting to terrorist acts, the central question of this article has thus emerged: which part does Islamist radicalization play on the psychic level of the self? Therefore, we have selected several theorical concepts, to guide us in this research, that became operative concepts, such as hatred, drive, melancholy and symptom. These have a converging point that is linked with the clinic of boredom and emptiness, or named otherwise, "off language". The radicalization process seems to come as a way to fill this emptiness, and hence to avoid the risk of the collapsing of the self. However, this "solution" is only a lure, leading to destruction, while at the same time, the person is aiming to restore its identity.

Abstract
Red Flags and Shock Symptoms Abstract. The term 'red flags' is often used in emergency medicine. However, there is no clear medical definition in German for 'red flag'. In most cases, 'red flags' are warning symptoms that indicate a potentially harmful threat to a patient's health. This article wants to explain and define the term 'red flags'. Red flags are explained in emergency medicine and especially in shock in the context of their basic pathophysiological causes. The aim is to improve the understanding of the timely recognition and the exact interpretation of these warning symptoms in the preclinical environment, in order to immediately start a sufficient therapy.

Abstract
Given its high frequency in elderly people and the lack of organised national screening after the age of 74, it is essential for caregivers to be aware of the symptoms and the tests which can lead to a diagnosis of cancer of the colon or rectum. It is also necessary to know which asssessment to carry out in order to gather all the elements concerning the cancer and to carry out a global evaluation of the patient before discussing treatment options through cross-disciplinary consultation.

Abstract
Analytical psychotherapy offers a treatment framework which takes a very specific stance. It is based on the principle of not attacking the symptom head on, but seeing it as an event conveying meaning and a function. This approach still fulfils a therapeutic objective, that of supporting patients with regard to the psychological side of their life and helping them to deploy their own potentialities.
