Abstract
The surface Plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing technique combines rapid response, high sensitivity, non-destructive operation, high specificity, real-time on-site detection, and continuous monitoring advantages. These distinctive features enable its broad application in detecting disease biomarkers, viruses, foodborne contaminants, and hazardous gases. To enhance SPR sensing signals, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), which emerge as a category of highly porous-organic frameworks, have demonstrated superior performance as SPR sensitive layers due to their features of large specific surface areas, high porosity, regular skeletons, tunable chemical components and functionality, and promising optoelectronic performances. Varieties of MOFs (such as UiO-66, porphyrin-based MOFs, and zeolitic imidazolate frameworks) and MOFs-based composites with improved plasmon-exciton coupling and charge carrier mobility exhibit amplified SPR responses through the integration of diverse effects. This review systematically summarizes the construction principle of MOFs-based SPR sensors and discusses their advancements for the inspection of biomarkers, drug residuals, viruses, and volatile organic gases. Finally, we also analyze the current challenge and provide the perspective about this field, which can inspire readers to a certain extent.

Abstract
Timely and accurate assessment of the freshness of aquatic products with complex matrices remains significant challenge. In this study, we developed a dual-mode detection method for hypoxanthine (Hx) based on dual-decomposition mechanisms and simple catalytic reactions. The colorimetric mode, requiring 15 min, is ideal for on-site assessments, while the ratiometric fluorescence mode, equipped with a built-in reference signal, effectively reduces interference from complex matrices. This dual-mode approach enables highly sensitive Hx detection, with detection limits of 1.506 μM and 3.03 μM, respectively, and has been successfully applied to monitor spoilage in real samples under varying storage conditions. The method exhibits excellent reproducibility, with intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviations of 1.05 %-4.30 % and 1.40 %, respectively. Compared to triple quadrupole liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, this method demonstrates a recovery rate of 88.30 % to 115.08 %, highlighting its significant potential for timely and reliable detection of freshness deterioration and safety monitoring in aquatic products.

Abstract
The design of novel homogeneous electrochemical (HEC) sensors with dual-signal ratiometric response holds great potential for highly sensitive and reliable detection of arsenic in food matrices. Herein, COF-based hybrids were prepared by integrating methylene blue (MB) signals and MnO2 nanozyme coatings, possessing the advantages of high signal loading, oxidase-mimicking activity, and ascorbic acid (AA)-specific recognition to realize ratiometric HEC detection of arsenate. The hydrolysate AA, produced from ALP-catalyzed AAP hydrolysis, could decompose MnO2 coatings into Mn2+, and regulate MB release and o-phenylenediamine oxidation to 2,3-diaminophenazine (DAP). Furthermore, arsenate specifically inhibited ALP, subsequently restraining AA formation and MnO2 decomposition. Consequently, a decreased MB current and an increased DAP current with opposite responses were regulated by arsenate compared with those without arsenate. Thus, this dual-signal ratiometric HEC sensor achieved sensitive detection of arsenate, with a LOD of 0.509 ppb. It was successfully applied to reliable detection of arsenate in complex food matrices.

Abstract
Quantitative detection of pesticide residues in food and environmental samples using an improved lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) is of considerable importance for real-time analysis. This paper proposes a highly sensitive LFIA platform based on a hierarchical magneto-colorimetric compact. This compact serves as both the target magnetic enrichment substrate and a photosensitive label. Initially, a large porous dendritic silica template is prepared and doped with superparamagnetic ferric oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4 NPs) and colloidal gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) at high densities within its vertical channels. The sequential assembly of central-radial channels allow for the three-dimensional integration of these two components, enabling independent control of their discrete functions without mutual interference. Following alkyl organosilicon encapsulation and silica sealing, the composite spheres are then applied in LFIA to detect chlorothalonil residues. Fe3O4 NPs enhance the binding efficiency to target analytes, while AuNPs amplify the signal, leveraging their high loading densities and robust optical properties. The developed LFIA platform exhibited a detection limit of 0.34 ng/mL for chlorothalonil and a linear range of 0.0085-824 ng/mL. The recoveries varied between 85.1 % and 103.1 %, and the relative standard deviations were 1.25%-8.84 %. This LFIA approach demonstrates high sensitivity, specificity, reproducibility and flexible detection modes, making it highly suitable for the on-site monitoring of pesticide residues.

