Abstract
Background Artificial intelligence (AI) has promising applications in arthroplasty. In response to the knowledge explosion resulting from the rapid growth of publications, we applied bibliometric analysis to explore the research profile and topical trends in this field. Methods The articles and reviews related to AI in arthroplasty were retrieved from 2000 to 2021. The Java-based Citespace, VOSviewer, R software-based Bibiometrix, and an online platform systematically evaluated publications by countries, institutions, authors, journals, references, and keywords. Results A total of 867 publications were included. Over the past 22 years, the number of AI-related publications in the field of arthroplasty has grown exponentially. The United States was the most productive and academically influential country. The Cleveland Clinic was the most prolific institution. Most publications were published in high academic impact journals. However, collaborative networks revealed a lack and imbalance of inter-regional, inter-institutional, and inter-author cooperation. Two emerging research areas represented the development trends: major AI subfields such as machine learning and deep learning, and the other is research related to clinical outcomes. Conclusion AI in arthroplasty is evolving rapidly. Collaboration between different regions and institutions should be strengthened to deepen our understanding further and exert critical implications for decision-making. Predicting clinical outcomes of arthroplasty using novel AI strategies may be a promising application in this field.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES This study aimed to review definitions of digital health and understand their relevance for health outcomes research. Four umbrella terms (digital health, electronic health, mobile health, and telehealth/telemedicine) were summarized in this article. METHODS PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane Library, and EconLit were searched from January 2015 to May 2020 for systematic reviews containing key Medical Subject Headings terms for digital health (n = 38) and synonyms of "definition." Independent pairs of reviewers performed each stage of the review, with reconciliation by a third reviewer if required. A single reviewer consolidated each definition for consistency. We performed text analysis via word clouds and computed document frequency-and inverse corpus frequency scores. RESULTS The search retrieved 2610 records with 545 articles (20.9%) taken forward for full-text review. Of these, 39.3% (214 of 545) were eligible for data extraction, of which 134 full-text articles were retained for this analysis containing 142 unique definitions of umbrella terms (digital health [n = 4], electronic health [n = 36], mobile health [n = 50], and telehealth/telemedicine [n = 52]). Seminal definitions exist but have increasingly been adapted over time and new definitions were created. Nevertheless, the most characteristic words extracted from the definitions via the text analyses still showed considerable overlap between the 4 umbrella terms. CONCLUSIONS To focus evidence summaries for outcomes research purposes, umbrella terms should be accompanied by Medical Subject Headings terms reflecting population, intervention, comparator, outcome, timing, and setting. Ultimately a functional classification system is needed to create standardized terminology for digital health interventions denoting the domains of patient-level effects and outcomes.

Abstract
Purpose
This paper aims to examine the health technology use in health information seeking, communication and personal health information management, as well as in the effects they may have on his relationship with the physician and on the consumption of medical resources.
Design/methodology/approach
An online survey was conducted. The questionnaires were distributed via online health discussion forums using Google's survey software with a summary presentation of the study’s objective. The final selection of 362 individuals was made using social media, direct email and collaboration with community groups. The empirical validation of the causal model was conducted using the partial least square approach.
Findings
The results show that the use of e-health strengthens the quality of the patient–physician relationship and patient empowerment while increasing the consumption of medical resources.
Originality/value
The results of this research indicate that the internet has transformed the relationship of patients to health, to their doctors and to the health-care system. In this new context, a reconsideration of the status of the patient must be considered by health service providers.

