Abstract
Cancer survivors are encouraged to maintain a healthy diet and engage in regular exercise to improve overall physical and psychosocial health, and to reduce the likelihood of cancer recurrence and related mortality. Consequently, nutrition and exercise (the structured component of physical activity) knowledge, attitude, and practice (NE-KAP) are frequently evaluated in research studies involving cancer survivors and are associated with various health outcomes. The aims of this scoping review were to (1) systematically map the types of NE-KAP assessment questionnaires used in cancer survivorship research (i.e., trend or use over the past five years), (2) provide a directory of questionnaires, and (3) identify the most frequently reported health outcomes that have been associated with them. A systematic search was conducted across four databases-Medline, Emcare, CINAHL, and Scopus-from 1 January 2019 to 9 May 2024, for studies addressing one or more aspects of NE-KAP (e.g., food frequency questionnaire for nutrition practice, attitude towards exercise scale for exercise attitude). Eligible studies were extracted, assessed, and reviewed by two independent authors, and data were summarized descriptively. Of the initial 5452 records screened, 1122 articles were screened for full text, and 852 were deemed eligible, with 262 studies included. There was an overall increasing trend in NE-KAP research in cancer survivorship research from 2019 to 2023. Of the 200 unique questionnaires aligning with at least one NE-KAP domain, 45 were untitled and created/adapted specifically for their respective studies, with limited information about their psychometric properties. Out of the 262 included studies, the most utilized questionnaires were those measuring nutrition or physical activity practices, such as study-specific food frequency questionnaires (n = 26, 10%) and the Godin-Shephard Leisure-Time Physical Activity questionnaire (n = 52, 20%). Out of studies that had reported health outcomes (nutrition, n = 23; exercise, n = 40), health-related quality of life was most commonly associated with nutrition (n = 12, 53%) and exercise (n = 9, 23%), and from cross-sectional studies (nutrition, n = 13; exercise, n = 23). An emphasis was placed on assessing nutrition and exercise practices, with limited attention towards the knowledge and attitude domains. Psychometric evaluation of questionnaires was also lacking.

Abstract
BACKGROUND As healthy living becomes crucial for cancer survivors, discussing the health risk behaviors of male cancer survivors, who are more prone to such behaviors, is essential. This study compared health-related behaviors and obesity among male cancer survivors and the general male population in Korea. METHODS This cross-sectional, matched case-control study used data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). Of 11,760 participants, 349 cancer survivors and 1,047 controls were matched by propensity scores. Logistic regression evaluated differences in BMI, smoking, alcohol consumption, physical activity, and diet. RESULTS Cancer survivors had lower odds of being overweight and higher odds of being former smokers and drinkers than controls. No significant differences were found in physical activity or diet. However, the middle-aged and older cancer survivors were more likely to be overweight and obese, respectively. The middle-aged survivors were also more likely to be former smokers, while the older survivors were more likely to be former drinkers. CONCLUSION Cancer survivors were more likely to have a normal weight, be past smokers, or be former drinkers compared with controls. Education on cancer prevention is required to improve health-related behaviors and prevent secondary cancer.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal cancers represent one of the most prevalent diseases worldwide. Strikingly, the incidence of Early Onset Gastrointestinal Cancer (EOGIC) has been rising during the last decades and changes in lifestyle and environmental exposure seem to play a role. EOGIC has been defined as a different entity compared to on-average gastrointestinal cancer, with distinct clinical and molecular characteristics. Inherent to the particularities of younger age, there is an unmet need for a tailored approach for the management of these patients. The TEOGIC proposes a comprehensive study to characterize EOGIC patients in the northern of Spain. METHODS Patients with histologically confirmed new diagnosis of colorectal, gastroesophageal and pancreatic adenocarcinoma will be considered for two cohorts: EOGIC (≤ 50 years old) and non-EOGIC (60-75 years old), with a ratio of 1:2. Two hundred and forty patients will be recruited in 4 Public Hospitals from northern Spain. After receiving unified informed consent, demographic and clinical data of the patients will be collected in a REDCap database. Lifestyle related data will be obtained in questionnaires assessing diet, physical activity and the general quality of life of the patients before diagnosis. Biological samples prior to any onco-specific treatment will be obtained for the analyses of circulating inflammatory proteins, gut microbiota, and the proteome of the tumor microenvironment. Histologic characteristics and routine biomarkers will be also collected. Thereafter, data will be integrated and analyzed to assess tumor specific, pan-tumor and sex-associated differential characteristics of EOGIC. DISCUSSION The underlying risk factors and differential characteristics of EOGIC remain poorly studied, particularly in our geographical area. Although limited by the exploratory nature and the small sample size estimated to be recruited, TEOGIC represents the first attempt to comprehensively characterize these young patients, and thus attend to their special needs. Findings derived from this study could contribute to raise awareness and preventive behaviors in the population. In parallel, molecular studies could lead to the identification of potential novel non-invasive biomarkers and therapeutic targets that would help in the development of the tailored clinical management of these patients, focusing on screening programs for early diagnosis and precision medicine.