Abstract
By self-assembly of MnCl2 and arginine under alkaline conditions, ultra-small MnArg nanoparticles were successfully constructed as oxidase (OXD) mimics for intelligent detection of the Ginkgo toxin 4'-O-methylpyridoxal (MPN). The obtained MnArg nanozymes possessed excellent OXD-like activity and thermal stability. Based on the inhibitory effect of MPN for the catalytic activity of MnArg, this system was utilized for the colorimetric sensing of MPN with a low limit of detection (LOD) of 2.16 µg mL-1. The detection system exhibited good selectivity against other potential interferents. FTIR data showed that the presence of MPN binds with MnArg and shields the active sites, thereby interfering with the oxidase-like activity. Combined with a smartphone and the ColorMax software, this nanozyme-based intelligent detection platform could effectively detect MPN with a LOD of 2.1 µg mL-1. Our MnArg nanozyme-based system was applied to detect real ginkgo nut samples with recoveries of 92.4-108.7%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 0.7%. This work may promote the development of novel nanozymes and expand their applications in the field of food safety detection.

Abstract
6-mercaptopurine (6-MP) is widely used in the treatment of many diseases, but exhibits some serious side effects due to its toxicity. Therefore, it is important and imperative to effectively control and monitoring concentration of 6-MP. Herein, we designed a smartphone-assisted colorimetric sensing platform for 6-MP detection, based on an excellent β-cyclodextrin modified MnO2 nanosheets (β-CD@MnO2 NNS) mediated oxidase-like activity. β-CD@MnO2 NNS can directly oxidizes 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) into oxidized TMB with color changes, yielding more than 3-fold higher oxidase-like catalytic activity compared with individual MnO2 NNS. After adding 6-MP, β-CD@MnO2 NNS can be reduced to Mn2+ and lose their oxidase-like properties, resulting in a color and absorbance change for sensitive and selectivity detection of 6-MP. Meanwhile, the smartphone-based color recognition application can intuitively and simply measure the concentration of 6-MP. The limits of detection UV-vis instrument and smartphone were 0.35 μM and 0.86 μM, respectively. This method has also been successfully applied to the detection of real samples. Finally, this study provides a new promising platform for detection of 6-MP and is expected to be used in application of pharmaceutical analysis and biomedicine.

Abstract
Multimodal immunochromatographic sensors (ICSs) have acquired extensive attention since they not only provide reliable results by comparing the different output signals but also flexibly respond to various application environments. Herein, an ICS with triple signal outputs including colorimetry, temperature, and pressure was developed for sensitive detection of chlorothalonil. The multivalent Pt/Ti3C2Tx nanoparticles as signal tags were facilely synthesized by loading PtNPs onto single-layer Ti3C2Tx nanosheets with high surface area. The acquired Pt/Ti3C2TxNPs accelerated the rate-limiting step of the aerogenesis reaction of H2O2 for producing intensive pressure signals due to their significant catalase-mimic activity. Meanwhile, they showed desirable photothermal conversion efficiency in the near-infrared region for producing significant temperature signals. Furthermore, their deep color also allowed facile colorimetry by using the naked eye. Based on a competitive immunoassay, chlorothalonil was detected as a model analyte on this trimodal ICS platform. The detection limits for pressure, temperature, and colorimetric modes were 0.04, 0.09, and 5 ng mL-1, respectively. The recoveries for detecting chlorothalonil supplemented in Astragalus and Honeysuckle with pressure mode were 84.0-110% and 108-114%, respectively. Therefore, the ICS presented a portable, sensitive, accurate, and flexible multimodal strategy suitable for point-of-care testing.