Abstract
Background Central sensitization refers to a state of hypersensitivity in the central nervous system and is associated with the development and maintenance of chronic pain. Central sensitization plays an essential role in various diseases. Nevertheless, there has been no bibliometric analysis before in this field. The purpose of this study was to provide critical themes and trends in the area of central sensitization, to build a network of knowledge, and to facilitate the future development of relevant basic and clinical research. Methods Publications on central sensitization were extracted from the Science Citation Index-Expanded. We used R software to systematically analyze the countries, institutions, authors, journals, references, and keywords of the publications. Besides, conceptual structure, intellectual structure, and social structure were constructed. Results A total of 4466 publications were included. Research in the field of central sensitization generally showed a steady upward trend. The three structural networks showed that the United States is the leading country in this field. Arendt-Nielsen L and Woolf CJ were the most productive and influential authors, respectively. “Pain” was the journal with the most studies. Most journals that published and cited articles about central sensitization were academically influential. Cluster analysis revealed that research in central sensitization contains three main conceptual clusters, and the themes of research evolve frequently. Current research focuses on the pathogenesis of central sensitization in neuropathic pain, the role of central sensitization in different diseases, and related clinical double-blind trials. Conclusion Central sensitization received widespread attention. The United States led the way in academic activity. In this field, the current situation of cooperation and communication between different countries and institutions is positive. The present research hotspots were the pathogenesis of central sensitization in neuropathic pain, the role of central sensitization in different diseases, and related clinical double-blind trials.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Telepsychology is increasingly being incorporated in clinical practice, being offered in many psychotherapy centers, especially after the impact of the pandemic. However, there seems to be a remarkable discrepancy between the offer, or interest in, and real-world uptake of e-mental health interventions among the population. A critical precondition is clients' willingness to accept and use telepsychology, although this issue has thus far been overlooked in research. OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to examine people's acceptance and use of telepsychology by adopting an extended model of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) that integrates perceived telepsychology advantages and barriers, usefulness perceptions, behavioral intention, and telepsychology use. METHODS An online survey was conducted with a convenience sample of 514 participants. Structural equation models were computed to test a mediation model. RESULTS Results supported the UTAUT model to explain participants' acceptance and use of telepsychology. They showed a causal chain in which perceived telepsychology advantages and barriers were related to telepsychology use through the perceived usefulness of and intention to use telepsychology. CONCLUSIONS Telepsychology use may be explained according to the UTAUT model when coupled with participants' perceptions of telepsychology advantages and barriers. Mental health stakeholders could consider these factors in order to increase the acceptance and use of telepsychology.

Abstract
Objetivo. Describir la situación, percepciones y opiniones de los profesionales sanitarios de Atención Primaria (AP) respecto a los sistemas de telecomunicación y telemedicina de este ámbito, así como determinar su grado de satisfacción.
Método. Estudio descriptivo observacional transversal realizado en profesionales sanitarios de Atención Primaria mediante un cuestionario autocumplimentado con variables sociodemográficas, características laborales, opiniones y percepciones sobre desarrollo informático, sistemas de información, accesibilidad telemática, seguridad para pacientes y el grado de satisfacción de los profesionales respecto al desarrollo informático.
Resultados. Los resultados muestran que se puede acceder a informes de alta hospitalaria y urgencias en el 89,2% (intervalo de confianza [IC] 95%: 86,4-92,0) y 87,2% (IC 95%: 84,2-90,2) de casos, respectivamente. Existe opción de teleconsulta con hospitalaria según un 95,1% de encuestados. Un 38,9% indicó disponer de alertas de recepción de informes de hospital, y el 73,3%, tener accesibilidad telemática para sus pacientes. El 34,8% señaló que no había ninguna mejora en general en las vías de comunicación, y el 51,7% y tampoco veía mejoras en los recursos tecnológicos en general tras la pandemia. Un 13,0% manifestó estar muy insatisfecho y el 27,3% dijo estar insatisfecho con el nivel de desarrollo informático en sistemas de telemedicina y telecomunicación en la AP de su área sanitaria.
Conclusiones. La mayoría de los equipos de Atención Primaria de los Servicios Autonómicos disponen de historia clínica compartida con el hospital, mientras que solo una parte cuenta con sistemas de alertas de recepción de informar del ámbito hospitalario. El obligado cambio de la asistencia sanitaria no ha mejorado sustancialmente los recursos tecnológicos tras la pandemia y existe un considerable grado de insatisfacción de los profesionales.

Abstract
PURPOSE OF REVIEW The current study aimed to review how digital health has been used for sexually transmitted infection (STI)/HIV prevention, testing, and treatment. RECENT FINDINGS A scoping review was conducted by searching five databases for peer-reviewed literature published between March 2018 to August 2019. 23 out of 258 studies met the inclusion criteria and were assessed. Six studies used digital platform to enhance STI/HIV prevention messaging; four studies found that digital health can provide vivid promotional information and has been instrumental in increasing the accessibility and acceptability of STI/HIV testing; three studies reported digital health provides a channel to understand and interpret the discourses on preexposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and increase PrEP uptake; three studies focused on refining big data algorithms for surveillance; four studies reported on how digital interventions could be used to optimize clinical interventions; and four studies found digital interventions can be used to assist mental health services. SUMMARY Digital health is a powerful and versatile tool that can be utilized in the production of high-quality, innovative strategies on STIs and HIV services. Future studies should consider focusing on strategies and implementations that leverage digital platforms for network-based interventions, in addition to recognizing the norms of individual digital intervention platforms.

