Abstract
Cancer survivors are encouraged to maintain a healthy diet and engage in regular exercise to improve overall physical and psychosocial health, and to reduce the likelihood of cancer recurrence and related mortality. Consequently, nutrition and exercise (the structured component of physical activity) knowledge, attitude, and practice (NE-KAP) are frequently evaluated in research studies involving cancer survivors and are associated with various health outcomes. The aims of this scoping review were to (1) systematically map the types of NE-KAP assessment questionnaires used in cancer survivorship research (i.e., trend or use over the past five years), (2) provide a directory of questionnaires, and (3) identify the most frequently reported health outcomes that have been associated with them. A systematic search was conducted across four databases-Medline, Emcare, CINAHL, and Scopus-from 1 January 2019 to 9 May 2024, for studies addressing one or more aspects of NE-KAP (e.g., food frequency questionnaire for nutrition practice, attitude towards exercise scale for exercise attitude). Eligible studies were extracted, assessed, and reviewed by two independent authors, and data were summarized descriptively. Of the initial 5452 records screened, 1122 articles were screened for full text, and 852 were deemed eligible, with 262 studies included. There was an overall increasing trend in NE-KAP research in cancer survivorship research from 2019 to 2023. Of the 200 unique questionnaires aligning with at least one NE-KAP domain, 45 were untitled and created/adapted specifically for their respective studies, with limited information about their psychometric properties. Out of the 262 included studies, the most utilized questionnaires were those measuring nutrition or physical activity practices, such as study-specific food frequency questionnaires (n = 26, 10%) and the Godin-Shephard Leisure-Time Physical Activity questionnaire (n = 52, 20%). Out of studies that had reported health outcomes (nutrition, n = 23; exercise, n = 40), health-related quality of life was most commonly associated with nutrition (n = 12, 53%) and exercise (n = 9, 23%), and from cross-sectional studies (nutrition, n = 13; exercise, n = 23). An emphasis was placed on assessing nutrition and exercise practices, with limited attention towards the knowledge and attitude domains. Psychometric evaluation of questionnaires was also lacking.

Abstract
PURPOSE To describe experiences of a 3-month pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) period, with or without support from a physiotherapist, among females with urinary and/or fecal incontinence after pelvic radiotherapy. METHOD This qualitative interview study included eleven women (aged 47-83 years) with urinary and/or fecal incontinence after radiotherapy treatment for pelvic cancer (radiotherapy completed 3-60 months ago). The eleven informants were part of a larger randomized controlled intervention study where they practiced PFMT, with or without support from a physiotherapist, for 3 months. The support from a physiotherapist included individual support with biofeedback as well as group training. The women were interviewed individually soon after the completion of the pelvic floor muscle training period, and data were analyzed with qualitative content analysis. RESULT A structured training program, individual support from a physiotherapist, and strategies to establish a daily workout routine were described as valuable when practicing pelvic floor muscle training. Participating in the study gave a sense of meaningfulness and motivation to practice, partly due to the knowledge of a follow-up after the study period. Group and home training were described as both a facilitator and a barrier to PFMT. The women experienced that PFMT had influenced pelvic floor function in terms of increased pelvic floor strength, reduced urinary and fecal incontinence, and an increased ability to hold urine and feces during urgency. PFMT had a relieving effect on pelvic floor pain, although it also contributed to some increase in pain. The perceived improvement in pelvic muscle function led to decreased anxiety, increased safety, feelings of greater freedom in everyday life, a changed attitude toward physical activity, and improved sexual health. All women expressed an intention to continue practicing PFMT and a desire for information and opportunities for PFMT, under the guidance of a physiotherapist, to be implemented in conventional pelvic cancer rehabilitation and made available to all women after pelvic cancer treatment. CONCLUSION The women who live with the experience of pelvic cancer experienced PFMT as a meaningful intervention for managing urinary and/or fecal incontinence after pelvic radiotherapy. They considered that information and support from a physiotherapist are essential in pelvic cancer rehabilitation, such as PFMT, and should be offered to all women after pelvic cancer treatment.