Abstract
The point-of-care testing (POCT) of miRNA has significant application in medical diagnosis, yet presents challenges due to their characteristics of high homology, low abundance, and short length, which hinders the achievement of quick detection with high specificity and sensitivity. In this study, a lateral flow assay based on the CRISPR/Cas13a system and MnO2 nanozyme was developed for highly sensitive detection of microRNA-21 (miR-21). The CRISPR/Cas13a cleavage system exhibits the ability to recognize the specific oligonucleotide sequence, where two-base mismatches significantly impact the cleavage activity of the Cas13a. Upon binding of the target to crRNA, the cleavage activity of Cas13a is activated, resulting in the unlocking of the sequence and initiating strand displacement, thereby enabling signal amplification to produce a new sequence P1. When applying the reaction solution to the lateral flow test strip, P1 mediates the capture of MnO2 nanosheets (MnO2 NSs) on the T zone, which catalyzes the oxidation of the pre-immobilized colorless substrate 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) on the T zone and generates the blue-green product (ox-TMB). The change in gray value is directly proportional to the concentration of miR-21, allowing for qualitative detection through visual inspection and quantitative measurement using ImageJ software. This method achieves the detection of miR-21 within a rapid 10-min timeframe, and the limit of detection (LOD) is 0.33 pM. With the advantages of high specificity, simplicity, and sensitivity, the lateral flow test strip and the design strategy hold great potential for the early diagnosis of related diseases.

Abstract
The presence of pesticide residues in aquatic environments poses a significant threat to both aquatic ecosystems and human health. The presence of these residues can result in significant harm to aquatic ecosystems and can negatively impact the health of aquatic organisms. Consequently, this issue requires urgent attention and effective measures to mitigate its impact. However, developing sensitive and rapid detection methods remains a challenge. In this study, an all-in-one test strip, which integrated bioenzymes, nanoenzymes, and a chromogen, was developed in combination with an enzyme labeling instrument for a highly sensitive and convenient sensing of malathion residues. The oxidase activity of heme chloride (Hemin) in the strip can catalyze the oxidation of H2O2 and 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) to produce a blue-colored oxide. Simultaneously, the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) present in the strip can break down l-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate to produce ascorbic acid (AA). This AA then acts to reduce the oxidized form of TMB, turning it into a colorless substance and leading to the disappearance of its fluorescent signal. In the presence of a pesticide, the activity of ALP is inhibited and formation of AA is blocked, thereby preventing the reduction of oxidized TMB and producing a colored signal. According to this principle, the integrated test strip detected the target pesticide with high performance as per the optical density value determined via an enzyme marker. The detection limit of the test strip was 0.209 ng/mL with good sensitivity. The method was used for detecting malathion in actual river water samples, and the recoveries were in the range of 93.53 %-96.87 %. The newly devised technique effectively identified malathion in samples of natural water. This research has introduced a novel approach for the precise and convenient surveillance of pesticide remnants. Additionally, these discoveries could inspire the advancement of proficient multi-enzyme detection systems.

Herein, a stable and sensitive colorimetric aptasensor for rapid detection of CBZ residue has been established based on the enhancement of CBZ-specific aptamer (CZ-13) on oxidase-mimicking activity of octahedral Ag2O nanoparticles (NPs). The CZ-13 aptamer can significantly increase the catalytic activity by promoting the production of superoxide anion (·O2-) on the surface of Ag2O NPs and enhancing the affinity of octahedral Ag2O NPs to 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) molecules. In the presence of CBZ, the quantity of CZ-13 aptamer will be exhausted due to the specific binding to CBZ pesticide. Thus, the rest CZ-13 aptamer no longer enhanced the catalytic activity of octahedral Ag2O NPs, which leads to the change in color of sensing solution. The color change of sensing solution can be easily converted to the corresponding RGB value by a smartphone for quantitative and rapid detection of CBZ. The designed aptasensor has excellent sensitivity and specificity, and the limit of detection was determined as low as 7.35 μg L-1 for CBZ assay. Besides, the aptasensor exhibited good recoveries in the spiked cabbage, apple and cucumber, showing that it may have broad application prospects for detecting CBZ residues in agriculture products.