Abstract
Drawing on the social cognitive theory and the comprehensive model of information seeking, this study proposes a theoretical framework that systematically examines the role of interpersonal factors in individuals' self-management in the eHealth context. The framework was tested with a sample of 965 eHealth users drawn from the National Cancer Institute's 2018 Health Information National Trends Survey. Structural equation modelling was performed to model the relationships among patient-centred communication, social support, self-efficacy, perceptions of eHealth tools and eHealth behaviours. The results established social support and patient-centred communication as two important sources of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy together with characteristics of eHealth tools were associated with higher utility of eHealth tools, which further predicted higher levels of eHealth behaviours. The results show that incorporating interpersonal factors in health interventions may enhance the targets' self-efficacy in self-management and indirectly motivates eHealth behaviours.

Abstract
The field of social sciences has become increasingly important in eHealth. Patients currently engage more proactively with health services. This means that eHealth is linked to many different areas of Social Sciences. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the state-of-the-art research on eHealth from the perspective of social sciences. To this end, a bibliometric analysis was conducted using the Web of Science database. The main findings show the evolution of publications, the most influential countries, the most relevant journals and papers, and the importance of the different areas of knowledge. Although there are some studies on eHealth within social sciences, most of them focus on very specific aspects and do not develop a holistic analysis. Thus, this paper contributes to academia by analyzing the state-of-the-art of research, as well as identifying the most relevant trends and proposing future lines of research such as the potential of eHealth as a professional training instrument, development of predictive models in eHealth, analysis of the eHealth technology acceptance model (TAM), efficient integration of eHealth within public systems, efficient budget management, or improvement in the quality of service for patients.

Abstract
The realm of social health has not yet been properly established in terms of fixed definitions, concepts, and research areas. This study attempts to define social health using macro and micro perspectives and explores trends in social health research by mapping their topics and fields. We used Latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic modeling, which allows the extraction of key terms and topics derived from a large volume of literature. We traced the evolution of research topics from past (the literature that "present" articles cited), present (existing journal articles on social health), to future (the literature which cited the articles) studies based on connections between citations. The datasets were collected by the query terms "social health" in the Scopus database, including title, abstract, and keywords of journal articles. We collected a total of 443 articles from recent social health literature, 6588 articles from past literature that the recent articles on social health cited, and 2680 articles from future literature in which recent social health articles were cited. We defined social health as positive interaction that increases individual engagement in social life at the micro level, and the high degree of social integration that deals with collective problems in society at the macro level. The results of LDA showed that social health research has developed into seven fields: Health Care Delivery; Vulnerable Groups; Measurement; Health Inequality; Social Network and Empowerment; Clinical/Physical Health; and Mental/Behavioral Health. Based on citation relationships, topics grounded in an individual/micro perspective have grown increasingly specialized and productive, while topics grounded in a social/macro perspective have stagnated or was underexplored. Our findings imply that social health studies should follow a more interdisciplinary approach to integrate current health models of individual-centered treatments with social science concerns on building collective capacity for social well-being.

