Abstract
The strong development of mankind is inseparable from the proper use of drugs, and the electroanalytical research of drugs occupies an important position in the field of analytical chemistry. This review mainly elaborates the research progress of drugs electroanalysis based on direct electrochemical redox on various electrodes for the recent decade from 2011 to 2021. At first, we summarize some frequently used electrochemical data processing and electrochemical mechanism research derivation methods in the literature. Then, according to the drug therapeutic and application/usage purposes, the research progress of drugs electrochemical analysis is classified and discussed, where we focus on drugs electrochemical reaction mechanism. At the same time, the comparisons of electrochemical sensing performance of the drugs on various electrodes from recent studies are listed, so that readers can more intuitively compare and understand the electroanalytical sensing performance of each modified electrode for each of the drug. Finally, this review discusses the shortcomings and prospects of the drugs electroanalysis based on direct electrochemical redox research.

Abstract
Sudan red azo dyes are banned from food because of their carcinogenic properties. It is necessary to establish a method for the detection of Sudan azo dyes in food. Among them, electrochemical sensing technology has become a very potential analytical method for food detection because of its fast, sensitive and low price. In this paper, we analyze the electrochemical detection of Sudan red azo dyes by bibliometric method. A total of 161 articles were analyzed from 2007 to 2021. The geographical and institutional distribution of these papers is used to understand the form of collaboration on this topic. Keyword analysis in these papers is used to understand the different directions in which the topic is studied at different stages. The results show that the topic reached its peak in 2015. The development of novel materials with excellent electrochemical activity has promoted the research on this topic. As detection limits continue to be lowered and sensors continue to be optimized, this topic currently does not continue to attract much attention.

Abstract
The issue of medication noncompliance has resulted in major risks to public safety and financial loss. The new omnipresent medicine enabled by the Internet of things offers fascinating new possibilities. Additionally, an in-home healthcare station (IHHS), it is necessary to meet the rapidly increasing need for routine nursing and on-site diagnosis and prognosis. This article proposes a universal and preventive strategy to drug management based on intelligent and interactive packaging (I2Pack) and IMedBox. The controlled delamination material (CDM) seals and regulates wireless technologies in novel medicine packaging. As such, wearable biomedical sensors may capture a variety of crucial parameters via wireless communication. On-site treatment and prediction of these critical factors are made possible by high-performance architecture. The user interface is also highlighted to make surgery easier for the elderly, disabled, and patients. Land testing incorporates and validates an approach for prototyping I2Pack and iMedBox. Additionally, sustainability, increased product safety, and quality standards are crucial throughout the life sciences. To achieve these standards, intelligent packaging is also used in the food and pharmaceutical industries. These technologies will continuously monitor the quality of a product and communicate with the user. Data carriers, indications, and sensors are the three most important groups. They are not widely used at the moment, although their potential is well understood. Intelligent packaging should be used in these sectors and the functionality of the systems and the values presented in this analysis.

Abstract
Synthetic dyes are commonly used in food products like soft drinks, vegetable sauces, jellies, etc. Most artificial dyes can cause cancer, therefore it is very important to develop sensors to detect them in food samples. Voltammetric methods with carbon paste electrodes (CPEs) are promising for this purpose. However, modification of CPEs is necessary to detect the commercial dyes in food samples in the presence of interferents. In the current review, we have discussed the different previous research in which detection of dyes is performed in real samples with good detection limits. The current review will be helpful for readers who are interested in developing low-cost electrodes for the effective determination of dyes in commercial products like soft drinks and vegetable sauces.

Abstract
The efficient progress in nanotechnology has transformed many aspects of food science and the food industry with enhanced investment and market share. Recent advances in nanomaterials and nanodevices such as nanosensors, nano-emulsions, nanopesticides or nanocapsules are intended to bring about innovative applications in the food industry. In this review, the current applications of nanotechnology for packaging, processing, and the enhancement of the nutritional value and shelf life of foods are targeted. In addition, the functionality and applicability of food-related nanotechnologies are also highlighted and critically discussed in order to provide an insight into the development and evaluation of the safety of nanotechnology in the food industry.