Abstract
Technological advances in the detection of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) have made new options available for diagnosis, classification, biological studies, and treatment selection. However, effective and practical methods for analyzing this emerging class of biomarkers are still lacking. In this work, a fluorescent biosensor was designed for the label-free detection of ctDNA (EGFR 19 del for non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC). The biosensor was based on the fact that MnO2 nanosheets (MnO2 NSs) have stronger affinity towards single-stranded DNA (ssDNA), as compared with double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). As a high-performance nanoenzyme, MnO2 NSs could oxidize dopamine (DA) into fluorescent polydopamine nanoparticles (FL-PDA NPs), which could be used as a fluorescence signal. The probe ssDNA could be adsorbed on the surface of MnO2 NSs through π-π stacking, and the active site would be masked, causing a lower fluorescence. After the targets were recognized by probe ssDNA to form dsDNA, its affinity for MnO2 NSs decreased and the active site recovered, causing a restored fluorescence. It was verified that Mn ions, •OH radicals and electron transfer were the important factors in the catalytic oxidation of DA. Under the optimal experimental conditions, this biosensor exhibited a detection limit of 380 pM and a linear range of 25-125 nM, providing reliable readout in a short time (45 min). This sensor exhibited outstanding specificity, stability and reproducibility. In addition, this sensor was applied to the detection of ctDNA in serum samples and cell lysates. It is demonstrated that FL-PDA NPs can be used as a fluorescence signal for easy, rapid and label-free detection of ctDNA without any other amplification strategies, and the proposed strategy has great potential for biomarker detection in the field of liquid biopsy.

Abstract
Vacancy engineering as an effective strategy has been widely employed to regulate the enzyme-mimic activity of nanomaterials by adjusting the surface, electronic structure, and creating more active sites. Herein, we purposed a facile and simple method to acquire transition metal manganese oxide rich in oxygen vacancies (OVs-Mn2O3-400) by pyrolyzing the precursor of the Mn(II)-based metal-organic gel directly. The as-prepared OVs-Mn2O3-400 exhibited superior oxidase-like activity as oxygen vacancies participated in the generation of O2•-. Besides, steady state kinetic constant (Km) and catalytic kinetic constant (Ea) suggested that OVs-Mn2O3-400 had a stronger affinity toward 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine and possessed prominent catalytic performance. By taking 2-phospho-l-ascorbic acid as the substrate, which can be converted into reducing substance ascorbic acid in the presence of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), OVs-Mn2O3-400 can be applied as an efficient nanozyme for ALP colorimetric analysis without the help of destructive H2O2. The colorimetric sensor established by OVs-Mn2O3-400 for ALP detection showed a good linearity from 0.1 to 12 U/L and a lower limit of detection of 0.054 U/L. Our work paves the way for designing enhanced enzyme-like activity nanozymes, which is of significance in biosensing.

Abstract
Reducing the agglomeration and improving the dispersibility in water of two-dimensional (2D) nanozymes is one of the effective ways to improve their enzyme-like activity. In this work, we propose a method by constructing zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8)-dispersed 2D manganese-based nanozymes to achieve the specific regulated improvement of oxidase-mimicking activity. By in-situ growth of manganese oxides nanosheets of MnO2(1), MnO2(2) and Mn3O4 on the surface of ZIF-8, the corresponding nanocomposites of ZIF-8 @MnO2(1), ZIF-8 @MnO2(2), and ZIF-8 @Mn3O4 were prepared at room temperature. The Michaelis-Menton constant measurements indicated that ZIF-8 @MnO2(1) exhibits best substrate affinity and fastest reaction rate for 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB). The ZIF-8 @MnO2(1)-TMB system was exploited to detection of trace hydroquinone (HQ) based on the reducibility of phenolic hydroxyl groups. In addition, by employing the fact that the cysteine (Cys) with the excellent antioxidant capacity can bind the Hg2+ based on the formation of "S-Hg2+" bonds, the ZIF-8 @MnO2(1)-TMB-Cys system was applied to detection of Hg2+ with high sensitivity and selectivity. Our findings not only provide a better understanding of the relationship between dispersion of nanozyme and enzyme-like activity, but also provide a general method for the detection of environmental pollutants using nanozymes.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Nucleic acid is the carrier of genetic information and the keymolecule in life science. It is important to establish a simple and feasible method for nucleic acid quantification in complex biological samples. METHODS Four kinds of hydrogen bond acceptors (choline chloride (ChCl), L-carnitine, tetrabutylammonium chloride (TBAC) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB)) were used to synthesize deep eutectic solvents (DESs) with hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP). DESs based manganese dioxide (MnO2) nanosheets composites was synthesized and characterized. DNA concentration was determined by a UVVis spectrometer. The mechanism of DNA-DES/MnO2 colorimetric system was further discussed. RESULTS The composite composed of DES/MnO2 exhibited excellent oxidase-like activity and could oxidize 3,3',5,5' -tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) to produce a clear blue change with an absorbance maximum at 652 nm. When DNA is introduced, the DNA can interact with the DES by hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions, thereby inhibiting the color reaction of DES/MnO2 with TMB. After condition optimization, ChCl/HFIP DES in 1:3 molar ratio was used for the colorimetric method of DNA determination. The linear range of DNA was 10-130 µg/mL and exhibited good selectivity. CONCLUSION A colorimetric method based on DES/MnO2 was developed to quantify the DNA concentration. The proposed method can be successfully used to quantify DNA in bovine serum samples.