OBJECTIVES A systematic bibliometric analysis of the structure of knowledge was performed to investigate the co-word analysis, the co-citation analysis, and the social network analysis regarding complex oral sensitivity disorder (COSD). METHODS Web of Science database from 1985 to 2018 was systematically searched to identify all relevant articles using the MeSH terms "complex oral sensitivity disorder" and all synonyms used in the literature. We included original articles, review articles, letters to the editor, and book chapters in the English language and in 27 different ISI categories of medical sciences. Several bibliometric indicators were used. RESULTS The co-word analysis identified 741 KeyWords Plus (KWP) grouped into 4 different clusters. The terms "pain," "management," "prevalence," and "efficacy" reached the highest centrality, whereas the top 10 KWP had a frequency of 7%-29% in 443 articles. Over a period of 32 years, a complex thematic evolution occurred, going from 2 to 6 different themes, and the KWP migration rate from one cluster to another ranged from 11% to 100%. The co-citation network analysis based on the complete reference list (5932 references) of 443 articles identified only 2 clusters for journals, authors, and articles. The most prominent co-cited journal was "Oral Surgery Oral Medicine Oral Pathology" (centrality: 171.75), the most co-cited author was "Grushka M" (centrality: 330.95), and the most co-cited article was "Grushka M. Oral Surg Oral Med Oral Pathol (1987) 63:30-36" (centrality: 269.79). On the other hand, the direct citation network revealed that "Scala A et al, 2003" reached both the highest global citation score (GCS = 231) and local citation score (LCS = 161). Lastly, the social network analysis revealed an isolated collaboration among groups of authors, or countries or institutions. The worldwide collaboration analysis indicated that United States-Israel and United Kingdom-Italy were the most collaborative countries. CONCLUSIONS The structure of knowledge of publications on COSD revealed that research in this field has been dominated by few core topics and a limited collaboration among authors and institutions from different countries. More multicenter studies on COSD are warranted in the near future when launching new projects.

Abstract
With the tremendous growth of scientific literature in recent years, methods of detecting and analysing research topics have become more and more important. This study proposes a topic analysis method combining latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) and a three-dimensional strategic diagram. This study constructs the three-dimensional strategic diagram by three dimensions of centrality, density and novelty, and we classify topics into seven categories according to their strategic positions. Using this topic analysis method, the paper analyses 62,340 publications in the field of medical informatics between 1991 and 2018. Results show that the research scope of medical informatics has become increasingly interdisciplinary. Data analytical methods and technologies are sub-domains with persistent popularity. New health technologies, drug safety, algorithm optimisation and standardisation of medical information are emerging research topics. We hope the findings could help researchers identify potential research topics and facilitate in-depth analysis of the current state of various fields.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To find out the opinions of users and primary care doctors on the progress of e-health in primary care. DESIGN Focus groups set up between 1st May and 25th September 2018. LOCATION Primary care level in regional online health services. PARTICIPANTS A total of 29 users and 33 primary care doctors linked to primary care that were contacted, through user associations and regional public health services, respectively. METHOD Inductive analysis of transcripts from focus groups about the following issues: accessibility and security; efficiency; information and technical problems; potentialities. RESULTS Online health services are positively valued in terms of cost savings both by users and doctors of primary care. Nevertheless, face-to-face interaction is still considered a key factor in the quality of service. When it comes to the access and provision of e-health services, there is shared concern for the security of the data and for the training deficiencies of users and doctors. An adequate design of the applications becomes a condition for the acceptance and diffusion of technologies that support online health. CONCLUSIONS Health authorities should intensify the use of new technologies oriented towards easing the work of doctors, simplifying bureaucratic tasks, providing diagnostic and prescription security, and protecting data. As long as systems generate failures and mistrust, new technologies will remain to be perceived as a complement, but not as an alternative to the traditional care model.

Abstract
Background Constantly increasing health care costs have led countries and health care providers to the point where health care systems must be reinvented. Consequently, electronic health (eHealth) has recently received a great deal of attention in social sciences in the domain of Internet studies. However, only a fraction of these studies focuses on the acceptability of eHealth, making consumers’ subjective evaluation an understudied field. This study will address this gap by focusing on the acceptance of MyData-based preventive eHealth services from the consumer point of view. We are adopting the term "MyData", which according to a White Paper of the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communication refers to "1) a new approach, a paradigm
shift in personal data management and processing that seeks to transform the current organization centric system to a human centric system, 2) to personal data as a resource that the individual can access and control."
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate what factors influence consumers’ intentions to use a MyData-based preventive eHealth service before use. Methods We applied a new adoption model combining Venkatesh’s unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2) in a consumer context and three constructs from health behavior theories, namely threat appraisals, self-efficacy, and perceived barriers. To test the research model, we applied structural equation modeling (SEM) with Mplus software, version 7.4. A Web-based survey was administered. We collected 855 responses. Results We first applied traditional SEM for the research model, which was not statistically significant. We then tested for possible heterogeneity in the data by running a mixture analysis. We found that heterogeneity was not the cause for the poor performance of the research model. Thus, we moved on to model-generating SEM and ended up with a statistically significant empirical model (root mean square error of approximation [RMSEA] 0.051, Tucker-Lewis index [TLI] 0.906, comparative fit index [CFI] 0.915, and standardized root mean square residual 0.062). According to our empirical model, the statistically significant drivers for behavioral intention were effort expectancy (beta=.191, P<.001), self-efficacy (beta=.449, P<.001), threat appraisals (beta=.416, P<.001), and perceived barriers (beta=−.212, P=.009). Conclusions Our research highlighted the importance of health-related factors when it comes to eHealth technology adoption in the consumer context. Emphasis should especially be placed on efforts to increase consumers’ self-efficacy in eHealth technology use and in supporting healthy behavior.