Abstract
PURPOSE This study aims to investigate the association between domain-specific physical activity (PA), sedentary behavior, subjective health perception, and health-related quality of life (HR-QoL) in Korean adults aged ≥ 65 years. METHODS This cross-sectional study analyzed 6,004 older adults from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2017-2020. PA and sedentary behavior were measured using a global PA questionnaire, and HR-QoL was assessed using the EuroQol-5 Dimension (EQ-5D, three-level version). Multiple logistic regression was used to estimate the odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) after adjusting for confounding parameters. RESULTS Older adults who were physically active at work showed a negative association with subjectively good health and HR-QoL, whereas those physically active in transport or leisure time showed a positive association with subjectively good health and HR-QoL. Older adults highly engaged in sedentary behavior showed a worse perception of health and HR-QoL. Compared to high sedentary behavior and physical activity during leisure time or transport, the EQ-5D index was higher than that of their counterparts. CONCLUSION Both domain-specific PA and sedentary behavior were significantly associated with older adults' perception of health and HR-QoL. Interventions are needed to improve HR-QoL by reducing sedentary behavior and encouraging physical activity in transportation or leisure time among adults aged 65 years and above.

Abstract
As an accurate, safe, and effective noninvasive examination method, imaging examination has been widely used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of focal liver lesions. Enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS), enhanced CT (CECT), and enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (CEMRI) are the most commonly used enhanced imaging methods in clinical practice, all of which can accurately determine the nature of liver lesions. The purpose of this paper is to study the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and magnetic resonance enhancement in cancer diagnosis based on the Internet of Things medical system. The basic clinical data, CEUS, and enhanced CT/MRI findings of 120 CHC patients were retrospectively analyzed. The clinicopathological features of CHC patients were investigated by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and CT/MRI enhanced mode. The diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and enhanced CT/MRI combined with tumor markers in CHC was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the sensitivities of CEUS, enhanced MRI, and their combination in diagnosing CHC were 72.44%, 81.56%, and 93.78%, respectively. This experiment has an important value in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.

Evaluation of the impact of the COVID-19 lockdown on the quality of life of patients monitored for cancer who practice an adapted physical activity: rugby for health. Abstract
Purpose The benefits of regular physical exercise on the tolerability of cancer treatments, quality of life and survival rates post-diagnosis have been demonstrated but all supervised physical activities have been interrupted due to the global health crisis and the need for lockdown to halt the spread of SARS-CoV-2. To reintroduce activities post-lockdown, we wanted to assess the impact of the COVID-19 lockdown on the quality of life and the psychological status of patients who practice an adapted physical activity such as rugby for health. Methods The evaluation was conducted in two phases: an initial self-questionnaire comprised of 42 questions sent to all participants to assess the impact of lockdown and a second assessment phase in the presence of the participants. We assessed anthropometric data, functional fitness parameters, quality of life and the psychosocial status of the subjects. The data were compared to pre-lockdown data as part of a standardised follow-up procedure for patients enrolled in the programme. Results 105/120 (87.5%) individuals responded to the rapid post-lockdown survey analysis. In 20% of the cases, the patients reported anxiety, pain, a decline in fitness and a significant impact on the tolerability of cancer treatments. Twenty-seven patients agreed to participate in the individual analysis. Following lockdown, there was a significant decrease in the intensity of physical activity (p = 8.223e–05). No post-lockdown changes were noted in the assessments that focus on the quality of life and the level of psychological distress. Conversely, there was a significant correlation between the total of high energy expended during lockdown and the quality of life (p = 0.03; rho = 0.2248) and the level of psychological distress post-lockdown (p = 0.05; rho = − 0.3772). Conclusion Lockdown and reduced physical activity, particularly leisure activities, did not impact the overall health of the patients. However, there was a significant correlation with the level of physical activity since the higher the level of physical activity, the better the quality of life and the lower the level of psychological distress.