Abstract
Electrochemiluminescent (ECL) sensors for organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) have received considerable attention, whereas complicated electrode's immobilization, response to single hydrolysate and anodic emission correlated with ECL assays restrict their potential utilization. Herein, we developed a homogeneous dual-response cathodic ECL system for highly sensitive and reliable analysis of OP using CdTe QDs as emitters. CdTe QDs, emitting red light, were fabricated through a hydrothermal reaction and generated anodic and cathodic ECL emission upon stimulation of tripropyl amine and K2S2O8, respectively. Notably, CdTe QDs-K2S2O8 showed a simultaneous response to thiol and acidic pH, and were regarded as a ECL sensor for methidathion with limit of detection of 0.016 ng/mL based on hydrolysis of acetylthiocholine into thiocholine and CH3COOH by acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and OPs' inhibition on AChE activity. This sensor also exhibited good practicability to detect methidathion in Chinese cabbage. Overall, the sensor will supply more useful information for ensuring OPs-related food safety.

Abstract
Herein, a novel heterogeneous nanozyme with peroxidase (POD)-like activity was conducted to achieve ultrasensitive visual detection of calcium peroxide (CaO2) in flour by the assembly of binary copper-trapped mesoporous silica layer coated magnetite nanoparticles (Fe3O4 @SiO2 @CuO NPs). The prepared nanozymes were characterized using HRTEM, SEM, FT-IR, XRD, DLS, and EIS, which displayed a dispersed core-shell structure with a uniform diameter of approximately 100 nm. The nanozymes exhibited remarkable and stable POD-like activity in a wide range of pH values, incubation temperature, and reaction time, and the optimum catalytic activity was obtained at pH 3.6, 37 °C, and 10 min. The quantification range of CaO2 of this method is 0.1-5 mM with a limit as low as 5.6 × 10-3 mM, and it is not affected by multiple interferences. In conclusion, this detection method is sensitive, stable, low-cost, and simple to operate, so it has broad application prospects in the detection of food additives such as CaO2.

Abstract
A liquid crystal (LC)-based assay was developed to detect chlorothalonil (CHL). The detection principle is based on (i) the electrostatic interaction between the positively charged protein protamine (PRO) with the negatively charged phospholipid dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-rac-(1-glycerol) sodium salt (DOPG) and (ii) the CHL-mediated inhibition of papain (PAP) activity. The aqueous/LC interface was decorated with a monolayer of DOPG and PRO that self-assembled via electrostatic interactions. PAP can hydrolyze PRO, resulting in the realignment of an LC by DOPG, inducing a shift in the LC response from bright to dark. The addition of CHL can inhibit the activity of PAP, leading to the attraction of PRO to DOPG and the consequent disruption of the LC orientation. The orientation change of the LC in the presence or absence of CHL can be observed from the changes in its optical appearance using a polarized light microscope. Under optimal conditions, the developed assay achieved a detection limit of 0.196 pg mL-1 within a range of determination of 0.65-200 pg mL-1. The selectivity of the assay was verified in the presence of carbendazim and imidacloprid. The practical application of the proposed assay was demonstrated by its use to determine the levels of CHL in food extracts and environmental samples, which yielded recoveries and relative standard deviations (RSD) in the ranges of 87.39-99.663% and 1.03-6.32%, respectively.