Abstract
The objective of this research is to identify major subject areas of medical informatics and explore the time-variant changes therein. As such it can inform the field about where medical informatics research has been and where it is heading. Furthermore, by identifying subject areas, this study identifies the development trends and the boundaries of medical informatics as an academic field. To conduct the study, first we identified 26,307 articles in PubMed archives which were published in the top medical informatics journals within the timeframe of 2002 to 2013. And then, employing a text mining -based semi-automated analytic approach, we clustered major research topics by analyzing the most frequently appearing subject terms extracted from the abstracts of these articles. The results indicated that some subject areas, such as biomedical, are declining, while other research areas such as health information technology (HIT), Internet-enabled research, and electronic medical/health records (EMR/EHR), are growing. The changes within the research subject areas can largely be attributed to the increasing capabilities and use of HIT. The Internet, for example, has changed the way medical research is conducted in the health care field. While discovering new medical knowledge through clinical and biological experiments is important, the utilization of EMR/EHR enabled the researchers to discover novel medical insight buried deep inside massive data sets, and hence, data analytics research has become a common complement in the medical field, rapidly growing in popularity.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND AIMS Coronary artery bypass graft is a major surgery and has complications that require professional and long term follow-up and nursing care that if do not properly handled, could reduce the quality of life and increase post-operative complications. On the other hand Tele-nursing is a cost-effective way to educate and follow-up of patients. This study aimed to assess the impact of Tele-nursing on adherence to treatment plan in discharged patients after coronary artery bypass graft. MATERIALS AND METHODS A quasi-experimental study was carried out at Ekbatan Therapeutic and Educational Center of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences at Hamadan, Iran, in 2013. In this study, 71 patients who had undergone coronary artery bypass graft surgery and had inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two experimental group (n=36), and control group (n=35). They completed questionnaire before discharging from Therapeutic and Educational Center. In the experimental group on days 2, 4, 7, second week (day 11), third week (day 18) and fourth week (day 25) after discharge, follow-up interventions and nursing education with Tele-nursing was done, but in the in the control groups, patients received only routine interventions. After completion of the intervention period, both groups completed the questionnaire and the results were compared. RESULTS Adherence of treatment plan in both groups did not have significant difference before intervention (P=0.696), but had a significant difference with regard to baseline after intervention in aromatherapy group (P< 0.01) and with control group after intervention (P<0.01). Adherence to treatment plan in the aromatherapy group was better in compared to control group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Tele-nursing is a convenient way, cost effective training and follow-up care for patients after coronary artery bypass surgery, which can improve patients' adherence to treatment plan in developing countries such as Iran.

Abstract
We provide a continuation of the existing Activity Table Modeling methodology with a modular spreadsheets simulation. The simulation model developed is comprised of 28 modeling elements for the abdominal surgery cycle process. The simulation of a two-week patient flow in an abdominal clinic with 75 beds demonstrates the applicability of the methodology. The simulation does not include macros, thus programming experience is not essential for replication or upgrading the model. Unlike the existing methods, the proposed solution employs a modular approach for modeling the activities that ensures better readability, the possibility of easily upgrading the model with other activities, and its easy extension and connectives with other similar models. We propose a first-in-first-served approach for simulation of servicing multiple patients. The uncertain time duration of the activities is modeled using the function "rand()". The patients movements from one activity to the next one is tracked with nested "if()" functions, thus allowing easy re-creation of the process without the need of complex programming.