Abstract
PURPOSE The aim of this study is to evaluate the patients who developed both urinary incontinence and lymphedema in gynecological cancer survivors and to investigate the impact of these conditions on the quality of life among these patients. METHODS Our study included 56 patients who have lymphedema and urinary incontinence which started within first 2 years after surgery for gynecological cancer. We evaluated the presence of urinary incontinence by Overactive Bladder Assessment Tool (OABT) and Urogenital Distress Inventory (UDI). Incontinence Impact Questionnaire (IIQ-7) was used to assess the quality of life. RESULTS OABT and UDI scores were found to be statistically significantly increased in patients with grade 3 lymphedema (respectively p: 0.006, p: 0.008). A statistically significant difference was found between lymphedema grade 1-2-3 patients in terms of IIQ-7 (p:0.002). The difference was statistically significant between the grade 1-3 (p:0.001) and grade 2-3 (p:0.013) groups. We did not find any correlation between age, type of cancer, radiotherapy, and urinary incontinence. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between BMI and OABT, UDI scores (respectively, r = 0.43, p = 0.001; r = 0.38, p = 0.003). CONCLUSION It was concluded that there was a relationship between urinary incontinence and grade 3 lymphedema in gynecological cancer survivors. Grade 3 lymphedema increases urinary incontinence and worsens daily living functions in these patients.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Avoiding inactivity and staying active during cancer therapy have great health effects. OBJECTIVE The aims of this study were to describe level of daily, leisure, and physical activities before, during, and after radiotherapy and to investigate whether patients who had not restored activity level after radiotherapy differed from patients who had restored activity level regarding different characteristics. METHODS In this descriptive longitudinal study, 196 patients undergoing pelvic-abdominal radiotherapy reported their activity level at baseline, weekly during radiotherapy, and at 1 month after radiotherapy. RESULTS Patients decreased activity level during radiotherapy (P < .001 for all activities): physical activity (34% of patients decreased level), walking (26%), leisure activities (44%), social activities (15%), housework (34%), shopping (28%), and activities in general (28%). Almost half (47%) had not restored activity level after radiotherapy. Patients with colorectal cancer, older than 65 years, who had less education than university, and high capacity in overall daily activities at baseline were more likely than other patients not to restore activity level after radiotherapy. The patients not restoring their activity level after radiotherapy were more likely than others to experience anxious mood (P = .016), depressed mood (P = .003), and poor quality of life (P = .003) after radiotherapy. CONCLUSION Patients' activity level decreased during radiotherapy, and almost half of patients did not restore activity level after radiotherapy. IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE Given that restored activity level after radiotherapy was less common in certain subgroups and that patients who restored activity level experienced better quality of life and less frequent anxious and depressed mood, cancer nursing professionals should consider supporting these subgroups of patients in performing activities.

Abstract
Purpose Survival rates after colorectal and anal cancer are increasing and more patients have late complications to treatment. This represents a clinical field under development, and we have established a specialized clinic for late complications after colorectal and anal cancer. With this paper, we want to give our experiences and present the organizational setup with a nurse as the primary contact person. Methods We have established a multidisciplinary clinic for the treatment of late complications and the clinic is organized with specialized nurses as the front persons. The structure includes a stepwise increase in expertise level when needed, and the patient has one common entry regardless of symptoms. Initial screening is performed by an electronic questionnaire which is followed up by a consultation with the nurse. The nurse can provide primary treatment according to local algorithms developed in the clinic and refer the patient to more specialized care if needed. Results Experiences from the first year of service show that more than half of the patients needs this and wants consultation in the late complication clinic. We also found that most of the consultations were performed successfully by phone instead of by physical visits, and the most common clinical problem was bowel symptoms including diarrhea and urge. Conclusion We have established a nurse-led clinic for late complications after colorectal and anal cancer. There seems to be a high need for this function in a department taking care of colorectal and anal cancer.

Abstract
PURPOSE The study 'Health among women after pelvic radiotherapy' was conducted in response to the need for more advanced and longitudinal data concerning long-term radiotherapy-induced late effects and chronic states among female cancer survivors. The objective of this paper is to detail the cohort profile and the study procedure in order to provide a sound basis for future analyses of the study cohort. PARTICIPANTS Since 2011, and still currently ongoing, participants have been recruited from a population-based study cohort including all female patients with cancer, over 18 years of age, treated with pelvic radiotherapy with curative intent at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, in the western region of Sweden, which covers 1.7 million of the Swedish population. The dataset presented here consists of baseline data provided by 605 female cancer survivors and 3-month follow-up data from 260 individuals with gynaecological, rectal or anal cancer, collected over a 6-year period. FINDINGS TO DATE Data have been collected from 2011 onwards. To date, three studies have been published using the dataset reporting long-term radiation-induced intestinal syndromes and late adverse effects affecting sexuality, the urinary tract, the lymphatic system and physical activity. These projects include the evaluation of interventions developed by and provided in a nurse-led clinic. FUTURE PLANS This large prospective cohort offers the possibility to study health outcomes in female pelvic cancer survivors undergoing a rehabilitation intervention in a nurse-led clinic, and to study associations between demographics, clinical aspects and long-term late effects. Analysis focusing on the effect of the interventions on sexual health aspects, preinterventions and postinterventions, is currently ongoing. The cohort will be expanded to comprise the entire data collection from 2011 to 2020, including baseline data and data from 3-month and 1-year follow-ups after interventions. The data will be used to study conditions and treatment-induced late effects preintervention and postintervention.