Abstract
Lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) is the most effective real-time detection method for aflatoxin B1 (AFB1). Here, we constructed a nanozyme-strip based on MnO2 nanosheets (MnO2 NSs) as a catalytic label for detection of AFB1. By taking advantage of the MnO2-TMB catalytic amplified system, the new test achieves rapid detection with high sensitivity and ultrawide range. The limit of detection of the assay was 15 pg mL-1, which was over 100-fold lower than the maximum limit set by the European Union (EU) of AFB1 in foods. In addition, the strip test could offer 7 dynamic detection ranges, spanning 4 orders of magnitude, which could cater to the varieties of limits on AFB1 residues in foods and feeds set by different countries. The estimated recoveries were in the range of 85.67%-106.38% with coefficients of variations (CVs) less than 9.68%. Overall, the developed approach is a rapid, reliable, sensitive and widely available tool for on-site detection of AFB1.

Abstract
In this paper, we developed a quick, economical and sensitive colorimetric strategy for copper ions (Cu2+) quantification via the redox response of MnO2 nanosheets with glutathione (GSH). This reaction consumed MnO2 nanosheets, which acted as a catalyst for the oxidation of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) to a blue product (oxTMB). In the presence of Cu2+, the GSH was catalyzed to GSSG (oxidized glutathione), and the solution changed from colorless to deep blue. Under the optimum conditions, the absorption signal of the oxidized product (oxTMB) became proportional to Cu2+ concentration in the range from 10 to 300 nM with a detection limit of 6.9 nM. This detection system showed high specificity for Cu2+. Moreover, the system has been efficaciously implemented for Cu2+ detection in actual tap water samples. The layered-nanostructures of MnO2 nanosheets make it possess high chemical and thermal stability. TMB can be quickly oxidized within 10 min by the catalyzing of MnO2 nanosheets with high oxidase-like activity. There is no need of expensive reagents, additional H2O2 and complicated modification processes during the colorimetric assay. Therefore, the strategy primarily based on MnO2 nanosheets is promising for real-time, rapid and highly sensitive detection of Cu2+ under practical conditions.

Abstract
Oxidase-mimicking nanozymes are more desirable than peroxidase-mimicking ones since H2 O2 can be omitted. However, only a few nanomaterials are known for oxidase-like activities. In this work, we compared the activity of Mn2 O3 , Mn3 O4 and MnO2 and found that Mn2 O3 had the highest oxidase activity. Interestingly, the activity of Mn2 O3 was even inhibited by H2 O2 . The oxidase-like activity of Mn2 O3 was not much affected by the presence of proteins such as bovine serum albumin (BSA), but the physisorption of antibodies to Mn2 O3 was not strong enough to withstand the displacement by BSA. We then treated Mn2 O3 with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to graft an amine group, which was used to conjugate antibodies using glutaraldehyde as a crosslinker. A one-step indirect competitive ELISA (icELISA) was developed for the detection of isocarbophos, and an IC50 of 261.7 ng/mL was obtained, comparable with the results of the standard two-step assay using horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled antibodies. This assay has the advantage of significant timesaving for rapid detection of large amounts of samples. This work has discovered a highly efficient oxidase-mimicking nanozyme useful for various nano- and analytical applications.

Abstract
Chlorothalonil (CHL), imidacloprid (IMI) and oxyfluorfen (OXY) are commonly used in combination to increase crop yield. However, these three pesticides are toxic to aquatic organisms and do not easily degrade. In this study, a surface-enhanced Raman scattering-based lateral flow assay (SERS-LFA) test strip was prepared by combining antibodies with SERS nanotags, and then competitive immune binding was used to detect the three pesticides simultaneously. Moreover, the two-way binding effect of ssDNA-streptavidin bound to Ag4-NTP@AuNPs and Ag4-NTP@AuNPs with antibodies was used to further amplify the detection signal. Under the optimal conditions, the SERS-LFA test strips exhibited high sensitivity, a low detection limit, short detection time, high specificity and low cost. Furthermore, the detection range was within the values prescribed by international detection standards. By measuring the intensity of the SERS signal on the test line of the paper strip, accurate quantitative analysis was achieved. The practical application of the proposed system was demonstrated by simultaneous detection of CHL, IMI and OXY in environmental and food samples with satisfactory results.