Abstract
Background:
Application of electrochemical sensors for analysis of food, biological and
water polluting compounds helps to speed up their analysis in the real samples. Electrochemical sensors
with low cost, fast response and portable ability are a better choice compared to traditional
methods for analysis of electro-active compounds such as HPLC. Therefore, in recent years, many
analytical scientists have suggested this type of analytical method for analysis of food, biological
compounds and water pollutants.
Objective:
Due to low cost, easy modification and low non-faradic current, the carbon paste electrode
is a suitable choice as a working electrode in the electrochemical and especially voltammetric analysis.
On the other hand, modification of carbon paste electrode can improve the quality of the sensor
for the analysis of electroactive compounds at nanomolar level.

Abstract
A fluorescent sulfur and nitrogen dual-doped carbon dots (S,N-CDs) was prepared by a simple and one-step acid-base neutralization and exothermic carbonization method. Hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) could effectively quench the fluorescence of S,N-CDs based on inner filter effect (IFE) and dynamic quenching, whereas ascorbic acid (AA) could recover the fluorescence of S,N-CDs/Cr(VI) because of IFE weakening. So an "on-off-on" and label-free nano-probe consecutive determination of Cr(VI) and AA was constructed. This nano-probe system demonstrated excellent selectivity and sensitivity to Cr(VI) and AA with linear range of 0.065-198 μmol/L (3.38-10,296 μg/L) and 6.6-892 μmol/L (1.16-157 mg/L), respectively. Meanwhile, the as-prepared S,N-CDs possess low toxicity and could be used for multi-color cell imaging in SMMC 7721 cells. More importantly, this nano-probe was successfully employed for detection of Cr(VI) in tap water and AA in food samples. In view of its simple detection condition, rapid response, wide linear range, low detection limit and inexpensive instrument, the as-constructed nano-probe system could have a wide range of potential application, including water quality monitoring and evaluation, food inspection and testing and biomedical analysis.

Abstract
Nanotechnology is a rapidly developing toolbox that provides solutions to numerous challenges in the food industry and meet public demands for healthier and safer food products. The diversity of nanostructures and their vast, tunable functionality drives their inclusion in food products and packaging materials to improve their nutritional quality through bioactive fortification and probiotics encapsulation, enhance their safety due to their antimicrobial and sensing capabilities and confer novel sensorial properties. In this food nanotechnology state-of-the-art communication, matrix materials with particular focus on food-grade components, existing and novel production techniques, and current and potential applications in the fields of food quality, safety and preservation, nutrient bioaccessibility and digestibility will be detailed. Additionally, a thorough analysis of potential strategies to assess the safety of these novel nanostructures is presented.

of new mediators for improving electrochemical sensors. Metal-based nanoparticles showed good
electrical conductivity and can be selected as the suitbale mediator for modified electrodes.
Objective:
Recently, metal-based nanoparticles, such as Au nanoparticle, TiO2 nanoparticle, Fe3O4 nanoparticle
and etc. were suggested as the suitable mediator for modification of solid electrodes. The
high surface area and low charge transfer resistance of metal-based nanoparticles, suggested the exceptional
intermediate in the electrochemical sensors. Here, we tried to consider these exceptional effects
through reviewing some of the recently published works.

Abstract
A new reversed-phase ultraperformance liquid chromatography method with a photodiode array detector was developed for the quantification of ascorbic acid (AA) and caffeine (CAF) in 11 different commercial drinks consisting of one energy drink and 10 ice tea drinks. Separation of the analyzed AA and CAF with an internal standard, caffeic acid, was performed on a Waters BEH C18 column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm i.d.), using a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.2M H3PO4 (11:89, v/v) with a flow rate of 0.25 mL/min and an injection volume of 1.0 μL. Calibration graphs for AA and CAF were computed from the peak area ratio of AA/internal standard and CAF/internal standard detected at 244.0 nm and 273.6 nm, respectively. The developed reversed-phase ultraperformance liquid chromatography method was validated by analyzing standard addition samples. The proposed reversed-phase ultraperformance liquid chromatography method gave us successful results for the quantitative analysis of commercial drinks containing AA and CAF substances.
